You are a Magical Girl, but you're not feeling too damn magical at the moment. You know damn well what a Magical Girl is supposed to be. They're supposed to be the protectors of hopes and dreams, arriving in a blast of shimmering lights with rainbows exploding out of their asses. Wearing costumes with bright primary colors and just short enough to skirt the line of decency in order to attract both their key demographics - those barely old enough to smoke, and those nearly old enough to be wizards.
im here!!!!
>dis_guna_b_gud.jpgGo on, OP. I need detox tonight.
Third guy present!
>Not being a Kommando man.
>Noir overload
>>19988546[2/3]What Magical Girls are not supposed to be is alcoholic. Or popping handfuls of painkillers just to calm themselves down enough for the next swig of whisky. They're not supposed to be barging into their place of work at two in the morning, clutching a paper bag full of two bottles of whiskey and a bottle of green-tinted melon liqueur. In a maid outfit with the front of it nearly dark red in dried, crusting blood. Scaring all the night guards and graveyard shifters by stalking through the office without so much as a word or a nod of greeting.Proper Magical Girls - the sort that have natural, luxurious blonde curls in their hair, have a bra size to be proud of to look in the mirror, perfect milky skin, the scent of pancakes permeating her warmth - would never walk out on their boss with the express aim to get themselves drunk in the company of a girl they themselves dismembered. You are the farthest thing from a Magical Girl. It's just too bad you don't care about it at the moment.

>>19988630[3/3]You step into Midori's Silent Room, and it's then that you feel the chill of the Anti-Magic Barrier set in despite the thick layers of clothing you've been walking in for a while. The Shield on your right arm winks out with a grind of crunching gears and a flicker of purple light, leaving your own Soul Gem crackling in your hand for a moment, just before it changes into the silver band on your ring finger. You nod at the Magical Girl on guard tonight, and she closes the door behind you, the pressure seals hissing as the three-inch thick door slides into position. You kick off your heels, letting your tired feet rest - and it's then that you place the paper bag down on the floor, before you walk up to Midori's gurney. She's still comatose. Sleeping, even though by all right she should be legally dead. You have her soul, after all, clutched in your left hand - a crimson Soul Gem, gilded with silver and brass. You've asked Mami to pay her visits every other day or so - just to rouse her from oblivion periodically. It would have been cruel to simply leave her, asleep, the entire week you were gone. Her clothes seem to have been freshly changed. She's now wearing just a simple, thin white gown, the sort people in hospitals are made to wear and nothing else. She's sufficiently restrained, black straps binding her to the gurney but even you yourself know she doesn't have a hope of doing anything rash, not without you in the room. >>19988752 >>19988774 >>19988781You briefly think about taking advantage of the situation. This is the Silent Room after all, isn't it? Nothing that happens inside is ever seen - or heard - outside. It's not like anyone would mind, either - as far as anyone else is concerned, Midori is baggage, something to get rid of. They're actually surprised you haven't taken care of her, yet. So what's a few moments of indulging yourself? She probably won't mind. You look down at Midori's helpless form, before chuckling and unfolding the metal chair leaning beside the gurney - slightly amused, and at the same time, slightly disturbed at yourself. You set the bag of alcohol beside you just as you sit down on the chair. Taking out the two bottles of Kong Whiskey that you'd bought, on tab, from Charles, as well as the fancy green shit he gave you as a freebie. The bottles you place on the floor beside you, along with the two glasses you've also borrowed. Flexing your right hand, you force your Soul Gem to manifest in its jewel form. It does so with a hesitant snap of electricity, and it's then that you tap Midori's crimson one against it.Immediately, the girl on the gurney gasps as she is returned - harshly - back into her body. Breathing deep into lungs that had been empty moments before. The painful sting of life coursing through her, inert organs working once more, a heart ticking again.[1/2]
We have her FUCKING soul gem in our FUCKING hand and she can't do her FUCKING magic without her FUCKING soul gem and because we have her FUCKING soul gem we can kill her at any FUCKING time we please.>Do you understand?

"I know what I did, and...and I think I'm in the situation where apologies aren't going to help anymore." She struggles slightly, feebly, in her restraints. "One thing's for sure, though - I never thought I'd get used to not having legs. It's crazy." She turns to look at you and smiles. "And yeah, I got that. Escort missions rarely go smoothly. After all, if it was going to be all peaches and cream, why'd you get hired in the first place?" Midori giggles slightly. "The blood's a bit much, but it sorta fits. Murderface Murdermaid, for all your murdering needs!"You nod as you take your own glass, full of amber liquid, your own purple soul gem clinking gently against the glass as you swirl the contents. That's pretty funny, you say. You'll consider it as a fallback in case you become a free agent. It's then that Midori smacks her lips, blinking."W-wait. I can taste...something. In my mouth. Vodka? Is that vodka? And...and melon? Are you dunking my soul gem in melon liqueur, Murderface...?"Clever girl. You say yes as you take a sip from your own glass, draining half of its contents.Midori's eyes widen at this, and gasp as you pick up her glass and give it a small shake."I-it's...it's warm. I..." "B-but what did you see that's so bad that you need two bottles of whiskey to wash it out?" She looks at you, seemingly concerned. "Do...do you really hate being a Magical Girl that much, Murderface?"You don't look at her as you slouch back in your seat, stretching your legs out in front of you. It's a pertinent question, of course, one that needs answering. You're just not sure if you're ready to say the answer out loud."Is...is it about the girl in the pink dress? The one with the black eyes?" Midori ventures. "I saw her, you know. Back at the penthouse. I had you dead to rights. I was proud of how I managed to make it indistinguishable from reality. Even if you found out, you wouldn't have woken up long after we were gone." It's then that she shakes her head. "But she suddenly popped in, out of nowhere...a-and told me that I had to let you go. Or she would eat my soul."She swallows at the memory. "I...I thought she was just bluffing, but...she just touched me on the forehead, and she broke my illusion. Just like that. No one has ever done that." Midori shakes her head. "Who is she, Murderface? Why are you so important to her?"[1/2]

"Questions that I doubt Matsuda here would be able to answer, although she's more than welcome to try."You frown at the mutant cat before refilling your drink. "Minase Iori called a total of thirty-one times, Matsuda." Kyuubey says after a moment. "She was asking if you were alright. She was in tears in all twenty-nine previous calls, and hysterical for the last two. I tried to respond, but she hung up every time. I thought you should be the one to tell her."She's with the others, anyway. She'll be alright without you for a while.Right now, you just want to try and get yourself together. Try and make yourself feel like yourself, again. You drain your glass, refill it, drain it again, and then refill it a bit more than before."That's fine. Take as long as you want to recuperate." Kyuubey nods as he watches you give your liver another undeserved beating. "We'll skip your debriefing for now, I think I can reasonably infer just what happened."Then why the hell is he harshing on your buzz, then?"Because we may have discovered how to combat the effects of the Golden Weapons." Transportation will be provided, I have sent word for your arrival in a day's time. You can take it as a sabbatical if you want - I hear it's good hunting for bears, there."You'll...you'll keep that in mind."Well, that's all I wanted to tell you. No doubt you'd want to get on with your festivities." It's then that he turns to leave, but then moves toward the glass of green liquid with a crimson Soul Gem floating in it."Ah. While we're here. I found that I can easily brute-force the change of contract. It only takes a few moments." Kyuubey places a paw on the lip of the glass. "Of course, I can just as easily nullify the contract, here and now, and we'd have one less loose end to deal with.""...Wait." Midori blinks at this. "M-My...my what? Contract? Murderface, that's...that's my Soul Gem. What's he going to do with it?""Her parents will be well-provided for and I will expend the resources to protect them no matter your decision, but if you decide to have her be a member of this Officio, she will be your responsibility. I don't think I have to remind you just how much of a risk it is." Its paw touches the top of the Soul Gem. "If not, then consider this a special favor. It will be relatively painless."[]Take responsibility for Midori.[]Get her out of the picture.
