The next morning you leave your run down apartment in the slums for your college. The locals all seem tense and stressed, as if they can feel what's going to happen. Its a little depressing, if you're honest with yourself. As you arrive at college, you park in a back lot away from where most people go. Your car may be a pile of junk, but no sense leaving it where you know someone else will probably hit it. You manage to make it through your Intro to Mechanics class fairly uneventfully, chatting a bit with the teacher and a few other students on the project you'll have to complete at the end of semester. Caster himself seems to offer some insights as well, correcting a few mistakes you make before they become disastrous. But on your way to Intro to Programming Caster's aura seems to tense up.

If prana becomes an issue, we can summon a Caster mecuga to take over the ley line and redirect the mana to QB.

I'd wager that the more we keep cycling though QB's summons, the quicker we start dipping into the ones that died to a Witch their first day on the job.

Calling it for allying with Tomoko. how do you want to do this confrontation? With just your Assassin and Caster by your side, or do you want to summon another servant? Or perhaps you want to go swing by the school and pieck up your Saber and leave Assassin there? I'll give you a bit to decide on how to handle this.

I'm for leaving Assassin at the school and going in with only Saber. While Caster works on making a fortress.

We just need to keep the powerful ones to ourselves, ones surrounded by sorrow and grief, like Madoka and assuming the little things when Madokami was flying around, Cleopatra and Joan de Arc and probably Homura.
Also we should ask if we can summon witches, since then we can just pop out Kriemhild Gretchen and Homullily.

I say pick of Saber and drop off Assassin, for two reasons:

1. If it comes down to a fight, I'm going to guess our faux-Assassin won't be able to take on the real Assassin, while a faux-Saber probably could.
2. We shouldn't keep summoning more extra servants if not strictly necessary, at least not until we've got a nice big mana battery set up.

Swap Assassin for Saber. If the deal goes south it would be good to have some muscle on our side. Plus assassin would be more fit to ambush whoever came upon that trap. But leave Caster at home. We can call him with a command seal if need be.

Can we summon witches?

As forout proposed alliance, we probably need to know if our Assassin was spotted. If she was, we could pop up with her and say shes Rider or Archer. If she wasnt, we could either go get Sayaka or summon another puella and claim to have a much better, more combat oriented Servant.

"Alright. Caster, Assassin. We're going. We need to make an alliance with Tomoko before she decides to stab us in the back." You declare.

"Master, I'm rather worried about her Assassin. She spotted me, confronted me about my spying." Assassin answered, somewhat fearful.

"Don't worry, I'm going to have you guarding someplace. I'll take the guard, Saber, with me instead." You reassure her. She nods and lets out a grateful sounding sigh.

A couple hours later, you're making your way towards the dormitories on campus. You've left Caster a little ways back, just in case Tomoko's Servant could have sensed him. Instead, you're with the blue haired Saber Caster had summoned the other night. She's currently in her spirit form, a soothing presence next to you. You look around at the strangely gothic architecture, some if it strange and jarring next to more modern buildings. It feels like nothing her belongs, like it was rejecteed from everywhere else. Tomoko's dorm is supposedly on the first floor, in the building furthest back. As you approach her door, you can hear two voices chatting animatedly until suddenly they fall quiet. You're about to knock on the door when Saber suddenly materializes next to you, a small knife embedded in her arm.

"Peace! Peace!" You exclaim, holding your hands up as if surrendering. Tomoko's door slams open and she glares at the silver haired young woman tanding across from you and your Saber.

"Neechan! Wait" Tomoko order, her messy black hair obscuring her sleepy looking eyes. The silver haired assassin pauses for a moment, glancing between us warily.

"I can take them, Imouto. I could kill the Master and get you out of her before she could do anything. I could probably even kill her, too." Assassin growled.

"And what about the next pair? And the next? No, Oneechan, we're allying with them! And that's final!" Tomoko declared. With that apparently dealt with, she turns to face you.

We'll pick up here same time next week, people. I ought to probably sleep as well.

I can't tell if she's a japanophile, or if that's just her mannerism. Anyways looks like we have an ally.

I do like that she and her Servant seem to have developed a sister-like relationship. Potentially lots of emotional attachment there, easy to exploit and manipulate.

What we know about the Servant:

-Silver Hair
-Female
-Qualifies for Assassin
-Possibly Japanese, assuming the "Imouto" mannerism wasn't just picked up from her Master.
-The Master is shy, and Servants often have compatible personality types if they were cold-summoned, as seems likely given the Masters apparent inexperience.

Based on that, this would be my first guess. Amusingly, this would actually fit right in with the typical Nasuverse gender-bending of historical figures.

Whatever happens to us because of this contract, we're damn well going to exploit everything we have to win, or die fucking everyone over.

Hell, for all we know QB could be like Avenger. If he dies and gets sucked into the grail, he might end up sticking around to grant every wish he can in future grail wars.
