"Hey Erica... Remember the bet?" you ask her.
    "What bet?" she says
"The bet. The one we made before the simulations. The one you admitted to have lost."

"Yes. Well, guess what you'll be wearing these past three days." you says as you take the frilly explosion out of the bag.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOPE!!" She screams as she jumps out of her seat.

"YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!" you say as you scramble after her, her twin and nanoha joining the chase.
"NOPENOPENOPENOPENOOOOPE." she says as she swerves, dives and rolls to evade you.
Not in the mood to run so much after a filling breakfast, you stop time and pull Nanoha and Ursula in with you.
A moment later and Erica is now dressed in the frilly explosion.
    "-OOOOOPE." she looks down.
She stands there in a white and blue dress you could only describe as extravagant.
    Frills, bows, and lace everywhere.
A puffy skirt and a petticoat it cover her legs.
She pulls at one of the bows and cringes.
"You look so cute!" Nanoha says with a clap
Ursula is silent as ever, but she's waving Victor around and obviously taking pictures.
"YOu have got to be kidding me." Erica can only say.

We're going to disperse saucers holding up people, chairs, and tables above the cloud layer on a cloudy full moon. When you step out with your foot, a small saucer rises up to it. The two of you sit down, and you ask Ryuu this before anything else.
"Ryuu, i was wondering. How does one make a potion from scratch? How do you make a new potion?"
"You mean create an original potion?"
"Well, there are three main criteria you will have to consider." he says as he begins.
"First, you must know what you want it to do. The reason for creating it. Second what you will make it from. What materials to use, what emotions and memories to channel, they should have connections to the final result you desire."
He says this as he wipes some glasses.
"Finally, if it's meant to be consumed, you must take into account the drinker."
"Do you plan on experimenting on your own?"
"Well, I guess." you answer him.
"Very good. An alchemist should rarely be bound to conventions. I wish you luck, and do tell me any and all results you get." He then takes a bottle from behind him and hands it to you.
"Here, take this. It's panacea, It should clear up any mishaps any potion you create should make. Well, except for death. Do try not to die, okay Hayate?"
"Of course Ryuu." you chuckle as you put the bottle away.

You play something comforting for her.
You've noticed she's been far more reserved now than she was back on the witches base.

You play a song telling of how you found that old green jacket in the park.
That jacket didn't look very good, and wasn't in the best shape.
But it was warm and comforting.
It saved you that on cold, cold night in that park.

The song starts slow, hints of sadness in it.
Then it quickly evolves into something warm, comforting.
Some of the parts didn't really fit, and it wasn't the best of songs, but it was warm and nice.

As you play, you see her relax bit by bit, and you make conversation over your playing.
"Miss Perrine, we never had the chance to talk much since we saw each other again. I just wanted to know how you were getting on here in the Bureau."
"I'm fine. I'm temporarily sharing a room with Yoshika and Lucchinni until they can assign us our own rooms in the dorms, but other than that I'm doing well."
"That's good to hear. If you ever need someone to talk to, or maybe you want a spot of tea, you can always call on me miss Perrine."
"I-I will remember that." she says as she goes on listening to your playing.

As the music began to die down, and the song ended, Hina walks into view.
"I knew it was you playing here... Wait, Who's she?" she asks looking at Perrine

    You begin playing again.
You look for a good memory to use as a base and find one.
It's the memory of a night you had back when you were working as a janitor for some high-class hotel in Tokyo.
When you were accidentally locked in the laundry room for a night.
You slept peacefully that night, in a bedding made of silk sheets taken from the rooms upstairs.
The sheets were so smooth and warm... And oddly, sexy.

    You play that song.
You start of with a cold opening.
And gradually sink into a deep smooth melody.
A silky tune emanating from your violin, smooth, warm and sexy.
You play it well to satisfy the two ladies listening.
You see them melt with the music, you see them begin to fidget for some reason in their seats.

The song ends abruptly, much like your abrupt awakening that morning by the that mexican laundry lady.

You look up at the girls to see them blushing.
"W-wait... That was it?" Hina asks
    "W-wont you c-continue?" Perrinne adds

"I'm sorry ladies, but that's as far as the song goes for now." YOu tell them as you notice that you're running short on time. "And I have some other matters to attend to. If you'd like, we could continue this some other time."

"Why don't you two sit here and get to know each other better? I'll see you both tomorrow." you tell them as you bow out and head on your way.

    >> Anonymous 03/13/12(Tue)06:02 No.18309072

We go buy the twins real birthday presents.

We set up the statue with all the etc.

We walk in on them 'enjoying' it.

We deny it was us that put it thee, and act completely horrified at the prospect of them literally ripping us apart and devouring us.

SUEs destabilize universes, among other things.

Their very existence is so bad multiple para-military organizations exist for the sole purpose of hunting them down and utterly fucking destroying them.

That's why I wondered what happens if a sue is a bureau member. Because let's be honest there are more than acole characters other than hayate who could start qualifying as SUE's later on, we are just getting there quicker
    >> Anonymous 03/13/12(Tue)06:11 No.18309120

That remind me: Somebody posted a 'tin-foil hat' explanation for how and why powers worked the way it did.

It amounted to 'the bureau is brainwashing us for unknown reasons'.

Did anybody save the whole thing? It was in one of the 'waiting for' threads, so I doubt it was archived.

    >> Anonymous 03/13/12(Tue)06:13 No.18309131

The joke is we're lying about it's origins.

    >> Anonymous 03/13/12(Tue)06:14 No.18309136
    What if that's actually it?
What if the bureau is actually all SUE's but the devices suppress their natural powers?
Then TG takes out any that the IDPKB misses but for the most part they are there to harness a dangerous force into something usable
    >> Anonymous 03/13/12(Tue)06:15 No.18309144
From what I understand, the Bureau and TG are allied. That makes any SUE under the Bureau's control off limits, since they're not causing any problems.

Clearly it's one of the witches from the bath then. No one else could know.
    >> Anonymous 03/13/12(Tue)06:17 No.18309156

    >They are also quite young.

    >Meanwhile Gai is probably the oldest trainee, and he can't even manifest his power offensively.

    >My personal theory is that magic is based in part on belief. The reason why younger members have an easier time of it is because they don't yet realize how impossible what they're doing is.

    >Fridge Horror kind kicks in when you realize that means they're basically brainwashing us, technically speaking. And the fact that Mike has flat out said that they can do mind-wipe and implant false memories.

With the new SUE line of thought, it's time to begin PANICKING in the meta.
