As I promised, my battle-brothers, I have a third, and hopefully final, thread for us all, so that we may finish what we started. If some do not remember the grand time yesterday, or simply is new, allow me to direct you to
http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/archive/23645140/
http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/archive/23649973/

What is the concept? Make the most fucked-over chapter in the Imperium; mutation, declaration of being traitors, etc. yet keep them loyal.

And we've, hopefully, managed to fully create it; We've ran the chapter and its homeworld through all three major tables; Space Marine Chapter Creation, Chaos Warband, and Chaos Space Marine Warband, due to mutations and location of the homeworld...

But we still need to iron out the fluff, as well as choose three important aspects:
Name (Something other than Electes Imperitoris (Emp's chosen in latin) unless we want to keep it)
Heraldry
Armor Colors

Also fleshing out our fluff a bit more. After that, I'm going to start converting everything over to a 1d4chan page. FOR GREAT JUSTICE!

Will also post stats decided on in the last thread. Will be several posts long, so bear with me.

Beginning data-dump.

Space Marine Chapter Creation Table (For pre-excommunication chapter)

>Why were they founded?
Strategic Prognostication; meant to do some future event. In this case, fighting the Eldar; a mission doomed from the start.
>When were they founded?
40th Millenium
>Progenitor
Ultramarines (Because making the most fucked-over and mutated chapter is a great spit upon Ward.)
>Gene-Stock Purity?
FLAWED AS FUCK
>Codex Demeanors
Uphold The Honour Of The Emperor, with slight aspects of Brothers in Battle, See, But Don't Be Seen, and Swift as the Wind
>Gene-Seed Deficiencies?
3; Oversensitive Occulobe (light sensitive), Oolitic Secretions (odd-colored skin; likely purple because warp daemons), and two Lost Zygotes (Neuroglottis and Mucranoid)
>Flaws
Chapter Cult (Has something to do with Eldar Lore; flesh out later.)
>Figures of Legend
Plutarch and Salva Boiler (See the end of http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/archive/23645140/ )
>Chapter Homeworld
Remains of the small Eldar Craftworld Ityasai inside a Warp Storm
>Home World Predominant Terrain
Urban Jungle
>Relationship with Homeworld
Direct Rule. Save Imperial Citizens and Adeptus Mechanicus, convert them to their view of the Emperor, and in exchange they are offered a peaceful existence upon the planet, doing the Emperor's will by aiding the chapter with finding food, supplies, weapon, and ammunition. As such, the Tech-Priests are good with Eldar tech. Somewhat. Mutations occur, but they're kept in check by the chapter, so that things don't go to hell.
>Combat Doctrine
Mixture of Stealth and Armoured Assault. Infiltration teams deploy Eldar Webway Gates whenever they are needed, then use them to drop in vehicles to steamroll in, and use them for a quick retreat if they end up taking heavy casualties, needing a quick escape, or are outclassed.

Part 1/?
>>
>>23664200

>Specialty Restrictions
No Devastators. Instead, they use Eldar support platforms with D-Cannons,Vibro Cannons, Shadow Weavers, or stripped and remounted with something like a heavy lascannon, multi-melta, heavy bolters, or something else nasty and large caliber. Eldar tech is used for an advantage, but not relied upon.
>Special Equipment
Modified/Rare Weaponry. Mixture of Eldar and Imperial Technology, using whatever they are able to get their hands on.
>What form do the Chapters' beliefs take?
The Emperor Above All, duh.
>At what strength is the Chapter?
Nominal. They are able to field anywhere between eight and nine companies at any given time, but prefer to not overextend their forces.
>Friends of the Chapter
Adeptus Mechanicus Splinter (Helps with Eldar Tech)
Adeptus Soritas Splinter (Came to purge, some ended up staying)
Lamentors?
Adeptus Titanicus (3 Eldar (Two Revenant, One Phantom) scavenged and semi-operational, 1 Reaver-Class Imperial that was saved from a Chaos group.)

>Enemies of the Chapter
Eldar, Chaos, Inquisition, and Tyranids (only because the 'nids hate everyone)

>Allies of Convenience
Everyone else but the Tyranids, with non-lethal/retreats when facing the Imperium of Man, no matter the force (the only exception being Ultramarines, and even then, not full-on attacking. Harassment at most.). They immediately go after them after the major threat is down, however.

