My family sits around the dinner table. In silence. Not a single one of them are saying anything. No one is even mentioning the reason we have gathered here. To figure out what to do with Asai. Who has already escaped his confines once. Somehow, this was a better idea in my head than it is in practice.I am Itsukuma Masami. I've done it, I've captured Asai. I'm just not sure what to do with him now. Taking him to an average prison is right out, he would be out in an hour. Making a magical prison for him only worked for a few minutes. Now he's tied up, and back inside the same magical prison. Something which I can only imagine he will escape from sooner or later. So what do we do with him? What do we do with a person who just can not be redeemed? No, no. I'm not going to say that just yet. Everyone can be redeemed, and everyone can become a good person. I'm sure of it. I just, have to give him some time, is all.So, my family and I are still deliberating this tense subject. I felt it was only right to include them on this."Do we have any plan at all what to do with him? Just one plan?!" My face feels flustered right now."I don't know, I'm not good with punishment." Thanks Julie."We should destroy him now while we have the chance." Mom, I don't think you're in the right mindset. "Bed without dinner, and no dessert for a whole month!" Cirrus, stop."I was thinking, maybe move him to a bigger prison?" Haruko at least has an idea."I'm for whatever you decide, Masami." Kaori, you're not helpful. All eyes fall to the only person who hasn't spoke yet, the friendly monster."Hmm?""So, what do we do with Asai?"He's silent for a few moments. He's like a big, metallic statue."I would say save him, but it's clear that would be difficult. So I dont know." >I'm STILL for trying to save him.>But how? >I'm not for saving him anymore, I've changed my mind.>I like the idea the Chairman presented, about splitting and merging him again.>Grumble. >Other?

The problem is that I think the way Asai is arranged now, not only did he subsume whatever empathy or decency he had, he also hid his fear of punishment, even of death
"I think my vote is for the idea that the chairman presented." I tap my fingers on the table, "about splitting him and merging him again. I already got the card for it." "Great! Where do we start?" Kaori is more than pleased."Just be careful, Sweetie. I think I should make preparations just in case." Mom seems to pout. At least pretend you're not out for his blood for just a minute! "You're really going to split him?" Julie grabs one of my arms."How are you going to do that? Do you need help?" Haruko grabs the other.I shake them off and then turn to them with the card in hand. "You two can help restrain Asai." I guess. He's already pretty restrained."It's a deal!" "I'll volunteer as well." The friendly monster stands up. "I don't like the idea of destroying him. The chairman is very knowledgable, and if he thinks this will work, then my confidence is in his opinion.""Hmph." Mom pouts even harder! "Okay, I'll give it a try. Just to be clear though, this feels more like brainwashing then lending a hand." ..You know, I almost think she's right. No! Wait! Asai is the one who brainwashed himself! I'm just returning him to his normal form! I turn my head to notice Emillion and the Secretary. Neither of them have said anything about this. Even though, I feel they have the most input to give. They certainly knew him longer than I have.Strange, they both seem to have their mouths agape. Emillion is pointing at me."And I-" Asai leans up against the table. "Will keep him still the hardest! I'm very good at that!" He gloats.I turn around, and it's Asai. It's Asai.It's... Asai.Oh no, he's changed again. What is that thing over his face? I try to run between them, with my shield. Though, my entire body feels as if a dream.SLAM! Something huge and silvery tackles Asai! The silver husk hangs off of his back as he comically swings and flails around in an attempt to throw it off! It's the monster! He throws Asai down onto his face and starts laying into him! Throw after throw, I didn't know fists were his weapon of choice! Asai, somehow, pulls himself up using an unseen force! The monster throws a left-hook right at that time, and smacks Asai right in the eye! He blasts the monster away, and cups his swelling eye. The monster starts throwing pots, pans, plates, anything within arms reach at him. Each one uselessly breaks against Asai's exterior. Asai catches a pot with his free hand, while the monster almost slithers along the ground and pops up right next to him. With another left hook, his fist makes a sickening crack on Asai's face! There are more sickening cracks. The monster's skin is cracking! It's-Slowly starting to peel! NO! "TO HELL WITH YOU ASAI, YOU MONSTER!" The deterorating silver figure yells. His fist extends outward, but doesn't even make it to Asai's nose. His gauntlet shatters into a million tiny, metallic pieces. The cracks extend up his body, shattering his arm, his shoulder, and soon-I-I can't watch this; I have to do something! Borrowing Cirrus' power, I propel myself in the direction of Asai. As before with the door, Asai seems extremely weak to Belle and her brute nature. Did Card die?
