02/05/09(Thu)05:01 No. 3619382 Ok, I think I understand what happens... A patient is revived via the lockers which, if I remember correctly, is connected to the Cold Storage room. They are revived and most of the mutations are removed. They mutate over time if they receive the treatment, and are somehow wounded. Without the treatment, they would stop mutation, and eventually need nourishment like normal. It seemed as though a number of the patients grew paranoid and insane either from the treatment, the evil, or just from the overall exposure from the environment and situation they are in. My theory: I believe that the Dummy is the main source of the evil. It seems alive, was discovered in the same room with the growth, statue, and the eye dial. Seeing how this could be an ancient evil, the Dummy is like the embodiment of some god, the statue is what people worshiped, and the eye dial could very well be his holy/unholy symbol of power... or something like that. It was probably the one that was trying to reach out to Red and the staff to unearth it. It was probably also controlling Ace, perhaps because he had a weak mind. It think that this entity feeds off various emotions of the infected people. It doesn't want people to leave so that it would be discovered and effectively dealt with. Well, that's my theory... Also questions I have: What would have happened if we continued to use Ruby's third eye? Would said effects still take place now that Ruby is no longer infected? Is it a possibility that if we used Tom's Manly Physique to an extent, would he have gone into a murderous rage and kill anyone he sees? (Tom's attack on Filbert still seemed like he could distinguish friend from foe.) Also, like the above question, would this effect continue even after they have escaped?
