Most of my spells are fairly simple attack and buff spells. I do have Enervation, so I can give them negative levels as easily as they can give them to me, and I have Voice of the Dragon, which is a super diplo-buff that also lets me cast Suggestion, which could prove useful.

OP here. Bitch turned out to be a lilitu as I discovered when I got tentacled.

Luckily I was able to disintegrate a wall, fly out, then teleport away. I tried to aim for a hedgemaze the succubi earlier told me led to a portal out of here, but instead I ended up in somebody's garden. So now I'm injured (I'd be dead if they hadn't healed me earlier), down a few spells, and lost.

Fuck I hope the rest of the party find me, because I don't think I'm getting out of here alone.

At this point, OP, you really just need to wait out this shit until the party can find you. Try and make some sort of pact with one of the succubi. Let her have sex with you all she wants, as long as she doesn't kill you. You can kill her and eat her heart to get the lifeforce back when your friends show up.

By the way, is there a group paladin?

Ask a lonely succubus is she knows of a private place. Try to provide non-sexual pleasures, since it's their homeplane, they must go for some downtime there.

I used alter self to disguise myself (probably pointless since word can't spread that quickly, but it should make it harder for them to track me down anyway) then voice of the dragon to buff my diplomacy before grabbing a nearby fiend and trying to cajole it into giving me better directions to the puzzling hedge so I can try another teleport.

There is a built in way to escape from Malcanthet's realm according to the FC1. The Puzzling Hedge has a portal to the Endless Staircase if you can reach the center successfully. The PC should make for that like a bat out of hell.
