You are Ushi Walker, the half-japanese/half-american wielder of the mighty quirk “Everything is Bigger in Texas”, U.A High first year student, 9th on the entrance exam and 4th on the Quirk Apprehension test you finished about 30 minutes ago. You gave it everything you got, up to jumping over 20 meters in the air for the first time.

Which is why, right now, you are sprawled over Recovery Girl’s desk, rubbing your upper lip with rubbing alcohol in the nurse’s office after receiving treatment.

>“Walker… What are you doing?” Midoriya asks, with one hand already on the door’s handle.
“My best.” You reply, pulling yourself up by your bootstraps and standing up. “I'm not missing the first class either. And this thing’s smell helps me stay awake.”
>“Be careful dearies, you might be able to push through it for now, but the fatigue will eat away at body and mind until you rest.” Recovery Girl warns both of you.
>“Don’t worry, I’ll go straight home after class.” Assures the only male in the room. “I don’t think I could do anything else…”
“Sounds like a plan.” You say, walking up to the door.

Once you reach the exit however, instead of trying your luck with the still closed door, you extend your arm and slam your hand on the doorframe with a resounding ‘don, slumping forwards a bit as you let the doorframe hold your weight before turning your head towards Recovery Girl.

“Wait a second… Had you ever treated wood before?” You ask her. “First time I broke anything, I bounced around half of Texas trying to find a doc who knew what to do about my mutations.”
>“I’ve been doing this school gig for over forty years, dearie.” She replies “And I've been touring the country for even longer. I don’t think I’ve seen everything, but wood?”

She laughs a bit.

>“Let’s say that Kamui has never used gloves and pyrogenesis is still japan’s most common quirk.” She finishes with a smile.

That... makes a lot of sense, actually.
Any hero operating in the area must have been treated by Recovery Girl at one point or another, and if she has been dealing with patients all around japan, she must have some insights on every kind of mutation there is.

“That's great to know.” You say, smiling. “Thank you for treating us, Recovery Girl.”
>“You are welcome dearie, but before you go, you should take these.” She reaches below her desk and pulls a new gym shirt in a transparent plastic bag, then places two signed passes atop it.

You look down and see that you had, in fact, almost walked out in your sports bra and bandages.

“Yeah…” You let go of the wall and go take the shirt and papers.

The moment you step away from the wall, you hear a loud gasp. So you put on the new shirt and turn back to the door, where your classmate has still not opened the damn door.

“Man. Midoriya. You okay?” You ask. “We are already too late, and I need you to get walking. I’m not getting flogged if I can help it.”
>”I-I… You… here!?” he motions to the doorframe, then to you then then the frame again.

You stare at him for a few seconds, then place your hand back on the frame, on the same position you were before.

Just as you thought, you are pinning him against the door.
Meh. You open the door and softly shove him through.

“It was an accident.” You explain to him, handing him his pass and starting your walk back to classroom 1-A. “Accidents don’t count.”
>I-I guess?” He replies barely above a whisper.
“Stand proud man!” You say, trying to cheer him up. “We are going to meet our first hero teacher, Midnight!”

That fact certainly cheered you up.

>“Second, actually.” Midoriya says in a matter-of-fact tone.
“Second?” While you are glad he got his chin up, the only teacher you’ve met so far didn’t ring any bells. “Are saying Mr. Aizawa is a licensed hero?”
>“Not only licensed, but he’s been active for years.” He says, enthusiasm creeping up on his voice. “While he’s not particularly popular or even known to the public, Eraserhead has been a great asset to the Hero Network during every major villain crisis thanks to his ‘Erasure’! And even if he avoids the media and public appearances, he is a respected and well liked hero amongst us... hero…” He then deflates again.

>“Hero otakus.” He sighs and looks down again.

Hero otaku? That’s pretty vague.

“So… You check their pages on the web or debate who would win in a fight?”
>“I’ve been told that a bit too much of the first.”

>[Check if he is one of those fanboys that rages on the web with a trick. “Captain Celebrity could beat All Might on a race.”]
>[...Why so sad all of the sudden? “So what about it? Sounds like nice hobby.”]

“So what about it? Sounds like a nice hobby.” You say, shrugging and keeping the pace. “Got your own blog or sumthin?”
>“No...” He says. “This is the part when you snicker, call me a weirdo and or creep and never talk to me again.”
“What.” No, really. What? “For saying you like heroes? As a student on the Heroics Department? On the most prestigious Hero School in japan?”
>“You make it sound dumb...”
“It is pretty fucking dumb.” You reply. “I don’t even know why anyone would think it’s weird.”
>“That began about the tenth notebook or so.”
“TEN!?” You almost shout that. “Okay, that’s weird but why would anyone laugh at someone capable of leveling a room with a finger on the first place? That’s a hero in the making doing his homework."

He seems surprised, looking at you with wide eyes before looking at the ceiling.
Then he looks at you from the tip of your horns to the soles of your inside shoes.

>“You did yours too...”
“Huh?”
He points a finger gun at your face, an inch from your nose and speaks.
>“I think I let some data slip through the cracks when writing.” He says, then asks looking at you straight in the eye. “Can you tell me Midnight’s name?”
“Kayama Nemuri!” You reply instantly. “She has published it quite a few times.”
>“Right, and she wields a flogger in battle...” He continues.
“It’s a bullwhip, dummy! The flogger is for public appearances and personal carry only!” You reply smugly.

With the classroom now in sight, you speed up your walk before a hand hits the wall next to you, blocking your path with it’s arm.

Midoriya is now pinning you against the wall.
Which is pretty awkward with him being shorter than you.

>“The excitement to meet her, the teasing, the whips and the personal info…” He says with a smile. A damn smug one. “You are a Midnight Fan, aren’t you?”

>our size quirk drains our hunger and stamina when we use it

It's Bane.

In fact, I'm going to call it now. Not only is Ushi related to Bane, but she can also absorb vitality the same way he can to grow instead of running on her own vitality, and she just doesn't know it yet.
Not that she would do it much anyway though since going all vampire like that isn't very heroic.
>>

Pretty much what I was thinking.
>>1969193
God, thatd be annoying.
>>
>>1969086
The 'cheese lord' team is Ingenium and Present Mic.
>>
Also i should mention, shouldn't it be super easy to just take and remove mass from the ground itself, as long as we're barefoot or otherwise touching it?

If you need mass, just suck it from the very earth itself. If you need to dump it, dump it directly into the planet below.
There's literally so much mass that it creates a gravity well, so why aren't you making use of it?