>>19989815I hadn't thought of that..Yeah we definitely mustn't do that.

>>19989821>[]Get her out of the picture. She clearly is just another loose end.
>>19989821Take responsibility
>>19989821I'd take responsibility for her. Get her her legs back, look after her parents, get a neat little ally. Also, contract Iori.
>>19989821>[X]Take responsibility for Midori>[X]Hunt bears
[x]Take responsibility for Midori. We don't owe her and this a hilariously stupid idea, but I like her.Not to mention the help she could provide.
Siberia plan sounds cool as fuck.Cool as all fucks, I say
>>19989821Every good hitman has an assistant. We will take responsibility. >Tactical support w/ illusions>Iori babysitter>Drinking buddy>Soulgem-licking-buddy>Someone to scheme with. Maybe.
>>19989821[X]Take responsibility for Midori.Among our coterie of friends? and allies we don't have anyone with her skill set of infiltration and mindfuckery. We have proof that she is very good at what she does. Given the mind fucking nature of the threats we are up against having our own around may alleviate some of that.Tell her that she is our responsibility, she is to show complete loyalty or we will be forced to ventilate her.
>>Lets take her bear hunting with Misaka. You know, I just realized that Misaka might not be able to go. I mean, isn't she the weapon suppliers for practically the entire operation? I mean, Kyubey might be able to make do without Chiaki for a week or two, but if Misaka's out, who looks after the shop?
>>19989821[x] Take responsibility for Midori."Congratulations, you just got promoted to 'distraction'."

>>19989821>[X]Take responsibility for Midori."... Do it"After that we should give Lo.... I mean Iori a call, before we are too shitfaced to care.
>>19989821[X]Take responsibility for Midori. And also, considering the golden DEagle. We do NOT want to fuck with it. 50% is 50% too little. As much as having a Siberian Bear Hunting party to go with our other parties is cool, we can do that another time. No shiny DEagle.
>Are you going to take responsibility?Suddenly, I am picturing a certain type scene quite commonly seen in hentai. Does that make me bad person?
>>19989859That face isn't wide enough.
Russian bear hunting party means accepting the Deagle deal? Hell no.
>>19989857No I am pretty sure she is our arms dealer specifically.Kyuubey uses other sources for his general purpose guns I think
>>19989859Awesome picture. Is that other drawfag doing the Pinky version of this, with the golden gun? It would be seriously appreciated."Chiaki! Stop using boring weapons like a rifle and use this instead! One single slip can take out any number of innocents!"
>>19989884By the sounds kyuubey has already organized it all for us so I don't think we can decline

Guys I think we can go to Siberia, get R&D to fuck around while we go bear hunting, then come back with BEAR FOR DINNER AND ALSO COATS, only to find out they accidentally the whole branch. We'll actually be perfectly safe the entire time.
>>19989872>>19989884>save girl that will backstab us in the end>"Nope, can't try to counter pink's plans! gotta roll over and die."
>>19989888Forgot picture. Oh damnit, the one with Homura wielding the RPG. You know the one.
>>19989888That's me. I haven't even started work on that one, I'm still slowly plugging away at the remake of the "Man with the Golden Gun" poster. The whole poster was far too much for me to do, so I'm just doing Bond/Chiaki. Last time I posted progress on it, there was backlash against the glasses so I fixed those and then started on the gun. Never having drawn a gun before, it took a lot of time. That being said, the Pinky picture sounds simpler, so I could probably shift to that one instead? I dunno.
>>19989899What reason does she have to backstab us, exactly? We're giving her parents a good living, she's no longer contracted to the other guy, and she has no ill will towards us.
By the way, ask if we can take Iori along with us on the trip. A change of air will do her a world of good after all the bullshit that's been happening to her.
>>19989908No lolis. Defenity not her (alpha)lesbian loli friends.Just the hunters and pancakes if she wants to come.
>>19989859>Silently make fun of other artists for forgetting Chiaki's glasses.>Go to draw her and ALSO proceed to forget glasses.>OH FUCK ME AND A HALF
>>19989908Taking idol to cold north doesn't sound like the best idea to me. Let her stay with Garcia and Fabiola for a while. That is, if she still likes him after the recent spaghetty incident.
>>19989920I'm pretty sure we currently don't have the glasses as we lost them. Hadn't you said anything no one would have known.
>>19989920Well I'm fairly sure that they were punched off by that stage, so you can always claim that.
>>19989919Pancakes wouldn't want to go bear hunting though so bringing loli means they could do girly things while we hunt bears
I'm in favour of keeping Midori and all, but we really should wait until we're sober to tell Iori. We should send her a simple "Drinking, back later", then go check up on Kyouko of all people. She did snap us out of the murder haze, and then pull some crazy shit to buy us time. Plus she's one of the few people that Chiaki isn't being shipped with. At the moment.
>>19989926FUCK ME AND TWO THIRDS.
>>19989858>bear huntingIf she works real hard she might even make it up to 'bait'.>>19989870Eh, that's easy. Just explain that Midori didn't really have a choice in whether she took the job, while her Incubator certainly had a choice in the jobs he had to give her. If she's going to blame anyone, it should be him.If that's not good enough, she has a licence to punch Midori in the face whenever the mood strikes her.>>19989920Still not wide enough. Don't make me shop it.
>>19989929pancakes could stay home with the lolis and do girl things.there are alot more girl things to do when you're not in a frozen wasteland.
>>19989931Every quest is harem quest.
>>19989936See I very much doubt Iori would punch her, I see her more being afraid of her because of what happened
>>19989931This guy has a point. I definitely think we owe Kyouko a visit at the very least. She did get her back broken to buy us time after all. Downside to this is that Sayaka will definitely be there and she'll be pissed that we got her girlfriend's back snapped in half. Visiting Kyouko would definitely lead to violence and drama and sour Kyouko's mood (like last time Sayaka was a bitch).Chances that Kyouko would understand we were avoiding her to stay out of another fight with Sayaka?
