Hello again /tg/. I've decided to end some confusion for myself and others I'll be naming the protagonist. I like the name James, so that is what he will be named.

Currently, James and Randy are talking to an ENEMY SOLDIER. He appears to be unaware of our true disposition due to our CLEVER DISGUISE and is just greeting us after we got off the train.

    >> Anonymous 07/05/09(Sun)00:23 No.5096073
    Proceed down the railroad.
    >> TheConductor !lPcdPrIsWg 07/05/09(Sun)00:24 No.5096080

I'm gonna agree on this, and make a comment about needing to refuel Betsy pretty bad.

    >Hello fine sir, we have been delivering GOODS all day and need to refuel, do you know where I could go to do such a thing?

The soldier stares at James strangely.

    >You know, you've got quite the accent there.

James was not aware he had an accent.

After you apologize, Randy calms down and offers to describe the guardhouse to you. He happens to have a multitude of functions regarding his Welder's Goggles.
    This includes:
    -Infrared Vision

James and Randy walk along the sidelines of the complex, blending into the city. They draw up a map and consider their options.

There are two main gates represented at the top and bottom of the map with a single guardhouse and two guardtowers looking across the landscape. There are also two utility entrances (left and right sides) guarded by a single machine gunner, albeit more heavily armed than the others.

Randy and James drag the bodies into the open trash hatch and toss all in everything else too. Randy takes one of the soldier's arm plates for later study. Current Inventory:
    1 KNIFE

Should they take the breathing apparatus or robotic arm they found?

    Yes. Both.

James wraps the apparatus in plastic (from the trash bag) to prevent the smell from collecting on his person. The items have been added to their inventory. Where should they go now?

Continue down the red path. We'll hit our target eventually, right? and if anyone asks, our target was where we lost our tools, so we can get directions from them.

They continue into the hallway, foregoing any orders from the ENEMY SOLDIER.

This is where I'll stop this thread. Thanks for playing!

This is the longest Quest thread I've ever seen. I think you gotta get this going more into the peak hours dude.

You are correct, but I've been having difficulties getting a good time as I have IRL obligations to attend to. I'll see if I can remedy this later though.
