Hello /tg/, let's make a space marine chapter. Standard drill. Using the 1d4chan tables. https://1d4chan.org/wiki/Space_Marine_Chapter_Creation_TablesGimme that d10 for why we were founded

Rolled 7 (1d10)>>65965621>>65965674I'm bad and I feel bad
>>65965677We could mulligan the smurfsFuck em >>65965674ALSO HAHA YOU FUCKED UP AGAIN!
>>65965694>A New Generation - Gene-seed is slightly divergent (usually because of attempts to breed out flaws, real or not), leading to the Chapter being less linked to its progenitorNot a full on flaw, but our link to Gulliman is more tenuous than most. Now for our demeanor. A D10 to see how our dudes conduct themselves.
Rolled 6 (1d10)>>65965718
>>65966153>See, But Don't Be Seen - Run onto the battlefield in colourful armour screaming like a maniac? *BLAM* No.We actually use camouflage when it's a smart idea too. Go figure. Smart strategy. Now a D100 for our chapter's legendary figure.
Rolled 94 (1d100)>>65966345These threads aren't as fun as they used to be
>>65966389>Battle-Brother (roll d10 twice to determine company and squad). Our hero was an average every day Marine. Give us 2d10's to find out his squad and company

>>65966504>The individual was a stalwart enemy of the servants of Chaos, and slew a Daemon Prince.Though he was but a simple battle-brother, our hero stood bold before the purest incarnation of chaos. With bolter and blade he laid low a Daemon Prince in glory. Truly he was blessed by the Emperor that day. And where did our Marines celebrate this glorious triumph?D100 for our Homeworld
>>65966504Your wish was granted.
>>65966389cause he kept ultramarinesno one gets hyped for smurfs
>>65966620In fairness not every Ultra successor needs to be boring.
>>65966653They always are, cause they always get boring ass rolls for some reason, and because they're smurfs any interest dies so no one tosses around ideas, they just fuck off and wait for a chapter gen thread where smurfs aren't rolled
>>65966679we did have two successor rolls. we could just say declare the first invalid and go with the second one. Iron hands would be fun.
>>65966754I did suggested that. As most of these threads do seem to offer to mulligan smurf rolls considering how wide of a range they take up with their oversized blue fucking asses
>>65966754OP here. Via popular demand the Ultra roll is null and void. As of now we have stealthy Iron Hands>Slightly Divergent>Aren't colorful retards>Hero was a squaddie who slew a DP1d100 for Homeland

Rolled 4 (1d100)>>65966904Are we predator marines?
>>65966920Seems so>robo-catachan astartesfucking nice
>>65966920>JungleWe operate from a Feral, Jungle world. The humans are primitive, the beasts savage, and the whole thing just barely is saner than Catachan. But it's home. And we have been charged with guarding it. Roll for how much we interact with the populace of said world. Do we rule as leaders? D10.
Rolled 9 (1d10)>>65966994
Rolled 3 (1d10)>>65966994I wonder what their thoughts about their homeworld are, what with the whole cybernetics fetishism they've probably inherited.
>>65967028>Distant rule - "You see that castle up there? It's inhabited by the mighty sky-warriors of Emp-rar. Sometimes they come and steal our children."Nay, we do not. Like ghosts in the jungle we descend to find our recruits among the people on rare occasions, but in principle we leave the world to it's own devices. We are distant sentinels. But we remain as dedicated as iron!D10 for how codex adherent we are
>>65967043I imagine that we revere cybernetics as divine gifts of the God-emperor, and probably treat the Adeptus Mechanicus with the greatest level of respect.
>>65967043You gotta remember our gene seed made us a bit distant from Mannus. So we probably are a bit less crazy about the Steel over Flesh thing. Unless of course we rolled Steel over Flesh for our religion trait in a bit.
Rolled 9 (1d10)>>65967090Come on, you guys have potential. For the love of the Emperor, use your heads on this one.
>>65967090Ooh I like the phrasing there https://youtu.be/pmck_Eu323Q>Recorded Holovid of aspirants sparing with a full fledged battle brother.
>>65967122>9-10Unique organisationWe spit upon the Codex. Gulliman's Ramblings do not concern us here. Our chapter is organized uniquely, so much so that the average chapter would struggle to recognize it. The Space Wolves find this amusing. 1d100 for the major quirk in our organization.
>>65967122Oooooh baby. Thanks for that roll

Maybe the jungle world has trees that absorb metals/ minerals, and incorperate them into their biology. Maybe all the flora does this. Maybe the fauna is just flora who's eaten up machine spirits/ wounded cyborg aspirants/ early settlers

>>65967277I like this idea. Maybe one of the trials to become a Marine in this chapter is to find a tree composed of a particularly valuable mineral and forge their own weapon from it.

hey, just wanted to point something out>Chapter is focused on stealth/terror tactics>Chapter hero/founder was a battle brother from the 10th company>the 10th company is the Scout Marine companyFounder was Steve Blum
>>65967371>Blessed Wargear: It is common for members of this Chapter to have their Wargear blessed by a Chaplain before battle. Doing so puts the Battle-Brother’s mind at ease and more focused on the task at hand. Before we shimmer forth, our chaplains lay holy blessings upon our weapons. More so than most we feel a bond with our weaponry. Perhaps this sacred gear gave our champion the edge when he slew the foul Daemon Prince? D100 for our Religious Beliefs

>>65967367>I like this.>The jungle is extremely dangerous due to the assortment of minerals absorbed by the fauna, making making many plants extremely sharp or strong and the wildlife either nimble as fuck or tough as fuck.>killing such a creature is the rite of passage to become a battle brother.Proposing chapter name of the Emperor's Huntsmen
>>6596740210th Squad 4th Company ladAltho having a Scout slay a Daemon Prince would be an epic meme I'm open to changing it if the crowd wants. >>65967435>The Emperor above allSome say the Emperor is not a God. This is foolish. What being but a God could do what he did? Are the blessings bestowed upon our weapons not proof of his divinity? Hail the Emperor! Hear our prayers and guide our blades! Let the screams of the enemy be a Litany of Glory!D10 for our numbers
Rolled 10 (1d10)>>65967488
We keep mentioning Predator Marines... what's wrong with the chapter name just being The Predators
>>65967524Iron predators?Predators of steel?The Iron huntsmen?Steel hunters?>>65967468This guys suggestion?
