Creating the poison by infecting whoever noticed us and mutating would draw even more attention to us. If we were to mutate bees into poisonous bees it wouldn't attrackt as much attantion to ourselves. But mutating into someting that kills the host and removes our infection from the host would be optimal. Anyway we need to stay hidden while getting a way to terminate.

I think that perhaps we are focusing too much on humans. We are in a relatively uninhabited area- perhaps we should focus the bulk of our energies on spreading our control of plant life, which is much less likely to show signs of infection. We might very well be able to spread for hundreds of miles if we avoid highly populated areas and stick mostly to plants. Then we'll be in position for a more effective move against the population centers later.

Truth be told, I really don't feel like continuing if I have to look over my back for, and clean up after, an impostor while trying to carry out your many questions/requests. The latter is enough work as it is.

I have an idea.