There's a screech, much louder for even the ears of the children and the monsters of the household. Even the deterorating monster, the one who is made almost entirely of cracks and holes now, recoils at the sensation. That final push is enough to crumble the last of his armor into dust. There's a terrifying ripping noise, one that causes the entire house to erupt in gasps, screams, and crying. The tearing and scraping becomes too much to handle for those who are in the same room as Asai! Even one certain blue twin, Julie. Her response is a strange mix of confusing, fear, and shock. Her mouth stays agape, and her eyes continue to dilate as she watches the strange, horrible sight. A kind of mix of watching an orange peel, watching a fireball explode, and seeing body-horror which is confusing to someone who doesn't really understand monster anatomy. So Julie continues to just watch, and stare. Even when the fireball starts to expand, even when shards start to fly in her direction.Even when a mysterious man with no clothes snatches her up and hurls her behind the overturned kitchen table. The wave hits, sending silverware and splinters flying in all directions. The sound itself is akin to a lightning bolt striking the house multiple times. Then, silence.Julie and Haruko still seem petrified with fear, but Mom and the strange naked man slowly peek over the table. Standing where Asai once stood, is a visage of Asai. One that is torn, battered, and defeated. It lets out a long, and almost painful groan. Somehow, he still remains standing. More worrying to the one adult and one indecent adult, Masami is missing. That is, until something else catches their attention. A hum, one that gradually increases in pitch. It's Asai! It's coming from his outstretched hand! The naked man grasps a nearby chair and flings it at him! It uselessly bounces against his form. Apparently, this man forgot about his newly found lack of strength.>Cont.

Hmph.Just a little more, maybe-No! Wait! What am I thinking?!This is it! This is my chance! The one time the monster has asserted himself over Asai! I can do it! I take out the flight card and bound down his shoulder. The whole time, Asai is still weakly attempting to mock the titan."You can't-" Asai mumbles, "You can't become her father, You're weak, stupid, and-" Stop taunting him! My shadow double splits away and runs toward the Monster's ear, I keep my heading strong for Asai. "NO, BUT THIS IS THE LAST TIME YOU WILL EVER SAY THAT TO ME. YOU ARE EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH ME. YOU'RE ARROGANT, SELFISH, AND WORST OF ALL YOU'RE COLD. YOU ARE A PSYCHO WHO REFUSES TO THINK ABOUT HOW OTHER PEOPLE FEEL.""A-and that's worked out great for me." "IT'S DONE NOTHING BUT HURT THE ONES I CARED THE MOST ABOUT. TO HELL WITH YOU ASAI!" He is about to THROW ASAI TO THE GROUND. "Wait! Stop! I'm still here! Merging, remember?!" "I DON'T WANT TO MERGE WITH HIM ANYMORE. I DON'T WANT THOSE THINGS BACK!" "You have to! You have to have them back! You need to accept that part of you, good or bad!" I hop right next to Asai, and then pull on his hair. "That counts for YOU TOO! You need to accept this soft part of you, even if it isn't convenient for your career!" Asai is trying to say something, but he is likely at his limit with how hard the monster is constricting his body! It's time. I place my hand on Asai's forehead, and then my double does the same on the monster. Concentrating, I feel engulfed by light.-->Cont.