And the ability to almost instantly use our perk to create a supersonic rush of air can be really useful, don't forget that while expansion creates a pressure wave, reduction will create a powerful vacuum, although centered directly on us, so be careful.

That could also be used as an attack, even one that could be sustained.
The idea is simple, you just channel the mass from the earth beneath you directly through your body and into the air around you, causing it to expand rapidly and create an enormous gust of wind that could blow enemies away, or do the opposite and suck enemies towards you.
>>
>>1969302
Further, that rapid expansion and reduction can actually be used to dodge, as if you're too slow to move out of the way of an attack, you can simply shrink the section of your body that would have been struck until it's no longer in the path of the attack, and in some cases it'd be possible to use the opening that would create to rapidly expand once again and counter attack.
>>
>>1969302
If i'm not mistaken our quirk works with us touching something with our hands. So like Uraraka that needs to touch something to affect the object/person weigth we need to touch it with our fingers

Other then that i guess we could do it?
>>
We arent sure if our feet are capable of using our quirk yet I think. Or at least we havent tried. Neat idea tho, worth looking into
>>
>>1969308
Have to touch it with five fingers (although it does work on connected textures) and it doesn't work on non-contained gasses, I think.
>>
>reduction will create a powerful vacuum, although centered directly on us, so be careful.

Uh...i wonder...can we use this to extinguish flames?
>>
>>1969321
That's one way to shrink away from fire.
badumtiss
>>
>>1969317
>>1969315
>>1969314
I mostly only read the OP updates, so i guess i didn't see where any of that was posted.
That's unfortunate and quite limiting if that's the case, otherwise it'd be a really neat power with uses beyond just getting big and small.

Regardless, i think our biggest issue is our stamina right now, as our quirk clearly takes a lot out of us.
That can be mitigated to a degree by our ability to grow sweets as much as we need, so we should keep something on hand at all times. I would suggest liquid honey, as it contains an extremely high sugar content by volume and can be eaten rapidly, however we should also keep a solid sweet like that chocolate on hand in case the honey container is lost or damaged. It may be possible to get a better food solution from the geek squad on campus.

>>1969321
Yes, you could put out certain fires like that.
Explosives can be used to interrupt flames and oil well fires are often put out using dynamite, however any big rush of air would do the job as long as the fire was small enough.
>>
>>1969321
However i should state that something like a large building fire absolutely won't go out that easily, as any fire which has built up heat within it's fuel will only be blown out for an instant before reigniting from that retained heat, meaning you'd have to scatter the coals before you'd be able to put the fire out, but that's likely to just create lots of smaller fires.

Fire needs three things, fuel (a material that can be oxidized rapidly, such as wood, chemicals or certain metals), oxygen (an oxidizer, whether straight oxygen from the air or from other chemical compounds) and heat (in order to speed up the oxidization of the fuel to a self-sustaining level, as combustion is just a chemical reaction like any other)

If you remove or unbalance this triangle in any way, you will put out the fire.
Water does this both by removing access to oxygen and carrying away large amounts of heat.
Carbon dioxide does this by removing access to oxygen. Scattering the coals would be removing the fuel.

Which is why when you blow out a candle, it doesn't re-ignite. It doesn't have enough heat remaining in the wick and oil to restart the reaction, which was only sustained by the heat of the flame itself.
You can't blow out a campfire though, it's coals retain enough heat to re-ignite, and even if you blow the flames themselves away, it'll still have access to fuel and oxygen.
>>
>>1969335
Yeah, pastebin would be useful forvthat, but it's currently lacking most of that info.

It's not limiting at all, in my opinion. It's actually really good, considering we can make things 4 times the speed of sound, at our best roll. We can literally gear 3rd things at the speed of sound. There's lots to try, man.
>>
Most likely in our case the best method for putting out a fire would just be to carry a bottle of water around and make it really big, then pour it out onto the fire, or otherwise spray it from our mouth if we can't simply pour it.
>>
>>1969392
Or i mean, i guess we could carry an actual spray bottle, but that'd be a little specific and weird looking.
>>
>>1969395
Todoroki carries a fucking tiny vial of water on his belt in costume. We could do that and actually use it well

Yeah, just a bottle of water would be fine, but a massively-scaled up pump mechanism from a spray bottle would be perfect for putting out large-scale fires.

Oh, that's a neat idea as well.
We need to carry vials around on us, perhaps on a bandoleer.

Most enemies could be captured by shrinking them down and sealing them in the vial, preferably with a screw-on cap rather than a cork.
Glass is an insulator, so electrical quirks won't bust it, glass is highly acid-resistant so most acid quirks won't melt it. Their strength is greatly reduced when tiny, so power-quirks probably won't be able to bust it, and special thick-walled vials can solve that.

It's unique and particularly dangerous quirks like disintegration or teleportation that they wouldn't work on, but those are few and far between.

>>1969434
And actually, come to think of it, we could carry around as many useful utility items as we wanted all the time without it looking weird, since we could just shrink them down, perhaps in organized boxes, and store those in a pouch on our belt, with certain quick-access items kept at a large enough size that we can just grab and enlarge them on the fly, perhaps one or two of such items in each pouch,

“It’s that obvious?” You ask, flustered.

>“Kinda? You didn’t really try to hide it after I started asking.”

“Hide what? You were just asking for info.” You reply honestly. “Besides, what’s wrong about being a fan of one of the most successful currently active female pros?”

>“Nothing, I guess.” He replies, scratching the back of his neck. “It just wasn’t a particularly good lie.”

“There are no good lies.” You say, crossing your arms and puffing your cheeks. “And you don't pin a girl like this if you don't plan on following it up.”

>“...We should get inside.” He pivots and turns towards the door, pulling out his pass.

“Besides, I also like Ryukyu… The whole Dungeons and Dragons, I’d say.” You say, making a whipping motion with one hand and waiting for your classmate to open the door. “Now let’s get in.”

The instant both of you step in, a red flogger cracks once right in front of each of your faces.

Not many know that crackers are only to make the whip noisier and that any proper whip can break the sound barrier.

You do, however. Which is part of the reason you only blink at the display of dominance, unlike your more easily rattled companion.

“Good morning Ms. Midnight” You greet the hero standing before you before “Get up, Midoriya. We have passes.”

You present the pass Recovery Girl gave you, and pull Midoriya back to his feet.

>“...You took the fun out of this.” She takes the papers and gives them a read. “Take your seats, you didn't miss much anyway.”

You take a look at the classroom and find it slightly different than the last time. Your seat is taken.

