Twitter: https://twitter.com/MercCommandArchive: http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/archive.html?tags=Infinite+Stars+QuestOther Quests: http://pastebin.com/sYpqmWZgYou are Captain SAMANTHA WELLINGS, a newly minted captain of the Centauri Accord!Currently, you were back in Eridanus Station, in another holocomm meeting with your direct superior, Frolaytia. Somewhere outside the station, Carly's ship the Longclaw was holding a distant orbit over the planet, kept under strict military quarantine by both the Gullinbursti and Eridanus' own local defense fleet. "Interesting..." Frolaytia nod as she sifts through your mission report regarding everything you went through with Carly. "You sister certainly is the talented one. With minimal training and experience, she's amassed quite the organization.""That she did." You nod warily. "...which she promptly burned down by her own hands." Frolaytia finished."...yes she did." You confirm again. "Now, you see the dilemma we're in." Frolaytia's electronic phantom paces back and forth in front of you that slight sensual strut she loved to do. "On the one hand, Carly's unique experience and talents make her a perfect candidate for our independent Frontier strike forces. On the other, her lack of formal training and her demonstrated... instability does not invoke much confidence in High Command."(cont)
>>48782865"What does that mean?" You raise an eyebrow. "Well." Frolyatia leans on the edge of her desk, crossing her long slender legs as she does so. "What High Command wants is your sister to be sent to an Accord military academy for retraining and 'education.'""So, to indoctrinate her into a 'good little soldier', right?" You cut straight to the point."Essentially, yes." Frolaytia confirms. "You can always refuse, of course, but then you'd have to deputize your sister under her your own authority, which means if anything happens involving her... it's your head on the chopping block."This was certainly a dilemma. You wanted Carly to be set straight, but you also didn't feel comfortable just sending her away, especially right after finding her again. >Send Carly away.>Keep Carly here.>Other

>>48782871"No, I want to keep Carly here, where I can keep an eye on her." You shake your head adamantly. "If High Command doesn't like it they can come out here to tell me otherwise.""I thought you would say that." Frolaytia gives an amused cackle. "In that case, you and your sister will have to perform a... 'joint operation' of sorts. To prove to the Accord that Carly has what it takes to work with us.""And what exactly would that entail?" You raise an eyebrow in suspicion."Namely, you two will have to perform a major military raid against either the Hegemony or the Confederation." "What? Now?" You gasp. "We only just got back!""It is what it is." Frolaytia shrugs. "I promise you a rest afterwards, but High Command was very insistent about this.""Of course they were." You roll your eyes. "Well then, pick your poison." The two flags of the Hegemony and Confederation materialize on either side of Frolaytia, as if to emphasize her words. On the one hand, the Hegemony large and had very powerful ships, but they were slow unwieldy and often found it tough to respond to sudden attacks. However, if they ever did manage to pin you down in a straight on fight, you'd be at a serious disadvantage. On the other hand, the Confederates were not nearly as numerous or technologically advanced, but their response times tended to be lightning quick, thanks to the extremely fast and nimble ships they could muster. >Attack the Hegemony>Attack the Confederation>Other

"Let me bring up the list."Frolyatia then taps a key and more data materializes in the air in front of you, listing high priority targets within the Hegemony's frontier space. FOERON SHIPYARD: Due to the logistical strain of operating a large fleet, the Hegemony found it more economical to build a full scale shipyard to be able to manufacture ships directly in the Frontier. It is of course heavily guarded, but a strike here has the potential to cripple Hegemony operations for years to come. REMMLAR MANUFACTORY: The planet of Remmlar is home to a major manufacturing facility that produces basic automated worker drones to maintain Hegemony facilities. As luck would have it, a civilian robotics activist group (secretly funded by the Accord) has infiltrated the facility with the intention of "liberating" the drones. They just need some military assistance...CONVOY RAID: The Hegemony regularly sends out large, heavily escorted convoys of freighters to deliver supplies to outlying colonies as well as carry back raw materials and valuables. A raid against one of these convoys would take resources from Hegemony coffers while at the same time adding to the Accord's.>SHIPYARD RAID>MANUFACTORY RAID>CONVOY RAID>Other