Part 2/?

Beginning Chaos Warband Table next post.
>>
>>23664212

Chaos Warband Creation Table (For Citizenry)

>Chaos Allegiance (Who favors them)
Slannesh, but they despise it. Responsible for the gene-seed mutations, and nearly turning the chapter to Chaos, had it not been for Salva and Plutarch. Citizenry is also afflicted, but kept in line by the Chapter.
>Frequency of Chaos 'Blessings'
High, due to Slaanesh actively trying to convert them, actively living in a warp storm, and being calm outside of battle, but ferociously violent in battle.
>Common Blessings
The Eye that sees Beyond (aids psykers and finding places to install webway portals), Weapons of Chaos (Often sanctified as much as possible, and even then, the worst are usually avoided. Goes with the 'grabs whatever weapons they can get their hands on' aspect.), Deadly Protrusions (Evidence of heavy warp mutation in the chapter and citizenry).
>Warband's HQ location
Moot; done already.
>Warband Build
Cultists vs marines. Moot; they have a planet of citizens and allies
>Recruitment Methods
Moot; they get allies from splinter factions and those that they save
>Combat Doctrine
Moot; done already
>Warband’s Exalted Champion
Moot; chapter master
>Deed for the God
Moot; chapter doesn't do shit for slaanesh, and slaanesh is still trying to get them to come over to Chaos
>>
>>23664154
O hay, I managed to find it in time
>>
>>23664241

And this is the point at which many of us began to lose steam. For all intents and purposes, we can begin to actively debate and change the rulings on this. I'm up for it if y'all are.

Chaos Space Marine Creation Table (For Mutations in Chapter)

>Legion Warband or Renegade Chapter?
Moot; Renegade, declared Excommunicate Traitoris.
>Chaos Worship
Slaanesh tries to drag them to Chaos. They hate it and refuse.
>Why did they fall? (Renegades only)
A series of major mutations appeared in the Chapter's gene-seed. The Ultramarines shunned them, eventually deployed to remove the impure Marines, but when they failed the Chapter broke their bonds with the Imperium.
>Original Traitor Legion (Legion Warbands and Descendents only)
Moot; They're renegade to the Imperium.
>Devotion to the Ruinous Powers
Loathed
>Warband Demeanour
Stalk the Prey
>Common Mutations/Deficiencies (if Neutral or Fanatic devotion)
Daemon Wings in place of jump packs
>Common Mental Flaws (if Fanatic devotion)
Not Fanatic
>Figure of Legend
We have this.
>Deeds of Legend
And this
>Warband Homeworld
and this
>Homeworld terrain
And this
>Combat doctrine
moot
>Special Equipment
Stolen Technology
>What form do the Chapters' beliefs take?
Been there, done that. Emps is the man.
>Warband Status
Done.
>Warband allies. Who has our back?
Allies of Convenience with Chaos
>Who are the Warband's enemies?
Basically done, since we don't fight the Imperium, and that's the majority of this table.
>>
>>23664246
Good to see you bob.

And now we can begin to flesh things out and fully debate, similar to how we did to Plutarch and Salva.
>>
>>23664289
mhmm, most of what I see getting done today is lore and or fluff
>>

Agreed. I'm sure eventually we can get some writefags in here or something.

Didn't that one Ork guy actually start writing about how the chapter gained the splinter of Adeptus Soritas?
>>
found the 1st story
>I think a tragic hero will fit with this chapter. When these guys got horribly corrupted, this Hero of the Chapter, while his brothers went insane and monstrous around him, helped those who could escape while holding the line. He followed, but was cursed twofold than his brothers for his sacrifice, warped and horribly injured, but alive. When asked how he has escaped, he spoke of the Emperor himself coming to his aid. The Emperor told him that The Imperium would grant them forgiveness if they continued to fight the good fight in His name. But they must keep the faith and stay true, or they will be forever lost.

He led the Chapter for many years with this vision in mind, with new Librarians being given seniority when seeing a vision of the Emperor (although this mutates them more as well [1d6 on the mutation table?]). But, he was struck down by Ultramarines, before they could even hear his words of wisdom.

Many more have begun to lose their sanity after his death.

