This story alone has gotten me interested in Warhammer Fantasy. I was strictly a 40K fan before. What can you guys suggest for me to read next? What armies are good for beginners, too?

Ok, finally read it all, holy shaz 3AM. But seriously, how did they storyboard this out?

OK, OK, Comic 1: Fight stuff, get surrounded and solve everything with alcohol and explosives.

Comic 2: Fight more stuff, get hopelessly surrounded and solve everything with a wagon of explosives.

Comic 3: Uhhh.... let's see, get hopelessly surrounded and solve it with explosives- but from a dwarf this time.

Comic 4: We need a big finish here guys, so, get outnumbered in a tunnel and solve that with explosives, then get mind-boggling, suspension breakingly outnumbered and solve it with EXPLOSIVES AND LAVA.

I think it needed more EMPIRE and more DWARF, but yeah, I'm okay with that. Fantasy Empire and Dwarves have always had me wishing I had enough disposable income and time to get into it. They seem boss.

All the Warhammer Fantasy comics sprung up in the wake of Warhammer Online's release. My guess is that when the game didn't do quite as well as expected they lost interest in making any more.

The rapier in that pic is very obviously straight, not a curved blade. That whole image was drawn with a Wacom tablet or something similar, in Photoshop, which I can see when looking at the line work. The rapier was made using the line tool, there's no sign of the imperfections of the human hand in the blade other than on the tip. Maybe the curve of his coat is throwing you off?

Now if you mean the lines that make up the outer edge of the blade should be closer to parallel and the blade should be thinner, that's a whole other kettle of worms.