>>65967524my only issue with that is that its almost TOO on-the-nose
>>65967505>Over Strength:Some Chapters maintain more than the prescribed ten companies, though it is rare for more than a handful more to be fielded and even then only temporarily. It may be that the Emperor’s Tarot has predicted terrible losses ahead, or that the Chapter simply regards its numbers as optimal and cares little for the dictates of the Codex AstartesAgain we spit in Gulliman's eye. It was foolishness to split the Legions to begin with, and so we make our own way here as well. Rank upon rank of our brothers wear our armor. We have been charged as Wardens of this world and our numbers will reflect this. If any man takes issue with this, let them say so to our faces. If they dare. D100 for who our best Fren is
>>65967505>there could be a horde of these fuckers on your planet, killing key heretical figures and using their corpses to grow terror>Or incite schisms and infighting>and you'd never know>it wouldn't be anywhere near all of them
>>65967587I like how we are a combo of the Alphas and Night Lords
Imagine being a member of a traitor Guard regiment. Your ship has been shot down, with only you and maybe a hundred others crawling out of the burning wreckage. As you regroup, you spare a thought for how oddly silent the jungle around you is, before suddenly a screech of static begins sounding on all sides and suddenly the jungle is alive, and tearing you all apart. You run, barely aware of the rest of your regiment being slaughtered by unknown assailants, before you are snatched up by the throat and made to stare into the camouflage painted face plate of a Space Marine. You feel the hand begin to slowly apply pressure to your throat, and as the world grows dark, you hear this thing speak a single sentence."Typical of your kind, abandoning the fight to die like a rat."
Rolled 40 (1d100)>>65967577Second 77 dubs in the thread I think
>>65967587wait a minutewe're just sly marbo
>>65967577>If any man takes issue with this, let them say so to our faces. If only they knew where those faces were.
>>65967605>Ad MechWell, we ARE of the blood of Mannus after all. Even as divergent as we are, cybernetics remain important, even if we reject the obsessions of Steel over Flesh. A fitting ally for us. Now. Who is our sworn foe. 1d100
Rolled 66 (1d100)>>65967656It has to be Orks. Brutish, unrefined things, with no appreciation for technology beyond killing.
>>65967693>a specific warband of Chaos space MarinesOf course. Fitting. A Daemon Prince led them against us only for our hero, a mere Scout to slay him. They have been after us ever since. For decades we have faces them. But as long as we haunt these jungles, Chaos will never defeat us. The Emperor Protects! And this concludes the rolling
>>65967693CSM works pretty well too.that battle brother of ours did kill a daemon prince after all, and those who turn the technological might of the Imperium upon those withing it cannot be permitted to live
>>65967720damn fine shot from the scout id think. probably some variation of a sniper rifle that put down the daemon at some ridiculous distance just barely before it could summon more or tear open a rift.
>>65967720>CSM warbandWe shall avenge the loss of our primarch in the blood of the Emperor's Children
>>65967758Probably a blessed round. That is our thing after all. Headshot with a holy Emprah Bullet
>>65967774forged of one of the oldest techno organic trees of the planet
>>65967771That actually works too>Can you imagine, Guardsmen, what we do that makes even one of the Dark Prince's servants quiver in fear?
>>65967801>EC warband find the corpses of their fallen brothers, their bodies grafted with litanies of hate
>>65965351We need a name. How do you guys feel about the Jungle Shadows?
>>65967774>>65967791>tfw you get snipped by a fucking scout using wooden bulletsfucking rekt lmao
>>65967801>it begins, initiate, with a precise strike to the spine.>A death of senses you see, all nerves cease to function below the neck>A sensation drunk mind, with most feeling stolen away from it>Like a machine with frayed wires>Most panic at this point, withdrawl setting in quickly>Some find sick satisfaction in their state and their now heightened remaining sense>they change their tune, when dehydration and starvation sets in>then the screaming starts, but they may enjoy that. Remove their tongue before hand>if they repent, a quick death. Decapitation>Since our chapter was birthed, not one has returned to the emperors life>Imagine them, voiceless, unable to move or feel their body slowly failing and decaying as their armor loses power>that, initiate, is our revenge>And just one way of many, we make the servant's of the dark prince feel true fear
>>65967872there are some more suggestions up here >>65967552
>>65967872The Emperor's Hunters?
>>65967874Imagine how much of a laughing stock he became in the Warp>>>65967904This is canon.
>>65967959>>65967552Iron Shadows? Steel Phantoms?
>>65967874>>65967774a holy wooden bullet shot in mele range by a scout marine
>>65967975Imagine being a chaos warlord, finding rooms/ camps of your warriors and eons old companions/ minions, sat against the walls or laid on the ground in undignified piles, gaunt and cold as death.the only wounds a single wound in the back of their neck, like a needle's point and the amputation of their tongue.and this is only one of their terror tactics, specialized against slaanesh worshipers. Imagine what else they do. What secrets of cruelty those cold eyes hanging in the shadows dream up as they watch you, tons of ceramite, steel and iron as quiet as death. You'd never know what fate they have in mind for you if you end up in their sights.Perhaps they shoot out the knee caps of foward scouts, leaving them as they maneuver behind the rest of their squad and pick them off one by one in full view of the scout, using him as bait before delivering the kill. or letting him flee back to others, destroying morale
>>65967959This is also a solid name.
>>65967874>the librarians of the chapter say that, if you listen carefully, the echoes of the daemon complaining how bullshit its death was can still be heard
Hey OP, would you mind terribly if we rolled up some accompanying armies for the sector? I do enjoy these threads but it seems we've most of the space marine rolls done, and while yes we shall of course continue to develop our yet to be named sociopaths, it seems to me adding more might keep things alive and interesting a bit longer. Only with your permission of course, I'm not the type to try and hijack a thread.
>>65967904Now that's what I call poetic justice.
>>65967904what are ranks within the chapter?we've pretty much completely shunned the codex, So I'd imagine that there would be a non-standard ranking system.Given the way the chapter operates. I think that there would be no companies in the formal sense. rather, There are informal high level divisions broken up by specialties, but the main division is fireteams comprised of 2-5 marines. this allows the chapter master, whatever his title, to assign what essentially amounts to hit squads that are flexible enough to do whatever he wants. Naturally sniper or long-range/marksman pattern bolters would be nearly ubiquitous, as would melee weaponry.
>>65968092We could discuss their planet, the tribes that live in the canopies of the metal eating trees and shit. Or make lists of their tactics.
>>65967996I like Steel Phantoms
>>65968104maybe the fire teams are called hunting parties, with the size of each team being decided by their chosen prey/ target.
>>65968104>His TitleHunt Master seems like a good title. >>65968092Once we decide upon a name and battle cry sure. We can roll some more.
>>65968110I'd like to work out what exactly their relationship with the Mechanicus is. Just imagine a bunch of techpriests having technogasms over the plants and animals that literally make themselves mechanical.
