No, that's not what I said at all.

The sequence of events was this.

Beardbeard's leg shrinks from drinking kay-oss beer.

Aldwin and Garrelf go to elven forest to get him a pegleg.

Arialla offers them a magical leg if they fuck each other in front of her.

Aldwin uses the Lust card on her instead. She falls in love with Garrelf and makes him King.

Nevada attacks Beardbeard in the street. He kills her. Then he decides to resurrect her.

Beardbeard and Garrelf search for a dragon's eye to pay for the resurrection.

Garrelf sacrifices himself to slay the dragon.

Arialla threatens Beardbeard into bringing Garrelf back.

Beardbeard finds Garrelf in the shadow realm and gets new bracers for him.

Arialla retrieves Garrelf and abandons Beardbeard in the shadow realm. THIS IS WHERE IT WENT WRONG.

Beardbeard rips a hole in reality which destroys Arialla's palace, then nearly strangles her to death.

Garrelf embarks on his quest for revenge.

And that's how we got here.

Given that I don't think Beardbeard knows the details of Garrelf's pact with Satan, he currently has no reason to suspect that his soul is in the clutches of the Djinn. In the event that he finds out, he might go in and bring him out. But for now, I think Beardbeard would just let him rest.

Besides, if we ended up having to rez him after having carved Moongarrelf, we'd get a priceless reaction shot.
