The problem we encountered with humans when we fought the hobo is that human thoughts are really, really complex. Vastly more complex than any of the other animals we've gone up against, so I'd suspect that psychically dominating humans is likely to be a lot harder than mesmerising rabbits or whatever.

That said, I think the Omniarch was definitely onto something - especially with regard to the one of his offspring who was a perfect human doppelganger. An infiltrator, something that would allow him to spy on human society.

I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out he had Doppelgangers spread all across the town. On the bright side, we defiantly fucked up the Omniarch during the fight. One tusk harpooned shoulder, a mauled chest, and a couple hundred other harpoon wounds would ruin anyone's day. If we're really lucky, we could actually find him dead somewhere from blood loss.
