It's...it's from that unlisted number, again. The one that sent you that message, way back in Iori's suite. In Midori's illusion. Asking you to wake up. The message before that told you to give up, and move on.

The message now was no different, no less cryptic.

Kharn also hinted that the month-long operation would change Chiaki in a big way.

Like one other dude said, I'm starting to think that the second operation is looking to involve integrating part of the Walpurgisnacht into Chiaki's being. Although Kharn may be less susceptible to its effects thanks to her being a reversed witch (or an entirely new being altogether), I'm not sure if it will really help Chiaki. It may even conceivably make her more unstable.