>>23664505
Yeah, this was the cut-down version of Salva's backstory. I think towards the end we had some guy elaborate on it, but he used Plutarch's name instead. I'll see if I can find it.
>>
>>23664513
and tzetntch it just laughing at what he made happen
>>
>>23664541
We should make sure the distinction between Salva and Plutarch is clear;
Salva was the hero who created the chapter, and Plutarch is the guy who leads us now
>>
>>23664571
*Tzeetch and yes, he is. Though I think he only had a hand in it (as always) while Slaanesh did the actual deed itself. Purple skin and can't see light, plus bat wings instead of jump packs? Sounds like Daemon of Slaanesh or something to me.
>>
>>23664579
Yep. Salva was the one who got the original vision from Big E explaining everything and how they could help the chapter. He later got cut down by the Ultras. Plutarch now leads in their stead, and got a vision of the Emps forgiving the chapter, but only if they continue to worship and fight for him.
>>
So, what are our goals? I know we gay eldar and chaos but is there anything specific? Well, I guess inducting new members is one
>>
>>23664661
>gay
Uhh, meant hate
>goddamnit, slaneesh!
>>
>>23664661
Not necessarily gay for; we were made to and still kill Eldar, but we use their own tech against them. Its also why they're actively trying to kill us. We have 3 of their titans, and a small craftworld...

Chaos... yeah. Slaanesh is gay for us. Or straight. or both.

As for recruitment... I don't know. Good place to start, I guess. The citizenry is all saved Imperial Citizens, which have bits and pieces of just about every major adeptus mixed in their; the Soritas and the Mechanicus are the biggest though, being splinter factions.

So do we say that they take their scouts from the hardiest of saved imperials, since older ones are likely mutated?
>>
by Perils of the Ork
>I'll even set a pretty scene.
>How the group of Soritas found us we shall never know, for the ones left refuse to reveal. But find us they did. We put on a good show. Full ranks, breastplates thrust out, neat and orderly rows, as if for inspection. They could not believe these heretics. We stood silent, our Chapter Master at the front, spine perfectly vertical with the sky. "It is no mystery why you have come here sisters", his tone brokered no argument.
>"Advance Line, ready weapos!" the Cannoness shouted! And yet we moved not an inch, for we were faithful. At no more than 20 paces from our line they stopped and presented arms. "Take a walk with me Cannoness, if you please." I assure you my marines shall not move. The glare she gave could have cut stone, but our master was metal. He nodded, and began walking off down a small path to the side of the large clearing we were all gathered in.

>But we needed no penitence, for we had done nothing wrong in our Lord's view. I met the eyes of the sister directly across from me. That stuck her a bit. She had probably never seen someone she considered a traitor dutifully await his execution, nor had she ever looked into their eyes and found a silent conviction. No matter the outcome of today, we would die in the Emperors service. No one could take that from us. Not the daemons or mutations, not the Ultramarines, and certainly not these sisters.

"You shall burn like the rest of the traitors," I smiled a bit, more than i should have in the situation. "We shall most likely burn sister, traitor or not. The Lord Emperor gives his blessing stringently, and we have already received more than our fair share of it. I would not curse him if we died here today."
>And that took her aback. She was furious, a righteous anger that consumed her face. "How dare you claim to be blessed by OUR Lord. Look upon yourselves. Can you not see? The warp has chewed you up and spit you out. I should kill you, here and now." She drew her melta pistol and walked two paces in front of her line, raising it at my head. All eyes were now on us. The other sisters had mixed reactions. Some were nervous, others borderline excited. I also took two steps forward, hands still clasped behind my back and said "I advance to give you maximum penetration with your weapon sister. At this range, it will surly kill me in one shot." Her hand shook, her body trembled with quiet quakes of indignation.

We follow the direct word of the Emperor himself. We are his warriors, nearly corrupted by Chaos, but pulled back from the abyss the moment before we truly fell.

Agreed. If one actually does look back into the fluff, they will see that the Emperor had interests in Eldar tech regardless (read: Webway), and was not against the use of Xenos technology... so long as it was not relied upon. The chapter is created basically to be the grey area of 'what is loyalist, and what is chaos' with the twist of the Eldar being thrown in due to what they were created to do, which was to kill Eldar.

Now they're just laughing at the irony of being able to shred Xenos with their own weapons.