..I have a question for you, dear Masami. Why? Why are risking all this for one monster? You've destroyed monsters before. Without mercy. Does this one monster really mean that much to you? >Yes>No>It's complicated.>Other?I suppose it doesn't matter. I just have to know: Were you even wanting a father? You seem happy enough with just a mother. >Yes>No>Maybe.>I don't know.>Other? You said earlier that you would forgive anyone, for anything. I want to know.Is that really true? >Yes>Of course>Depends>Other?
Folks this may seem anticlimatic, but I may pause due to having to travel for a few hours. Can everyone keep the thread up for another four or so hours until I reach my destination?
>>46440291>No>It's complicated.>No>If they become better, yes.
>>46440291>No >I don't know.>It's complicated. >Depends
>>46440291>It's complicated.>I don't know.>Of course
>>46440291>You've destroyed monsters before. To be fair, as far as I remember we only destroyed monster before we knew there were other ways.>>46440291>>46440431>No>It's complicated.>No>If they become better, yes.I like this one.
>>46440291>No>I don't know.>Depends
>>46440291>Maybe I wish I hadn't destroyed them. Also it'd be weird if Asai's other half could survive Asai being destroyed.>Maybe>Not automatically, but if they really are sorry and become better... Then yeah.
>>46442097>>46441399>>46440490>>46440462I'm confused by this answer, could anons elaborate?Masami has not even once during the entire quest ever cared in the slightest or shown the mildest hint of being bothered by not having a father. It seems weird she would not know all of a sudden.
>>46442154Not one of them, but there has been "recently" at least one, possibly more, anons who wanted Masami to acceot Asai as her father, presumably its supposed to set that up.
>>46442295>Not one of them, but there has been "recently" at least one, possibly more, anons who wanted Masami to acceot Asai as her fatherI find that incredibly implausible.
>>46442154Not being bothered about not having one is quite different from knowing you don't want one.
>>46442154Eh. I guess I saw it as even though she doesn't feel like she needs a father, and doesn't yearn for one at all, she doesn't feel strongly opposed to having a father either.
>>46442354it still leaves open the question where the idea of her wanting one comes from.
>>46442368Since it specifies her seeming being fine was only a mother it doesn't seem like strongly opposed so much as not seeing a need since Mom really has been all she needed.
>>46442368>she doesn't feel strongly opposed to having a father eitherI don't think its supposed strong opposal to one, more lack of need of one. She'd be fine having one, but just as fine without.
>>46442409Hence no one is saying yes.
>>46442447Don't know implies she is unsure if she might not want one and Mom might not be enough.
>>46442370Well, she kind of had one, Asai was just worse than none at all.
>>46442484Asai doesn't really count as father in any sense of the word.he isn't even technically her father since she isn't "from" him in any way.
>>46442470I don't really see it that way. I think it's more asking if we had a chance to have a dad, presumably that wasn't a supervillain, would we pass it by completely? And I don't really feel like that ambiguity on our part indicates we find our mom insufficient. Like it's not like there's a quota she's not meeting.
>>46442505Didn't Izumi say that Fortune HQ was technically Masami's father?
>>46442628>I think it's more asking if we had a chance to have a dad, presumably that wasn't a supervillain, would we pass it by completely?I don't read it like that at all, I think then it would be phrased different and not include the part about mom having been enough sofar. But thanks for humoring my curiousity anyway.
>>46440291In regards to the second question >What the heck kind of question is that? The fact that I'm more than happy enough with mom doesn't mean I'm against ever having a dad, it's not like there's a maximum amount of happiness.Get your act together mysterious voice.
>>46442877>The fact that I'm more than happy enough with mom doesn't mean I'm against ever having a dadThe voices question doesn't imply any such a thing. Its more asking if we think we're missing something without a dad, not if we're opposed to having one.
>>46440291>No>No>Not automatically, but if they really are sorry and become better... Then yeah.
>>46442921I don't think that's the case at all. " Do you even want a dad" seems like more of an absolute question that the line after it just muddles, in that that's what people are responding to.
