To be honest, everyone would have trouble dealing with teenagers with attitude that are in their early thirties.

He originally was a much more impressive villain, but the youngest viewers complained, so he had to be toned down. Big time.
I'd say he is a Chaos Undivided Sorcerer, with a little bit of Fabius Bile thrown in.

Exposed musculature and brain is actually really cool, with respirator/visor combo to protect the face is a great idea. His arched crown thing could be an artifact of Chaos that allows his body to hold together even after being horrifically maimed. He also must leave his power armor regularly, since his black carapace has long since been removed (with his skin), so wearing armor for an extended period of time becomes problematic and uncomfortable. This is why he sends waves of Chaos-spawned minions to do most of the combat for him, as he often lacks the protection himself to stay in the fight long.

As I remember, he's well over 2000 years old, and has conquered quite a bit of space.
Let's make him able to regenerate freakishly quickly from anything - but, he doesn't regenerate properly, as his exposed musculature and organs show.
He has to go around everywhere completely naked (exposed muscles and all) because any physical contact causes him unspeakable pain.
As for the power armor and those metallic things, let's make them grafted to his body - that's the only thing he has remaining from his original body.

His armor could be like a frame for his body, to ensure it grows and regenerates to look more humanoid than he otherwise would. The armor extends into his body to make sure everything is held in place.

We could also make that respirator-thingy of his a long tube with mechanical parts that go inside his body.
With his freakish mutations, his breathing canals would be completely blocked (they'll grow together) and the mechanical parts are there to allow his lungs to function properly.
He mostly feeds via blood transfusions - if he removes that tube from his mouth, it'll seal itself automatically.

Doesn't really have to be Tzeentch. I'd say Undivided, with some blessings from Khorne.
He is the best fighter, but he isn't a berserker, and often comes with ideas for Rita's plans.

I'mma say that Zedd doesn't have blessings from any particular chaos god, or if he does those are tied into his horrific transformation. All his mechanical bits are left over from his armor, lets say he was fighting during the horus heresy and got blasted apart by some sort of archeotech plasma gun and the chaos gods kept him alive by blessing him with his terrible regenration powers. His body was dragged from the battlefield and he slowly healed giving us the form we see him in today.

His crown and staff are tzeentchian artifacts given to him by Goldar, his loyal second in command back when they served the emperor, thus explaining his wings and blue skin.

That can work.
He's basically a Chaos Pirate, going from world to world, conquering and pillaging, and leaving as fast as he can.
When he meets Champions of Imperium or Chaos, he tries to coopt or corrupt them.

Since he can't rely on anybody's help, he picked up strategies from everybody.
From the Dark Eldar he picked up that speed is the most important thing - he pillages and destroys, then leaves immediately.
From the Eldar he picked up to use divination to aid him in his quests - that's where Rita comes in. And so on.

We should make him quite friendly with Fabius Bile - in exchange for tech, he gets mutated mooks and all those things he throws at his foes.

I've been thinking that we make him a Champion of Malal.
Malal favors single champions instead of armies, empowers them ridiculously, makes them hellbent on fighting the other gods...
It pretty much suits Zedd.

Sounds good, Zedd runs around killing, corrupting or coopting champions of just about any group he encounters. He bros up with Fabius Bile providing him goodies and lore in exchange for tech (we can say that more than a few pieces of his augmentations are Fabius's work) and in general acts as a destabilizing force. If he can screw up one big plan for anyone then he's happy.

Goldar's an ex-spacemarine champion of tzeentch, Rita's an Eldar Farseer who fell to chaos and is well into her 2nd millenium of madness and debauchery...

Hrmm, think we should just nab cool villians from the Power Rangers series and drop them in here? I can see the psycho rangers being products of Heretek, an experiment by Fabius Bile for Zedd in making watered down chaos champions for instance.

Okay so Mondo is clearly an Iron Warrior, and he'll likely be sapient and hate humans for destroying his species and driving him into the warp. He'll have cog ships that combine with Gear Ships to create cruisers and dreadnoughts and stuff. Their Fighters will be Nuts, Bolts, Screws.... You get the idea.

Clearly Mondo will want to turn the Iron Men into a force to be reckoned with so he'll be out for tech and he'll raid forge worlds, tau and eldar worlds and anywhere else that has nice tech. Probably spends a lot of time on space hulks looking for goodies.

