You must say, whoever made this game was pretty thorough.
The inclusion of the cooldown sequence is a welcome surprise after finishing the grueling game in one go.

After a few basic stretches, you follow the ape's instructions and sit down crosslegged on the floor.
Closing your eyes as told, you begin to do the breathing exercises as the CGI Gorilla guided you through them.