>>46443078>" Do you even want a dad"Means to me if we actively want one, rather if we would be okay with having one (as opposed to rejecting it).
>>46443096Even so, I don't know simply means not knowing whether it is something we want. It does not imply that we actively do want one.
>>46443219Yes and?or was that meant to be a reply to the earlier conversation?
>>46443243The entire conversation started because of>>46442154Thinking it's weird to suddenly not know, whatever that means.
>>46443386Well in any case, hopefully the ambiguity will be picked up on.Side note though: Why DID we destroy monsters before?
>>46444280>Why DID we destroy monsters before? We didn't know they could not be destroyed and neutralized as threats, they attacked our friends afterall and were quite hostile.
>>46444280They went around attacking people and we had to stop them.
>>46444331>>46444406So we didn't destroy any more at all after we figured out how to make them not as dangerous?
>>46444544Not as far as I remember.Only people who ever got that sort of response "mess you up no matter what" from masami are Asai and Tower.
>>46444331Didn't we just turn them into cards, and then turn those cards into people though?
>>46444768No, I think that would be only the Chairman.
>>46444943>No, I think that would be only the Chairman. She has reacted like that to Asai in the past too, refusing to listen to him at all etc.>>46444933Kind of? But we didn't know the cards were "them" back then.
>>46444985>She has reacted like that to Asai in the past too, refusing to listen to him at all etc.Well, he is a terrible person, and talking with him never did any good, so messing him up would have been the only option, if it actually was an option.
>>46440291>No>It's complicated.>I don't feel good just abandoning someone, and his other side deserves a fair chance>NoMeh, Mom and all the brothers and sisters is all we ever need. (Also it might mean less time for mom for us and sleeping in with her!!)>DependsIf they stop doing whatever needed forgiving.

"Does this monster really mean that much to you?" I let those words sink in for a few moments. Why am I doing this? It feels more like a matter of principle than because I want something."No.""Then why?" "Because.." I try to think of the right words, "I feel it's only right for everyone to have a second chance. No matter who they may be." "Even Asai? You've given him plenty of chances." "Even Asai, even if I've given him plenty of chances." Silence."I suppose it doesn't matter, but I just have to know: Were you even wanting a father?" That idea seems to resonate in my mind for a few moments.Did I even want a father? "No." I say, plainly."Not even a little?" "It's crossed my mind." I say with a bitter taste in my mouth. "But- I don't need it. I'm happy with the family I have. I have all the brothers and sisters who the cutest, and most wonderful people in the world." It's true! "You feel it's only right for everyone to have second chance, yes?" "Of course." I cross my arms at the..nothing that is asking me questions."Why do you feel that way?" "Well, not automatically forgiven, but if they really are sorry and become better then.. yeah." "Is that all that makes someone forgiven? Feeling sorry about it?" "Not every time, of course. But- like the Chairman. I did a lot of damage to him, but he seems to be at least considering being a better person." "Would you even forgive him, eventually?" "Sure! If he shows that he really means it." The definitions here are starting to get vague, and I'm not sure I know where he's going with this.>So, what do you want disembodied voice? >Who are you?>This is the other world, right?>How did I get here?>Can I go home, now? >Other?
>>46446708>So, what do you want disembodied voice? >Who are you?>This is the other world, right?>How did I get here?>Can I go home, now?
>>46446708>So, what do you want disembodied voice?>Who are you?>Can I go home, now?
>>46446708>So, what do you want disembodied voice? >Who are you?
>>46446708>So, what do you want disembodied voice?>Who are you?
>>46446708>Who are you?>This is the other world, right?
>>46446708>>So, what do you want disembodied voice? >>Who are you?
>>46446708>"It's crossed my mind." I say with a bitter taste in my mouth. "But- I don't need it. I'm happy with the family I have. I have all the brothers and sisters who the cutest, and most wonderful people in the world."Damnit I told you guys it was asking whether or not we ever wanted a father on any level.
