Boolean Industries started as a computer game publisher. In hard times they landed a failing office OS deal and turned it into gold. A decade later there are few accounting departments or administrative offices without a full set of Boolean terminals and servers. The iconic logo, a hollow cube, is synonymous with data processing worldwide.

Private security was a luxury initially, something rich people had at their gated communities. That was before the First Consolidation Act. Ten years later police officer is a corporate career. And a perilous one until you get an office. The universally recognized six tipped star, a relic of frontier days, today marks the ID badge of every member of the biggest private security force worldwide.

Beyer had always been big. Big in chemicals, then pharmaceuticals. When the insurances voided Beyer became what it is today, an all around health care industry. From EMTs to hospitals, universities, and research divisions, everything is Beyer. The hexagon logo has taken on the same meaning as the red cross once carried, only with a bill attached.

    For whom it may concern
god, if you are reading this! I don't even know.
It is not like it even matters.
None of it is true anyway. That is what they will tell you. They are convincing. Mind you I doubted them, but they were right. All true, black on white, take it home. They will tell you I am mad.
Will show you reports and depositions, affidavits, and evaluations. And it is true. I am beside myself, thank you very much. Not that it matters. They put me away, I do not know how long it has been. Years. Many years. I have no mirror, nothing to exercise my vanity, no reflection, they won't give me one. But it doesn't mean that I'm not here. If there were a mirror, or any reflective surface really, there would be a reflection, of me and everything in here. Not that there is anything in here.
But it is too big, too dangerous. They won't tell. Nobody can tell. Because... well it's about the money too. But really that doesn't even matter. Money won't matter. Well not our money. I suppose they would employ some form of currency. It doesn't matter. The funny thing is it was so easy. All those files, all the evidence, how it got bigger and bigger. There was nothing we could have done anyway. But in the end it was so easy, so clear. Amazing how mad I have to be for seeing it. And nobody does. Why? I don't know. Just draw a circle with six dots. Then connect the dots. It's all one. All the same. It's over.

Some called them Demons, some called them Ghosts.
Some called them the Four Wings of Sand Island.
    Most called them Razgriz.

But they're still Wardog Squadron to us.

STUXNET, that virus recently attacking nuclear power plants etc, references two gambling sites.

Those two gambling sites are WHOIS'd as to be owned by Serco's Educational Division in Ireland.

Serco both competes with and has worked with Siemens (the company that produces all the hardware that STUXNET seems to go specifically after).

That wasnt the reason you dipshit. Since women can induce lactation when ever with a child.
What happened was because the stuff was so expensive they would dilute it with local water to make it last longer. This meant the child wasnt getting maximum nutrition and the water they used was not clean and full of parasites and bacteria.
    Thus killing the babies.

Hahahaaha... hahaha... You fail at biology.

    If you /stop breastfeeding/ then you /stop lactating/.

My wife took a couple of weeks with weaning, then she stopped producing milk. That's the way it works. I'm pretty sure that you can't just /start lactating/ whenever you want. The unsafe water supply was just a bonus.

Cruelty doesn't happen at board level. It's just a numbers game. But in order for small time middle managers to get noticed and rise the ladder they must provide exceptional numbers, and what better way to do that than cheat?

This works down the levels to the policeman in the street. Make things look good from above and vent your frustrations below. No one has to be evil, just a little less good each day.

'All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.'
This is probably the most quoted statement attributed to Burke, and an extraordinary number of variants of it exist, but all without any definite original source. These very extensively used "quotations" may be based on a paraphrase of some of Burke's ideas, but he is not known to have ever declared them in such a manner in any of his writings. It may have been adapted from these lines of Burke's in his Thoughts on the Cause of Present Discontents (1770): "When bad men combine, the good must associate; else they will fall one by one, an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle."

Can I get some sci-fi patches in here? I have some Iron-on paper and want to plaster my bag with a few of them. Preferably anything from Stargate, Star Wars, Star Trek, BSG, GitS, Gundam, Eureka, etc.

In return, a wallpaper for you.