Obviously is gonna have a lot of overlap with the dark mechanicus and may even turn particularly dedicated humans into Iron Men by converting them into fully robotic sapients.

Clearly he's a left over from the Golden Age of the Squat Empires and their Association with the Imperium. Presumably he was a great champion for the ancestors but Zedd captured him and tortured him day and night until the champion realized the truth.

His ancestors weren't listening and they wern't going to help, Lord Zedd is the Light, Lord Zedd is the way and Lord Zedd will allow you to fufill your wildest ambitions.

Squatt is a chaos mutant and like his lord regenerates, like his lord he also suffers increasingly drastic mutations as he heals from things. These mutations are also sadistic in nature so Squatt has wound up looking like a blue version of his people's fabled enemy, the Orks.

Squatt is a master of technology and has designed and maintained many elements of Lord Zedd's armory. in fact Lord Zedd has one of the few remaining collections of squat armors, weapons, and vehicles as well as the means to maintain them left in the whole of the Galaxy.

Well Mezagog is a human turned reptile. Give him a world off the beaten path, put him in charge of a human civilization in shambles and have him trying to improve humanity through genetic modification. He can either be a heretek making reptilian mutants or a Slaan aligned Psyker spreading the cult of excess across his world. Give him a fleet of defense ships and put him on the edge of say, tau space to give him some ties to advanced technology and a group that would tolerate his experiments in exchange for resources or auxilliaries in battle.

This guy, Nurglite Daemon Prince, probably has dealings with Orks, gives them tech from archeotech chashes on his planet. The Daemon infested tech bides its time but eventually it shows its true nature, usually on the front lines of battle where it can do the most damage.

Scorpiana is an Deldar Wych turned to Khorne, dominated by Zedd, probably via mind rape.

Goldar is an Ex-Tzeentchian champion, probably hails back to the Heresy and has equipment that reflects that.

Squatt is a squat artificier who was tortured for centuries until he forgot his name, his clan, and his very ancestors and now only lives to serve Zedd by crafting dark mockeries of Squat technology and maintaining Zedd's archeotech...

Finters is an Eldar of an advanced years, even for his long lived race. Before Rita succumbed to Lord Zedd's influence he studied the Fleshcrafting of the Dark Eldar and numerous other chaos disciplines iin order to counter them. In truth Zedd corrupted Rita so that he could have Finster's services for the Edlar Sage's knowledge is immense by any objective standards. Finster has been mutated by his time in the warp and has long since given up even pretending that he's working for any cause other than to advance Lord Zedd's schemes.

Babboo was a human companion for Squatt and like Squatt his mind brok under the torture that Lord Zedd put him through. In ages past he served the Emperor as an Inquisitor but now his bdy and mind have been twisted to suit Lord Zedd's needs and he uses his knowledge of the Inquisitions inner workings against any agents who would try to act against Zedd.

Scorpius the First, Basically an enormous sack of organs with a pair of eyes, fangs, and some tentacles. He has a Daughter named Trakeena who is kind of a babe so presumably he was humanoid at some point.


Extrapolating from this we can come to the conclusion that Scorpius rules over a small section of space on the edge of the galaxy and instead of integrating races into his culture he integrates cultures into his race by transforming them into insectoid mutants of some kind.


Probably makes use of xeno tech, mercenaries, and converts people into insectoid monsters so they will better serve him.

Venjix is an AI program from the Dark Age of Technology which has built itslef a number of mechanical bodies to it can lead it's charges in person. Using a rebuild form of the Iron Men, it seeks galactic conquest.

Ransik is a loving father and an inspirational leader... To Mutants, he hates humans and tends to execute them on sight. Will occasionally allow a human to recieve nurgle's blessing in the form of an Archeotech Retroviral cocktail that will either kill or mutate the subject in question.

He has a Daughter Named Nadira who wields impressive psyker capabilities and an arsenal of digitech weapons (she thinks they're pretty) powerful but not very smart.

Frax a human who treated Ransik with kindness, and was repaid for it with Nurgle's blessing. He shunned Nurgle's blessing however and built himself a body from augmetic parts. The only human part of him that remains is his brain. Acts as the tech expert for Ransik, and tends to oppose many of Ransik's decisions on principle, though he'll always bend knee to Ransik in the end.

Gluto recieved Nurgle's blessing and in typical nurglite fashion became extremely powerful physically but his already dodgy intellect suffered for the transformation.
