ou are Purps, a Starborn. You don't remember much or feel much. But with how hectic your recent life has been, you've rapidly developed certain emotions and grown in both power and enemies. Between your weird dreamwalking abilities, flashbacks and meeting a crazy past self you went to Murillo, you're home a long time ago. There you met your daughter and were filled in on The Vipers; assasins of the Republic who murdered your family. After a standoff with a bounty hunter you're now heading to town and the great unknown. The amble back to Tinton is a lovely walk with your friends, birds are singing with glee as Honamurei teases Luc about the little girl Felicia and her romantic intent for him. Zoning out of such a conversation is easy for you, after all you don't have much care for stuff like"Purps?" Hona says at the end of something while you were busy admiring how deep the green of these pines are."No!" Luc protests furiously with red cheeks."Wait what's going on?" You ask looking at Hona literally holding the kid as he flails wildly at her with fists."Vell you see-" Hona begins while Luc steps back and the world goes blue. When time restarts you are relatively unsurprised when a giant stick is broken over Hona's head and her hat is gone. Biting your lips so you don't smile you try to adopt your usual blank face as Hona rages, "Vhat the- Vhere is my?" A Beat."How did he do that!? Vhere did you go!" Hona's legs tense as she prepares to become a blur of motion hunting down your young companion.> He can stop time> [WORRY] Try not to kill him> [PRIDE] His training's coming along well> Write-in

Outside of this little group you can only really think of two things that can rouse your degraded passions. The atrocities of Darna's worshippers and the murder of your family. Even that second one is more a dull sense of duty than outright rage and fury. Thankfully you never experienced that as a flashback like the revelation of Hona's father; or else you might have marched to the cpaital with banners and brass."Purps? You okay?" Hona asks sweetly as you realise she's stopped shaking your hand and you're kind of just staring at her. "IS there something on my face?" She jokes scratching her eyepatch cheekily."N-no go on." >>1271634>>1271621>>1271621>>1271634She's gone before you even have a cigarette fished out of your bag, dashing into the trees like a living gust of wind. Luc is going to have to be at his sneakiest to avoid the one eyed gaze of your friend, simply by way of the amount of ground she can cover and the ease form which she can close in on him - the kid's got a tough morning workout on his hands. He seems to be progressing quickly, after all it was only a few days ago you were humiliating him. Now since he's started integrating his enigma in combat and realised he's a crack shot - you'd hate to go up against him in a real fight. Lighting up your cigarette, you breathe in the beautiful mix of tobacco and fresh air as the little lamp at the edge of your lips begins to smoke lightly. This weaving forrest path is a lot more picturesque when it isn't flying past as you race through the boughs like a woman posessed. Really you're amazined you managed to keep up with Honamurei during all that.Deciding to use the hour of peace and quiet to it's utmost; the tome Zelam packed away for your use is the next belonging fished out of your pack. After a surprising amount of protestations from the book, you manage to twist and tug enough for it to come loose. Reading whilst walking on the stony path is at first an irritant, but ten minutes later you've got the handle of it.The crest of House Lupus dominated the front cover but inside is anything but a formal accounting of... well not quite you but your life. It is frank, honest and completely ordinary. The thing that startles you most of all? The genuine love and adoration Laurelai Lupus had for her lifestyle. Singing in Tinton theatre - which apparently exists; was the only time she left the estate. But the houseguests she hosted, the captain seemed to be a confidante of hers - she had even allowed Susan the gunsmith to reside there when his workshop burned down. And the children. Oh Minerva! how could one woman cope with having four kids minimum a birth. Well... with a blush you realise it was because you really adored recieving the cock from your husband Arthur. In frightening detail your past self has recorded their love life to the annals of history. Now while a woman might talk about having a romantic intimate evening with their partner with a few close friends - being the "noble and defined" Lady Lupus, you apparently found it wise to write vivid erotica about your husband and you.Speaking of Arthur, he was surprisingly loyal to The Republic. Sitting as a merchant counciller before his grand innovation in warfare logistics helped make the Cadalonian Campaign possible from more than a a theoretical standpoint. Your past self described in him in an a frankly adoring light. From his habit of drinking in a conversation forlengthy amounts of time before settling issues with assertive intelligence, to his singled minded desire for the Republic to unify the continent. You loved him. [VOTES BELOW]
Time has passed. Also you need to stop smoking so many cigarettes when you read, seriously; this is the third since you started reading. The pine needles have fallen off the trees here and coat the path in a green blanket, perhaps from your passing yesterday? No matter; apparently reading a year's worth of diary time is quite a while. Under this tree cover you're not quite sure how long you've been delving into the past through the slightly yellowed pages, but time is almost up or has been up for a while.> Go find them> Read some more> Climb a tree and light up the sky (Minerva's Lantern or Divine Zen)> write-In