>>19989925This. We want the maximum amount of time for her to imprint on him, if only for her sake. Chiaki being her usual distant self combined with Garcia being there, comforting and warm and not us might get her to change fixations.
>>19989946pretty sure Kyouko will want a visit at least. she pretty buddy buddy with us now.somehow.
>>19989948Perfect idea! Let's do it!Your answer was correct.
>>19989946Pretty sure Kyouko will be grateful for the visit, Sayaka will be doombitch like always, but she hasn't killed us despite us almost killing her so maybe she's slightly more sane in this universe?
>>19989931>>19989954>>19989946This. Don't forget to bring her sweets. It's the done thing for people in hospitals, right?
>>19989821Alright, what I want to do.Keep Midori. She was only doing her job because it kept her parents alive.DO NOT TOUCH SHINY DEAGLE. 50 percent is a horrible chance, and Deculture is trying to sweeten the deal with Bear Hunting Party.Tell Iori we're okay, text or audio, I don't care. Tell her we'll be there tomorrow at the most.Go visit Kyouko. We are bros now, so we'd better start acting like it.Stay here, where we can be with everyone. Mami given us ambrosia and is very nice to us, Iori is nice and good for us, Misaka is our little light of cute innocence, and Kyouko is our bud.
>>19989960so some honey whiskey?
>>19989954Mainly because she likes everyone she works with ( except Kirika ) and really we haven't been that big a bitch to her and even gave her some good advice in the first thread. Also she sees things sort of the same way we do so there's common ground,
>>19989946Yeah, I hadn't thought of that. You do have a point, but it seems inadvisable to run off to Siberia for who knows how long, when it might sour one of our only current positive relationships. Would a text "Thanks" be enough, seeing as it's a step up from normal?
>>19989965Or butterscotch schnapps
>>19989968I'm sure we won't be leaving right this minute. We'd have time for a visit.THE CAT OWES US ALL THE GRIEF SEEDS
>>19989963What this fellow said.
>>19989963This is good, I pick this.Honestly, why do people not want to keep Midori and leave Iori? Are people just trying to be unnecessarily dark and grim?
>>19989960Probably a sick room in the office until a Kyubey has time to spare to realign her back. Close enough to a hospital to count, I guess.
>>19989965>look up honey whiskey on Google>it's a thing that existsMy world has been enhanced.
>>19989983Like that? Try mead as well. It'll blow your mind cold or warm.
>>19989983enjoy, I like it collllllllllllllllllllllddddddddddd. it's just like syrup.I'd say go fr the 50/50 shot. better then rolling over and wait for pink to show. Taking the initiative is always better.
>>19989988>>19989983Barenjager
>>19989963This man speaks sense. Chiaki is definitely fucked up, but we've been better with all the support. We should give a little back.
>>19989980Some people probably think that Chiaki and Iori are a bit of a mismatch as it is, and that the latter will be better off without the former. (At the very least, safer.)
>>19989980Basically>>19989983Wild turkey does a type called American honeyIt's about the best one you can reliably find around the world for less than $100 a bottle. Some places you can get more types but it is damn good
>>19989980Because we don't care about the pure maiden loli?Midori is anunknown quantity in a dangerous setting. Better to cut it clean off.
>>19989999I understand that, but we've already had contact with her, and left an impression. Leaving her now would be worse than staying around. She'll help us with her support, and she'll be helped with our protection. She wants to be with us. We're like a reassuring presence to her at this point.
>>19989980Well, I'd hardly call it unnecessary, just fitting with my own personal interpretation of the character, which is both fairly grim and dark. I see Chiaki as fairly self destructive, which she would recognise. Yes, she is trying to be better, but dragging Iori, who still can have a normal life and career, down with us is just cruel. Mami is our shining beacon of hope because she's fucked up too, just in a different way, so she can help us. Iori is getting close to Murderface, I think it'd scare her since she cannot into relationships, so she'd try and find someone to transfer Iori's affection to.
>>19990004Australia supports Wild Turkey and all its forms.
>>19989996>>19989999Mostly Iori is safer around us than without though given twice if we weren't there she would have been in deep shit. And I think she is a bit beyond being able to be palmed off onto someone else given her actions these past few threads
>>19990008>worse than staying around. she very likely to die or become a magic girl if she stays around much longer. That's as bad is it gets right now.
>>19990010I agree with this guy. I mentioned it one of the previous threads: "Should probably try to push Iori away, if not for our sake, then for her own good." Seriously, the girl's been through enough shit as it is and we're just going to drag her further into grinder. She probably won't understand, leading to delicious drama, but it's with her best interests in mind.At least that's my take on it.
>>19990014Pretty much.
>>19990013Oh, definitely. Doesn't mean Murderface wouldn't try and palm her off though.
>>19990014She would be raped or dead had we not been assigned to her protection at the hotel or hired to be her bodyguard for the Kilgore job. Kyuubey has said he likes to avoid contracting people with a future so she is less likely to be mahou'd.So far she has been safer around us in situations that our presence or absence would have an effect.
Yes. This is beautiful. Instead of fighting, can we discuss whiskey next time.
>>19990014When she's with us, we can protect her from people wanting to kill her, and we can continue to dissuade her from becoming a magical girl.If we completely cut her off, she's still going to worry about us, and Kyuubey can work with that."Oh, are you thinking about Chiaki? It's better to keep yourself away from her. She's on a path to destruction. She's irredeemable. It'd take a miracle to save her... Or a wish. So you want to protect her? I can help you...
>>19990031Oh yeah, nothing at all says we shouldn't try but don't expect it to succeed
>>19990034I am always up for discussing spiritsSpeaking of which I just tried spiced rum recently and was wondering what fellow fa/tg/uys knew about that becuase it is awesome.
>>19990032So we did our job, send her off. Hanging around now is just going to put her in the crossfire of pink. even more then our attachment to her already has.QB could easily have given her an impartial guard if she not been stuck with us.
>>19990035This guy brings up a good point.
It looks like Deculture is going to leave us on a cliff hanger.
Soo...How about a classic?Let's go and snap at Iori calling her useless and annoying and a fucking lesbo and tell her to get the fuck out of our home
>>19990035>not acquiring yandere magical girlalso: is she still employed?
>>19990050Do you think Iori's gonna go "Oh the person that's made me feel the safest I've ever felt is leaving? Nvm, I can trust others since putting my trust in impartial guards and such has helped SO much."Anyway, Pinky has not shown ANY interest in her, and even if she did, we're the best person to find it and stop it. We're almost on speaking terms with the bitch.
>>19990057It's still a couple of hours before Chikuwa time
>>19990065That's funny. You're funny.
>>19990066I don't see why not>>19990065How about no.
>>19990055Not really. She knows what making a contract would cost her.
>>19990057It's still around 4 to 5 hours before Deculture's usual stopping time. My guess is he's writing something long before dumping it multipart. At any rate, it's amazing how content turned the mood of the thread around, huh?