>>65968071>crash through jungle>Is breathing heavily, Lasgun in hand>The Chaos Lord who was leading your rebellion is nowhere to be found>You trip over a bolter >you look up and see a naked Chaos Lord ,his mutilated body hanging from a tree. >His ribs are pulled into wings, and the Imperial Eagle is carved into his chest >Last thing you hear is a hum
>>65967996>>65967959>>65967872>They calls us many things, initiate. The Night Hunters, The Predators of Iron, The Devourers of the Jungle, The Armored Beasts of our feral world. Our chapter cares not for the tittles we are given, neither by those given by our prey nor by those fearful and ignorant mortals who we have sworn to protect. We just are, a beast cares not for names, we just stalk our prey, the enemies of mankind. We are out there, and they know we are beause we let them know, the stars themselves are our jungle, and we are their Predators.
>>65968104The rankings are thus, those who are not yet hunters, unblooded hunters, blooded hunters, and masters of the hunt. Blooded hunters take in aspirants and yeah them to hunt until they are deemed ready to strike off on their own, unblooded hunters work in groups unsupervised or at the beck and call of huntmasters and form the bulk of the chapter. Blooded hunters are those who have provendors themselves through ritually hunting a warband and or lord single handedly, they are trusted with the recruitment and training of the future of the chapter. Huntmasters are chosen by the blooded hunters from among their own ranks, usually those with the most impressive trophies and hunting records. A hunt masters duty is to guide the chapter and the unblooded, and to call the great hunt should there be a need for the entire chapter to gather to face a threat.
>>65968239...what the actual fuck autocorrect?
>>65968104I could see we have "hunting parties" that are not set. Something alike the templars, just some high ranking dude grabbing a lot of worthy men, scouts and initiates and saying>Lets go hunt
>>65965351I feel like under most circumstances we wouldn't use a battle cry. But when we move in for the kill maybe something like "YOUR SINS HAUNT YOU!"
>>65968269Altho that's the religious angle. "AIM FOR THEIR HEARTS!"Is a Hunter themed one
>>65968257I love this>It is rumored that one Hunting Party searches for the DP to counter him and banish him once he materializes>The current chief and several before have sworn to uphold this sacred duty>They have even banished a number of Daemons since then>They are the Banishers of the Dark
>>65968269"Your pasts sins come back to hunt you!"-Iron Chaplain directed towards Emperor's Children Warlord Circa 38M
>>65968257>>65968239I really like this idea. Something more akin to the Templars and Space Wolves than actual companies. Maybe along the lines of piecemeal squadrons custom made for the mission.
>>65968092not OP but I would enjoy this.I would be especially interested to see how these guys operate in and around the military forces of the sector. Imagine if the IG regiment on the planet or nearby sector has absolutely no idea they're they because nobody wants to go deep enough into the jungle to find their monastery. >>65968138I like this idea. A hunter will work extensively to gain an intimate understanding about a single type of enemy at a time (other than CSM because everyone in the chapter knows how to kill them) at which point they become eligible to join hunting parties targeting that particular type of enemy. Qualification for these parties is earned by written exam and Practical hunt administered by a huntmaster of that particular creature or xeno.thus you'll have the general ranks being:>chapter master (Grandmaster of the Hunt)>captain rough equivalent (Huntmaster)>battle brothers (Hunter)>initiates (Novice)A Novice becomes a hunter when he qualifies for one xeno type in addition to CSM, and Huntmasters are selected from the most knowledgeable and lethal hunters at any given time. The same is true of the Grandmaster, though one is only eligible for the position if you are qualified for ALL hunting expeditions, whereas a Huntmaster need only be eligible for his own.>>65968220I like this actually, both no name, and many.they are a chapter born of need and have no title since they went straight to work.
>Our most hated enemies, heretics who worship dark gods>gods fed by suffering, plotting, decay and blood>to give them the satisfaction of feeding their lords is not within our doctrine.>So we have ledgers of acceptable methods of execution for identified worshipers>Those who follow the plague father, we've found that burning them to such a degree only a scorched outline remains makes their jovial comrades fall to despair>As does any method that completely removes their fetid flesh as a corruptive agent > The slaves of the blood god, poison works wonders, as does suffocation of any sort. >Those who embrace change....its simple, they over think. kill them with the methods of beasts. Rend them and their centuries long schemes to pieces with blades and hand>as for the servants of our hated foe, well....we shall be here all night and into the next, my student
>>65968269>>65968290I would say they don't really have a particular warcry, though there are some notable phrases used historically like >>65968313They just identify a target, round up some dudes, hunt shit, then disappear.
>>65968305>they carry the holy relic. the bullet who banished him in the first place>the emperor blessed heart of their homeworld>Rechambered many times>they only get one chance in encounters with the daemon prince>One shot>and emperor be willing>One kill
>>65968239>and to call the great hunt should there be a need for the entire chapter to gather to face a threat.imagine being the poor unlucky bastard who triggered this event.
>>65968365This is excellent. I envision these guys as still very logical Like the Iron Hands. However they are not emotionless. Instead they logically deduce what terror tactic is best for breaking the will of each foe. A fear of Slaanesh for Eldar, a feeling of isolation for Tau, etc. This plays into their functioning sociopath feel.
>>65968406Like caesar's assassination , except the blades in your back follow you if you try to flee.
>>65968330>>65968220I see these guys like the kind of people who would ignore imperial regiments and the politics of the imperium at large and just going "call us whatever you want, we are just going to be there doing our thing, dont bother us" and having some name designated to them. Since we are friends with the mechanicus i would expect we officialy have some rather cumberson official name like SM-CH6596-SEC5351 or some other unpronouncible bullshit that only works in the official records
>>65968159Sweet, tell me when and I'll upload the chart I have in mind.
>>65968399>The DP still shows the wounds of each banishing shot across it's body>Currently 12 burning, gaping wounds litter it's body
>>65965351Ok guys, so. We've established that we ourselves rarely use a formal name. however, for the sake of the Imperial Record, what will our most common Moniker Be. Most popular choices are>Steel Phantoms >Emperor's Hunters>Jungle Shadows >Write InI'll give the vote 30 minutes or until a clear winner emerges. >>>65968457Go ahead
>>65968472>With each banishing the DP becomes more resistant to other forms of banishment>This has created a bond/link between it and the holy bullet which felled it>The bullet has become near indestructible and always returns to the Banishers once it's task is done
>>65968445The best part would be if this strange official designation, combined with the multitude of nicknames, kept the chapter veiled from the attention of the inquisition and high lords and safe from oversight or interference. Like, everyone's running around lookin for Iron Predators and Jungle Ghosts and shit like that, and can never figure out what damn world they are based on to repremand them, but completely overlook iron hands space marine successor chapter number 125292849 gamma, because who the hell ever heard about those guys doing anything and they pay their tithes so we probably don't need to worry about them. Camouflage from the beurocracy if you will.