Frolaytia smiles sweetly. "In addition to military products like weapons and ammunition, they also produce a great volume of support equipment as well, such as terraforming technology, flux reactors, and drones.""I thought the Hegemony disliked AI?" You frown. "Advanced AI." Frolaytia clarifies. "The do use automated labor, but their capabilities are often artificially limited to prevent possible rebellion.""And so this group here...""The Automaton Liberation Front? Just a group of misguided and very easy to manipulate students who believe that ALL robots should be self aware." Frolaytia laughs lightly. "I have to say, their presence has been an incredibly convenient development for us.""So I assume they have an in." You conclude."With some assistance from our friends in Intelligence, the ALF has already infiltrated the manufactory on multiple levels. The only thing stopping them is the Hegemony fleet in orbit that wouldn't hesitate to drop an orbital bombardment to head off an AI uprising.""It's not an ACTUAL AI uprising, is it?" You ask nervously."Oh heavens, no. You think we'd actually make Hegemony drones more dangerous?" Frolaytia bursts out into full laughter here. "No, we've given the ALF a specialized virus to upload into the drones that gives us full command authority over them. We of course didn't tell them that's what the virus actually does.""Devious." You nod. "So, the mission is relatively simple. Distract the Hegemony fleet in orbit, then retreat before you get overwhelmed. Simple as that.""Why do I get the feeling it won't be so simple?" You groan. "Because you're smart enough to realize it." Parker always seemed willing to help you out or give out a favor or two. "Now, I've already transmitted all the available mission data to your ship, so you should be good to go after this." >>48785908You decide that first you need to go ask Elizabeth if she knew anything about what the hell was going on on Remmlar. You had the feeling that the Accord had bigger plans for the planet that they weren't telling you, or anyone else for that matter. Perhaps your pocket intel officer could give you a bit more insight on that. You take the long walk back to the docked Gullinbursti and key your comm. "Elizabeth, please meet me in the briefing room." You instruct."Of course, Captain!" Elizabeth says happily. As expected, Elizabeth is already waiting for you in the briefing room, sitting in one of the many empty seats, with all the self assurance spooks seemed to carry around like a robe."I suppose you want to know more about Remmlar?" >>48788360We can't have nice things can we Merc?
Well, we at least we have a reason to pick a new colour for our uniform.>>48788540Unfortunately, it good luck comes and goes easily with /tg/ dice.
>>48788551i's still fucking bullshit.
Rolled 3 (1d20)>>48788350
>>48788571We got good fan service and what looks to be skinship about to happen
>>48788592meh, i rather have something more permanent, i mean her growing taler and her bust bigger were some of the best scenes, and i wanted to break Merc's mold as Sam is a dwarf with a flat chest to a adult that she really is.
>>48788645Same here. Who cares about the lewds I just want Sam to be able to rub her larger assets in her friends and sisters faces. Metaphorically.
>>48788645Save that for the alien artifact that unlocks her true potential.
>>48788672This! Maybe Merc will pull a reverse detective conan. Come on Merc don't disappoint us.
>>48788675Never going to happen because shit like this>>48788360happens before this>>48788377and Merc will keep the status quo.
>>48788675I'm really hoping that's the case because goddamit, I could have accepted it if it was no a crit but hell, that is just cruel and pisses me off.
>>48788645>her growing taler and her bust bigger were some of the best scenes>>48788672>I just want Sam to be able to rub her larger assets in her friends and sisters facesAnonkun is that way
>>48788645This is a setting where such power armor like tanks is available to commanders, they don't need to be of some physicality elite, all a commander or crewman needs is a sharp mind.Such a look could be helpfull, If your opponent underestimates you, you will find victory all to easy.
>>48788468"Well, Nat." You give a devious grin as you advance on the doctor. "Maybe we should test if the effect has stopped!""Oh no, as a scientist it would be highly unprofessional for me to be directly involved-"But it's too late. You lunge forward and wrap up Natalia in a big bear hug. The acidic sweat from your body is still effective, as it eats right through Natalia's uniform and lab coat. "So, what do you think, Nat?" You grin evilly. "That I need a replacement uniform." Natalia sighs. And that's when Amy walks in, no doubt to check on you since it's never a good sign when you're in the infirmary. She just pauses and tries to make sense of the situation. The room was half filled with hair, and both you and Natalia were totally naked and hugging each other. And ever so slightly, you can see Amy just slowly backing up, a fearful and utterly confused look on her face."This is extremely unprofessional." Natalia sighs. >This isn't what it looks like!>Um, a little help here?>Just in time to join the fun!>Other
>>48788702what? I meant that comically. Also I do want Sam to grow up.