>>46446921She said she doesn't need it, not she doesn't want it, so it seems the reading of it asking if we think we need a father was the correct one.
>>46446921I'm not sure how you interpret it like that.
>>46446973Not really>Did I even want a father? And Masami's response seems to indicate that she doesn't even have room in her life for a father at all, so you didn't read it right at all.
>>46446921>Damnit I told you guys it was asking whether or not we ever wanted a father on any level. And? >Little girl doesn't want to share her moms loveBig news.
>>46447008No..?I mean, setting aside my confusion about why you think thats so important given it doesn't really matter much. Its pretty clear the question was "Do you want a father"-meaning "Do you have active desire for a father", to which Masami responds, that no, she is just fine without one. That doesn't say anything at all about actively NOT wanting one.Only that with all her family she doesn't feel a lack of one.
>>46447008Anon, the question and Masamies response is pretty clearly centered around if the offer of a father as Asai wanted to be, is something we regret not taking. So If Masami on some level thinks she missed out on not having a father.
>>46446708>"Look, I'm still mentally a thirteen year old girl whose life has been a rollercoaster of traumatic experiences. I do my best, but I know I've messed up a lot as well. So keep that in mind."
Woh, didn't expect that kind of response.Really, if she has a father or not is more likely up to her mother, No?>So, what do you want disembodied voice?>Who are you?>Can I go home, now?Writing! >>46447451 Oh that's a good one.
>>46447641>Really, if she has a father or not is more likely up to her mother, No?Sure, but Masami can feel a certain way about it. So if that anon feels strongly that she should feel a particular way, that seems fair to me.
"So what do you want, mysterious disembodied voice?" "I wanted to know the nature of the person who would work so hard to save a single soul." "So, who are you?" "Someone who you've only met in passing." That's not very descriptive."I don't like cryptic messages." I cross my arms, "Who are you?" He ignores my question. "I wanted to talk to you, and meet you. I've been waiting a long time. And-"He pauses, is he hiding something?"-and I wanted to know if you really forgave 'Tower' for what he did to you. And what his halves had done to your family." If I forgave him. Um."Can I go home now?" "You can leave any time you wish. You don't have to answer my question." Well, that is very tempting. "Look, I'm still a thirteen year old girl, mentally. My life has been a rollercoaster of experiences that I'm pretty sure other thirteen year olds don't have! I don't know the answer to these things! I do my best, and I know I mess up a lot."Silence."So, um, does that answer your question?" "Not particularly." >"I guess, if you want to know about Tower. I do forgive him.">"I don't forgive him right now, but someday I might.">"I just want him out of my life.">"I just want to live with my family." >"I don't know." >"I'm going home now, take care.">Other?
>>46448530>"I don't forgive him right now, but someday I might.">"I just want him out of my life.">"I just want to live with my family."
>>46448530>"I guess, if you want to know about Tower. I do forgive him.">"I just want to live with my family.">"I'm going home now, take care."
>>46448530>>"I don't forgive him right now, but someday I might.">>"I just want to live with my family."
>>46448530>I can forgive the half of him that was Fortune HQ, Asai... would have been really tricky. As for whatever Tower is now... I'd have to meet him first before I decide that.>Like if he's a completely different person, is there even anything I need to forgive?
>>46448723>>46448530>I just want to live with my family.>I want 'Asai' out of my life. As for Tower... Even if it's unfair, I could use a break from any permutation of him, for a little while at least.
>>46448723>>46448751Like I don't know, Asai was completely the worst and at least really seemed like he rendered himelf incapable of redemption or change, but I'm not sure if that's fair to condemn Tower as a whole.
>>46448792Actually I'm pretty sure it's not fair at all. But on the OTHER hand, we just established that Masami is a 13-year-old girl, and Asai really put her through hell, so even if it's not quite fair/rational, it's still an understandable position on her part, I guess?I don't know, you're placing us under an unfair amount of scrutiny here, mysterious voice!