>“Your seat was misassigned earlier, Walker.” Midnight says. “You get the 20th, next to Yaoyorozu. Just be glad it got fixed today and not... tomorrow.”

You don't like the way she said that.

Still, you take your new seat as the last of the class.

The class’s board is displaying a collection of old costumes. With All Might’s and Endeavor’s on the far right and a trenchcoat and mask and a hoodie on the far left.

>“Now, as I was saying. Costumes at the beginning of the age of heroes consisted on basically anything that could keep the hero’s identity secret, being also the origin of the now classical domino mask as part of the traditional hero getup…”

At class’s end you notice that beyond pointing at things with her whip and sitting on student's desks, it wasn't much different from a normal class.

It took a lot out of you to stay awake during the whole thing, but you managed to take almost complete notes and a pretty good sketch of Midnight cracking her whip.

Some groans of disgust from Jiro and a few others and some thumb ups from Midnight herself every once and then show you that most of the class drew her in some fashion or another.
>>
.

By the time class was over, you were having an overview on the nature of vigilantes and secret identities.

And with classes done, Ms. Midnight is tidying up the teacher's desk as the students tickle out.

She can pull off beautiful, too.
How is a woman this pretty still single at 31?

You're right, might not be time for sleeping around.
>>
>>1969625
Not all that much more dangerous than if she was in any other form of emergency services.
Higher profile danger, sure, but at lest as a Hero she's less likely to just get murdered or worse in a back alley by some junkie with a knife.
Her level of success and fame certainly can't help her dating life though, especially if she's not interested in any of her fellow Heroes. I'd bet she mostly meets weirdos and fanboys when she tries to find a date.
Not helped by the fact that she doesn't really fit the conventional Japanese concept of an ideal woman. They'd all fuck her in a hearbeat just like anybody else. But marry her? Never. Too independent, too openly sexual, and too badass.

You may be falling apart at the seams, but you are sure you can take 5 more minutes to talk to one of the women you look up to.

So after tidying up your seat and readying your backpack you go to talk to the heroine before she leaves the classroom.

“Miss Midnight!” You call as you reach her.
>“Hmm? Yes, Walker?, Any final questions?” She replies.
“May I have your autograph?” You ask her with a tired smile, holding open your leather bound agenda.
>“Sure.” She writes fills both pages with her signature in black marker, then adds the dots the ‘i’ with a heart in red. “Did a sibling put you up to this? An elder brother maybe?”
“No? I mean, Pa would love to have your autograph in his collection too... But I'm a fan of your work!” You assert, flipping to a new pair of empty pages.
“I don't have many girls amongst my fans, you know?” She says, writing a second autograph. “Most of them are like the boys...”

She then continues with a wicked smile and a crack of her flogger.

>“In for some loving punishment.” She ends the sentence by leaving the flogger on the desk and licking her upper lip.

Naturally, such demonstration elicits a certain response from you.
You bend over slightly to place a hand on the desk to accentuate your assets and imitate her facial expression.
You grab the flogger…
I intend on being at the other side of the whip.” … And crack it.

Midnight seems stunned for a second, even blushes a bit… Then she squees.

>“Oh my goodness, you are adorable!” She says, hugging you and shaking you side to side like a plushie. “You even managed to make it crack!”

Most parts of you are very offended right now, but for different reasons.

“I'm not adorable, I'm hot!” You pout and flail your arms to no avail, as her arms might be pure steel for how much they bulged.

The warmth and softness allows the sleepiness to tighten its grip on you again.

“And I'm great with whips! Bullwhips, riding crops, snake whips and blacksnakes! I'm able to work with stockwhips too...”

As you start to fade away, the crack of Midnight’s flogger snaps you back into the waking world.

>“I'm sure you are, but you really should get going.” Midnight says, letting go of you. “You don't want to pass out on the train alone, you'll wake up on Hokkaido or something worse.”
“Thanks for the autographs.” You say, ending the sentence with a yawn and rubbing the sleepiness off your eyes.
>“It was my pleasure.” She replies. “And tell daddy to leave his stash somewhere where his daughter can't find it, like the rest do.”

As you step out of the classroom, you can see that she seems happy.
So you begin power walking your way to the gate, in the mindset that you might as well get to the house as early as possible.
Which is why you are able to catch up with a particular green haired boy, who apparently used this time to change back to the regular uniform.

>“I'm tapped out…” He groans, not noticing you walking next to him.
“I'm ready to pass out.” You remark.
>“Huh? Oh. Hi Walker.” He replies tiredly.
“No stutter this time?”
>“If I did that, you wouldn't stop, would you?” He says in a forced calm tone. You can still see a bead of sweat rolling down his neck though.
“You act like teasing was a part of some master plan.”
>“Speaking of plans, I can’t believe we missed out on the curriculums.” He sighs. “I wanted to adju-”

Then you feel a strong hand grab your right shoulder, stopping you on your tracks
Not even in your tired and distracted state, is this enough to make you do anything but turn around.

“AH!!”...Unlike Midoriya, who almost jumped out of his skin.
>“Are you two healed?”
“We got better.” You respond while Midoriya catches his breath. “Recovery Girl works miracles.”
>“I thought you might arrive late to class, and took the liberty of taking two additional sheets for you.” He says, handing a sheet to Midoriya, then one at you.
“Thanks, sugar.” You tell him as you fold the paper and tuck it safely into your backpack.
You take notice of how he steps back and away from you after that, leaving Midoriya between the two of you.
>“I must say that Mr. Aizawa’s deception really got me.” Iida comments, pointing upwards “I thought that U.A.’s standards were actually that high! To think of deception as an encouragement…”

Then a third but known voice is heard.

>“HEY THERE!!” You hear Uraraka as she runs towards you. “Hey, are you all headed to the station? Wait for me!”
“Howdy Uraraka!” You wave at her as she closes the distance.
>”Oh? You are the Infinity Girl.” Iida states.

Midoriya just covers his mouth.
...And his bravado from earlier is completely gone.

>“Hi! I’m Uraraka Ochako!” She introduces herself with a smile, then points at Iida. “You are Iida Tenya, right?”

He gives a sharp nod, after which Uraraka points at you.

