Puck, Oberon, and most of the others are Fae.
The Archmage was a Mage, obviously with Archmastery. OF TIME.

The Hunters were, you guessed it, Hunters.
So it was mainly using the Hunter rules, taking from other books when it needed to. Mostly Mage and Changeling.

Oh, and the Labyrinth Clan and Coldstone were made by Cheiron, paid for by Xanatos, who's got enough clout to be in most of the Conspiracies, and is practically running his own.