>>65968305>>65968399>>65968472>TFW you just want to come rape some souls but you get mlg snipped by the same fucking guys with the same fucking bullet every goddamn time. This fucking Daemon princes anger must feed Khorne as much as it does Slaanesh.I do really like the idea of there being a particular group set aside, probably given different heraldry for specific recurring threats. DP being the most notable.
>>65968529I vote for the Star Predators (Predators of the Stars?), just beause the white scars already were the Star Hunters
>>65968537This idea amuses me highly. We are gonna cheat Like the Astral Claws but in a smart way
>>65968472>One blazing in the center of its forehead>One Piercing its chest plate, black steam rising from its wounded heart>One, directly where the spine meets the pelvis>One upon its wrist, oozing silver ichor>One on the side of its thigh, a hamstring shot>One down its right palm, exiting the shoulder>One, a throat shot, its words escape it as hissing growl>One, through the jaw, making it slack lopsided>One, Pierced the ankle mid stride>One, a hole center mass, directly below the heart shot>One, through the side of the neck, slightly above the throat wound>One, destroying one of its three eyes. The banisher took a bolt of warpfire to his own eye as he delivered the blessed shot. He hunts with the emperor now
>>65968551>The day that X'anathor the Shining became X'anathor the SEETHING
>>65968591the good old "we are tottaly not legion building guys, we are totaly like 3 different chapters who just happen to come to visit this planet a lot"
>>65968625Beautiful>>65968551>Cultists try to summon the DP>The ritual fizzles out>DP doesn't want to be summoned since it'll just get sniped AGAIN>Cultists brut force the summoning again and succeed>DP kills them to get itself banished quickly>Get's sniped again
>>65968647>the different chapter names are just the names of the tribes the marines are recruited from>they have a very strong pride in their history
>>65968647This actually fits and I will give my personal vote to this. Us having like a handful of offical designations will be useful in confusing the shit out of the Gubment. And given we rarely March into battle in our normal colors full stop, that will help even more
>>65968529this>>65968537I second 0x0777D131 gamma as the "official" chapter name, But they go by a massive variety of colloquial names, and often have different localized names.so the inquisition will be looking for a "steel Phantoms" who showed up and murdered the fuck out of some dudes they wanted to "talk" with, and track them a sector over and only hear reference to a "astral stalkers" chapter with a similar but notably different description. The only way to actually track them down would be to cleanup the administrative clusterfuck that is the administratum, but no one wants to do that, so we've got one "official record" that is always overlooked, and about 6 dozen "unofficial" records, all with slightly different details since they were all based on different 3rd person witnesses and accounts.
>>65968669The different chapter names are just the names of our different hunting parties (companies)
>>65968669This makes sense. The Iron Hands have a tribal system/council. We simply apply that on a bigger scale.

Mental Deterioration and sorrow seems to be the result of cracking the flowing stones before her eyes. Subject was terminated. We have our answer. Break their stones.
Do we have any auxiliaries made from the tribes of Cydrasil ? And we bring them in battles with us or just leave them to defend the homeworld ?
>>65969484Unironically could see a deadpan moment where a Marine ambushed a Night Lord and does "WE have come for YOU!"
>>65969617>Break their stones.Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't that leave them exposed to Slaanesh? Would that not be feeding the one thing they hate above all else?
>>65969733Yep. Our guys might now know what breaking the stones entails. But the eldar would. And it would terrify them.
I would assume that even though they hate the Emperor's Children for the whole DP incident, they hate the Night Lords just as much. Giving them something of a dual-front war they'd be fighting against chaos.
>>65969378I support this nameSkyron for our founder
>>65969767> they hate the Emperor's Children for the whole DP incidentThese are Iron Hands descendants, the hate goes deeper than just one Daemon Prince. Fulgrim murdered their Primarch. Nothing can match the pure frothing at the mouth rage they feel towards the Emperors Children. Nothing short of the Emperor Himself sending them a vision to tell them to chill will make them stop hunting the EC. They will not stop until every last traitor has been broken and slaughtered.Compared to that, their contempt for the Night Lords is like being mildly irritated by a buzzing fly.
where did SoB anon go?
>>65969952Probably taking a poop
>>65969936Yeah. The IH and EC were tight like vices due to their Primarchs being so close. So the betrayal is even worse
>>65970001Still not as bad as the spook we are gonna give em I tell you that
I made a summary of the thread and chapter.let me know if I missed anything.what is the heraldry?
>>65970479https://pastebin.com/TDEH1wn8ffs...missed the link. my bad
>>65970479No definitive heraldry due to the spread out nature exactly. Each party has their own sigils.Maybe a fist clenching arrows?
>>65970504I think something evocative of a 1-shot 1-kill mentality they have.Maybe a skull with a hole dead center?
>>65970801The hole needs to be slightly bigger and cracked
In the entire history of this chapter, the Great Hunt has only been brought together twice. The first was during the invasion that saw the Banisher cement his place in legend. The second was when the Emperor's Children assaulted Extremis Six, where it is alleged that Fulgrim the Kinslayer himself was present. A great many hunters died in both instances, though they claimed the lives of at least twice as many traitors, brutalized corpses left behind as a promise to any traitors who escaped.
>>65967277Isn't that a feature of the Blood Jaguars home world? There's some sort of plant that absorbs heavy metals out of the atmosphere and deposits them in sealed capsules which prevents the planet from becoming polluted. Attempts to transplant this plant life to other worlds have been entirely unsuccessful. But this new world is also a jungle world, so maybe?
>>65969617>Data Entry 233456z67z831>Eldar Analysis part 2>Question at hand, how to use their fear. To this end we captured, without any casualties, an Eldar group of 12 not combat trained "civilians".>1 week interlogwe have stripped the subjects of their soul stones, their mood has been visible shaken but they hold on in their mutual support.>2 week interlogwe have returned to the subjects half of their stones. The group seems to start showing cracks, but one of the subjects has taken the role of leader and has reparted the stones as to avoid inner conflict. >week 3we have sepparated the leader from the group, and taken half of the remaining stones from the subjects. High amounts of resistance shown during the process, one unintended casualty as a resoult. Three stones remaining for ten surviving subjects, with their moral leader no longer present to establish order, and after being reminded of their mortality, the group cohesion shatters. The subjects turn against one another trying to obtain the remaining stones from among the survivors. No amount of injury stops them from fighting in an attempt of obtaining one of the three. Multiple casualties. No further observations are required.