>“You are Walker Ushi!” She says, to which you to give a thumbs up. She then points at Midoriya. “And you… If I’m not mistaken, Midoriya Deku!”
>“DEKU!?” Midoriya shouts surprised.
>“Isn’t that how Bakugo called you?” Uraraka asks.
>“I-I’m Izuku… Deku is what Kacchan calls me to demean me…” Midoriya explains with a shaky voice.
>“An insult, then!” Iida reiterates.
“An insult by Bakugo. Shocking.” You snark.
>“Oh, Really!?” Uraraka says, scratching the back of her head. “Sorry”

Then she strikes a pose, with a fist by her hip and the other pointing towards the bright blue sky.
You should point this out to Midnight. Uraraka is adorable, not you.

>“But I think it suits you.” She says “It sounds like ‘Never Give Up’ to me,’you know?”
>“HI I’M DEKU.” Mid- Deku says, looking red from the neck up.
>>
>”Midoriya! Have some dignity! It’s an insult, remember!?” Iida says, then turns to you.“Walker, say something!”
“My name is Ushi.” You point out shrugging. “I have no ground on which to stand when criticizing names. Deku is fine by me.”
>“My world just got flipped over again.” “It’s just like the copernican revolution.”
>“Coperni-huh?” Uraraka asks.
“Don’t worry, he might be a bit of a nerd.” You whisper to her. “But you were right, he has some iron in him.”

The walk to the train station was a simple one, a bit slow even.
They didn’t want to say it, but the three of them slowed down their gaits to let you walk comfortably. You didn’t mind, because even if you were tired, you were part of the conversation.
Turns out your stop is the closest one, followed by Uraraka’s, then Deku’s and finally Iida’s.

After the small share of personal info, all of you started coming with theories as to what would tomorrow’s Foundational Heroics Studies lesson entail, considering it was to be taught by japan’s N°1 Hero, All Might himself!

Deku suggested it would be physical conditioning and or heroic values if he opted for something more theoretical.
Iida said he expected some sort of test to acclimate yourselves to your battle gear.
Uraraka hoped for some sort of quirk counseling to improve your control.
You hoped for something to show off, so you suggested a mock battle.
Who wouldn’t like to fight more robots?

By the time you arrive on the train you can barely stand, but there are more than enough free seats for the four of you.

Deku, Uraraka and Iida are all seated close to each other, but with empty seats between them.

>What do you do?

Roll me 4d10 for guts, Wouldya!?

>[Sit by Uraraka, she doesn’t seem like she would mind if you collapse on her.]

To anwser your question. Yes that is illegal. Apparently you need both a license to use your quirk in heroing and also to use it in other activitys.

It's ignored as long as you use your brain and don't put anyone in danger.

Plus, using quirks freely is allowed at home and on campus at UA, but i don't know the specifics of course, which is why i wanted to ask a teacher about the legality of it.

I honestly think that making Mineta taller is a bad idea. because we are basically forcing his body to be tall, not letting it grow into that naturally, which I think might put a lot of pressure on his body that it might not be able to take.
>>
>>1971216
Lad, take a look at him again.
You think he's gonna grow out of that?
>>
>>1971231
Yeah, but his body is basically made for that size. Hell, it's probably his own mutation, like our horns and wood skeleton. Point it, that I can see a lot of ways that it can go wrong while the benefit isn't exactly the best.
>>
>>1971231
Maybe he'll pull an usopp, who knows?
>>
>>1971245
I'd leave it up to him whether he wants to be taller at the cost of having to eat more.
>>
>>1971248
I'm not talking about eating more. My main concern is his heart.

More like a cody.
>>
>>1971258
Oh, shit, that did happen. Completely forgot.
>>
>>1971257
His heart would be larger, too.
Our issue with our heart comes when we enlarge a single body part, like our arm.

More pressure is put on our heart as it's not enlarged along with it, meaning it has to do more work.
When we grow our body evenly, our upper limit becomes how quickly our body can release sugars and power our muscles.

Making mineta twice as tall would only make him have to eat more often.
That is, about as much as any other person that size.
>>
>>1971261
All of his body is increasing in proportion. Think of it this way, instead of having more cells like an actual larger person would, he would have larger cells. That is bound to cause problems eventually
>>
>>1971283
Not particularly, cell size doesn't matter that much, and indeed varies between plants and animals.
There are some nasty creatures that are basically one big cell the size of a beach ball.

Besides, doesn't bother mom at all to be the size of a mouse half the time, shouldn't bother him at all to be slightly larger.

You go sit by Iida’s side.
It’s more of a ‘fell on the seat’ than sitting, but the end result is the same.
“I don’t plan on dozing off, but if I do, could you wake me up at my stop?” You say, pointing at a map on the train’s wall.
>“Rest easy, I will.” He says, then lowers his eyes and begins searching for something on his backpack .

You then see him pull out a notebook and look up…
Today’s class?
“Are you already reviewing today’s class?” You ask, somewhat surprised.
>“There’s no worthier way to spend the train ride to and back from school than reading.” He replies. “And reviewing your classes everyday is a great way to lessen the load when the need for real studying presents itself!”
“Huh.” You say, then wait for him to finish flipping through the measly four written pages. “You done yet?”
>“...Yes.” You see how he just drops the notebook back in his backpack, before picking his phone and apparently looking through his messages.
Looking at the seats in front of you, you can see that Uraraka noticed too.

After a few more minutes of Iida keeping his field of vision away from you, you decide to ask the only other rational person you know on the train, your fellow girl, Uraraka.

“What’s going on?” You ask her. “I’m starting to get a bit weirded out.”
>“Uh?” She seems surprised at the fact that you decided to ask her. “Well… I think it’s about what happened at the P.E fields.”

‘The teasing?’ You were about to ask, then remembered that Uraraka didn’t look too happy about it. Better not bring it up.

“What happened?” You ask trying to not look clueless.
>“Remember when Bakugo rushed at Deku and you stopped him?” She asks. You nod and she continues. “I don’t think Iida liked that.
>“You attacked Bakugo while he had his back turned on you.” Iida says. “That’s wrong, and has been bothering me ever since.”
>“I’m not sure it was even an attack…” Deku says. “It looked like a cage to me, even if it was a little too small.”

That's enough to get you angry.

Dekus right. It was a botched attempt to restrain him, the hit was an accident You reply, incensed. He was going for a rocket punch straight at Dekus gut! Im not apologizing for doing the right thing.
>So. you are saying that you never actually attacked him? Iida asks calmly
Damn right I didnt. That was an accident. You say, a bit lower this time. Were I to attack him, Id ask him to his face to grit his teeth before knocking them off!
>That's a relief. Iida says, softening his expression.
...What? Thats all? You say, not bothering to hide your confusion. I thought it was about.. I dunno! Skipping the sane option and leaving it to the teacher!
>Id just hate to have to distance myself from you for dishonorable conduct. He says, extending his arms in front of him and then separating them. Besides, if the entrance exam awarded rescue points for this sort of situation, It wouldnt be appropriate for me to hold a grudge for taking action. Right Midoriya?
I was expecting a shouting match...

