Actually, with more of an, "alternate reality pact" fluff, this could be a satisfying class.

Warlock makes a pact with a neckbeard via dimensional conduit.

He describes his awesome fantasy world in return for information from this awesome human-dominated technological world.

Come to think of it, we could just fluff the Star Pact Warlock as being this.

The Internet Pact Warlock's at-will attack is just him shooting a crude repeating firearm based on a confused, but detailed description of designs and manufacturing processes by a neckbeard googling stuff.

Sustain Standard: By focussing your own mind on the horrors your enemy sees, you may guide their visions further through the horrors of the internet, showing them new and foul things they never imagined possible, but also exposing your more hardened mind to them. You may sustain this power, dealing 2d10 plus Charisma mod psychic damage each round to the enemy and yourself on top of the damage the enemy takes each round from this power.

I say this class should be one that benefits from a LOW CHR score. The lower your score the more damage your attacks inflict and the larger the penalty against your enemies.

If you're going to bump, at least reference something you think is bumpworthy.

Idea: anywhere you would put "Hit: xdy + Charisma modifier Psychic damage" replace it with "Hit: xdy + (inverse of the Charisma modifier x2) Psychic damage". This way, the higher your Charisma, the less effective.

Also: Transdimensional Nerdpact Warlocks cardinal stat is Con, because everything they do provokes RAGE.