Deploying different patterns of armor designs for review. Since we are going for the whole "different clans" aspect i went and separated it into two groups of green and orange while mantaining a base of black for all of them, using the template of >>65967234>>65970801i like this idea of the skull for the headhunters that are in charge of taking out the demons. >>65970001>>65969936>>65969289>>65969767>The night lords were the ones that started it all. Many of our traditions and tactics come from them, and for that we thank them. They do not deserve our hatred, when we hunt them, is not glory what we seek nor holy vengence, we do so with glee for they are not worthy of being called "enemies", they are mearly our favorite toys.

>>65971947lets flip a coin
Rolled 1 (1d2)>>659719961 for Feral 2 for uninhabited then.
Rolled 40 (1d100)>>65971947
>>65972008Alright so to recap the sisters so far, they derived from a minor order who they broke off from due to religious differences. They hail from a feral desert world ,and maintain close ties with an Order Famulous those on the Sororitas who watch over and guide the Imperial Noblitity.
>>65972014The Flora and Fauna of this desert world is suprisingly harmless. A feral world it may be, but not a terribly dangerous one, y'know other than the potential for heatstroke, dehydration, and of course some other nutter trying to shank you for your water. 1d100 to determine how much influence the Order has on their homeworld.
>>65972049in other words, they were unceremoniously kicked out of the major orders and they went to hidde themselves in the most "nowhere" sector they could, so that they could still act as if they werent excomunicated (not traitoris) by asociating themselves with the nobility (feral nobility?) that couldnt know of their predicament, in hopes that their previous slunders could be forgotten with time and good deeds
Rolled 30 (1d100)>>65972084I did not see that one coming.
Just caught up with everything. I feel like our chapter would place a treat deal of pride in a hunter who has been selected for deathwatch. Would returning hunters be given a unique name to denote said time in the deathwatch? I like the name Black Scopes personally.
>>6597212930, they keep themselves aloof from the day to day management of their world, the concerns of barbarians grubbing in the sand are beneath them. Give me a d100 for what they look for in a recruit, which may or may not be from the schola proper considering >>65972092 which is a possible interpretation and an interesting one at that.
>>65972158I like this idea. Since we dont have a traditional organized structure of companies, and most teams are made by those hunters who have gained renoun inside the chapter, i could see a returning deadwatch marine coming back as an important figure capable of organizing their own hunting parties, or becoming an auto-include in the parties of other high ranking members. When the quality of your team depends on how much your superiors value you i could see marines embarking on the road of the black to come back as heros worty of recognition.
Rolled 55 (1d100)>>65972236I don't think they were excommunicated, based of the fact that they maintain close ties with an Order Famulous. They were probably just shipped off to the most out of the way part of the Imperium possible for having views which somebody important considered borderline heresy.
>>65972251>>65972158Really nice. How about the Blackened?>>65972302What sorta views?
pastebin anon here. will update the file I made later tonight before i go to bed.keep the thread alive, This is the first Chapter in a while that has really piqued my interest. I want to flesh these guys and their world out some more. >>65972158>>65972251these two are a good mix I feel. though their inclusion into deathwatch would make it easier for the authorities to track them down yes?>>65971533>capitanI do like "vulture" as being their term for apothecaries. hunter I would guess would be their "default" name for battle brothers, while I feel that "predator" and "stalker" would be names given to melee and tracking/stealth specialists respectively. snipers would probably be called something else. I do like the headhunters being trained and battle hardened daemon hunters though. the rough equivalent of the 1st company in a normal chapter.as for the orange, I'm not sold on it. Orange would be easier to see than green in the jungle, so surly they'd use a brown instead more often? though I can completely see them changing their heraldry based on the world they deploy to.
>>65972372>though their inclusion into deathwatch would make it easier for the authorities to track them down yes? What if some lie about their identities to get in? Or it could depend on the Deathwatch sect they go to. Some may be starving for recruits and look the other way when Xenos need killing
>>65972327Don't know what sort of views yet, we will have to figure that out, but there's actually some rolls on the table further on to help with that. >>6597230255 Rather than recruiting for an attribute such as strength, or intilligence, their recruits are chosen on an individual basis by the Sister Superiors and Canoness who are able to discern those who would be suitable for the order. Perhaps in an arcane manner. 1d100 for friends and 1d100 for enemies please.
>>65972327>What sorta views?Probably some interpretation of the Emperor that somebody didn't like but couldn't call heretical. Maybe they think that the Emperor is simply testing humanity to see if it can cope without His direct intervention, and that the Emperor expects everyone to stand for themselves. It would explain why they largely ignore the other people on the planet.
>>65972327What if they just call them shadows in addition to whatever normal role they fill (sniper, tracker, choppy boi, etc)?so, for example assuming >>65972372is their main naming scheme a deathwatch veteran (or otherwise notable member, maybe just someone who can propose a hunt) would have "shadow" appended as a prefix to their role.>Shadow vulture>Shadow Hunter>Shadow predator>Shadow stalkeretc.I feel like that would be a suitable amount of edge for these guys.
Rolled 61, 99 = 160 (2d100)>>65972439Let me just get them both out of the way. Friends and enemies, respectively.
>>65972372I mean if when one joined the death watch he identified himself as Brother Decimo of the Jungle Wraiths, and another joined and identified himself as Brother Xanxus of the Iron Hunters, and so in and so forth I think it wouldn't out them.
>>65972372>>65972419>though their inclusion into deathwatch would make it easier for the authorities to track them down yes? They have "nothing to hide" after all, why wouldnt they send brothers to the deathwatch. Hidden in plain sight is most often the best way to do so in the beurocratic enviroment of the imperium. Actibly avoiding something would only attract curious eyes, so avoiding attention by pretending to be doing nothing wrong is offten the best choise. Besides, these 10 battle brothers we are sending are from two different chapters all together, they just know eachother because our chapters work together in the sector, nothing weird here
>>65972462I want a Shadow Hunt Master OC Donut stell with MAX edge and some fries on the side
>>65972471They have friends among the Imperial Navy, and are Foe to the hated Mutant. ...mutant tribes on the homeworld maybe? Or they just have a serious case of lady rage boners for mutants and have the navy ferry them around so they can pursue and exterminate mutants across the sector maybe. In any case d100 for the strength of the order.
