    You build additional quarters for the standard grunt soldiers, and an add on to the HQ for the mercs. The Frogs obviously want something from the city. The glider comes back and hands you crudely drawn pictures showing a huge city surrounded by thick jungle. No natives visible from air. the city is build downwards as though it inhabits a great hole.