>>46448912I think "not right now but maybe some day" is perfectly fair even for thew person, at least half of him was a pretty terrible jerk, its normal to be a bit wary of what he's like combined.
>>46448792The problem with Tower seemed to be that he was split into a monster incapable of redemption or change, and another that was a coward, so It was quite largely the Chairman's fault actually.
>>46448945I was more thinking the "I just want him out of our life" part. Like I don't know, there's at least a small chance he might be a pretty okay guy, so closing that door completely seems pretty harsh.
>>46448985I don't think its really completly, more, I want him out of my life right now.If he's maybe a great guy, he can prove that and we'll definitly hear about it.
>>46449042So it's not "I want him gone and to NEVER COME BACK" so much as "I want a break from Tower Time for a while"?
>>46449098Thats how I see it, but Masami will just phrase it harhsly right now since she is, understandably, mkinda tired of him nright now.So I don't think its closing anything forever. Especially not since we tell it to a mysterious voice thats totally not Tower.
>>46448985It really does, and it's not really even an option if anybody else doesn't want him gone.
>>46448530"Just keep in mind that this is how I feel right now, and doesn't mean that I'll feel this way forever."
>>46449152>>46448530>"Like keep in mind this is still a pretty heated subject for me."
>>46449133I don't know, I'm more concerned that we'll hurt Tower's feelings and he'll do something stupid. Neither half of him had much emotional maturity.
>>46449293If he starts doing stupid shit first thing after being reunited, it would kinda confirm that we really shouldn't forgive him.
>>46449346I meant more stupid shit in terms of harming himself instead of harming others.
>>46449346None of that is really going to matter much if we break contact, and nobody knows what he's doing.
Very mature answers, I really like this! >"I don't forgive him right now, but someday I might.">"I just want him out of my life.">"I just want to live with my family.">"This is just how I feel right now, this is still a pretty heated subject for me."Good answers! Writing!
"Well, I don't forgive him right now." My arms cross, "But- someday I might." "How soon is 'someday'?" "I don't know. This is still a pretty heated subject for me. I'm kind of tired of Asai, but I can't really say the same for Tower. Not until I meet him. Keep in mind, that this is how I feel right now, and doesn't mean I'll feel this way forever."Silence. "I just want him, or Asai, or whatever part of him that has made my life so crazy out for a little while." I try to think of the right words to phrase this. "Maybe not forever, but I want to calm down and live a normal life for once." "That's-" The voice tries to think of an appropriate response. "That's a very mature thing to say, Masami." "I AM mature, though." I sulk. "I just, also want to live with my family. Whatever obstacles stand in the way, I want them gone." The voice doesn't say anything else, but seems to sigh."I think, I think that I need rest, too.""Really? from what?""From, all of it. Fortune, the monsters, the cards. I feel as if I need to go away for a while." The voice seems to deepen in pitch."Go where?""I haven't decided yet. Somewhere that I don't have to think about magic, or cards, or even running a company." The voice grumbles. "I just want to look away for a while, maybe someday things will work themselves out. They always have, especially when it comes to Izumi.""Well, what are you going to do, then?" The voice mumbles, "Thank you for reuniting Tower, Masami. Him and I both need to learn what it means to be a better person. He was, never the kindest. I blame myself for that. There is some serious soul-searching that needs to be done, for the both of us."I'm silent."One more thing." The voice seems softer. "Can you do me a favor, while I'm gone?"I'm even more confused now than ever. "What is it?""Take care of my daughter. Please make sure she grows up in the loving home I couldn't give her.""Your.. daughter?""Yes, please. Take care of Kaori."-- >Cont.