>>19989835 >>19989836You look over at Midori. She's looking at you, fearful, her eyes wide, lower lip trembling. Despite the fact that her Soul Gem had been swimming around in melon liqueur, she's as sober as sober can be. Not that you blame her, of course - being behind enemy lines, cooped up in a room for more than a week, just waiting for the other shoe to drop. She'd probably made her peace with dying, but when the moment's all but mere inches away, no one can help but hope for salvation. You wonder if you'll ever have someone to do the same for you, someday. You turn toward Kyuubey and murmur your answer, and he nods after a moment."As long as you understand the ramifications, then, Matsuda. Give me your Soul Gem."You place your glass on the floor and nudge it toward him. Kyuubey blinks at how it's currently swimming in whiskey, before placing a paw on the jewel itself. The Soul Gem glows with an inner light, a glow that slowly comes away from the bauble and floats above the glass. This mote of light, Kyuubey captures with a prehensile ear, pushing it into the other glass where Midori's Soul Gem is stored. The mote of light floats right into the crimson gem, making it glow - and you hear Midori whimper as the light fades out."Done. Her wish remains intact, but for all intents and purposes, she is now one of this Officio, Callidus Rank. I've attuned her Soul Gem to yours. With this, you will be able to track where she is, and if you so choose, take control of her. You can even kill her remotely should you find her usefulness has ended."[1/2]
>>19990074Not reallyI'm saving my rage for a thread that isn't autosaging
>>19990072Then saying to stay away from Chiaki because Iori's more likely to become a magical girl otherwise is wrong, in your opinion.
>>19990076"M-Murderface..." Midori whispers, half in relief, half in confusion. "W-why did you...?"Kyuubey notices this. "Yes, well, Matsuda does things nowadays that surprise even me. In any case, welcome to this Officio Assassinorum, Hanegawa Midori. Try not to give Matsuda reason to kill you."A flash of light and it's then that Kyuubey pushes a smartphone - your smartphone - towards you. "And here. I think you'll need this. Don't give Minase Iori a reason to kill you, either."You take the smartphone, frowning at the Incubator as it walks away, leaving you and Midori alone."S-so...so what happens now?" Midori says awkwardly, after a moment. "I mean, I'm...I'm grateful and everything, and I know I've been asking too many questions. But why go through all this trouble?" She seems to be puzzled. "I'm part - well, was part - of another agency. It's..." Her expression turns sly. "...you like me, don't you, Murderface?" She blushes, grinning. "I...I'm not so sure what to say..."[]Dignify that question with an answer.[]Call Iori to tell her you're okay. She probably needs it.[]Continue drinking. One thing at a time. >>19990072She will eventually stop caring about what the contract will cost her
> In any case, welcome to this Officio Assassinorum, Hanegawa Midori. Try not to give Matsuda reason to kill youI'll bet he says that to all the new girls.

>>19990081Ahk, we'd better shut Midori down right now (i am a bit forever alone, so if i'm reading more of a sexual subtext here than there is, just ignore me). >>19990101Yeah, there's totally been reason to think that other than paranoia.Even if, all the more reason to reassure her by calling.
>>19990127Licking the soul gem asserts our superiority. We have an Idol for a bedwarmer, we don't need a second rate legless magical girl. She's only alive because she's useful.

>>19990206Check Danbooru
>>19990206this?
>>19990195>>19990201I wonder... how hard would it be for Midori to cloak herself in a disguise around Iori. We should ask her if it's possible, especially since if we see her old colleagues it'd be better that they didn't see Murderface coming.
We should get a better grasp of our new teammate's abilities. Do her illusions need to put people to sleep to be effective? How long can she last? Can she disguise other people than herself?
>>19990211>NOOOOOO! CHIAKI LIKES WOMEN NOW! >impying she didn't from the very beginning
>>19990241This would be the best way to get rid of her delusions of Chiaki feeling anything at all for her other than "useful bait"
>>19990241Is it an optical thing, or does it work by affecting people's minds?
>>19990247Hey, it's also one more drinking buddy for murderface.
>Implying witch Madoka isn't chiaki true love
>>19990081Well, we kinda owe her a bit of courtesy for not having us raped when we were unconscious.
>>19990253Which is always a boon>>19990247To be fair we sort of felt sorry for her, that's about it though
>>19990245Wait, what do you mean? I thought that she and Madoka were just really good friends.
>>19990258I'm going for this ending myself.
>>19990248I think it works on the mind since she totally disabled us with her skill. She may be able to project an effect onto someone or somewhere that affects anyone looking at them.
>>19990258I'll have the red ending, please.
>>19990247> Chiaki feeling anything at all for her other than "useful bait"But Chiaki does feel something for her. Something strong, something she can't help but trust her instincts on.That is, she loves how her soulgem smells (and probably tastes) like alcohol. Laugh all you want, but this places her almost on pancake level.
>>19990275So am I. Which reminds me, we haven't shown our bloodstained maid dress to Pinky yet.
I want to see the "Forever Alone" ending. It's pretty much what I get in every multiple ending game. I do right to everyone and end up abandoned. It's sort of a running gag now.
>>19990297I'd have to say alcohol rank higher than pancake...
>>19990304We didn't stop time when given the choice during baron fight...
>>19990306Kurikaesu.
>>19990306You should try Song of Saya. None of the possible endings is "forever alone".
>>19990327What about the hospital ending?
>>19990304Doodled somewhat related.
>>19990309No, alcohol is a necessity for murderface to get through the day.Pancakes are just a heavenly bonus.
>>19990306This is your chance to get a good ending. Just make sure we hold onto our friends.
.....Looking back at the first part I saw that we have Kaname Madoka as a contact on our first phone. Do we have her's on this phone?... Well she has most likely become a magical lich... I mean girl by now
>>19990340Doesn't matter, Murderface doesn't remember her anyway.
>>19990330I remember that picture. Probably wouldn't happen, but still funny.I think Pinky would more likely say something like:"Ooh, that maid outfit looks so good on you. You in a subservient role looks natural. Perhaps you want to be my servant? *Giggle*"
>>19990327I don't play Visual Novels.>>19990338But I don't want a good ending! I want my running gag!
>>19990340She is dead in this timeline
>>19990346My theory is that this arc was just a plot by Pinky to see us in a maid dress. The whole story is about her being our creepy stalker, after all.
>>19990330I love that little doodle
>>19990350Neither do I usually. This one deserves na exception.>dat soundtrack>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mVFYjHffxqA
>>19990340>>19990364We had a Kaname Madoka on the first phones contact list as well as a contact labeled ???. We have the disturbingly clear memory of shooting Faust, Madoka with black eyes, in the head as she ripped our heart out. Also, we briefly saw a picture of Madoka in Kyubeys office.Whether she's alive or dead, we haven't found out. Also, stuff that Kyubey was supposed to be doing for us:1) Finding out who sent the Witch from thread1 to Mami's apartment.2) Assigning us a new apartment. 3) Finding out who Akemi Homura is. Haven't gotten back to any of those.
>>19990387He's working on it.
