    Reinforcements and aide arrive swifttly from Stilemar, and training the Elementalist students here brought back memories of crawling through the pig pens of our quickfire training excercises. Meanwhile, the Chaplain's chants could be heard through the fields and through the woods as if he was challenging the ghouls to come out and take him. I heard he was born from this town. The sadness in his voice was palpable. But it gave us solid resolve to push on towards solstice and rescue the Mages there. As well as find out what it is the Voss intends to do a payload of Ibonyte that was brought up there...

    Ah- well you see . Light only reveals them. After that a light tap with a bullet should end them nicely. They will avoid any form of light as best as they can, of course but at the same time they can use all the tricks they could to make that pear-shaped.

    It is possible. Airships rely heavily on the wind more so than a naval vessel will rely on the ocean. The trick is to place the arrays on a high enough altitude that would affect correct winds.

    We are still unclear on the enemy's aerial strength- but we suspect its a dispatch method for brining in more troops...

    Hmmmm airships are rather large targets whose only problem [for us] is their ability to take solid round munitions too well. Which is why I'm on my way to designing a Kit-Portable Rocket Rig. Instead of a sentry gun ; Kits can use the Rig to mount a radio controlled rocket to be fired and guided to their intended target.

    The downside ? It's not automatic like the sentry. And the Rig is one-time use. However for the punch they carry, using them on armor and ground units aint so bad either.

    So- should I go ahead with that ?

    Information on Casters:

    Arrays determine elements available to a caster as well as the bonuses they recieve to spells.

    Normal arrays give you 1 element and +1 damage.

    The sum of the damage bonuses is equal to A. So for example you have two arrays you end up with A=2.

    Cast Zone:
    [8-Hx]+(A) x Hx

    Example:
    You want to hit 3 Ghouls with an Array sum of 2. Your equation is:
    [8-3]+2 x 3
    Your rating is [8-3]+2= 7.
    The amount of dice your roll is 3.

    There only limit to the amount of hexes you can affect is your sanity. Anything with a -5 deviation is DANGEROUS. I do believe if you roll a 10, expect bad things to happen. Just try not to go there unless you ABSOLUTELY have to be a big damn hero.

    Cast Ray:
    [7]+(A) x 1
    Range 5 (Line)

    This is fairly simple. Just don't forget that it can hit multiple things in that line, where the closer the target is, the higher the rating.


    Ibonyte Crystals:
    These are your "ammo", you start with 5 and can pull more off of dead enemy casters, assuming they have some left.