Both of you then look at the green haired boy, who is being currently staring forwards.

>Deku? He asks.
>I still think it suits you. Uraraka reassures him.
Look, you already presented yourself as <Useless>, and let me tell you as <Cow> that you are either going to rock the name or get rocked by it. You tell him Think of Uraraka, not Bakugo!

That didnt seem to help, as he just seems to be staring at the universe itself right now.

>Me? Uraraka asks.
You flipped the meaning for him. You say, pointing at one side with one hand, then at the other. Bakugo uses it as an insult. Positive instead of negative. Never give up instead of Useless is what Im saying.
>Makes sense to me.

He has a fairly limited quirk and relies much on physical fitness (aided in part by his quirk, like our own would be). He also has a fairly obvious weakness that he has learned to work around, which would be good for us.

In addition, those cement guns he uses are very cool. They seem useful for when you don't want to hurt someone but need to restrain them.

Now that I think about it, wood bends far more than bones ever would. It takes a lot to get it to splinter from bending. And it's really hard to get it to actually Break.
It's a great shock absorber on its own (see wood bats vs metallic), and it happens to be damn resilient against things trying to cut across the grain (it ain't easy to chop a tree lads, i've done it a few times and it's a massive chore)
Cons are obviously with the flammability, and it splits easily along the grain (though some woods have interlocking grains that provide some good mitigation for this), aaand in some cases you'll not want something that bends instead of staying so defiantly rigid as bone would be

General consensus:
Wood wins the day! Bone skeletons can go home crying

Well, whoever we pick would have pros and cons. Mt lady for the size aspect, midnight for working with a whip, edgeshot for speed and subtility, endeavor for tactics and Spartan training, ryukyu would be similar to mt lady, except she'd be a better all around teacher while a little less help than mt. Lady with our quirk, kamui for restraining and patching up our obvious weakness, ect.
There are a lot of directions to go in.

It really shouldn't as long as we take care of ourselves. Treating our horns would not only protect us from fire and humidity, but also repel burrowing insects. I don't know too much about the type of wood our bones are made of, but I imagine they have some natural way to repel parasites that would cause disease.

The rest of the train ride you spend in a companionable silence, comparing notes with Iida.
It wasnt a long time, however, and you were soon sharing farewells.

It has been a weird day.
A great day at some points.
A painful day at others.
An embarrassing day pretty much at every point that wasnt one of the other two, really.
But youd say it without a doubt
It was an interesting day, and what else can you ask of the world but an interesting life?

So with heavy feet and a smile in your face you drag yourself to the house, aching for a meal and a good nap.

Im here! You holler as soon as you get past the front door.
Within seconds, your mother appears from the kitchen, a smile on her face.
>Ushi! You are ear- Holy moly, hun. You look like crap. She says, her smile fading away. You should go to bed...
Dont worry, Momma. Im fine. You lie through your teeth. Cant we have just have lunch the two of us?
>I suppose we could But you are telling me what the heck happened to you, young lady.

In a few minutes, you and your mother set the table, with a simple lunch of rice, miso soup and poached eggs.

>So, what happened?

>What do you do?

>[Nothing significant. A bit of this a bit of that.]
>[Nothing detailed. I made some friends, fell down on my face, twice. left a bully on the ground and pushed my quirk to new heights!]

So you decide to tell her everything that happened today.

You start with the obvious, standing up, taking off your shirt and twirling before sitting down again.

>Ushi..? She says, covering her mouth and looking at the bandages covering the top half of your torso.

I told you, don't worry. I'm fine now. You try to reassure her. Bad things first

You don't bring attention to it, but you saw the bottle and shot of sake on the table.

She has never been much of a drinker, but she does pick up a bottle once in awhile, when she thinks she'll need some liquid courage.

You tell her of how you got to kiss the floor thanks to Bakugo, how your sports bra snapped on the quirk apprehension test, about how you fell atop a boy in that state then how you shattered your shoulder with a jump and how Recovery Girl patched you up, leaving you as tired as if you had just pulled a fasting all-nighter, at noon.

By the time you are done, you have your mother's arms around you, hugging you from behind as her own lunch is left forgotten on the other side of the table.

>I'm sorry your first day turned out to be so awful She says, softly rubbing your shoulders.

What are you talking about? You say without breaking the hug. That was just the bad things, of course it's gonna sound awful, but let me tell you about the good parts.

You tell her of how you met Kirishima as he helped you after Bakugos grand entrance, and how Deku tripped over and fell next to you. Of how Shoto was always there lending a helping hand, even if he didn't have to. Of how him and Yaoyorozu took care of your wound and how the later gave you the nifty metallic clip that holds your bra together now.

You tell her of all the nice details you remember of everyone else, like Jiros sharp tongue and Satos delicious chocolate.

You take a certain perverse pleasure in retelling how you smacked Bakugo dow.

And you even speak of Midnight and how she mistakenly believes you are adorable.

You also tell her of how you teased Iida and Deku, even telling her how the latter turned the tables on you.

>Are you telling me that you consider spending half the morning rubbing yourself against some boys backs a good thing? Your mother asks, taking a shot with more incredulity than anger on her face.

Kinda. It doesn't feel half bad either. You reply, listening to your mother's heartbeat.

>There is a mighty strong difference between the skinship between mother and daughter and a teenager rubbing herself against someone she met the the same day just to get a raise out of him.

They didn't seem to mind after they calmed down

>Teenage. Boys. Momma points out. They probably want a hands on repeat.

Deku and Iida? You allow yourself to snicker. They would probably have a stroke at the thought.

>Quite a few, I'm sure. Your mother grumbles, taking another shot
>>
.

Huh?

>Don't worry about it. She quickly says. Any other big moments that made you like this day?

Hmm Only- With your yawning cutting you off, you count two with your fingers. When I broke my shoulder, not all pieces stayed put. One poked out of my skin after the fall.

You cant see her face, but you feel her flinch as you mention that.

So when Shoto was inspecting the wound Well. He saw a splinter, so he pulled it out. You say in the most disarming tone you can manage.

>...He what? Once again you can't see it, but she sounds anything but calm

He tore out a few centimeters long piece of broken katsura? You reply uncertain, leaving out the fact that it was still attached to your skeleton.