>>

Wait, you think the Eldar titans are operational?

Wow. First, no they aren't. They've been scavenged from the craftworld, and the Mechanicus elements within the chapter are beating their brains in trying to get them to work. This was posted in the last thread, if you would actually go back and look instead of trying to get all of us mad. And I ain't even mad.

Secondly, our 'replication' is basically just taking Eldar weapons we scavenge, and just using them. Its not that hard to figure out how to replace a magazine in a shuriken catapult when the clip runs dry, nor is it that hard to build a rig to put a Wraithcannon onto a Land Speeder or a Rhino.

You honestly think we're trying to recreate it? Shit, son, I am disappoint for you thinking we're that stupid. At most, the Mechanicus tries to fuck with the tech to see if they can understand it, and even then, they don't have much success.

Read the threads, or get out. We don't care. This is purely for the benefit of those who are scratching their heads and not raging like you...

Actually; keep responding. It means I can elaborate further on the fluff.

replicating means "copying from a template" you fucktard. And one does not simply use a phantmo titan. Not even Eldar just "use" phantom titans. They are more alive than machinery, finely atoned to the soul of their pilot, requiring a very very strong psychic link and ability to mesh with its own little infinity circuit.

That is nothing you just "use" like pulling a trigger

"rigging a Wraithcannon onto a Land Speeder"

Okay boss. Now listen. Save for very very extreme circumstances, the military drills people to never pick up enemy gun - because they can't use them. Using a gun is a life or death matter, it requires instruction and training to the point of you being able to operate it blindfold.

Now imagine the difference between Eldar guns and Imperium guns. Most likely they also require some fucking eldar psychic link, a soulstone or whatever the fuck you have. This is true especially for the heavier and more intricate weapons.

Go read the present or the 3rd edition eldar dex and educate yourself on how impossible it is for humans to understand their language. There are entire FAMILIES of translators who have spent GENERATIONS and only scratched the surface of eldar language, incapeable of properly translating stuff.

How yould a Mechanicum dumbfuck be able to operate Eldar machinery? How would he be able to properly intereact with command Holographs and press the right sequence of runes on a panel?

Basically. Shortly after founding and several engagements, the chapter had apparently picked up some pysker kid according to what happened to Salva's fluff. Kid unleashed the warp and a bunch of daemons on us, but Salva hung back to buy his brothers time. Emps showed up and gave Salva what is basically the orders of the chapter, and from there we've learned to keep the chaotic influence from driving us batshit insane, though we are not without mutations.

Following this, Plutarch has become our Chapter Master in the event of Salva's death, and in time we have come to find the remains of a small Eldar Craftworld within a warpstorm; our metaphorical safe haven from the forces of the galaxy when we need to resupply. Being in a Warp Storm doesn't help with the mutation problem, but we're able to keep everyone in check, as well as scavenge supplies, food, ammo, and Eldar Tech that we can get to function.

Since then, we've been both hitting the Xenos when we can and saving Imperial Citizens as much as possible, populating the planet and making it our homeworld. After some time, a group of Adeptus Soritas was sent to purge us, but once we told them about the Big E's plan for us, they changed. Some left, others went into exile, and some stuck around with us.

The mechanicus elements are those who desire Xenos technology, and have agreed to help the chapter with its Eldar tech; understanding, maintaining, and attempting to work it when able. No luck on the titans, but we're able to understand small arms well enough to be able to supply ammunition for them.

Furthing this, the chapter's recruitment method is from some of the purist/least mutated of the craftworld's citizenry, and must usually, in addition to the normal methods of testing to ensure quality scouts, go deep within the craftworld and bring back a useful piece of Eldar technology for the chapter. It can be anything from a Shuriken pistol to bits and pieces of a gun platform, but regardless, they must retrieve it and bring it back.

Some do not return. Others bring back equisite weaponry. Still others are able to find piece of Eldar wargear for the Mechanicus to study and hope to understand.

In addition, Slaanesh, being the one who sought to corrupt the chapter in the first place, regularly bestows its 'gifts' upon both the marines and citizenry, though it is by all means unwanted. Some of these are useful, however, as their psykers and librarians seem to have a better understanding of the warp. Others, like the fact that some of their weapons become tainted by the warp, less so. Such weapons are sanctified as much as possible, but those that are too corrupted and cast aside to prevent unnecessary corruption and loss of brothers and/or citizens.