Rolled 65 (1d100)>>65972543
>>65972543>...mutant tribes on the homeworld maybe? Teenage Mutant Desert Molepeople
>>65972493>>65972507fucking lmaothat's way to good to not be exactly how they operate. different cliques would develop within the chapter at large i would think, with a couple dozen only picking each other to go on hunts. maybe they just have a team name for /theirguys/ that they go by. not an official designation, but just a term for their group of hunting buddies in the chapter. In fact now that I think about it that's probably exactly what would happen. they'd just have a group of friends that they'd stick with voluntarily and they make a little hunting lodge where they would all eat, sleep, pray, etc. very much a band of brothers kind of thing.small lodges may be only a couple members, while larger ones may have upwards of a hundred.
>>6597254965, the order is at full strength but not over it. Pretty average nothing too special here. And now a fun one. D100 for a key tenant of their religious dogma.
>>65972572>That dude on the right with a face instead of a dick or legsPoor bastard.
Rolled 86 (1d100)>>65972591It's time to get weird, though I have to admit that I like what this anon suggested>>65972456
>>6597262986, it is a sin to show any mercy or compassion to enemies of the Emperor. Now who qualifies as Enemies of the Emperor, well that's up to interpretation. I'm feeling like maybe rather than something shameful they were just too damn hardcore and got sent out to the boonies so they'd stop scaring people and torching important things. Like planets. Give us 1d100 for the Order's greatest triumph, and a d100 for their greatest failure.
Rolled 79, 11 = 90 (2d100)>>65972678I got you on both countsTriumph and failure respectively.
>>6597272879, their greatest triumph was the recovery of a Sacred Relic. 11, their greatest shame was brought upon them by the failings of a single sister. Had to be something pretty serious for one single sister to shame the entire order and for it to be there greatest failing in their recorded history. 1d100 for their holy relic.
>>65972456I feel like this could still be on the table if we want it to be, it isn't mutually exclusive with the idea of being merciless to enemies of the Emperor.
>>65972773since we stablished that the order was shamed, not by their lack of faith but by their excess of it, we can assume their "falling sister" was someone going full Kriptman and pushing the exterminatus button one to many times
Rolled 60 (1d100)>>65972773I like what this guy is saying.>>65972839
>>65972839Or perhaps rather than that, the "failure" was a sister eho showed mercy or compassion that ultimately lead to a negative outcome, and the sisters attitude is backlash from the shame of that failing. Sister Isabela showed mercy and look what happened, clearly to show mercy displease the emperor, or something like that.
>>6597287060, Their holy relic is the writings of a saint. Perhaps this is where they get some of their odder ideas. D100 for organization.
>>65972839Probably this.So canoness probably went a bit trigger happy the the cylonic torpedoes (hence the friendliness with the Navy) and the Inquisition had to ask the high Lord's to sic an assassin on her. Afterwards they just had a couple of Astartes chapter move them all somewhere they couldn't do any real damage.
Rolled 52 (1d100)>>65972902Let's see if we can keep the "screw the rules" streak going.>>65972903>a couple of Astartes chaptersSure, a couple of chapters.
>>65972935They're dealing with a group that's killed several planets. I can see the Inquisition being rather cautious in dealing with them. Maybe they asked for a little extra juuuust in case.
>>65972158OP here. Deathwatch being a sign of great pride is definitely a good idea
>>6597293552, the deviate slightly from the standard method of orginazation used by militant orders of the Adeptus Sororitas. Not enough to make them unrecognizable, but definitely enough to be noticable. Not quite the screw the rules wed hoped for, but at least we didn't roll bog standard. As to what this deviation will be, well we shall have to see. Right now I'm arguing for no penitants because second chances are showing mercy to enemies of the Emperor. Anywho roll 1d100 for method of worship. Oh I hope we get 100, please please please be 100...
>>65966389its because you autists have done them hundreds of times
>>65972983>you cant have repentias when you are all already repenting
Rolled 56 (1d100)>>65972983Powers of OP activate!
>>65973000trips of truth, never so rightfuly earned
>>65973000I can't refute that, except by calling you both faggots and saying that I'm having fun. Nice trips though
>>65973041tons of fun, yes, but for every good thread we got ten or so that are just forgetable at best
>>65973139That is very true. This does seem to be one of the better ones though. A nameless space marine assassin chapter that is way over strength hiding in the jungle is actually pretty kickass
>>65973003It was a good try Op, it was a good try. Sadly not 100 and the glorious sacrifice of our Enemies to the God Emperor, but 56 is pretty decent. 56, their sacred worship is not for the eyes of others, the profane masses cannot comprehend their worship of the emperor and cannot be allowed to taint it. I imagine other members of the Echlessiarchy outside of their specific order may or may not be included among the "profane masses". Free mason type secret bullshit anyone?
>>65973200The space marine chapter is pretty damn bitching. The sisters not so much, bit of a shame really. I usually get good results with this chart. Last time I rolled on it we made a group of not!Incan/Aztec sisters from a volcanic death world that dragged back their defeated enemies in chains to sacrifice to the Emperor. It was good times.
Rolled 34 + 100 (1d100 + 100)>>65973259pull together a quick summary of what we rolled, then we can incorporate them into the world.rolling for the number of visited/known (not necessarily inhabited) systems in the sector
>>65973259sisters are usually a bit more rigid in their design than SM, but having a repenting zealot group of sisters that were banish into the less civilized parts of the imperium and having assigned "multiple" chapters of SM to keep an eye of them seem like a fun concept. They just need something that make them stand out a bit more, to have fun with it, you know?
>>65973311Okay then, let's go with what we know. They despise mutants, have a policy of no mercy, which means no prisoners, and believe that the Emperor wants them to stand under no strength but their own. They have been shamed due to the overzealous actions, presumably involving an excessive, by SoB standards mind you, amount of fire and a lot of mutants, which lead to them being relocated to a place where they can't pull that shit again and can be watched by "multiple" Space Marine chapters. I think we should start with the shame, see where that takes us. I'll throw my hat in the ring for the overzealous Sister taking exception to the presence of an abhuman Guard regiment.
>>65973298Alright so to summarize the sisters that we have rolled up here today. Our Order is Ultimately beholden to the Convent Prioris on Ophelia VII rather than to the Convent Sanctorum on Holy Terra. Our Order is allied with an Order of Sisters Famulous, whose sacred task is to watch over, police, and guide the Imperial Nobility. Rather than derive from one of the Major Orders our Order split off from a Minor Order. This split happened due to the unusual religious beliefs held by our order. They are based on a Feral Desert world, that has surprisingly harmless fauna and flora. The Sisters keep themselves aloof from the management of their world, and have relatively little influence on it as a result. Rather than have a standardized method of recruitment, or a quality they recruit for, Sisters are recruited on an individual basis by the Sister Superiors and Canoness, who are able to discern those who would be suitable for the order. The order have friends among the Imperial Navy, and consider the hated Mutant to be their Foe. The order is at full strength, neither over or under the expected number of battle sisters. They believe that to show any mercy or compassion to enemies of the Emperor is a Sin. Their greatest triumph was recovering a sacred relic. Their greatest shame was brought upon them by the actions of a single sister. Their holy relic is the writings of a saint. They deviate from the standard method of organization used by the Orders Militant of the Adeptus Sororitas. They consider their methods of worship sacred, and that they must be kept from others. Only members of the Order may know of and participate in their rituals. That's all of the rolls I think, pretty sure I didn't miss any. Relevant ideas and suggestions for them up until this point can be found in the following posts. tbc.