>>19990119 >>19990149"You like me," Midori giggles, clearly not hearing a word you'd just said. "You...you do, don't you? Oh...oh my. Murderface likes me. I don't know what to say, I don't..." She fidgets on her bed, struggling slightly against her restraints. "...I should tell my m-my mom about this, b-but...I don't have a phone..."You let out a sigh as you drain your glass, again, before picking up your smartphone and dialing Iori's number. She picks up even before the first ring's finished, and you could hear sniffling in the background."Y-yes?" Iori's voice comes over, stuttering in between sobs, clearly breaking down. "C-Chiaki-san, is this you? Please, please tell me this is you, please tell me you're safe..."You only wanted to get drunk quietly somewhere private. You're not cut out for this. You're silent for a moment before you trust yourself to reply."I'm okay, Iori. I'm fine. I'm at the office, just...just trying to take care of something."Silence, at the other end."Really...? You're alright?" Iori whispers, before sobbing all over again. "I'm...I'm glad. Thank..thank you for saving me again, Chiaki-san. A-and Takane-chan, and Chihaya-chan, too. Thank you s-so much." She's crying, again, and you hear what sounds like Garcia trying to calm her down.[1/2]
>>19990350No you don't.Don't get me wrong, I'm not being accusing. I understand. It hurt the first, second, maybe even third time. But then, you got used to it. You didn't get attached to the characters, knowing you would simply fail. When you got another ending, you began to find it funny. The more you would get it, the less you would try.But have faith. We are with you. We share the goal you are trying to tell yourself you don't want. With us, you can do it. But to do it, we need you. We can get that good ending together. Isn't that worthwhile?
>>19990387Well I don't know how the time travel mechanic works in PMMM but I have a 'theory' that suggests that while we were going "THE TIMELINE IS FUBAR REWIND!" Faust came and fought us. As a result the time travel got messed up, leaving us without any memories and Faust without a physical body (if the body was physical in the first place)
>>19990387also 8 more locked messages in our future diary
>>19990416Not even Gen knows how Homura's time travel works.
>>19990411No. You actually made me targeting for the "Alone"-end worthwhile, because now I know that it will make you rage.
>>19990435Getting the alone end is noir is almost assured.I am going to enjoy the ride getting there though
rolled 1925 = 1925So, we successfully flipped Midori, and she's our personal minion now? And she suspects we did it so we could use her 'talents' as a girl friday? Why are we attempting to disabuse her of this notion? This is Noir, one or all of the 'love intrest' Dames might die - having a backup dame that can illusion herself into invisibility is approved. It at least improves her survivability profile. [x] all of the above.

>>19990449>Our own very first filthy assistant. It's journalism time!
>>19990449Well I don't mind leaving her thinking there is something there as long as we don't encourage it in any way.Getting her and Iori to like each other could make things easier since we could have another person to palm her off to so we get more drinking time, and when Iori is off with Mami we have a drinking buddyWin - Win!
>>19990455>>19990453
>>19990409Looks like the control we have over her takes the form of a love effect. This is going to get tricky when we get home.
>>19990480Nah, she already had puppy eyes for us before we assumed control
>>19990480Or maybe she's just drunk.
>>19990480Nah, not any spell, it's just booze talking out of her.
>>19990409Your Soul Gem sparks slightly in its whiskey bath."Garcia is with you?" You manage to ask.Iori takes a few seconds before she could reply."Y-yes, Garcia-san...I'm at his mansion for the moment. Fabiola's with me, along with a few girls from Kyuubey-san's agency. We're staying here for the night until they...they say it's safe." A giggle. "We had to stop by the hospital to get Garcia-san checked, though. He accidentally shot himself a few times with the tranquilizer gun you gave him. He was trying to protect me."That's...sweet, you say. That's good. She should stay there and get some rest."Murderface, i-if it's okay, could you...could you get these off?" Midori suddenly asks, wiggling her arms in their restraints. "I can't move very well with them on. I should be able to give my new boss a hug at least, right?" She giggles, again, loud enough for her voice to carry to your call. Yep. She's drunk."Chiaki-san? What was that?"[2/3]
>>19990504MOAAAAR
Oh dear.
>>19990504You immediately pluck Midori's Soul Gem from the glass full of liqueur. Nothing, you say to Iori. Absolutely nothing."Really? B-because, I thought I heard--"Midori giggles again, and it's then that you stop her - or at least attempt to - by giving her soul gem a quick lick. Tasting the melon liqueur coating it.The sharp, surprised moan coming from Midori is loud enough to drown out even your own words."Chiaki-san? What's going on? Chiaki-san...?"You hastily tell her that you'll meet her at your apartment tomorrow morning and say goodbye. You end the call, and then drop Midori's Soul Gem back into the glass before burying your face in your palm. This was going as well as you expected it to go. Which is not well at all. What do you do now? You have the rest of the night to yourself. And your new personal Callidus.
>>19990504Oh, the adorable misunderstandings...
>>19990519THIS WAS A TERRIBLE IDEA
>>19990519Unstrap her drinking arm, and give her her own drink. Ask her to tell us about exactly what she can do, so we can better utilize her skills.
>>19990519Hahahaha, keep getting drunk and take a pause for faust talk with the bloody maid outfit
>>19990519Free her."First assignment. We're going to drink ourselves dead.It never works but we're still going to try"

>>19990519We got some explaining to do.
>>19990519Yeah, we can untie her now.Let's see if we can get her to tell us about her powers. Also, more booze.
>>19990519Open the door to the Silent Room, tell the guard to bring a wheelchair. Then, call Kyouko. Tell her we're bringing some booze to help her recover. Ask if she can call Misaka to come too.We aren't going to get much quality drinking with Midori alone. We'll go to Kyouko's room, glare at any people trying to stop us, and have a Hospital Drinking Party.

>>19990579Iunno, it has been implied she likes the dirty. She definitely enjoys a warm body in her bed.
I support visiting Kyoko. And bring a gift. Maybe some of that honey whiskey we've been talking about.
>>19990559^ thisafterv this>>19990579
>>19990519Yep, that's a new fetish for my collection. As much as I would like to see how this plays out, we really should see about getting Midori back on her feet. Then drink self into a coma with Midori, and when we wake up we go visit Kyouko. OH, and we need to pat Misaka on the head for the termie. Very important that.
>>19990519first of all, Midori being drunk helped fuck all so it might be wise to keep the gem away from alcohol.when she sobers up we can explain the finer points of her employment.we could get our former trainee (kumatora was it?) to help her find her place in the company.
DECULTURE, QUESTION!Since we hold Midori's contract, can we inflict pain on her like how Kyubey did to Sayaka when she got uppity in the anime? This is very important for my, uh... research.
>>19990519Haha, I'm laughing so hard right now. It'll be an interesting conversation explaining this one.>>19990559Seconding this.
