>>2067153Stepping out into the hall you’re greeted by the last two members of Ruby’s team; Ren and Nora. Even with your limited time in civilization you knew who Ren was, his face pale and his usual green and pink clothing replaced with a rather dapper suit and flowing black cape with crushed red interior. If none of that was the give away the two fangs that slightly protruded from his upper lip were the deadringer.Nora however was a bit more strange to you.Clad in a leather duster and shallow cut vest, matched by a pair of dark pants and knee high boots. You at least mindful enough to look away from the bare pale flesh that her ruffled undershirt gave way to, though finally seeing the (hopefully) false wooden stakes that lined the inside of her coat. She was Van Helsing, or at least she was doing her best given she was a girl. “Hey Thundergirl, Ren! Lookin’ Good!” Yang cheers, nodding to the duo, getting a pose out of Ren as he brings one arm up, covering the lower half of his face with the cape. “Thanks Yang! Oh you guys look so good!” Ren exclaims, grabbing the two of you in a titanic bearhug. You can feel your bones aching as you and your partner are pushed closer together, thankfully however Ren seems to have gotten really into his character; and with a slight hiss brings the plastic fangs into one of Nora’s arms. With a squealing laugh she lets you go, drawing one of the Stakes.“Ah! Foul demon! Run you guys I’ll Hold it off~!” She cries, shoving you away as she prepares to do ‘battle’You can’t help but laugh. As you and Yang make your way for the stairs you can swear that you hear the sounds of fake fighting quiet down.>Roll 1d20

>>2067333Looking back you see something that stuns you. Ren has Nora’s hands pinned to the wall his face buried into the nape of her neck, you can see the slight shiver of her hands as they struggle before finally breaking free and gripping at the boys hair as he presses into his female companion. You can feel your face heat up as you watch, and you’re only relieved of your view as Yang speaks up.“Tin-Man, what’s the hold u-” You interrupt her, clamping your hand over her mouth and pulling her into the wall. She struggles in your grip for a few moments, and you can’t help but enjoy the warmth of a human touch but you focus yourself and slowly peek her head to see for herself. Whatever they were up to causes Yang to jerk her head back and look at you, face crimson.I think it was time that you excused yourselves.>Roll me a d20

I really like this Ren and Nora dynamic here. Not a fan of "will they won't they" when it drags on forever, so it's good to see them let their feelings loose. On that note, I wonder how long it'll take before Yang finds out about us smooching on Ruby... Because it's obvious to Ruby that Yang likes us and she went ahead with it anyways, it'll certainly be an interesting time.
We going to continue soon or what?
>>2078631I guess Weaver died. He'll be back eventually. The good QMs always return.Like me, one day.
>>2079312He's not dead, he's just got multiple quests. Right now he's just focusing more on hie shellstorm quest and his revived dc spiderman quest. Plus he does star wars commander and this one, 4 quests.
>>2079398He posted that he was writing and then disappeared from the thread. That's not normal behavior if he's active elsewhere. Kinda makes me irritated that he just up and left like that.
>>2079482He did that all the time even back when this was his only active quest.
Does anyone have a way to talk to weaver and ask him if he will be continuing soon?
>>2080356I don't really use discord, but if anyone who does wants to get an answer for when we will continue I would be grateful.
>>2067558You and Yang are quick to scram down the stairs and do your best to run to the room you have transformed into a makeshift party extravaganza. Both of you are panting, though Yang seems to have a smile on her face, having insisted she had always wanted to have a billowing cape when she was a kid. You’re just glad that you made it, your leather clothing a little tight and restrictive even with the slight bounce of your jogging. Stepping into the room was like stepping into a whole other world; A world that was halloween themed and every day was a spooky Autumn's twilight. At your ankles was a thick layer of heavy fog, listing gently along and illuminated by jack o'lanterns, thick strands of prop cobwebs and plastic spiders dotted the walls. Streamers of Orange, Purple, Red and Black criss crossed the ceiling, with tiny plastic bats hanging from atop them. Tables were all manner of reds and blacks, with contrasting vases of roses of equal red and black. But that was nothing compared to the costumes. You could see students you didn’t even know the name of in all sorts of bright outfits and impressive props, but immediately. In an almost tutu like dress with large butterfly-styled wings was your usually calm, cool and collected teammate: Pyrrha. Gone was the simple beauty of a practical combat armor and in its place was the shape and form of what you could only describe as a ‘woman’.If you were honest the sudden realization that the quiet and studious champion from Mistral had not really registered to you as ‘female’ until seeing her now unsettled you. You had known each other for a month and had gone through the routines of two people of opposite genders and yet how had it escaped your rational thought that yes, your second-in-command was in fact a woman? You try to ponder this but seeing that small, toothy smile light up her emerald green eyes you lose track of exactly where that train of thought was departing to.>Roll Spaghetti

>>2081672You don’t care that train is gone, there’s a new train on the tracks. You cut through the small crowd, Yang already rushing to the DJ table, scroll in hand and ready to alert everyone. All the while you’ve been slowly approaching the Invincible Girl with all the poise and confidence as a six foot tall double paraplegic can. By the time you’ve arrived Pyrrha is making small talk, though it seems like it's less of a good time and more of something in dire need of interruption. You just so happen to know a six foot tall double paraplegic that would make the PERFECT interruption. “You look Wonderful, Pyrrha.” You say softly, startling the girl as she turns to face you, the tip of her wing gently flicking you in the nose.“Oh! Lucius I uh...wow I didn’t hear you show up!” She exclaims, her usual calm broken by the surprise. You give her a slight chuckle.“I’m suprised if i’m honest, I never really saw you for a ‘fairies and princesses sort’.” You tell her honestly, giving her another once over. Pyrrha seems to enjoy the attention, if only for the fact that you were appreciative of her costume.“In Mistral I was always training, and if I weren’t training I was fighting; Preparing for the day that I would one day enter the arena and try and become a champion.” She admitted, as you had spoken to her before about life before beacon and so there was little that was needed to be said. “However I always had books and fairytales and stories. So with whatever time I really had to myself I spent them reading and imagining and dreaming of a life other than being a fighter.” You could understand that, having grown up being groomed to be a supersoldier. And so the conversation went on, Childish things and just being ‘normal’ teenagers. However your little conversation is cut painfully short as the music that filled the room cuts out with a record scratch. Looking over to the booth you’re just in time to glimpse Yang gripping the mic.“Just got a message from Blake that they are on their way! Quick, hide!”>Roll 1d100