>>65973465relevant posts so far. >>65972092>>65972302>>65972456>>65972572>>65972839>>65972889>>65972903>>65972956>>65972983>>65973001>>65973240>>65973437If I missed a relevant post or someone's two cents let me know.
>>65973437>A mutant is a mutant. I dont care if its a hive gang member, a three legged sewer worker or a regiment of ogryns. They bring shame to us all with their sole existence and they insult the holy emperor's design for humanity.-Last words of Canoness [redacted] before her trail and execution
>>65973547>>65973437Yeah that'd be a pretty big fuckup to purge Guard Auxilia. The question is if it's their greatest shame, why did they double down on the mutant hating attitude and fanaticism rather than recant and try to distance themselves from her? Or is it that they feel no shame, despite others thinking of it as a black mark against them, and they'll stubbornly insist she was right?
>>65973594her actions were extreme and her hatred missguided, but her logic is sound and her teachings still in place. The shaming of a sister wont change the others in an inmediate way, change takes time. Im guessing this is their "rehab" time
>>65973437>A guard regiment stationed on a their former homeworld, tactically relevant world near an orc WAAAGH!, happened to have a HUGE quantity of ogryn in addition to a large number of normal guard regiments shipped in to shore up defenses.>The Canoness of the order, acting unilaterally, attempted to convince the commissar in charge that the presence of the Ogryn was not only unnessassary, but an affront to the pride of man.>when she was spurned by the Commissar she attempted to persuade the IG to purge them, leading to her unceremonious, removal from the IG emplacement.>In a rage, the cannoness ordered all her units off the planet, and fired a cyclonic torpedo from a ship under her command before any of her sisters knew what was happening, declaring that "those who accept mutants among their ranks are heretics of the highest order" >this led to mass loss of life and the immediate attention of the inquisition.>Canoness Executed by inquisition, entire order moved by salamanders & assorted chapters to ensure no further casualties.>very close eye on them and no access to exterminatus weapons is strictly enforced.
>>65973681now that would be a hell of a fuckup. Alright, discussion of fuckups asside, right now we're really focusing on their fanaticism as being their defining characteristic, but I really think we can do something with a combination of the fact that their divergence was stated to be due to unusual beliefs and that they keep their worship secret from those outside their order. While the fuckup is deffinetly something to play with, and a good reason for them to be sent to a sector where they could be watched by "multiple" space marine chapters, I feel like it wasn't the cause for their initial divergence. I think they as a distinct order had to exist prior to the fuckup, and that the weird religion angle is the one to play there. Seriously, lets think up some free mason shit here. Lets get esoteric and funky. Its another way to distinguish them. I mean yeah, fuckups and angry bitchs are ok, but all the Sisters of Battle are angry bolter bitches who'd sooner burn a heretic than go on a dinner date. Making them more angry, while an ok thing, doesn't really distinguish them all to much. Weird religious shit could.
THE BULLY MARINES
>>65973747We take lunch money from Night Lords
So would there possibly be low level conflicts between the marines and the sisters then? Like the marines are ostensibly there to monitor them and maybe some of them take corrective action when the sisters do stupid shit. Education via terror tactics and dumbass Sister Superiors getting found strung up from the rafters in the convent as it were.
>>65973739Okay, let's tie that in with their greatest achievement, recovering the writings of a saint. Maybe those writings encourage worship where none of the masses can see, so as not to detract from their purity. Maybe those writings also laid the foundation of the insane actions of the Canoness.
>>65973774These ladies sound like they have the capacity to be downright terrifying. Maybe the Marines agreed to house them near their homeworld to teach them some discipline and efficiency.
>>65973774im not sure why, but i get the mental image of a sister doing stupid shit that she shouldnt be doing and a Predator Marine looking at her going "i should probably stop her" while drinking a cup of recaff and not really giving a shit
Do we want to start a second thread when this one hits the bump limit? Either way, I'm saving this on sup/tg/ when it dies.
>>65973813i think is more like they got stuck with them and less of them voluntering to do the job. They are multiple chapters after all, they can share their duties between all the different brotherhoods so no one single chapter gets the full responsability of looking after them
>>65973796Yeah, maybe a part of it was about purity and distancing themselves from mutations. That could tie in with their recruitment and part of what the Sister Superiors and Canoness look for in recruits is said "purity" Like are there any psychers in any of the branches of your family? Have you consorted with mutants or has anyone in your family done so? Etc. They don't necessarily recruit for martial or mental merit but rather for some ethereal notion of human purity.....Fuck it sounds almost like the SS recruiting for "aryanism" when I put it that way.
>>65973747kekI like this as a unofficial reference>>65973774>>65973813>>65973825I would think so. I'm pastebin chronicle anon and have been summarizing and putting things together in the background. I've kind of pieced together this as a description of the sector is:>General description: Venaro is an out-of-the-way system with no significant present threats, this serves as an excellent place for the Imperium to put things that they want to keep and eye on, and as an excellent place to hide from prying eyes, as nothing of note is supposed to be there. These means that the system is effectively a prison, training ground, and residential hub, historically fairly safe from threat. More recently however, there has been an increase in the Xeno and Chaos activity. Only time will tell if this is indicative of a threat presenting itself. The hunters are kind of acting like prison wardens it seems, with the sector serving as something of a dumping ground for undesirables the Imperium doesn't really want to kill or are too valuable to kill. So i'd assume that the hunters would probably do that.
>>65973833>>65973833Please do. Im off to get some sleep hours while i can and i'll check whats new tomorrow, so if you can make a new thread when this one bites the dust i would greately appreciate it
>>65973825>She really shouldn't start by burning the heretics face, it's better to start with the feet and work your way up, leave the face intact so they know who it is.>Eh, she's having fun. Besides, it just means I'll have to get a bit more creative with the presentation of the bodies to get the message across.
Did we ever fluff out the CSM warband? The last rollan thread I saw made a slaanesh Iron Hands warband, maybe that could be an interesting clash.
>>65973847>Nazi Sisters of Battle hell bent on purging the untermenschlich mutants and abhumans.Fuck it, I'm in.