>>19990559This is good. I may not be able to see Iori, but Misaka's just as good.Reckon we could get Mami to join? It'd be interesting seeing her get drunk."No Mami, the green stuff is... Lime lemonade. I thought you might not like the alcohol"
>>19990595>research
>>19990593Misaka deserves all the pats on the head for termie Pete
>>19990595You are a sick individual. But certainly clever.
>>19990519Go see Kyubey and ask if the rest of the arrangements (i.e. apartment) have gone through. We may also want to see what progress he's had on the Golden Weapon corruption stuff. Check on Kyoko as well. She really went out on a limb for us this mission. It might also do us some good to call up Iori again and do some explaining before the seeds of hawkward we planted turn into a full blown Yandere tree.
>>19990600Seconding, would be hilarious to see.
We are still in the silly maid outfit covered in blood and (Mr. Kill)gore, we should change into something clean and more comfortable. About right now.
>>19990600I think she would realize the taste of it but getting her drunk is as easy as ambushing her with our cripple brigade and putting her soul gem into a glass of whiskey
>>19990632>>19990618>>19990600As hillarious as it might be, we should try not to fuck Mami over when we want her to forgive us.
>>19990617Seconded, even if it's probably too sensible to be conisdered by Deculture.
>>19990595Can we heal her like Kyubey did to our arm?I hope he doesn't expect us to have to work with a cripple.
>>19990639She might be more forgiving whilst drunk, but you're probably right. I think we should check up on her sometime though, we haven't seen her in awhile.
>>19990630Like what, our birthday suit?Because we already transformed and it turned us into maiderface
>>19990617Third.
>>19990632>take Mami's gem, dunk in booze>drop Midori's down Mami's top>switch Kyoko's and Sayaka's while they aren't lookingWAITBEST IDEA YET>get Misaka to build a tiny power armour for our soul gem to putz around in
>>19990650She doesn't need legs where we're going
>>19990656We could always cosplay as a nurse.
>>19990650IIRC, Professor Xavier worked just fine even with the condition.
>>19990669What if we strap her into the Terminator suit? Would that work or do you need legs to control it?At least it would be a safe place to cast from.
>>19990559Voting for this.Maybe clean ourselves up first, and call Mami up to visit Kyouko as well. She's probably there already, but just in case.Oh, and call Iori again, clear up the misunderstandings.
>>19990662That is awesome>>19990660That would be brilliantDangerous for the switching Kyoko and Sayaka's gems but hilariousAlso knowing Misaka she could make power armour to do that and make it work

Here's the current progress on the "Girl with the Golden Gun" doodle. I fixed the glasses like you guys asked, so if there's anything else that needs fixing, please point it out. Drawing guns is hard.
We should, at the very least, give Misaka a call - both to thank her and to check on Tiny Pete. Also, Pete deserves a field promotion for that debacle. What with the saving of our ass and all. Checking in on Kyoko is also a good idea - we should get her a plasma lance or a nice inverse protonic halberd or some such shiney pig sticker to show we care. >>Mami's been hanging out with us long enough to know what liquor smells like while it's still in the bottle. Good luck convincing her it's not alcohol.

>>19990707Dude, not cool.
We almost have 600 posts.
>>19990700I'd like to let Kyoko know we're okay, and check up on her, since she's our friend, but Sayaka is going to be there, and she's going to pick a fight, whether we want one or not.
>>19990738Do /tg/ threads have post limits? Or will it just last until it falls off page 15?
I just noticed why hasn't anyone archived this thread yet?
>>19990750Because it isn't over.
>>19990744We still have a lot of pages to travel
>>19990738And we're only on page 6!>>19990744The latter.
>>19990744It'll last until it falls off page 15.It's on page 6 now.
>>19990743We could always just ignore her, until she gets really really pissed, and then we say in a quiet voice "I just wanted to check up on my friend..."Kyouko will either get pissed at Sayaka, or Sayaka will take the hint.
>>19990750We generally have someone do it afterwards so that they can give an overview of what happened, it might fall off before that happens though>>19990744There is no post limit that I have ever seen, I know you can get over 1000 posts and keep going because MSQ managed it once.Mostly it just falls off well before that happens though
>>19990756Better safe than sorry. So what should the description for this thread be.
>>19990743>but Sayaka is going to be there, and she's going to pick a fight, whether we want one or not.No she won't. Remember that picture in our phone....In fact, it's a great opportunity to get on friendly terms with her. We should visit them.
>>19990765Good idea
>>19990765Or she'll get mad territorial.
>>19990771At least wait until it hits page 10, in an hour or two. More intersting things might happen that need to be put in the summary.
>>19990765That is so stu- Wait. It actually isn't.
>>19990771We have a long way before it becomes and issue and the thread will be done soon so just wait for the guy who usually does it.People won't be happy if the tags and description isn't perfect
>>19990772Butler Kyouko picture to mend fences with Sayaka?This... this might work. Well, it probably won't put us on friendly terms, but it should at least keep the visit civil.
Invite the girls on a bear hunting adventure. Bring Tim along and tell him they're heretics. Also, tell Iori to cut it with the overly possessive attitude she's developed. She should know by now the only pussy we don't like is QB.
Have we figured out why Sayaka hates us so much? I remember her various attempts at killing Chiaki, but never a good, soild reason behind it. It's not like we're actively trying to steal Kyoko from her, or trying to kill Kyoko or Sayaka on purpse or anything. Or is this a 'Watch Madoka' thing? I honestly don't know.
>>19990804If you're familiar with Madoka Magica, Sayaka and Homura never got along because of Homura's callous attitude. From what I've gleaned of the quest so far, it seems mostly to be the fact that Murderface got famous fast, despite being an amnesiac magical girl rescued from a witches barrier, and Mami likes us and gives us the time of day despite being an alcoholic, chainsmoking, emotionally crippled wreck. So, Sayaka takes it personally cause she admires Mami and thinks Chiaki isn't worth the trouble.
>>19990817>>19990804Right now, there's also the fact that we dragged Kyoko into our fight which got her injured.True, Kyoko was the one that volunteered for it, but Sayaka is unlikely to see reason.
>>19990804I'd say 'watch Madoka' but considering how far off canon we are I'm not sure that'd help.
>>19990830soon the only noir setting will be in the name too...
>>19990804We have gotten better lately but mostly it seems to be that she sees us as we tried to portray ourself for so long.Namely a bitch with no redeeming qualities, we have started to break that down with the Kirika job and our actions since but she might still go back to hating us at any moment.
>>19990796I laughed harder than I should have.
>>19990844Don't worry, I'm sure people will start dying horrible, painful deaths soon enough.
>>19990796>Also, tell Iori to cut it with the overly possessive attitude she's developed. She should know by now the only pussy we don't like is QBThis is probably the best in-character stance to take. No love, since we're too jaded for that, but a few bitches here and there make the alcohol more enjoyable.
>>19990869Also we're being paid to look after her. And we are trying our best to be professional.Except for the licking thing. That was a bit odd.
>>19990875It wasn't odd. It's soft, round, glowy, and smells like our favorite drink, why wouldn't we lick it?
