Ashton scratches the back of his head and looks at Montus:>So... That's your secret weapon, right? What was it called again? The monkey like creatures grabs onto a few pipes sticking out of the wall and starts climbing towards the ceiling. Montus grins:>It's called Jokaero, Ashton, it is a breed of non-hostile xenos. We learned about them during Anterion's lectures, he is the High Librarian in our Chapter. He is a wise man, I'd love to tell him all that I learned here about the Dark Ones. Maybe I'll get a chance someday. But for now you just need to know that this xeno can make almost anything, if it wants to. I was told, that they draw inspiration from their surroundings and situations, but sooner or later his genetics will kick in and Harambe will start crafting thins.Ashton lifts an eyebrow.>Harambe?Montus nods.>Yeah, that's how I came to call him in honour of the man who once wore that flak jacket which Harambe now can't let go of.>Well, I see. So, what's our plan now?
>>673434Give Pvt. Harambe a salute.And a banana.>How are you Harambe?
Rolled 98 (1d100)Roll Taming(-10)[CHA] or Lore(Xenos)(-10) or Lore(Jokaero).Rolling for Harambes attitude. Less is better.
>>673434What can Harambe make in the remaining time interval, and not make Montus run around Commoragh, looking for parts and materials?
Rolled 85 (1d100)>>673466>Less is better.Rolling for taming
Kill me now.
>>673466>yfw Haram.B is a monkey with a bad attitude
>>673466>>673467>>673473>>673486Harambe doesn't seem to be particularly pleased with you offering him a banana. However he descends from the ceiling and extends his arm to grab your bolter. Do you let him?
>>673547Eject the magazine, remove the shell in the chamber, then hand it over.Y/N?
>>673547Is the thing loaded?
>>673548thisdon't give the nig- I mean black g- I mean monkey a gun
>>673558>monkey Still racist, now that I think about it
>>673568>>673558ooga booga where da elf women at
Rolled 16 (1d16)Jokaero takes your bolter and starts tinkering with it. Harambe appears to have some sort of integrated toolkit in his forearms and soon your bolter transforms before your very eyes into something unexpected:Roll d61. Iron banana-like work of art2. Vase with adjustable height3. Handcuffs4. Xeno-bolter5. Cutlery set6. Antique helmet fit for JokaeroHarambe presents it to you and smiles. Relationship with Harambe restored.
Rolled 3 (1d6)>>673597My turn!
>>673609>HandcuffsWell at least we can use them on Xynthia.>>673597Smile and shake his hand.>Thank you!Find him some paper and pencils.>Draw up anything you want to build, and I'll try and get what you need.
>>673609Harambe makes you a set of custom made adamantite handcuffs. He is very proud of himself and then proceeds to work on the nearby support pillar, apparently crafting it into something that remind you of a chair.
>>673624>apparently crafting it into something that remind you of a chairIs this going to affect the integrity of the pillar?
>>673617Harambe looks at you for a while and then draws something. It seems like a skeletal empty sphere, an orb of some sort. By the side of it Jokaero draws a few unrecognisable symbols. Then he draws something that reminds of a humanoid shaped being, possibly for scale. The orb is about 3 times the size of humanoid. He looks at you, then knocks on our chest plate. You may roll Intelligence to understand or you'll earn +1 xp for good insights.
Rolled 62 (1d100)>>673648roll
>>673648Hold a grenade infront of him and then towards your chest to ask if he means the bomb The chamber he described sounds like the electrobullshit chamber Luigi came up with like 8 threads ago
>>673624Present him the chainsword, and ask if he can make it better.
>>673663>like 8 threads agoYou mean 4 years ago?
>>673678You're welcome for my amazing memory
>>673628For the moment, no. It seems that he is incorporating his art into existing structure.>>673655Montus is quite confused, but possibly Harambe needs metal, adamantite, ceramite or armour? Or maybe the sphere is somehow related to these things? Or the sphere is related to space marines? Mind of the xeno works in mysterious ways.>>673663He extends his paw to grab the grenade. Do you let him?>>673670He wants to grab chainsword as well, do you let him?
>>673690>Do you let him?Yes>do you let him?YesPat your chest, point at the nade and make a shovel-out movement
>>673690>He extends his paw to grab the grenade. Do you let him?>give the monkey live explosivesNOPE

>>673713>>673709Does it help if Montus makes swinging motions with his hand after giving over the sword?
>>673710He grabs the grenade and disappears with it in the back of the room for good 20 minutes. When he comes back, it doesn't have a pin anymore and in fact it's whole outlook changed significantly. Now it has a few strange buttons on top of it, looks almost like a toy. However Harambe brings it to you very carefully, with a lot of respect. It gives it to you, then draws something on the sheet of paper.>>673713He disassembles the chainswords and puts down it's pieces into neat rows by the side of his original drawing. Maybe he's planning to use this for his scheme?
>>673742Has he made a fucking vortex grenade?!
>>673742Smile.>Thank you Harambe!Write a picture of the chainsword components and put it on the table. Then put some blank sheets of paper alongside it and draw an arrow from the chainsword parts and blank sheets towards his final drawing. Then give him a questioning look.>What else?
>>673742Take the grenade and make a mental note>use it to summon ork familiarthen take that mental note, write it on a piece of paper and stick it to the grenade
>>673767I don't think we should sacrifice our vortex grenade for that. The warp ork won't be able to exist in commoragh anyway, and will bring razorguard on us for being chaos.
>>673777>I don't think we should sacrifice our vortex grenade for that.Well, it would just be the after-effect anywayOne we should keep in mind, consider it a bonus
>>673777No no no, not right now. but WHEN we use the grenade we will summon the ork from the warp-disturbance.Chances are, that when we have to use THAT we could also use some backup>>673742>Bring out the Kroot Rifle, and give it to him>Make shooting motions with one hand"Can you make it smaller?"
Basically now that you have established a "working relationship" with Harambe, you can use him in following ways:A. Allow him to create random stuff. You'll get 14d100 rolls (for every day), every roll under 20 will produce something useful.B. Allow him to work on his grand sphere project and bring him all the materials he needs. This will take full two weeks, but he might not be able to finish in time (65% chance of finishing). Materials he needs will cost about 300 souls, he needs some sensitive electronics, crystals and other stuff that Xynthia doesn't have.C. Concentrate on explaining him what you need. He will create you 1+d3 items of almost any kind as long as you provide necessary materials. Or double that amount of items can be upgraded (or combination of upgrades/new creations)
>>673811We should do whatever allows us to make enough money (souls) to buy him permanently, that mememonkey is useful and I wanna see that sphere
>>673811Can we use the first week to upgrade one of Xynthia's larger speeders to make it go faster. And make us a bolter of some kind, and a holo/invisibility field? Then the second week is on random stuff.
>>673811Can we ask Xynthia to loan us a few hundred souls to rent Harambe for longer?>With his help we'll be able to do maximum damage to Xoelanth's kabal. Hopefully you have a way to make a profit off their downfall.
>>673826That works. We'll resolve this next session. Will you return Harambe after 2 weeks?Session over.
>he'll be gone in 2 weeksI can already feel the painhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJw3MmL-Omk
>>673843Can we work out a purchase on credit? We pay in smaller parts, and regularly.