"MASAMI?!" "MASAMI!"I feel no less than a hundred arms pulling me in all directions. STOOP"STOP! OW!" "Oh! oh, sorry." Mom backs off."No! I get to hug her next!" Cirrus steals Mom's spot! "Was, that a dream?" "Masami!" Kaori pulls me away from the crowd of little hands. "What happened?! Are you hurt?!" "No, I'm fine, uh-"I look around. I'm in the ruined remains of my kitchen. Parts and bits of ceiling, trusses, and timber lay scattered over the place I used to eat. My face pans upward, all I see is the night sky. Then Mom's face, and then her grabbing my face. "NEVER do that again, you hear me?! That was the most dangerous thing I think you've ever done!" "I don't even know what I did!" I'm only sort-of serious! I remember the monster, and then Asai, and then-"You know exactly what! You went and pulled apart Asai! I saw what you did!" She scolds me."Mom! Wait! It worked, didn't it?! Where's Tower?" "I don't know, and I don't want to know! Now you listen here, young lady. You're grounded for a week!" A WHAT?!"Why a week?!" "But- wait!" I try to bargain with her. "This needed to be done! Remember? Asai- And-" "I remember.""Then- I even put them back together, and put the nice half in charge!" I.. think."I know, Tower is united again. I spoke with him briefly.""Wait, you did?!" "It wasn't very long, he apologized to me and wished my family the best of luck." Mom smiles, slightly. "Then I remembered that YOU didn't come back and got all worried and started searching everywhere!" "W-" A thought crosses my mind, "How long have I been gone?!" "Twenty minutes." "TWENTY MINUTES TOO LONG!" Kaori wraps her arms around me once more. "And Masami." Mom gets that scolding look once more. "I never said you could do that in the house!" "I didn't know! It just, kind of happened!"Wait! I have a plan! "So, uh! Who is the guy in the woman's kimono?" "Oh." He says, seeming a little shy. "I'm the monster, it's just- this is the only thing your mother had to wear." "No you don't, Masami. You're not going to distract me from this."Oh no!"But it had to happen, don't I get a little leeway?" "Masami, you're not grounded because of the house." I feel, a sense of shock."Then why am I grounded?!" "Because of the cookies.""I'm grounded because I stole some cookies yesterday?!" "Yes. And not listening to me. But mostly the cookies." A question comes to mind. "You spoke with Tower? How was he?" "Only over the phone. He was fine. He appeared back in Fortune's parking lot; where he was first split. Everyone, thank you so much for sticking with me so long with this silly Magical Girl story of mine. I feel as if I've done everything I wanted to with it, and for that I thank you. As a matter of fact, I might. I have another idea in the works, but it's only sort-of Magical Girl in nature. But for now, I would just like to rest. >>46450976Honestly I'm really glad we shut down romance, it both woukd have taken valuable space in the quest that was better used elsewhere, and might have lead to the incredibly onerous yuri/hetfag debates that poison so many quests.Instead we got a wonderful oasis of comfy questing, and thanks for that Heart.

>>46450976I still remember how you had planned a monster-of-the-week format and 50 threads. We've gotten through a lot of plans and changing of those. Its been a wonderful ride.
>>46451001Thank you for staying with me this long.>>46451008A very fair point.>>46451074And he's a much better person now than he would have been if you had left him alone or stopped him in other ways. So be proud! >>46451084Thank you, I still remember that. I wanted to make it akin to a real magical girl show in quest form. Kind of glad I swerved away from that. Episodic doesn't really match my writing style.Everyone, be sure to keep up with me on my twitter accounts: https://twitter.com/qm_cardheart and https://twitter.com/announcer_QM If anything happens regarding my quests, that is where you will hear about them.
>>46450976>Saving The ChairmanHaha. Instead Masami hospitalized him.But hey, it got her a sweet onee-san and he became less of a grumpy jerk, so it all worked out!
>>46450976Always a pleasure to throw a wrench into the finest of plans. Thanks for running.
>>46451128You did a really good job rolling with all the unexpected changes in direction, also even if it gets cluttered sometimes, you make multi-option things work out pretty well, like it all comes together.
>>46450976I'll just bump this with another expression of gratitude. This was an incredibly fun and heartwarming experience.
