PREVIOUSLY: http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/archive.html?searchall=Star+Wars%3A+Fortune+HunterKuvasz is quick to shove you out of the way and blast the lead droid right between the photoreceptors. The other droids retract the blasters out of their hands, and start marching towards you. “Get behind me!” he yells. You’re not interested in getting some new breathing holes so you listen to him. The droids start blasting away at him, their shots exploding and bursting right off the heavy shell of Kuvasz’s armor. “Agh! Sunava…”“Are you okay!?” yells Misri.“I’ve had worse!” he yells as he lifts his free arm over his face. With blaster in hand, he slowly advances underneath the withering blaster fire, sniping B2s left and right. For your own safety, you and Vikker keep back until the blaster fire starts dying down. And in a short minute, it does. When only a few stray shots ring out around you, you and Vikker pop out and put the remaining droids out of their misery. Finally, Kuvasz collapses to his knees, groaning in pain. “Augh… I haven’t had a beating like that since my wife left me.”“You alright?” you ask. He rubs his chest, still grunting in pain. Nothing appears to have penetrated on closer inspection. What he’s probably going through is just some shock and concussion from the force of the blaster bolts. He nods. “Tough armor, old man.”“It’s Mandalorian, of course it’s tough.” He points ahead. “Get to that control room.” The Engineering Bay starts shaking once more. Out of the floor you can see more pods start drilling their way in, and out of them more B2s come to permanently sabotage the power. Misri and Vikker are quick to help your stricken Mando friend up and get the party moving. As B2s start landing every whichaway inside the Bay, they start blasting at everything.[1/2]
>>44922662[2/2]“Hey!” yells an Imperial Engineer from one of the upper catwalks. “You down there!” You all look up to see him and a squad of Stormtroopers caught up in blasting apart more droids. One of them is blown back by a droid’s barrage of bolts. “The Control Room door’s been sealed shut! You’re closer to it than we are!” He grabs an arc welder from his belt and drops it down to Misri. “Get that door open and turn the power on, we’ll distract the droids!”“Good luck!” you yell back. The Engineer goes back to leading the Stormtroopers in the defense in the upper catwalks. More scattered fights are bursting across the entire Engineering Bay as you all hurry down the main walkway. The Control Room is lit up by the only non-emergency power here. But it appears that Black Swan in her amazing thoroughness had the door welded shut. It must be why that Engineer gave you his welder, to undo it. That’s a simple enough task.Suddenly, behind you more B2 droids land. This time though, they aren’t the old standard B2s. They wield gigantic grappling pincers on their arms instead. Their former blue coloration was painted over by orange and forest green camouflage. Oh. You know these guys. “Oh great. These guys again.“Who?” asks Misri, Kuvasz, and Vikker all at once.“The Orange Panthacs.”> The Orange Panthacs <> Rebel Alliance Elite B2 Grapple Droids <“Had a run-in with them on Dantooine,” you say.“They look like they mean business,” says Kuvasz. He cracks his knuckles, setting his neck and standing straight. “Leave them to me. Get that Control Room door open.” Vikker and Misri quickly run down the walkway, hurrying to get the door open. What about you though?> Help Kuvasz. > Help Kuvasz. He probably doesn’t need your help but these droids are not as stupid as they look.Kuvasz tackles down one of the Grapple Droids, knocking their ranks back in the crowded walkway. Before the droid can raise his arms to impale the old man, Kuvasz draws his punch blade from his wrist and smashes it into the droid’s face. He does it again for good measure. You on the other hand decide the best course of action is to help the old man take out his garbage. You raise your blaster again and fire off select shots on their flanks and into their ranks. The droids completely forget about the old man then start advancing on you, very quickly. Too quickly. You duck, dodging a decapitating strike from a sharp industrial claw. He slashes at you again, and you jump back, blasting him. The shot stuns him, the next shot knocks him back into his friends.Well, “friends”. One of them smashes him over the railing for getting in his way. Kuvasz meanwhile gets up and wrestles with another Grapple Droid. Kuvasz roars, grabbing the Droid’s arms and pushing them above his head, shoving the droid against a railing. The rest meanwhile keep on advancing on you, one at a time. You keep on firing, stunning but not destroying them. This E-11 isn’t doing much to those heavy hulls of theirs. “Misri!” you yell. “Is the door open yet!?”“Give me a second!” she yells as sparks fly ineffectually at her face. Vikker takes potshots at flying B2s meanwhile.Your ear suddenly twitches. You look to see one B2 rearing his claw up for a devastating punch. One second late on your dodge, and you would’ve been eating soft food through a tube at best. You shoot him point blank, knocking him over. “Kuvasz!” you yell.[1/2]
