Well this has been an interesting day, first off you have found the cultist base and proceeded to attack without reinforcements. Then against all odds and a fuck ton of cultists we have managed to secure the advantage.On the other hand the leader of the cult, Lust, is still alive and for some reason not giving a shit about actually having half their internal organs being liquefied by a chainsword.Hopefully you can find the weakness of lust before she decides to stop playing around.Welcome to Guardsman Quest.
alright quick and dirty, this quest is not for die hard lovers of cannon since fun and shenanigans beat cannon for the most part. You quickly decide the best thing to do now that the cultists are once more in disarray is to assist Valrisa in her attempted removal of Lust of the face of the imperium.Wit this in mind you begin shooting around Lust, not actually aiming anywhere in particular but instead attempting to limit her options of movement.Lust nimbly dodges your shots with grace beyond human capabilities and coos towards you "Oh thank you for the added entertainment, I was getting bored with your snarling friend."Lust lands smiling at you completely forgetting Valrisa for a moment, but that was all she needed as her chainsword rips it's way though Lust's leg.as the creature falls to the ground, her eyes opening with a small amount of shock that she actually got hit Valrisa brings her chainsword down on her throat.the gurgling and half screams that came afterward were quite gratifying considering how much this bitch had mocked you.Valrisa rips her weapons from the creature's now twitching corpse, the red light in her eyes seems to have faded but was still a bit there. You look around and realize walking in a planet in the middle of a fight against chaos is a bad idea. and so you walk over to a civilian transport and wrench the door open. After a brief search you find the keys and turn the transport on.you shift a bit in the seat, alright ya this is actually more comfy than you are used too, kinda nice really.Valrisa enters into the passenger side "I put a note down for the owner, courtesy.""what did you write?""Apologize for taking your vehicle, it was for the good of the Imperium.
