Actually, it's not. By turn 6, you can just put a 0/1 token in the thing's way consistently, and it will do jack-all nothing. If you can't block, you take 10. I might lower it to Frenzy 7 or 8, or maybe make it cost a bit more, but I wouldn't call it OP at all.