>>44923492[2/3]“Busy!” he yells back, grabbing a Grapple Droid from behind. The droid flails wildly, inadvertently smashing apart other Grapple Droids as well. Once the crowd is clear, he rears back and smashes the droid into the floor of the walkway on his head. Down for the count, you can’t help but smile at that. And just like that, the rest of the Grapple Droids retreat, apparently not intent on losing to you two. “Damn it, they’re getting away!”“Leave them!” you call. “Come on!” You and Kuvasz hurry to the Control Room door. Misri had at this time managed to slice the door open, but again Black Swan is thorough. She knocked out the controls to the door irreparably. “Damn it…” You look back to see a dead Grapple Droid. Wait. And just like that, you jack the door open with the Droid’s arm. Kuvasz gets under it, then lifts it open for the three of you to crouch inside. He quickly gets in, the door slamming shut behind him. You look around, control panel, control panel, dead Engineers, control panels. Huh. You can see why you didn’t become an Engineer, there’s nothing but buttons to press in here. “There!” You recognize however one console. The four of you crowd around a powerbox, containing the various switches powering certain sections of the ship. “Okay, power is already disabled. All we have to do is reboot it.” You quickly switch back the bottom switch, and immediately the lights turn back on.The loudspeaker on the walls are quick to tell you of this. “The power has come back on! Activate internal defense systems! Gunners to your posts! Sending out distress signal!”[2/3]
>>44923516[3/3]“Alright, power’s back on!” says Vikker. “We can get out of here now!”You nod, then bring your attention onto your communicator. “Kublai, you there?” Still static. If they stole your ship, you’re turning them into carpets. “Okay, let’s get out of here.”“How?” asks Misri. “I thought the Empire was after us!”That… is a good point. But, after what you did, they might not be after you now. Especially since you and Misri are still dressed as Stormtroopers.> Just hurry on through the main hallways, you still have some element of stealth.> Find a way through the maintenance access corridors. > Just hurry on through the main hallways, you still have some element of stealth.--The four of you hurry on through one of the main corridors. The main white lights are now replacing the red emergency lighting. However, the boarding sirens are still going off, which means are there are probably still droids in the ship. But judging by the alert response of the automated turrets on the ceilings at select chokepoints, combined with Stormtroopers inside making their last stands around strongpoints in the barracks and armories, those droids won’t be in here for long. And that’s not even getting into the ship’s firepower. It may be wounded and have no shields of any kind now, but don’t discount the absolute power of all of its turbolasers and ion cannons. And that’s not even getting into Kublai not having locked down all the hangars, which hmeans the TIE Fighters are out and about. If you hadn’t turned on the power for the Balmoral, it definitely would have gone down, but not without a fight. Now, now the Rebels were and truly screwed. You can hear the rumbling staccato of the turbolasers pounding away at the Rebel ships outside. It didn’t matter how many there were, the Rebels could never muster anything big enough to resist Star Destroyer broadsides. So as you all were running down the hallways, a near kilometer of marathon running, you were confident the ship wouldn’t explode underneath you.Still, there were Stormtroopers engage in fighting here and there. The four of you open up a blast door bulkhead only to encounter blaster fire coming perpendicular across a hallway. Imperial Navy Troopers and Stormtroopers were fighting off more boarding droids coming in through a boarding pod. “Go!” Kuvasz went first, blasting away at the droids, followed by Misri, then Vikker, then you.[1/2]
>>44924336[2/2]“Who the hell were those guys!?” yells one of the Stormtroopers. “Are they on our side!?”“Who cares?! Fighting’s fighting!” yells another one of the troopers.Your communicator beeps. “Sir.” It’s Lev. “Sir, we have entered the main hangar bay as you requested. However, Black Swan and her posse have escaped in an Imperial Shuttle. We are standing by.” Well, at least you got one problem solved. You hurry on, then hurry onto a cargo lift. You smash the down button. Come on, come on. Please don’t make us regret turning everything back on. Finally, the elevator takes you down into the hangar. The Lion’s Share is just sitting there.“Lev, hold the ship for us!” you yell. Suddenly, you hear a low groaning noise around the hangar bay.“What’s that?” asks Misri.