Ok GW has a 'plastic budget'. In a nut shell there is only a limited amount of resource per year to make plastic dies and it's limited more of less to about 30-40 dies per year (I think that's now gone up to about 50 or so in the past few years, my friend doesn't get to read the invoices anymore). This is then shared across all three ranges and anything extra they may be making.New armies always get the lions share of the Dies (Typically 5 to 8. it depends mostly how long the army has been without an update or how much of the product line is already plastic) , plastic is lower continuing costs and always sells in higher volume.Sisters, in need of a lot of attention to hope to make them sell.Seven products, three of which are plastic.Space Marines, a safe line that needs barely any attention. (Hence why BA only got four, GK 3)Thirteen products, ten of which are plastic.
This is obviously a fake list put out by GW so they can "surprise" you with the upcoming Blood Raven Codex.
Sorry to bring some bad news but if this product list is the one I think it is, the soonest we'll see any of these is mid-late next year and it'll be going till mid-late 2014.I know for a fact at least half of what is written is true (The rest I just haven't heard of at all) but the dates are an issue.

Not a 'bad for Citadel miniatures' sculpt; like a sculpt of a fucking ball.As I understand it, the level of detail on Citadel shit these days means that producing a large-size set of dies, for a sprue like the ones in vehicle boxes, costs some $200,000. That means every fresh box is expensive as fuck, even with using old sprues. The ones that are all new are even worse. The development process of the Hammerhead cost a million dollars or some shit, between needing a shitload of entirely new vehicle dies and the standard costs.

Maybe GW's just putting out one streamlined muhrehn codex, including lists/flavour for the various space marine legions in one book. This would explain the influx of new characters/legion specific units coming out as well as the new vehicles, which seem like 'dex release fodder. This list is kinda disappointing to me. I have to wait until 2013 to get plastic Noise Marines, having to settle with the current shitty metal/plastic hybrids till then. Alll of the new loyalist stuff indicates that they might be getting a new codex soon, despite having a solid 5th edition codex Aside from that, everything else looks good. Tau, SOB, Black Templars, Orks and Eldar, are in need of updates, and if this is any indication, they'll be getting them.