>>19990796>>19990869I get the feeling that she's either going to redouble her efforts out of craziness or out of "she's hurt... BUT I CAN FIX HER!" if we do that. But she's probably going to do that if we do nothing anyway.I foresee a wish made by Iori in the future which an incubator will be all too happy to capitalize on.
>>19990893We've stressed to her how important it is to not talk to mutant cats. And she hung up on QB every time he tried to answer, so it seems to be working.
Sorry everyone, I have to cut this short for now. Have work in the morning. I'll tally the votes and write out the action you've voted for at the start of the thread. Thank you for participating!
>>19990913*cries*
>>19990913Thanks for the thread mate.Excellent as usual
>>19990910Yeah, we should definitely reward her with something nice for being such a smart girl.
>>19990913No, you thanks for running it.
>>19990913Curses!We'll never make it to Russia to hunt bears with techpriest Misaka at this rate.
>>19990913Thanks for an awesome quest as always, dude.
Thanks as usual and see you next time
>>19990913Thank you for writing....What the hell does chikuwa mean, anyway?
>>19990913As ever, thank you for running it. Really gives me something to look forward to, you know?I hope your internet situation improves soon!
>>19990913Thank you for running the quest again for us, with such an early start, too!
>>19990869See, we don't love her in any way but we pity her. She found out her best friend who had been raped committed suicide, she herself was nearly raped and was only saved due to us and now she has equated us with safety. The Kilgore scenario only reinforces this and makes her even more unstable because she has almost definitely lost friends which will cause her to be even more reclusive and rely on us and our little circle of magical girls because it is safe and they care for her.Quite frankly she isn't getting over possessive of us, she is just terrified that she is going to lose the one thing that she believes will be constant which is us
>>19990644I would also like to address this. The actions I choose to take have the most number of votes to support at the time I start posting. I don't skip posts based on the amount of sensibility they have.By dint of it being mentioned, it seems that I do have to work on this one, so I will do my best to make sure it's no longer an issue.Thank you once again for playing.
By the looks of things Deculture might be starting the next thread with us cripple ambushing Mami and getting her soul gem drunk
So If misaka is Last Order, as we guessed in a previous thread, then she's the cornerstone of the Misaka-net, isn't she? She said she doesn't like getting drunk because it silences the voices in her head. Does this mean every time we get her drunk the Misaka-net crashes and they lose their hivemind?
>>19990913Yay Chikuwa is back!Great as usual Deculture.>>19990932I asked that a while back, it is a sort of fish sausage thing
>>19990944Tags and description
>>19990954Possibly, we also don't know if she actually has the Misaka network or she hears the machine spirits. We should test that though
>>19990944Some actions, like the one linked, can't really all be done immediately. So even though they might happen later, the perception is that the action wasn't followed.Sticking to actions that relate to the immediate is the only sensible option, and then you can write in the other actions as they become relevent, if you remember.
>>19990944Ah, so all of our mistakes are of our own doing, because we're stupid. Can't say I'm too surprised. Maybe one of our friends will get killed soon.
So, what's the plan then? Taking our cripple around to meet the rest of the crew?
>>19990970What should the description be?
>>19990992Is nobody going to tell me what they want the description for the thread to be when I archive it.
>>19990944Ignore people who bitch at the "wrong" choice being the most voted one. Being comically wrong is part of the fun. Also, you better open the thread tomorrow with Midori's reaction. This girl has some serious amusement potential.
>>19991009>>19990992It's been done, bro. Looks like the guy who usually does it did it like usual.
>>19990989Yeah get a wheelchair load her in there with her cup of soulgem Midori, bottles of booze and wheel her up to Kyoko and have more drinks.I would say get Midori to hold our glass too but I get the feeling she would be licking and sucking on it by the fourth step
Personally, I believe that Deculture should consider which suggestions are in-character.In the end, It's his protagonist and is allowed to make sure that our decisions aren't killing the original Chiaki. If you know what I mean.
>>19990992>>19991009Sorry I didn't see this.I was already archiving it.Archive here: http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/archive.html?tags=Magical%20Girl%20Noir%20QuestI hope the description is ok.
>>19991025It's often more fun than being correct
>>19991009Well fuck it somebody archived before I did.Be sure to vote guyssuptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/archive.html?tags=Magical%Girl%Noir%Quest%
>>19991031See it doesn't matter too much what suggestions he takes because he writes whatever we happen to come up with to fit "his" chiaki
>>19991031Yes, add that to my post >>19991025By wrong I meant not-optimal, not out of character. Releplaying is about being in character, after all.
>>19990944Don't worry about it OP, the MSQ scum is going for the 'lol, so funy' options anway. So it hardly matters.
>>19991042Yet some people insist on suggesting we say long sentences full of reasonable stuff about romantic topics to Iori. Which is as out of character as you can probably get.
What just boggles my mind to no end is: Why do you people always insist on draggig Iori further into this is. I mean, it doesn`t take a fucking genius to figure out how far off the Pants-on-Head-Retarded-Scale that Idea is.There is this somewhat normal girl leading a somewhat normal life and instead of giving her the fucking boot out of our fucked up mahou shoujo life - because that`s the most reasonable thing to do - we let her get atached to us even more by caring or at least showing that we somehow care about her. There is no fucking way this will end well if we keep her around us. Also why the heck Iori when we have Mami for all that feely -mushy stuff and she is a whole lotta better than Iori because even if she tends to be the motherfucking blond-haired curvy avatar of Mother Theresa at least she knows the shit we go through and how to handle us. What I`m trying to say is: Keep the normal girl out of our supernatural world and if you want to go lez-yay go for another magical girl. Especially a voluptuous one with blond curls.
>>19991074And mostly it is one or two people saying that>>19991069>MSQ scumFirst off a good chunk of MSQ fans were the first people in here, second we are mostly people who are better at sticking to the character than a lot of these random summerfags we seem to have picked up part way thoughAnd thirdly we don't go to every other thread talking about MSQ nor do we go into every other thread insulting people from other threads so why do you feel the need to do it up constantly? The only objection you honestly can have to it is that we enjoy ourselves within the bounds of the setting and you don't like that because it is badwrongfun
>>19990519Get Midori's legs back. Seriously. Then this: >>19990591
>>19991106Because she has so far shown that not being around us is going to kill her quicker. She hired us for the Kilgore job. Had we just let her go there on her own she would have been as dead as everyone else. This is noir so it is ending badly for her either way but so far we have helped her far more than hindered or put her in danger
>>19991114You guys end up trying to make every other quest just as shitty as MSQ. How else would people notice you're participating in this despite posting anonymously?
>>19991106Well, we could push her away, but that runs the risk of her going the same way as her friend Yayoi. you know, with the suicide and such. She's looking for something that can be an anchor in her life, and since most of her friends, acquaintances, and co-workers were just killed a few hours ago, she's going to need anything she can latch on to, even if temporarily. Also, as sad as it is, us not being with her will probably get her killed faster, than being with us. Sure, this being a noir setting, getting close to us greatly increases her chances of dying, but she would have had it worse if we weren't there with her.