… They turned on the tractor beams. “Oi, don’t even try it, boyo!” You look to one end of the hangar to see Commander Luyties stepping out, backed up by a contingent of Stormtroopers. You look back to see more Stormtroopers arriving via the spare cargo left as well. She points to you. “You’re under arrest! > Run. Run anywhere!Forget this, you’re not going back! You rip a plasma grenade off your belt and toss it at Luyties and her Stormtroopers. “Run!” you yell.“Grenade!” screams Luyties. She and her Stormtroopers duck for cover as the plasma grenade rolls over to them, harmlessly. You make a point to toss another dud at the second group of Stormtroopers, who also immediately dive for cover. At most, that’s going to give you a whole 5 or 10 seconds for you to run into the Lion’s Share before they realize they’re duds.“Hey!” yells a Navy trooper. “They’re duds! Get them!” Okay, they realized that faster than you thought they would. They start firing stun blasts at your crew. The rings of blue energy fly right past the four of you as the boarding ramp is lowered. But they’re suddenly suppressed by an intense barrage of blaster fire. You look to see the underbelly E-Web now firing over the heads of all the Stormtroopers, forcing them into cover. “Down, down, down!”“Now, get in!” yells R5 as he motions you in. The four of you hurry inside. And quickly to the cockpit you go. R3 and Lev are already at their positions, with Lev turning over the chair to you. You sit down at the controls and hurry to power up the engines. You can feel the ship shake and struggle beneath your feet and in your hands.“Sir.” Lev is quick to be honest. “With the tractor beam in place, we cannot move.”[1/2]
>>44925090[2/2]“Not if I have anything to say about it!” you yell. You push the stick harder. The ship creeps forward slowly, then slowly goes back to position. The tractor beams are powerful, but not powerful enough to hold you! “Put more power to engines!”Misri holds the chair behind you. “Rhys, the entrance is below us-““I know!” you shout at her. She flinches back, surprised. “Just shut up and sit down!” She nods, quickly sitting down. “We are getting out of here if it is the last thing we do!” Lev diverts more and more power to the engine. The camera view for the rear of the ship is completely engulfed in fire. Luyties is quick to evacuate her Stormtroopers and Navy Troopers out of the hangar from the excess heat being generated by the power of your engines. You can do it, you can break the hold on this tractor beam! Suddenly, you get a call. Lev patches it through. And who else but Lotte. “Rhys. Stop trying to break free of that tractor beam, it’s graded to hold corvettes twice your size in place.”“Shut up!” you yell. “You’re in no position to talk!”She crosses her arms, looking very much annoyed by your very justified attempts to escape. “Fine. I’ll just wait for your engines to give out then.” She continues to stare at you through the holo projector, apparently intending on doing this until either your engines give out you give up.> Keep up the pressure. All the missiles shoot right out of the pods, leaving a massive cloud of trails behind as they rush into the hangar. The automated turrets on top and below the Lion’s Share fire wildly at anything everything. And the emergency boosters shoot out as well, further causing mayhem and destruction inside of the ISD Balmoral. And after five minutes of pure missile barrage and blaster carnage, the smoke clears to reveal the damage you wrought. You’ve destroyed almost every TIE Fighter parked inside the hangar. Every Sentinel Lander and Lambda shuttle have been destroyed as well. The concussion missiles have also blasted large dents into the walls and even cracked them, exposing other rooms. You were sure that in the chaos you had aimed at least one or two missiles at the Hangar’s control tower, where they control the Tractor beams. And indeed, you did destroy it.And yet, the ship was still shaking and gallivanting about. Lotte still stares at you, angrily. “… stop staring at me like that,” you hiss.[1/2]

I can’t place it.”“Don’t worry, I got it,” you say. Truth be told, there was something in your gut telling you about Admiral Daas but you weren’t sure. He seems on the level at least. You catch up with Admiral Reike. “So, Rhys. Tell me, are you familiar with Great Carbonite Sith Army?”You nod. “Yeah. Big bust. The Empire uncovered a huge army of Sith soldiers and a Sith Lord frozen in carbonite, intended to reclaim the Galaxy in a thousand years after the loss of the old Empire. But… they didn’t last more than a few centuries at best.”“Terrible bust,” he mutters. “But let me tell you, it did not stop Emperor Palpatine’s lust for such artifacts of the old world.” The two of you step aboard an elevator. “Let me be clear as to where we are going. I am taking you to a secret installation where we have kept a Dreadnaught that fell out of formation with the Katana Fleet, recovered it on Mustafar. We wondering if you could make sense of it considering your… archaeological experience.”“Maybe,” you say. “Depends on how much you pay me.”