>>65973874buddy cop antics with exasperated marines who only keep the sisters around cause they have to, and maybe because some of them enjoy the challenge presented by the sister's fuckups sounds like a lot of fun actually. Like the inquisitor said "Alright you bitches want to be terrifying and insane, fine then. We're going to pass you off to these functional, and more importantly actually useful, sociopaths so you can learn from them. They'll either make something worthwhile of you or kill you all. Frankly I don't care which."
>>65973902>Red Scorpion sisters of BattleNow THATS the spice we were lacking, good shit
>>65973854>systemgoddamn it, I meant sectorIn anycase we have lots of things to fluff for our predator marines operating a sector wide mental asylum.>>65973889I don't think so but thats a interesting thought>>65973902>>65973907I'm now completly sold on these sisters>>65973911Order of the red scorpion?
>>65973847"The Writings of a saint" was actualy just a half burnt copy of "Mein Kampf"
>>65973933>>65973902or the order of the broken cross
>>65973939>>65973933Order of the Fiery Crucible "Purge Impurity from Man"
>>65973934Yes. That is both too funny and makes too much sense to not run with it.You are now imagining a Sister Superior in an SS uniform shouting sieg heil while saluting a shrine to the Emperor.
(Order of) the Storm DaughtersOrder of the Black ClothOrder of the Purifying Flame
>>65973996SS dress uniforms are actually so aesthetic. Imagine a whole order wearing that over power armour.
>>65974002I like that last one myself.>>65973960That can be their battle cry.
>>65974002Order of the Cleansing StormOrder of the Purifying Storm?
>>65974013Say what you want about the nazis, they had impeccable dress sense.
>>65974025>battle cryBy fire be purged!Give them to the holy pyre!Insert holocaust joke
>>65974025>>65973960"Purge impurity from man" seems a little off now that I think about it and say it a few times. "Purge Man of Impurity" sounds better to me. Or "Purge and make Pure" maybe. "Purge in the name of Purity" is perhaps a bit verbose. Honestly I like "Purge and make Pure" the best. It seems like something catchy to be shouted that gets the idea across. I can see a bunch of SS sisters screaming "PURGE AND MAKE PURE" as they ignite pilot lights on their flamers and gun the engines of their Immolators.
>>65974066Burn them to ash!
>>65974066>Insert holocaust jokeOrder of the Holy Cause?
>>65974206>>65974066Colloquially known as the order of last resort, these sisters are called for only when the situation becomes so untenable that the situation could not possibly be made worse by their zealotry. As such they have been the final answer for a number of difficulties faced by the inquisition, such as the rattling uprising of Lepunschrom IIV. I'm going to hell
>>65974251so one might say that they are the inquisitions' Final solution?
>>65974251Don't worry, I'm going down with you. I'm still laughing as I type this post.
updated pastebin with a rough summary of the fluff additions for whoever makes a new thread if we do that. not had time to update the sisters fully, but I've been taking notes which I'll include in the next revision.https://pastebin.com/TDEH1wn8
So we have Predator cyborg marines who are Iron Hands that decided to show the Nightlords exactly why they suck by doing their shtick better and....literal Nazi sisters? What the fuck?
>>65974392I never expected that this would happen, but yes. Sometimes you get a gem of a thread.
considering that the sisters are based on a desert world, and considering the uh unique direction they've gone in, might I suggest that they be led by Canoness Rammul?
>>65974411>>65974392What else have we got in our lovely little clusterfuck of an insane asylum of a sector lads? How bad must a guard regiment be to get stationed out here? What is the sector like?Do normal people actually live here?there are so many questions I want answers too! What stories await in this sector full of fuckups?given the sisters involved I'm going to be disappointing if we don't have some extremist Deathkorps in here at somepoint
>>65974392>hey kid, wanna /ss/ with an SS?
>>65974463Are you proposing we start rolling to try and make more sociopaths?
>>65974493lets flesh out what we have a liiiiiittle bit more, then draft a proper setting for them. then yes. Yes I would like to see some more sociopaths. The Idea of an insane asylum run by sociopaths space marines is a fucking hilarious setting for some stories to develop in my mind. I want to know what happens here.
>>65974463>Extremist Death KorpsNo such thing, only exceptionally loyal Death Korps Guardsmen.Everything else on the other hand can be saved for the next thread, which I'll put up in a few hours after some sleep. I'll post this pastebin link>>65974390 and have this as the opening pic, keep an eye out.>>65971533
Well this happened. I'm going to go sleep, and then I'll be back tomorrow for more madness. Lets fucking do this. ....still sad we didn't roll 100 on method of worship. We could have tossed the enemies of the Emperor into ovens.....Fuck I'm going to hell. Good night anons.
>>65974523>>65974545Indeed, I'll be doing the same.I'll be back tomorrow to see what the actual fuck is going on in this madhouse.
>>65974545>>65974571Then let's get to work on the Guard Regiment that got sent to the Venaro System to be re-educated or for other reasons.https://1d4chan.org/wiki/Imperial_Guard_Regiment_Creation_TablesRoll me a d10 for their origins.
Rolled 10 (1d10)>>65974645let us begin
>>65974673Actually I take this roll back.lets wait until tomorrow when there are more people here. world building is always more fun in larger groups.
>>65974714Alright, then, we'll wait. We'll probably have to make a second thread.
>>65974746probably so. or we just wait for >>65974523to post his threadit just doesn't see right If we do our own thing.
Beautiful thread, fellas.
>>65968866>a peaceful deathWhat about capturing them? Meganobz and warbosses incapacitated with nets and incapacitant gases, then entombed and left to starve both physically and psychically. They can have glass tombs held in the air by cranes so the other orks can see them withering from afar.
Is our chapter over strengthed because we don't care about the codex astartes, or is it do the the fact that nobody bothers to keep count since the various hunting groups have so much autonomy?
>>65976683>Inquisitor: and approximately how many astartes does your chapter currently have?> Hunt Master Rasiel: About enough.>Inquisitor: What do you mean by about enough? Is it around 700, 900? About enough is extremely vague.>Hunt Master: well you see->Shadow Hunter Vretiel: Hunt Master the cannoness is acting up again. Apparently the one guardsman with orange eyes is worth slaughtering an entire regiment.Hunt Master: Thank you brother Vretiel I'll be there in minute white the torture devices to change her opinion on the poor soldier. Well Inquisitor it appears a direct situation has occurred and we'll have to continue this later. Unless if course you wish to join our little excursion.Inquisitor: *visibly frightened* I'll just pen the number down as approximately 900 and be on my way then.
>>65976985It's uh... it's in auto-sage, friend.
>>65975714That is another method