>>48788722>>Just in time to join the fun!
>>48788722>Just in time to join the fun!>Cackle definitely not madly
>>48788722>>Um, a little help here?"Mind if you fetch a spare uniform?"
>>48788722>Natalia give her the formula
>>48788722>>Just in time to join the fun!All we need is alcohol and it'll be a party
>>48788722>>Just in time to join the fun!MELT EVERYTHING!...do acidic sweat from your daughteru melt your prized powered armor? If you are Tank, let's find out!
>>48788722>>Just in time to join the fun!>>Cackle definitely not madly
>>48788713Yeah but by that point no one underestimates Sam's appearance.
>>48788722>>Just in time to join the fun!>>48788702Way to pick and choose.
>>48788722>>Just in time to join the fun!Fuck it, might as well have everyone else here who hasn't downed the concoction drink a fresh batch.
>>48788722>Just in time to join the fun!
>>48788722> Join in or fetch some more uniforms for when we finish our experiment
>>48788675When do you think this will happen?
>>48788722>I don't know what this looks like, but this is exactly what it looks like.
>>48788722"Time to join in on the fun!" You chuckle as you snatch Amy by the arm before she can escape. "CAP WHAT THE FUCK-" Amy croaks as you pull her into a hug as well, spreading your acidic sweat to her clothes as well. "AAAAAH!" "Don't make such a big deal out of it!" You laugh at Amy's misfortune. "We're all big girls here! I think we can tolerate seeing some bare skin and tits!""Yeah well, not in a situation like this!" Amy whines as she instinctively curls up to try and preserve as much of her modesty as possible. "I do have to admit, this is a bit disconcerting." Natalia sighs as she continues to jot everything down on her datapad. "Well," Amy sighs, "at least there's nobody else who can-"And that's when Tank walks in. You, Amy, and Natalia freeze like deer caught in headlights, while Carly is still trapped underneath her mass of hair. >PANIC>STAY COOL>Other
>>48788862>>STAY COOLTank, go get us clothes. On the double.
>>48788862>>PANICEeeek! BOY!!!Shut the door.
>>48788862>STAY COOL"Hey tank, mind carrying me to my room?"
>>48788875I contend Tank is, in fact, Samus. She is actually our long lost mother.
>>48788862>stay coolWanna do science a favor and show us if what you wear below that armor is made of.
>>48788862>>STAY COOLI wonder what will happen if someone ingests the concoction while still under the influence of the side effect of another one?
>>48788862>METAL ARMOR! MY ONE WEAKNESS!Ham it the fuck up.
>>48788862>DIVE DIVE DIVE! INTO THE HAIR!
>>48788862I hope Carly donate her hair to charity. OR sell it, she can get a pretty heft stack of cash for it?
>>48788862>>OtherCONTINUE TO TEST THE POWER OF THE ACID!!!
>>48788862>>STAY COOLTank's seen us naked already, remember?
>>48788890Or Sam's father. In which case, that piggyback ride he gave is now twice as adorable
>>48788862>>OtherPANIC! TANK ONLY COMES IF WE ARE BEING BOARDED!
>>48788862"Oh, hey Tank." You wave casually as Amy and Natalia quickly pick up bundles of hair to cover themselves up. Carly clears some of the hair from her eyes and also waves. Tank looks to you, then to Amy and Natalia, and then to Carly. Obviously he was wondering what the hell was going on."Tank!" You dash up and hug the armored soldier.Only for nothing to happen. Well, either the effects of the concoction had finally worn off, or maybe Tank's armor was proof against your acidic sweat. Either way, now you looked a bit silly. Tank just shakes his head and scoops you up in his arms. It was time to get you a fresh change of clothes."Hey Tank wait! What about us?" Amy whines.Tank shrugs. The Captain was the priority. Everybody else could wait. "Damnit Taaaaaaank!" Amy wails as Tank takes his leave, with you safely tucked away in his arms to hide your naked body away from curious eyes. Good thing it was also hiding away your blushing face. This felt really relaxing for some reason...>And that's it for tonight! As always, next thread is next week! And don't forget KanColle on Fridays!
>>48789071Thanks for the run, Merc!
>>48789071This has been a very lewd week for your quests merc.
>>48789071See you next time.
>>48789071So when will Sam grow a mature body? Also wha will happen if yo drink a concoction back to back?