>>44927157[3/3]“Rest assured, you will be compensated,” he says. “Not like with Captain Ulgo. Terrible business but she should have known better.” He’s got that right. “We can discuss compensation now if you’d like. I know you wish to liquidate those ingots, I can do that for you if you fulfill this objective for us.”“… like I said, maybe,” you say again.“Hmph, on your guard, understandable,” he says. “But first, when we reach the station, how about I show you around to some of our projects. As a former pilot, you might like some of them.”> “I’d rather we keep this as business-like as possible.”> “I might be interested.”> “What kind of projects?”> Other

>>44927182> “I’d rather we keep this as business-like as possible.”He knows exactly the right buttons to press, so we should try and keep this short.>>44927224Practitioner is unlikely, Military officers would be too closely placed to Vader and his inquisitor for them to not notice, but worshiper is possible.
>>44927182>>44927294What kind of projects And supporting that he should get missile boats
>>44927182>“What kind of projects?”Okay, upfront he's offering to liquidate the ingots for us. If he offers to do it for full market value, then I'm inclined to go with him if he can get Imperial Intelligence to keep Zann from shooting us in the back.
>>44927182>> “I might be interested.”Even in the belly of the beast, our ship boner cannot be ignored.
>>44927045And maybe fuck the Mirialans.
>>44927224There is absolutely nothing wrong with worshiping the Dark Side.

>>44927663Hey man, so long as the cultist pays what he promises, I'll sip the Koolaid
> “What kind of projects?”The doors open, letting you two walk down the hallway towards what you assume to be the bridge. He’s pushing all of the right buttons with you. “What kind of projects?”“Mostly weapons stuff,” he says. “But our pride and joy lies in the further development of the TIE-series.” Oh? Are they actually going to add shields and life support and all that actually necessary miscellanea? “You are aware of the Defender program correct?”“Yeah,” you say. “Darth Vader’s advanced TIE is the first part of that, then the TIE Oppressors too. The TIE Oppressor especially, very agile fighter/bombers.” You could go on about the TIE Oppressor. The only thing really keeping them back is their exorbitant cost honestly. You’ve never flown one but you have seen them in action, and they seem rather smooth sailing if you do declare.“Well, we are developing something much more advanced,” he says. “Something to surpass even Cygnus’ Missile Boat. Provided they ever produce that of course.” You roll your eyes.Around a corner however, something catches your eye. Dressed in jet black plate armor and dark grey bodygloves walk two young girls. At least, you think they’re girls. Those masks of theirs are blocking their faces and eyes out. They walk in perfect unison with each other, continuing towards you, hopefully past you. You’re getting a strange vibe from them. “Inquisitors,” greets Admiral Reike to them.“Admiral,” they both say simultaneously. They pass on by. You blink, then turn around. They have stopped, and staring directly at you.You look back forward again, then nudge the Admiral. “Who are those two?”[1/2]
Can we write a strongly worded letter to lotte. Just telling her how we feel about her constantly fucking us over. Maybe explaining everything she's done wrong. Because I feel she just isn't ever going to learn from her mistakes. And whilst I don't like her, I don't think we need to kill her, I think Rhys needs closure on their relationship.
