Constitution will affect how much a beating a character can endure/ poison/ seasickness and other things that may occur.
Strength is strength. Affects overall ability to lift( bro, do you even lift?) and has an affect on the cutting potential of swords. (high strength will yield sword shockwaves)
Charisma of course, affects social situations. However it can also have an affect with how a person deals with their ability if they're a fruit user.
Cunning: A mix of Intellect and wisdom, this increases general and inherent knowledge as well as capacity to think on the fly. Also gives bonus to training Devil fruit powers.
Dex: Related to speed and reflex. Vital for the gunman and also related to the swordsman.
Luck: Fate smiles or frowns upon the character. Good events are more likely to happen, and bad events less.

To the far southwest there's a larger trade hub where you might be able to pick up some more goods.. though you're not quite sure how much you'll be able to sell there.. It's known for pirates as well...

The wind is blowing West, though you feel that it'll follow you wherever you wish to go.

As you take your eyes off the map, you notice that there's an island that shouldn't be there...
It lies due south.
