Last time on Medieval X-COM: Three major powers in Bretagne Kingdom created Avant-Garde, an organization defending the kingdom from internal dangers while army protects the border after the war. During A-G first mission the guard encounteres giant crabs in an abandoned fishing village and defeated them. A body of strange humanoid was found.

Now, back at the mountain monastery donated by bishop of Gourdon himself, the guards plan their next move.

Has OP put it up to download/buy somewhere? This looks really interesting, and maybe something I can use for the people I usually D&D with aren't really looking for a roleplaying game, but rather an action adventure with unlimited choices.

Forgive me if I have the wrong end of the stick and OP writes and codes these adventures specifically to post on here.

OK It's a troll that means it's probably going to be strong but not very smart, Also we might want fire. (Note all of this is provisional)

Archers should all shoot at troll (hopefully that will enrage it), Spear guys should set their spears to receive the trolls charge (if charges), Sword man should light his torch and carry it in his off hand.

The boar is another. A great beast, strong, terrifying, territorial, men have both hunted them for feasts for kings, and died in their attempts.
It is a crossways change of the simple swine

More skulls.
>>

THIS.
part lion, part fist- defeating the giant enemy crab!
give it a pair of Benoit-like mustaches and its perfect
>>
>>20597046
>>20597077
Oh, well
>>20597079
There ya go.
>>
Only one thing - it needs to have a large "X" in it.
>>

The bishop of nearby Montfort replies that keeping such unholy beast and willing to test it is borderline heretical. He writes he understands your motives but as a church he can't approve of such actions.

Well, you've tried
>>
>>20597121
So...
a big pig skull on a x-crossed shield?
sounds awesome!

Oh right, and make the banner a pretty deadly polehammer so the guy with the banner isnt just standing there looking pretty.
That should keep the royal craftsman happier.

The last 4 pictures had all been by me. the 1st is from an old Gome of thrones quest, the second a modifed Adeptus Arbites symbol, and the other two painstakingly made in paint by me for a WFRP game that had most of the party and Breton nobles.
The first one with the lion is seen to fit in well with the pixel scene

We can use all of them. It's not that rare to have a banner with multiple fields in real life.
>>
>>20597292
Put a red X somewhere and add a skull to the boar (because skulls are badass) and its perfect
the lion doesn't look good on peexels
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRGGGHH
oh god, another special weapon idea!
>>
>>20597292
It'd be pretty awesome to have both of them in your xcom game pixelbro, but it might be a bit much.
Replace the lion with a bear like other suggestions

While I will study I need a few answers.
1) How can I make the missions better?
2) Terror missions. Actual terror missions straight from X-COM, special quest - dungeons and treasuries or maybe something non-guard related, like further adventures of muscle trio or other characters to move the plot.
3) "My perfect mission would take place in..."
4) Avant-Garde Banner idea
>>
>>20597527
1. Dunno.
2. All of the above!
3. ... a raging battlefield/siege!
4. More skulls!
>>
>>20597292
Top left, easy. Bottom right is a blob of pixels.
>>
>>20597527

Terror Missions stay the same, the "Dungeon and Special Quest" things could be this game's equivalent of Alien base raids.

The missions are good, though you BETTER prepare your anus for destructible terrain when we start rolling out siege weapons, cannons and bombs.
>>
>>20597527

Terror missions fuck yeah, been waiting to see your take on that.

Here's my new project!
>>
>>20597567

Holy shit.

You need a wench to make it easy to reset without taking off the shield.
>>
>>20597583
Well, we don't have the yet the technology to build a proper winding mechanism to use it repeadetly without reloading manually.
its a prototype
>>
>>20597583
>>20597655

He didn't say 'a winch' he said 'a wench'. A busty maiden to, when the time is right, come out from behind the user and pry open the bear trap for re-use.
>>
>>20597583
That'd mean you let go whatever is inside. You are only supposed to do that back at the base.
>>
>>20598028

That is exactly what I meant, it wasn't a typo.

And so a new fact about the medieval X-COM world is born
>>
>>20598141
...is that beer?
>>
>>20598141

I like this new form of Shieldbearer.
>>

Hmmm, how much to place a tavern down at the bottom of the monastery's rode at a trade road?
With a small signal tower at the roof.
