The Deiph rituals involve mutilating themselves to appear as the previous leader envisioned (Still loyal to Jawfish) So they will be kidnapping some slaves for their rituals and attempting to force radical changes. (Think almost Tzimice esque.)

The Rhinocofishes Gladiatiorum is a feared inquisitorial organization for the slaves. The cultists are figthing back and blood and war is on the Bone city. Additionally, my esteemed Primarchs, it is imperative we continue evolving before we stagnate into extinction. As such, I support Empathy, Mind Hax, and Metaphysical Understanding.

Empathy will allow us to project feelings of security and fulfillment to prospective mates and utter terror in our enemies. Mind Hax has very obvious uses, especially if we encounter species' that we cannot subvert through more subtle means.

Metaphysical Understanding goes hand in hand with our superior mental capabilities, and may unlock heretofore unknown psychic capabilities.

We should also consider evolving or attempting to mutate reproductive systems capable of universal cross-species fecundity.

Metaphysical Underatanding encompasses concepts such as mind over matter. Who needs the fallacy of religion to heal our wounds when we can simply will our bodies to heal at an accelerated rate?

This of course would almost certainly increase food requirements significantly.

I believe that the initial idea of sending the remnants of clan Deiph on scouting missions for a new food source may be a good idea. The 8 of us and some slaves may be able to help us break through this stagnant point. I Recommend increasing muscle, random and advanced bone weaponry.
