Eldar are only in danger upon death, in which case their soul will be devoured by Slaanesh, unless Cegorach can snatch it away.
Their waystones, the soulstones they carry on their chests, are in effect a soul trap, that absorbs the disembodied soul, so they can be brought into the infinity circuit for indefinite storage.
Also, her powers cannot be taken away from her like that. They can be suppressed, however.
And severing their link to the warp is supposed to be harmful to Eldar.
But unless she goes and hugs a pariah or we put her into a psykic suppression field, she will be alright.
She is however in greater danger to suffer from the Warp if she casts without the safety measures provided by her Eldar gear.