>Well it's not like you could go around with a piece of you... lodged on your flesh She says shakily. I'm sure Todoroki only had the best intentions?

I am sure of it. You reply. Poor guy wouldn't stop apologizing, so I fashioned it into a pendant!

>A... pendant? She asks. You made an accessory out of a piece of yourself?

Various pieces. After carving the wood I made the chain out of my hair. You explain.

>M-may I.. see it? She asks you, and you can see out of the corner of your eye how the full shot rises full again, coming back down empty.

I gave it to Shoto. It was made for him after all.

You she messes up your hair with one of her hands, which lets you know two things.

She is stressed and she doesn't blame you, nor wants you to know it.

It'll be a pain to brush later, but you let her do it for now. However, her hand is shaking a bit.

Why so tense? You ask her.

>Ushi it's the first day.

And?

>You literally came home with a few pieces missing and a smile on your face. She replies. I worry for you. For now and for later. You act like you couldn't care less about yourself.

You let her words hang in the air for a minute.

Momma, you are being way too dramatic. You tell her with a tired smile. I'm going to be a hero. I'll always be back with a smile, I'm here to learn how to avoid being beaten up, ain't I? Besides, I don't think you'll ever see me in worse shape than this. Recovery Girl is amazing. So, please, don't worry so much. All in all, I think it went pretty well!

You take her arm and hug it.

A second later she pulls you closer with her other arm.
>>
>Thanks, I needed that She says a few minutes later, calmer. ... What was the second thing?

... A boy caressed one of my horns. He didn't know. You say tiredly, yet a bit miffed. But I almost mooed. Anything else I may want to know before it happens?

You expected this to be the most serious part of all which is why you left it for last

Making your mother's laughter even more shocking than it would have been.

>No. idea. Momma says

Huh!? But this! You could have warned me... you try to sound angry, but you are too tired for anything above bothered.

>I could tell you all about hoof care, and your father could have told you how to keep back moss in check. She says more relaxed. But you have neither. You were just born with random mutations from both sides of the family, and no one wants to add extra pages to The Talk if you may- Ush..?

You then wake up in your bed, with your alarm clock telling you the time is 9:42 PM.

> What do you do?

You stretch for a few minutes before sitting on the side of your bed.
Basic logic tells you that if you were barely awake on your mother's arms and wake up on your room on the second floor, she must have carried you upstairs.

...That happens surprisingly often.
Then again, she has a meter on you, so it's probably not much of a hassle for her, but still embarrassing.

Feeling refreshed by your Must have been six hours or so long nap, you think you can take on the world again, with the first thing on the list being checking your phone.

You see a pair of messages from Pa, and Shoto along with bunch from Itsuka and Pony.

Pa is just asking how your first day went, so you type in the shortest answer possible.
"Went pretty well, if a bit bumpy. I like it here!" Not a lie, and you don't feel like explaining your day again.
Itsuka and Pony's barrage is a lot more complicated.

>"Nice flight!" Started Itsuka
>"S#i7!" Continued Pony a few seconds later. <"Ushi u OK!?">
>"We ALL heard that." Wrote Itsuka
><"U fell onna tree?">
Then the chat is silent for a few hours.

>"<Wanna hang out?>" Pony wrote at noon. <"I found a taco place. I think.">
>"What's a <taco>?" Itsuka wrote next. "Are you making plans for lunch? Ushi hasn't picked up her phone in hours."
><"What's a taco?"> Pony replies. <"A whole new world!">
<"A new fantastic point of view!"> Pony continues, attaching a bunch of musical note emoji to the end.
>"I don't get it."

You giggle a little at that. Silly Pony, you can't just quote a song through text and expect someone will get it!
Aladdin was a top-shelf choice, though.
"I got hurt, and spent the day sleeping it off." You write. "Sorry for not checking before. I'm A-Okay now though."

They may not see it today, but there would be no point in worrying them over nothing just to tell them in person tomorrow.

After that, you go see how is your mother.
Momma is a big and tough gal, but that doesn't mean she won't be sore if she ends up sleeping on the stairs, or that she won't do something stupid if she actually drank enough to get drunk.

Luckily for everyone, she wasn't on the on the staircase, but flopped over the kotatsu, not unlike the way you were sprawled over Recovery Girl's desk.

The bottle and shot glass are nowhere to be seen, but there is a half-full cup of chamomile tea on the kotatsu.

You descend the stairs as silently and watch her sleep for a few seconds.
The cup is still lukewarm, so she didn't pass out just after you.

"Welp, time to pay back." You say, enlarging yourself as much as the ceiling would allow you before carefully picking her up.
"Let's tuck you in."

Lifting Momma like a ragdoll felt pretty weird, but that doesn't stop you from carrying her to her bed, pulling down the covers and tucking her in. You plan on waking her up with a nice dinner soon, but there was no reason to leave her there twisting her back.
>>
With that taken care of, you shrink back to normal and go to the kitchen, putting on an apron.
"Eggs, milk, salt, pepper and paprika" You say, going down a mental checklist and putting the ingredients on the counter. "Cayenne, flour, oil, butter and Instant mashed potatoes?... it'll do for a side."

Sounds about righ-

"And the steak, of course."

With your ingredients ready, you begin your work.

You set up an assembly line to bread and fry your steak, then start the actual cooking.

Sprinkle, coat, wet, coat. Repeat.
Sprinkle, coat, wet, coat. Repeat.

It would be a monotonous task to many, but not for you.
You don't recall when you started, but at some point, you began singing.
Not particularly well, or perfectly on key, but you were singing for yourself.
"...I remember though I've wandered and much happiness I've found~!" You sing "Still I wish that I could be back there today~!"

You then begin frying the breaded meat on the skillet.

"I know my home is waiting for me by the river shore~!" You sing as you remove the first three golden pieces from the skillet, bobbing your head to the imaginary music. "I know that all the ones I love will welcome me once more!"

"In dreams I see them now though it seems I'm bound to roam" You continue, pulling the last three pieces. "My thoughts are still of Texas and of Home~!"

You breathe for a bit, pouring off the grease into a bowl before returning it to the skillet to turn begin working on the gravy.

"Cattle in the old corral, the open range all 'round~" You sing, adding a bit of line dancing to your movements, crossing your legs and tapping heels and toe of your boots on the floor. "Sunlight and the smell of new mown hay~!"

And lastly, you cover everything else and start whipping up the instant mashed potatoes.

"I remember though I've wandered and much happiness I've found~!" You repeat yourself, mixing the milk in. "Still I wish that I could be back there today~!"