Not the guy you`re replying to but: >>19991114>First off a good chunk of MSQ fans were the first people in hereThis is just plain wrong. I would say that the MSQ-Crowd is sadly enough the loudest though. >second we are mostly people who are better at sticking to the character than a lot of these random summerfags we seem to have picked up part way though...You`re joking right? Because of those guys who are Avatar- or Tripfaging most ideas are fucking terrible.
>>19991147Were the guys trying to rape her the same who drove her friend to suicide?Or are there more of those creeps out there?
>>19991136Really? Because I have not noticed any harem bullshit, lolrandumb suggestions or anything "shitty" from any person I know who follows this and MSQ.And you have no proof that any person following MSQ is making things worse either, it is your opinion of it and quite frankly it is biased simply because you dislike the quest itselfYou just use it as a scapegoat because "surprise" it is the popular thing to hate now
>>19991127I agree with this guy. Being around Chiaki has actually saved Iori twice now, so it's probably better to stick around and keep an eye on her. Sure, it's dangerous, but we can keep her somewhat safe. At least safer than if she had relied on regular security at the hotel or gone to the mansion without Chiaki. However, if our problems start to affect Iori, it might be time to cut her loose for her own safety. That is to say, maybe a magical girl from some rival agency trying to make a quick name for herself by taking out Murderface? Yakuza's out for payback for blowing up one of their joints or Oriko trying to get revenge for Kirika - these are all Chiaki's personal problems, and if/when they end up endangering Iori, then it would probably be better to tell her to take a hike for her own safety.
>>19991160Neither avatar nor tripfags from MSQ participate in this very much. The only one who regularly did was Udz who doesn't stay up late enough to participate any more
>>19991106>>19991147She's also associated willingly with us after our first protection job. Even if we do successfully let her down, it is likely that anyone who is looking to exploit connections to us will go after her. It's not likely that any amount of professional guards (aside from other magical girls, perhaps) could protect her in such an event, sadly. It seems that she's in Chiaki's life now for better or worse. Still, we should look into having her assert her own independence rather than leaning on Chiaki all the time.
>>19991069I don't follow MSQ (could you elaborate on how they made their quest "suck"?) and I don't see how taking one or two comically wrong choices between missions ruins this quest. Social awkwardness is, after all, a big part of our character.
>>19991161>Were the guys trying to rape her the same who drove her friend to suicide?Yes.>Or are there more of those creeps out there?I would say very much yes, considering what was said about the traffic on the pay site that hosted the Yayoi videos. Also this is apparently a setting where a group of otaku can get their hands on AK-47's in Japan of all places, and hire magical support. Sure, the original group is dead, but you don't know if it had more members who may try again, or another group may come together to try their own hand at it.
>>19991174That's why we are having our apartment moved mainly.Yakuza or mahou shoujo attacks are no big deal to us but with Iori around we needed to make sure she would stay safe
The amount of "lol so funi" and "what can possibly go wrong" dudes, along with sheer drama ("you dumb", "no you dumb") recently sure makes me motivated to write my own stories.
>>19991189Basically because we are playing heretical love quest in an animu setting. That is about all the reason they have.Everything else comes down to "STOP LIKING THINGS I DON'T LIKE"
>>19991204>The amount of "lol so funi" and "what can possibly go wrong" dudes, along with sheer drama ("you dumb", "no you dumb") recently sure makes me motivated to write my own stories. If you`re one of the NOFUNALLOWED-Guys than yeah, you you probably shouldn`t write anything on /tg/, try it on /v/, though, the Fun-is-terrible-Crowd should take you with open arms. >recently>mfwI mean.. If you`re around on /tg/ for a while you`ll notice that in every Quest-Thread, at soon as it starts being popular the amount of retards, trolling and arguing will go up. Not expecting that or thiking that its unusual makes you look , well.. new to this board.
>>19991245It's even worse during summerOf course there's no surprises there
>>19991245Well, thanks for the advice then.
>>19991307Don't worry about it. Sometimes you'll just get retards and trolling, even without ever becoming popular.
>>19990848 >>19990830 >>19990827 >>19990817Thankyou for sharing your opinions and insite on this matter. I appreciate it immensely. I'm usually descent at remembering character motivations and plot points when reading books, but I have found it to be slightly more difficult to do with quest threads due to the various "lol / randumb / drama / argument / good idea / rebuttal / better idea / i r support dis" pists inbetween said character and plot points. I have managed to retain the general gist and throughly enjoy this quest. Of course, being at work and posting / reading on my phone is distracting in another way entirely on top of it all. Oh well. Thanks again!
>>19991330I'd say quite a few people haven't watched Madoka, I know I'm one of them. Pretty much all we're working with is the info we're given in the threads. So I'd have to agree with >>19990848. That's what I've gathered from reading the threads.
>>19991349>>I'd say quite a few people haven't watched Madoka, I know I'm one of them. That's a shame. Madoka's actually pretty good, so far as anime goes. Obviously, it's not for everyone, but I'd say the appeal is broad enough that a variety of people might find themselves unexpectedly enjoying it. I know I personally went from skeptic to entertained once the first three episodes had run their course.
>>19991455Yeah I was a bit dissuaded by the first three episodes but I am so glad I stuck with it after that.It really got much better after that point IMO.
>>19991455I really dislike the usual Japanese character archetypes.I can stomach it when they're diluted to western tastes like op is doing, but no doki-doki for me.
>>19991477I just watched it for Homubutt.
>>19991477Well, Deculture isn't really changing their personalities or character at all. Sure, some motivations and backgrounds are markedly different, but all the characters feel authentic, except for Chiaki who's obviously something completely new.Though I have to say, from the sound of it, you might have trouble struggling through the first two episodes which were very much a classical anime set-up until things started to change with episode 3 and 4. Then again, there's been so many spoilers thrown out in the quest threads that a lot of the entertainment value of Madoka is probably all gone for a new watcher by now.
>>19991515Delicious homubutt>>19991517there are a lot of spoilers thrown out but there is still more than enough that makes Madoka enjoyable to watch.
>>19991477>I really dislike the usual Japanese character archetypes.Watch the show and keep watching. Its an excellent adaption of Goethe's Faust
>>19991179Purely because I need sleep, sadly.
>>19991653Very true, luckily I live in Australia and sleep during the day.
>>19991714If I could get away with not sleeping at all, that'd be cool by me.
>>19991515Funny, I watched it for Homupanties.
>>19991798The fuck is wrong with those legs?
>>19991779Go become a tech priest. Get a shiny mechano brain that lets you go without sleepOr more fitting for the thread, dress up like a teenage girl find a mutant cat and make a wish
>>19991820Does this generation of magical girl anime have a pic equivalent of nigga moon?
>>19991837Dunno. The only pic of Madoka cosplay I have is this one
>>19991031>>19991042This seems relevant. https://twitter.com/magicalgirlnoir/status/226231703981678592>>19991034Did good, Anon!