>>23667430
Yeah, weird.

*are, not and

Insanity and falling to chaos is staved off through extensive prayer to the God-Emperor himself. Plutarch is known to be one who is often found staring off into reality, his mind constantly working out battle plans and visions that he and others receive. While he rarely enters the battlefield, he has kept the chapter stable for many centuries, despite all accounts.

Those that do fall are given the Emperor's mercy, though those that feel they are falling often do the deed themselves. It is an uncommon occurrence, but it is of note. Chaos is always looking for cracks in the chapter's resolve, and many have fallen to its taint over the centuries that have passed.

One thing of note was that, even before their renegade status, the chapter had always managed to incorporate Eldar Lore into their chapter cult, knowing the alien so that they may be better able to kill it. Many of the chapter's greatest Librarians, Apothecaries, Tech Marines, Chaplains, and battle-brothers are often considered to be the 'Lords' of that branches marines, with each branch being a certain 'aspect' of a Space Marine chapter.
>>
>>23667626
Their combat doctrine is based upon heavy use of stealth and vehicles. Following the discovery of the craftworld, they have managed to, with great difficulty, open and close the craftworld's webway gates. This allows them to appear upon eldar craft and exodite worlds, deploying full armor and companies in a sudden, surprise offensive. This has the added benefit of allowing them to retreat quickly if they find themselves outmatched, either by numbers or skill.

Devastators are non-existent within the chapter. Instead, squads of marines are placed upon Eldar gun platforms outfitted with imperial weaponry such as heavy bolters, melta guns, and plasma cannons. Simple eldar weapons are often intermingled, but not relied upon.

The chapter's assault marines are often blessed/cursed with large, leathery wings in place of jump packs. Combined with their sharp, deadly protrusions such as talons of both the hands and feet, razor-sharp fangs, and combination of purple skin and common pack-hunting tactics seen throughout the chapter, and they are by far the most violent and falling to chaos of the chapter.

They make up for this with sheer ferocity through the use of hit-and-run tactics and night fighting, provided in part due to their sensitivity to light present within the chapter.

The tactical marines are usually those who show the most 'gifts' from Slaanesh, but are some of the most level-headed of the chapter. They are also the ones who employ the most eldar technology in duality with their Imperial wargear, and it is not uncommon to see Shuriken Catapults wielded alongside traditional Bolters.

The lone Imperial Titan that the chapter has saved from a chaos incursion is the greatest trump card within the chapter, deployed only in dire situations and outfitted with as many weapons as possible. Many of its pilots are the purest and untainted of the civilian stock, and seem to be exceptionally lucky in having little to none of Slaanesh's 'gifts' tainting them.

I would, but I am no wikifag. If anything, I'm just doing the chapter doctrine and the unique organization fluff out of boredom/desire to help.

Also yes, the ork is providing us writefaggotry regarding our Soritas. Speaking of which.

The Adeptus Soritas allied with the chapter are an odd group, to say the least. While their methods have seen little change, they are quick to fight alongside their brothers if they are needed. Their preferred weapons are still the holy trinity of bolter, melta, and flamer, as they prefer to use Imperial Weaponry over that of the Xenos. While it is clear they do not approve of Eldar technology, most choose not to voice it, as they did in the past during their alliance with the chapter.

Despite this, they still suffer the occasional warp mutation. It has taken many centuries to convince them not to instantly be given the Emperor's mercy, and self-harm has stained the order for centuries following in an attempt to remove any taints. For this reason, they have been named the Sisters of Scars.

>>23668057
Thanks for reminding me.

What brothers survive long enough to suffer heavy casualties and not fall to chaos are still interned within dreadnoughts, often given a multitude of daily rites and purity seals in order to keep them from falling, placed within sanctified cradles when in stasis, so as to protect them from the daemons of the warp when they sleep. They are by far the rarest of the chapter, with only a small handful of no more than fifteen Dreadnoughts being present.