The Arch Lector has yet again decided that I disaprove of cooked fish and I'm trying to get the other Lectors to have a quiet word with him before he preaches that falsehood. She sounds really tired of this. So why not just give him a vision? I did but the zealous fool chose to interpret me taking on the form of his dearest as a trickster trying to tain him from the true path. I swear he is the most intelligent fool I have known on any plane. So what is your stance on fish then? You cheekily send to her. I am a Godess of Fire, The Sun and Dance. Why would you ever be afraid?Your Godess of the sun and fire asked the nigh immortal woman with several litres of blood on her hands... in this lifetime alone.Well we found out I was the psychopath Violet, the housewife Laurelai. Those two had their enemies, but how many lives lay in between those extremes, how many grudges and feuds are waiting on me? Nobody knows that Purps. I doubt even if you had all those memories would you know of the scheming and grudges of other mortals. Oftentimes one doesn't see there greatest foe coming. The Godess is trying to assuade your fears but nothing is hitting home. On top of that; what if what happens with Zelam happens again? I can't just walk into people's lives who love or care for me not able to remember or give a shit about them? You have clenched your fists now, you didn't realize how deep this went. What should you do then? Become a hermit? Maim your face? Perhaps you will leave this plane and hunt the elves? You think you're Godess is pissed at you. This suspicion is confirmed when your fire winks out suddenly. You are a person who wishes to affect change. A mortal among mortals picked by me; you have a holy writ to better yourself and Munis. So stop being afraid of what you are - I have seen your soul and judged it good. So go find Luc and your other friends and do what you desire. You make to respond to the tirade of hate, but when you think out to where Minerva was in your head, you instead find an emptiness. Honestly if it wasn't for this you would be following uc's crater trail or bullet holes and that seems rather flimsy a trail compared to this giant signal of where they were if not are.Your enigma and agility mean that Tinton woods is pretty much your ideal environment; the pines rapidly giving way to more solid and sturdy oak trees bearing huge boughs ideal for you standing on or under and bouncing off to another tree at speed. You seem to flow through the forrest absentmindedly, leaving your mind clear to focus on piecing together the events of the chase.Hona was hot on his heels, so he exploded ground at his feet and probably timestopped away judging by the massive gap that opened up. The chase picked up again for a while, the hunter probably fuming and mulling over the miraculous escape. You come across a small stream and note it as the locaiton of the next clash, bullets are embedded in the trunks of the trees you are standing in and bullet casings are floating on the stream. Apparently Hona got into a firefight with him, odd. She must have been trying to bait out whatever let him get away from her - so the furrow in the ground of her charging at her fastest speed, makes sense if she was sure he couldn't get away.He did.Continuing you notice Honamurei's ever increasing trail of frustrated destruction veers back towards the path sharply, he must have got behind her the clever little bastard. But after two minutes you find both your friends in an amusing standoff. A whirlwind of black fabric and reflective steel whips around the clearing at a pace which Luc cannot follow but you can just about track. The young boy's fingers are ready to click and his face is covered in his own blood from repeated nosebleeds. He has probably passed his limit of timestoppings and pushed himself further, judging by the exhaustion and pain creeping into his focused expression.Honamurei however, is bouncing off the ground, trunks, branches, in ever decreasing circles moving closer and closer to the young boy who is attempting to concentrate and make his move. Judging by the trenches underneath HOna as she moves, the [NIMBLE SONGBIRD] has been at this a while. Interesting.> Hona has a plan> Hona can't keep this up> Luc's at his limit> Write-In

Luc falls to a knee as Honamurei claims her hat in the same pass and flamboyently places it atop her head. "Well if it's necesarry. I guess I could sing for you...." The bait is thrown out and Honamurei looks tempted.Wow she really wants to hear you sing doesn't she?> [MAXIMUM LEWD] I'll sing.... if it's a stripshow> [MEDIUM LEWD] You can leave the sword... but wear something more comfortable for the dance. >>1276878 >>1276862 >>1276854 >>1276850 I guess you can throw her a bone... after all you're going to enjoy this? Wait. You're going to enjoy this? Just the humiliation aspect right? Totally. With burning cheeks you grin like a Smirker Devil - "I'll sing for you.." You begin glad to see her rise to the bait, "IF" the pause for effect has her both physically and metaphorically hanging on your every word. "You make it a strip show." "Fine." She says immediately. Honestly you're pretty glad you're sitting down or else you'd probably have fell on your ass."Just.... give me a few minutes." She says under her breath.Stepping out of your perverse side for a moment you lock gazes, "Hona. It's just me." You remind her with what you hope is a soothing smile."I know." She says."Keep the sword and hat though." You say biting on your hand slightly."Yes Ma'am." Hona salutes.Paused for lewdbin writing