"I know my home is waiting for me by the river shore~!" You sing again as you serve the steak and mashed potatoes. "I know that all the ones I love will welcome me once more!"

"In dreams I see them now though it seems I'm bound to roam," You finish, setting the table and pouring the gravy. "My thoughts are still of Texas and of Home~!"

It took you half an hour just to get your assembly line ready, and another half to get the meat ready to be fried, then getting just the right color and whisking the gravy into the right consistency, but you did it happily. It was over an hour of breading and frying, but you didn't regret it for even a second. It was one hour of being home.
>>
"That was adorable!.." Says your mother, sitting on the staircase with her phone in her hand.
"I made chicken fried steak!" You tell her earnestly.

Then her phone does it's damned beep, telling you that not only you got recorded, but that there is nothing to be done about it now.

"...And a tad sad too. Your Pa will love it."

Eh like the scarf. and the art my only gripe is that Ushi has a little bit more bust. But the rest i think is great.

You sigh and shrug.
"...I guess I'm adorable" You say. That video might haunt you later, but it's not a problem now, and you won't let something as silly as a home video sour your mood. "Now dig in before the gravy gets cold."

This just might be your best steak so far, and you didn't even need a grill!
The instant mashed potatoes drag the rest of the dish down a bit, but being a notch down from perfection is still pretty damn good.

>"This is great!" Your mother compliments your dish between bites. "But what's the great occasion we are celebrating? The 'great' day?"
"I just felt like doing something nice.?"
>"Huh? Whatcha playin' at?" She asks, suspicious.
"Nothing…"
>"But?"
"But... I think you need to unwind a bit." You say as tactfully as you can.
>"...Whatever do you mean?"
"Just..." You wave around a hand as you try to think how to put it into words. "Just trust in me.
>"I trust you" She replies, without a moment of hesitation. "But what does that have to do with me 'unwinding'?"
"Well, I'm going to get hurt." You say. "No ifs or buts on that. I only want you to trust me when I say 'I'm fine'"
>"You can't literally give away pieces of your broken body and tell me you are fine with a straight face." Momma shoots back, indignation creeping on her voice.
"But I can." You reply. "I did and I'm fine. I'm a big girl, I can walk away with some fractures."
>"That's not being fine."
"If I can push onwards, it's fine for me." You say with a shrug, finishing your plate.
"I just don't want you to worry, and to trust me when I say that everyday, no matter what happens, I'll come back through that door just fine and ready for another go."
>"Is that a promise?"
"Sure." You say. "I promise to come home safe every day. Unless there's a sleepover or something. Then I'll call."
>"Then I guess I'll need to find something else to worry about." Momma jokes. "I'll take care of the dishes, you go to get some shuteye, home cooking or not, you are still up at 11 pm on a school day."

So after finishing your dinner, you do so.
You take the last seconds of consciousness to ponder on how tired you had to be to be able to sleep this much.

The next morning you wake up fully refreshed, not feeling sore at all.

>>1975442

I just Realized how attractive our quirk is, we could make a tiny nugget of gold grow to immense size. We can take tiny versions of objects and make them full size on site to speed up construction to an absurd degree.

Our Quirk is really a freaking Midas Touch.

But we are a proud lawful American believer of justice, so we would never do that!...

Right?
>>
>>1975540
I have the feeling Ushi is a more "frontier justice" kind of person then a regular law abiding citizen.
She's probably drunk moonshine before.
>>
>>1975540
no, we won't. Momo can make gold, but she doesn't, so neither will we. And helping with construction sounds nice, but there's that slippery slope again...

Villain us, on the other hand...
>>
>>1975540

> Expand nugget of gold to excessive size

> Attempt to use it

> Obliterate the market value of gold

> Chaos ensues

...

All according to keikaku...
>>
>>1975540
There are lots of Quirks like that, that could completely destroy the established social order trivially. That's the reason the laws about quirks are as restrictive as they are (at least in japan): Society as it exists is entirely artificial and arbitrary.

But if anyone acts on that, society rips itself apart. It's a problem.
>>
>>1975540
On on hand, it would probably ruin the market value of gold. On the other hand, it would make gold more available to be used in a variety of things. I think I heard that gold would be very useful in electronics, if only it weren't so expensive.
>>
>>1975578
Society works because if you try to poke the ballon of society, All Might will punch you from South Carolina to Manchester.
>>
>>1975584
I'm sure this model for society is just fine, and nothing at all will go wrong in the next few months!
>>
>>1975550

Maybe not even gold, suppose there is an extremely rare compound that produces massive amounts of energy. Ushi solves the impending energy crisis by herself

She doesn't even need to know anything about it like Momo, nor does it have to be inorganic. Archeological sample with still usable tissue inside? Boom, Ushi just helped science immensly by increasing the amount available for study.

Speaking about organic, we could do charity work when we have our provisional license, massive overshot of food supply at local charities, the possibilities are endless

If she wanted, she could build an Empire in a night and a day.

We could be Martin Li of this world.

God this sounds like inner monologue of a super villain origin story.

I mean how is fighting world hunger by producing more meat a bad thing?
>>
>>1975745
>>1975745
My bet is that villain Ushi would be the definition of dumb muscle, kind of like the guy that change his size in the 8 precepts or Muscular.

A very cruel bruiser with a very dangerous quirk. Certainly the kind of villain that smashes a few big name heroes to unliving pulp before being caught and put away.
>>
>>1975737

To Capitalize on your paranoia I suggest something even more terrifying.

Nomu Ushi

>Now I'm the one that's scared, dagnabbit.
>>
>>1975766
You do know that there is a market for meat? Japan can't sustaing his on population so it exports meat all the money that would go to those cou tries would go to Ushi and so the countries that had the export of meat as part of their country economics would bankrupt, which eould lead to unrest and then to civil war.
>>
>>1975782
>Nomu Ushi

I guess Ushi will become one of the main target to the villans alliance won't she?
>>
>>1975803
So in the end... Villain!Ushi is still rustling cattle, just in a different form.
>>
The issue with Ushi as a dumb muscle villain (or hero for that matter) is that there's lots of Quirks that just don't care about durability. You can't tank getting mindcontrolled or turned into a fucking marble. Any version of Ushi that wants to be really successful needs to take advantage of things like her Quirk's frankly absurd speed, the stealth and ambush opportunities offered and our previously mentioned ability to make resource scarcity a bad joke.