From the diary of Brother-Captain Sadeso Neyrril

How the group of Soritas found us we shall never know, for the ones left refuse to reveal, But find us they did. "Advance Line, ready weapons!" the Cannoness shouted! And yet we moved not an inch, for we were faithful. At no more than 20 paces from our line they stopped and presented arms. "Take a walk with me Cannoness, if you please." I assure you my marines shall not move. The glare she gave could have cut stone, but our master was metal.. He nodded, and began walking off down a small path to the side of the large clearing we were all gathered in. She glared for another moment, made a quick hand command at her troops and stomped off, the grip of her sword held like it was the only thing between her and a Tyranid swarm. I remember it truly, we were all un-helmed. The lightest of breezes blew down from above the Wraithbone spires, it stirred what little hair I had left. I was in the first line, being a captain, and had a full view of the penitence that some of these sisters wanted to force upon us. But we needed no penitence, for we had done nothing wrong in our Lord's view.
>>
>>23668290
even if mat had his way with him first I think we shouldn't be too mary-sue
>>
>>23668417
I met the eyes of the sister directly across from me. That struck her a bit. When Sister-Captain Fiouda spoke, it reverberated off the high buildings all around us, everyone could hear. "You shall burn like the rest of the traitors." I smiled a bit, more than I should have in the situation. "We shall most likely burn sister, traitor or not. The Lord Emperor gives his blessing stringently and we have already received more than our fair share of it. I would not curse him if we died here today." My words took a second to finally sink in, but when they did she was taken aback. Hers was a righteous anger, it consumed her face and ,in fact, her entire being. "How dare you claim to be blessed by OUR Lord. Look upon yourselves. Can you not see? The warp has chewed you up and spit you out. Your entire chapter has been cursed to eternal damnation. Your words are a heresy of the highest magnitude!" She drew her Meltagun and walked two paces in front of her line, raising it at my head. I also took two quick steps forward, hands still clasped behind my back and spoke without emotion, "I advance to give you maximum penetration with your weapon sister. At this range, it will surely kill me." All eyes were now on us. The other sisters had mixed reactions. Some were nervous, others borderline excited. My brothers did not even look at us, they continued to stare straight ahead. Her hand shook, her body trembled with quiet quakes of indignation. Our eyes touched again, but this time I held her there. Our gazes locked, like lighting bound us together. And then she finally pulled the trigger.
>>
>>23668435
I have seen many things during my time in the Emperors service. I have seen great acts of heroism and their counterparts, act of pure depravity and filth of which I could not speak. But those moments somehow are out shined, I believe this is the moment most engraved upon my soul. My eyes disengaged from hers in the instant after she pulled the trigger. They followed, not her finger, not the barrel, they followed the Melta's power pack. I watched its slow, almost lazy, decent and then the moment was over. The pack rattled as it hit the floor. An entire chapter of Astartes, an entire congregation of Sororitas, yet in that moment there could have been only two of us. We locked eyes again, but this time there was no fury. My disbelief was held in check better than her's, or any of the other sisters who could see. They openly leaned out of rank to stare with unbroken amazement. But our eyes never left each others. I could see her, see all the cogitatiors that made up who she was working against a reality that had just come to pass.

I simply, and stepped back into formation.

Agreed. I'm for the opening line being the following;

The Sovereign's Appraisal are yet another attempt to create a custom chapter using the Space Marine Chapter Creation Tables. Essentially, they are both a chapter more shit on than the Lamenters and the Legion of the Damned, and blur the line between Loyalist and Chaos so badly its hard to tell if they're heretics or chosen by the Big E himself. They're organized in a way that is like if batman (link to khonrad Kurze here) ran the byzantine Empire in Spehss, and it is glorious.

Did we also mention that they're an Ultramarines successor chapter, and have possibly the most flaws and mutations one can have? They also use the Ultramarines symbol and colors in their color scheme and heraldry, though now it is to troll them for being an impure chapter. It is rumored that this is one possible explanation for the Angry Marines, so great was their butthurt.

