I think that from hereon most answers will be found within the heads of Tom and Ruby, and less importantly Stitches. Ruby and Tom need to have a good conversation, and go over the uneasy possibility that Ruby or both are actually deceased, and possibly mutated. I'm not sure it quite works like that, we, the viewers have both sides of the story so we can make better judgements.

For all Tom knows, telling Ruby the truth would break her and she would be useless to him, maybe even attack him.

    >Now that you're at it TALK without BS, already!

This is it. After that encounter with Stitches, Ruby knows she and Tom have to be 100% on the level. She can't keep it a secret anymore.

She and Tom sit down by the door and she tells him everything.
The documents about her own involvement in the study, labeling her "deceased", the visions of her own corpse, the injury she sustained from the abomination in the maintenance room, her encounters with Red...
    Even her third eye.

    She spills it all.
    She tells him everything.

It's a choose-your-own-adenture game, which is more suited to non-vidya media. Weaver is the GM, we are the PCs, it just so happens that it's being played over the internet rather than with pen and paper.
    Happy?

Please, be an adult. Do not pick fights in these threads. Do you really think that is mature an appropriate? It just gets in the way of the game.
