On the subject of the anti-virus/cure, we can search the doctor's memory for where it is sent, then track it. (I would not be surprised if he foolishly sent a sample of the virus [us] as well). From there, we can either capture a sample, or destroy the anti-virus/cure sample and production in one go via sabotage (any sort of lab are dangerously flammable), as we control the power-grid, and the internet through some extent. A refrigeration unit failing during the night, a heater overheating and cooking all the samples during the night, or hell, a gas/chemical explosion is all easily feasible, as they have little reason to think of us as more than a disease. So: >Command: Search doctor's memory for where he sent his sample, if he has any samples with him still, and if he does, where it would be. Then track the sample(s) until we have definite fix on their physical locations, then begin monitoring their surroundings for potential sabotage/capture.
Also, remember, it is only a 'cure'; and it has not known whether it is at all effective. In fact: >Add command: Search doctor's memory on efficacy of the anti-virus. Restrict doctor's movements. Search memory for all information and additional experiments and samples pertaining to us. Also, not only have they have to manufacture the virus (flu vaccines are difficult and take long enough to manufacture, and they often have limited efficacy, if they work at all), they also have to distribute it. All in all, it will be magnitudes slower than our infection of the world. The threat this anti-virus poses right now is that it bars those who have been injected from infection. |
