Internet Pact Warlock - uses google and wikipedia to seem strangely knowledgeable about all subjects, uses devastating (to his own mind) refutations of everything from whether a spell is being cast correctly to a being's entire life philosophy, and is mystically empowered to impose his own standards on his enemies.

    Fuck You, I'm a Dragon

All enemies of the Anthropomorphic subtype must make a successful will save or be stunned until the start of their next turn.

Actually, with more of an, "alternate reality pact" fluff, this could be a satisfying class.

Warlock makes a pact with a neckbeard via dimensional conduit.

He describes his awesome fantasy world in return for information from this awesome human-dominated technological world.

Come to think of it, we could just fluff the Star Pact Warlock as being this.

The Internet Pact Warlock's at-will attack is just him shooting a crude repeating firearm based on a confused, but detailed description of designs and manufacturing processes by a neckbeard googling stuff.
    >> Anonymous 06/21/08(Sat)16:26 No.2050861
He has -2CHA on all modifiers when dealing with any females.

You Are A Waste Of Oxygen

The warlock describes the target's personal shortcomings in excrutiating detail.

Target may not take any action as long as the warlock concentratins on continuing this effect.

    Save ends.

When the effect is ended, the target must make a successful will save or ignore all other enemies to attack the warlock.

Besserwisser Wizard - Does not use Google or Wikipedia, he has read everything in advance and has a genuine interest in the most boring of subjects. He would be completedly useless, if it wheren't for the fact that he has a very big chance of winning question game shows, thus getting stacks of green paper.

Look, I've Got A Scan of Mordenkainen's Original Spellbook Right Here, And That Is Not How You Cast It
    (encounter, interrupt)

You point out a flaw in the target wizard's invocation of a Daily or Encounter power, and the mystical agencies which enact the spell listen and agree.

The target must make a will save or have his interrupted power fail (the power is still spent if it fails).

My God, It's full of Nerd References! (Internet Warlock 23 encounter power (Arcane, Psychic, Charm) Ranged 10

You follow up an enemy's remark with an exceptionally nerdy reference or play-on-words. As he stands trying to work out what on earth you meant, you assail his unprotected mind.

Standard Action, target 1 creature of Humanoid type. Attack: Charisma vs Will

Hit: 4d8 + Charisma modifier Psychic damage.
Internet Pact: Target is also Dazed, save ends.
    >> Anonymous 06/21/08(Sat)16:54 No.2051035
So I herd you liek Mudkipz/The Cake is a lie! XD

You throw out an old and tired joke in the middle of combat. All enemies within 5 range are immediately filled with so much rage they can't think straight and take a -2 to all attack rolls thier next turn.
At lvl 8 the penalty becomes -4.

Recall First Goatse: Internet Warlock 29 Daily (Arcane, Fear, Implement) Ranged 10

A great pair of hands stretch the ground asunder below your target's feet, as he tumbles into a horrific realm of shock-sites conjured from his memory. A few moments after he falls, a fountain of an orange liquid spurts from the almost-closed anus on the ground, spewing your now feces-coated and gibbering foe back out.

Standard action. Target: one creature. Attack: Charisma vs Will

Hit: 5d10 + Charisma modifier Psychic damage, and the target disappears until the end of your next turn. The target reappears in the same square as it vanished from, or the nearest unoccupied square.
Sustain Standard: By focussing your own mind on the horrors your enemy sees, you may guide their visions further through the horrors of the internet, showing them new and foul things they never imagined possible, but also exposing your more hardened mind to them. You may sustain this power, dealing 2d10 plus Charisma mod psychic damage each round to the enemy and yourself on top of the damage the enemy takes each round from this power.

I say this class should be one that benefits from a LOW CHR score. The lower your score the more damage your attacks inflict and the larger the penalty against your enemies.

Excuse Me, Are You Native To This Universe?
    (daily, epic)

You transcend reality to make a compelling argument directly to its master.

The DM is required to disregard a specified houserule in favor of the official rule, or accept the applicability of a specified official Wizards of The Coast supplement to this game.

    Youtube Comment Copy/Paste

You forcefully share youtube comments with an opponent's mind. Poorly formed sentences and the massive leaps of logic cause his mind to crack, rendering him unconscious.

Target:Any one target within 10 squares. (See Special)
    Ranged Attack:Int vs Will

Special: Language Dependant. Target must have an Int of 16 or higher or is unaffected.
    >> Anonymous 06/21/08(Sat)17:14 No.2051156
    Wall of Text

You project an image of seemingly relevant and provocative ramblings which are hard to ignore.

Literate creatures must make a will save to successfully ignore and pass through the wall of text. Anyone who fails this save is transfixed by the chaotic logic and can take no other actions while transfixed. Will save ends.

Effect ends due to irrelevance when the encounter is over.

Warlock Encounter 13 (Arcane, Implement, Psychic) ranged 10

By underlining the lack of references to your enemy, you temporarily cause the universe to turn its back on his body or mind.

Target: one creature. Attack: Int vs Will
Hit: 2d8 psychic damage, and the enemy is weakened or immobilised (your choice) until the end of your next turn.
Internet pact: The condition inflicted is ongoing, save ends.

Idea: anywhere you would put "Hit: xdy + Charisma modifier Psychic damage" replace it with "Hit: xdy + (inverse of the Charisma modifier x2) Psychic damage". This way, the higher your Charisma, the less effective.

Also: Transdimensional Nerdpact Warlocks cardinal stat is Con, because everything they do provokes RAGE.