Being off-brand Mt. Lady is the most fun way to use our quirk but frankly as a villain that just wouldn't be good enough for a career longer than a week.
>>
>>1975773

Problem is, you cannot put a villain with a quirk like Ushi away easily, Since her Ability grow or Shrink things break the laws of physics.

If it would just be the gigantification then it would be fine, just get a restraint that won't break and she will crush herself. But Ushi just needs to touch anything and it will grow or shrink. so no cuffs or jacket will work.

The only way to contain her would be to put her in a prison carved in an object that is to big for her to affect with her quirk, you literally need to seal her in a mountain.
>>
>>1975818
It's the reason I'm on board with trying to go for edgeshot for intern opportunities. As much as I love ryukyu, edgeshot is probably the best bet for actually being a good hero.
>>
>>1975773
>whenever villain!ushi starts to feel hungry or tired in battle from using her quirk she'll just make herself grow, grab the nearest hero/civilian/"ally" and just absolutely devour them

My philosophy is to always worry.
>>
You take your time to clean yourself and have breakfast with mom before calmly walking to the station.
Having your alarm set at the right time, plus japan's pretty accurate train schedules allow you that kind of luxury.
The walk and the station are pretty relaxing, a bit boring even.

>"Hey there Walker!!" You hear Uraraka say, waving at you from her seat.
"Howdy!" You greet her as you push your way through the commuters.
>"First day of actual classes! Aren't you excited!?"
"With Foundational Heroics Studies in the afternoon!" You reply, pumping your fist.
>"I hope All Might's really going to teach it!" She says, excited as ever. "Look, it's even on the news!"
You turn your attention to the low definition screen hanging from train's roof, as it drones the unconfirmed rumors about All Might leaving Might Tower as his permanent residence.

As the cameras zoom over the Might Tower's personnel, not a single one catches your eye.

Considering how secretive he is, it doesn't surprise you how the press doesn't know about his new teaching career yet. Or maybe U.A. is just pulling your leg and he is not even coming. That'd be a disappointment.

>"Walker?" Uraraka asks. "Can you… oh nevermind. It wouldn't be right..."
"You might as well spit it out, don't leave me hanging." You tell her.

She pulls a small box out of her backpack.

>"Well... you can make anything larger right?"
"Right?"
>"Could you enlarge this for me? It'd be a huge help." She says giving you the puppy eyes.

You look at it for a second and and you suddenly recognize it. It's just a children's bento box, too small for a girl your age.

Absolutely, but not here.

The paranoiac in me says we should open it just to check she's not taking advantage of us, but it's probably not worth it.

"Not here, sugar." You tell her. "That'd be kind of illegal. Wait till we are at school."

>"So you'll do it!?"

"Yeah? Why wouldn't I?" You ask her. "Unless you got drugs in there. I don't do drugs."

>"W-wha?" She starts crossing her arms and throwing them out in a X cutting motion. "No drugs! I-I'd never!.."

"Great! That's all I need to know." You say. "How about lunch then?"

>"Sure!" She says. "That was the original plan."

"...Plan?"

>"Nothing bad, I swear!" She says, raising her hands in front of her face, as if to protect herself. "I was just thinking about asking at lunch, but wasn't expecting to run into you here!"

"You packed this little on the chance I would agree?" You ask. "That's not enough for anyone, what if I said no?"

>"You don't strike me as someone who would refuse a call for help. You have that 'heroic spirit' all around you."

That's quite flattering, but…

"You dodged the question." You say. "Unless you have a stick of butter and some pudding in there, there's no way you wouldn't go hungry"

>"I-It’s enough! It has always been." She replies. "I can get through the day just fine!"

As someone who could, and needs, to eat a sizeable fraction of your body weight daily, this is shocking. Surely she just has some money to buy at the school cafeteria. Right?

It was during your silent pondering on the nature of a filling lunch that the train's speakers announce your stop.

>"Let's go!" Uraraka says, springing to her feet. "I wonder how will classes with the rest of the heroes will be!"

Turns out that much like Midnight's class the day before, it was almost a normal class just made a bit 'better' by the heroes in question.

Cementoss Lit. Class made you pinch yourself multiple times, almost dropping you back to sleep with his voice. The man, however, is pretty great at explaining and your notes look great for a first class.

Present Mic can barely write in english, but his grammar on the board was pretty great, and he made the whole class feel like an educational show on morning T.V… Which is just another way to say boring, but at least the way he got fired up every time some got an answer right made it look like he was going to award a car or something.

You wonder when the man sleeps if he is a night time hero, a radio host and a teacher. Whatever he drinks in the morning must be the good stuff.

The classes are twice the length of what you've heard is customary in japan, so you only have two instead of four before lunch, which is fine by you.

It's easier to focus if you don't have to switch gears every fifty minutes.

'Lunch, however, is great' You think as you carry two trays out from the counter. For dishes that are half or more white rice, you have to admit Lunch Rush makes them look and smell delicious.

They are also pretty damn cheap, hence just buying two from the get go instead of wondering later if you should or shouldn't.

Now there's just the matter of where to sit and Uraraka's box.

>What do you do?

>[Go sit next to Uraraka, Iida and Deku, they are cool guys too.]

Or...

>[Search for Shoto. It should be as easy as locating the second darkest corner of the cafeteria.]

>[Go sit next to Pony and Itsuka.]

>[Write in.]

>>

>>
>>1977202
>[Go sit next to Pony and Itsuka.]
Might as well. It also might ease the tension between the 2 classes during the sports festival.
>[Go enlarge Uraraka's lunchbox before digging in.]
>>
>Go enlarge Uraraka's lunchbox (she will probably be with iida and deku so we can say hi.)

then

>Search for Shoto
AND
>Ask if he wants to eat lunch with Us, Pony, and Itsuka

We will see the gang all the time in class. We cant leave icyhot to brood in the corner but need to maintain our friendships in class B. All the hero stuff is already starting to strain our newfound friendships in class B.

Also, Important question, when Present Mic calls Ushi to answer questions in English, does she do it with as little accent as possible, or with her lovely southern drawl.

She answers with just enough of an accent to completely fuck with Mic and his barely passing engrish.

Counting and 'Writing' (I'll go grab a drink first.)

Also, someone at some point said something about Ushi's quirk ridiculous speed...

Statwise, her quirk is only twice as fast as Shoto's, and half as powerful.

That icewall is literally twice as much ice as Ushi could affect.

So you are saying that while we have speed and maneuverbility high, Todo-kun has a superior fire power.

COLL!! Makes me think how All Migth test would go if we and Shoto ended up paired together.