I don't think so. Far as I know you have to be wearing it, and be an Eldar. Don't quote me on that.
>>
>>23668827
Soulstones essentially act as "soul traps" for whatever they're nearest too, which is almost always the Eldar wearing one. Dunno if they work for humans, probably, though humans don't use the "psycho-technical" wraithbone material which has the "soul nexus" effect that makes craftworlds semi-sapient.
>>
>>23668919
>>23668827
Honestly, I'm rather against the use of soulstones. As bob stated, we don't want to make these guys overly mary-sue-ish. We can get away with some shit due to being an Ultramarines successor chapter made to troll them, but I think this is kind of crossing that line we blurred the fuck out of.
>>
>>23668964
Yeah. I don't like the use of soulstones, either. Too eldar-ey and we have no real use for them once we have a filled one.
>>
>>23668964
Soul Stones are a no-no. I just don't see it working out in the semi-believable 40k way.
>>
>>23668984
Agreed. The craftworld's not going anywhere, we can barely understand eldar tech as it is, and we're not eating them like Dark Eldar or Slaanesh. While it sounds like a fun idea on paper, realistically speaking, it has no purpose other than to make us more like space elves.

if we did use the soulstones, we'd probably just beat the shit out of everyone
it just wouldnt be very fair

So, I'm guessing nobody has any idea on how to make a 1d4chan article then?

...If you couldn't guess, yes.
>>
>>23669174
Uh, we should put together a google doc with all of this in one place. Perhaps we could get a drawfriend in on it to make us a nice header image.
>>
>>23669174
Not the slightest.
>>
>>23669251
>>23669252
>>23669256
Kay... Well, I am not normally a wikifag, but I can do some quick copy-pasting for getting the headings and such in. It's not hard, but it is annoyingly difficult.

I'll see what I can do.
>>
>>23669287
Also, what was our battle cry again? I know we had one at some point...
>>
>>23669340
"Through blood, we shall earn our forgiveness!"
>>
>>23669397
Thanks.
>>
>>23669417
I think I'm just going to archive the thread now and link it, so that we have everything on the page. Sound good?
>>
>>23669605
Sure. Might need to get updated at some point, though I'm unsure how active it's going to be at this point.

I'm nowhere near done, but it's a start.

Alliance should be "Emperor" instead of the Imperium.

Logofag here again. Fancy new photoshop versions. Here's color without the outline on the Omega. Other versions next.

Thanks. That made it easier to do the photoshop version.

With outline, but aliased. The anti-aliased version looks a little funky to me, and I'm not some sort of photoshoop genius.

Applying small amounts of Gaussian blur in increments (like 0.3 in GIMP) helps a lot in making it look nice and rounded.

Uploading this version as the chapter symbol.
>>
>>23670141
Okay, so I've added both this, and the armor scheme...

Honestly, I wish I had a couple of drawfags. Nonetheless, Logofag, you have done well.
>>
>>23670254
Go look for a draw thread
I'm sure one of them would gladly do a request
>>
>>23670309
Likely so. I'll see what I can do at a later time. For now, I'll be editing and formatting the page as needed. Good work, elegan/tg/entleman; we've successfully made a new custom chapter.
>>
>>23669697
Speaking of this; how do I update archives?
>>
>>23670500
I don't know. I tried sending an email to the admin but I haven't gotten any word back so it's hilariously disorganized at this point.
>>
>>23670532
Managed to fix; apparently sending the same thread again updates, so we're all good with the images and such.

I have been lurking all three of these threads, and you guys are doing awesome work. Only one asspained autist in sight. Also love the writefaggotry ork, twas magnificent.

Pic semi related
>>
>>23670254
Thanks man. I might make a better one later... maybe a vector. Though honestly I'm surprised. I'm not an artist by any measure. Usually I'm a writefag.

Speaking of, I'll probably have some fresh fluff tomorrow.
>>
>>23670910
I shall be lurking, then. If I can't find it in time, I'd suggest adding it to the page as well.
>>
>>23670938
Now that the page is up, it should be pretty easy to update with fluff.
>>23670832
Thanks, I enjoyed it. I'll do some more writefaggotry, both for this chapter and just on /tg in general.
>>
>>23671133
True. Its not like we can't keep on adding to and altering the page as we go. I'll try to update it in my spare time, but at the moment I'm dealing with working out the details on my DH campaign. I'm the GM for the thing with a group of friends, and considering we went into an event that was Not As Planned, I need to make sure I can bounce back from this without looking like a dumbass.

tl;dr Dark Heresy campaign.

I don't at the moment, but this is useful enough to warrant a bookmark for later use.

My compliments.

a bit sad that I had to check out of the thread without saying anything but I am glad it turned out cool in the end, also I am going to go ahead and assume that most of /tg/ is ok with this based on the record low amount of trolling/buthurt