>>44927826[2/2]“The Inquisitors?” asks the Admiral. “They are gifts from Emperor Palpatine for my service and accomplishments. They refer to themselves as the Sisters. Don’t worry, they’re harmless if they’re not in the same room together,” he explains.> The Sisters <> Admiral Daas Reike’s personal bodyguard and Inquisitors <You look back again. They’re still staring at you as the Admiral opens the door to the bridge and motions you. And they still stare at you as the door closes. The ship has already entered lightspeed by the time you arrive. “Let me be clear with you. I can offer you the ingots at full market price.” The two of you walk along the command deck. Officers salute him as you two pass by and walk to the observation window. The work pits below you are filled with technicians who appear to actually be working instead of just looking busy. “And…” He crosses his arms. “If you are willing, a position as a test pilot as well.”“Test pilot?” you ask. “For what?”He smirks. “For whatever craft you want to fly. Here at this installation, the edge of the Galaxy is the limit.” The Redeemer exits hyperspace into a large asteroid field. In the center of it is a large web-like construct of a space station, guarded heavily by many cruisers and corvettes. “Welcome to the Proving Ground.”> The Proving Ground <> Somewhere Deep in the Outer Rim <A pair of TIE Oppressors fly on by the window, the scream of ion engines ripping through the windows. “I can show you around. But first tell me. Are you willing? Or do you perhaps need more time to consider, maybe even talk with your crew about this?”> “I’m willing.”> “I should talk with my crew.”> “I don’t know. I think some more payment may convince me.”> Other
>>44927845> “I should talk with my crew.”but I do love the Tie series, especially if it's flaws were fixed.
>>44927845>“I should talk with my crew.”This guy is promising the world and is trying to push all the right buttons with Rhys, but it's plainly obvious he's in deep with Palpatine. No one talks about Sith shit for no good reason. Misri has every reason to be freaked out.
>Legitimately evil Imperials>Zann Consortium>Both of them want Katana Fleet from RhysFuck.
>>44927963>Both of them treat him better than his "Friend" the "good" imperial Lottie.
>>44927998Lotte's backstab happened AFTER Rhys found the treasure. The hero treasure hunter always gets fucked over AFTER the treasure is found. That's the rule.
>>44927845>> “I should talk with my crew.”
>>44927845> “I should talk with my crew.”
>>44928037What's more, the aurodium treasure was Rhys's personal project. The Katana Fleet treasure is only on the table because two competing parties are paying a handsome commission to find it.
>>44927845>“I should talk with my crew.”As a personal, hell yes. I'm against the Empire as an institution, but the goal of restoring order and peace that the average person in the fleet has is very appealing. If I were to be dropped off on an Imperial world with no knowledge of the movies, there's a chance I'd sign up with them.Until I saw what the leadership was actually like.
>>44927845>“I should talk with my crew.”I'm worried those inquisitor chicks are going to do awful things to misri. Awful.. lewd things.. that make her a "sister."
>>44927963So if we fuck over Zann, he assassinates us. We fuck over this guy, he sends inquisitors after us.Looks like the only winning move is to not play the game.
>>44928162Now all we need is a Rebel offer for Katana Fleet. They'll drop the bounty and forget everything that happened between Rhys and the Rebels if he can find them the fleet.
>>44928198>helping Rebel scum for any reason
>>44928198Well thats a pretty piss poor offer desu. On the plus side if we screwed them over there's very little that they would do to us, aside from upping our bounty.
>>44927845>> “I should talk with my crew.”>>44928198>Now all we need is a Rebel offer for Katana Fleet. They'll drop the bounty and forget everything that happened between Rhys and the Rebels if he can find them the fleet.I'm relatively sure this is whats going to happen, with the added wrinkle that the rebs a going to attach a female fighter pilot to us as a 'liaison'.
>>44928295If the Imperials successfully recover Katana Fleet, it could legitimately be the end of the Rebellion. Every side of the war (even the neutrals) is banking on the Katana Fleet being real and being the silver bullet needed to secure the war once and for all.
>>44928340So what happens if we find it and sit on it? Our own group of private dreadnaughts that no one else knows how to find sounds pretty nice.
>>44928392Literally everyone will come to kill us and recover the fleet. When the only thing standing between you and the largest fleet of ghost cruisers in the galaxy is one asshole, you know they're going to throw everything they have to get at him.
>>44928392We've been told that we'd never be able to control it all even with droids. Not to mention everyone would be lining up to torture us to take control of it.
> “I should talk with my crew.”“I need to consult with my crew on this,” you state. “As tempting as your offer is, Admiral, I would prefer if my crew had a say on what I do.”“Fair enough,” he says. “I trust the words and actions of my crews as well, it’s an understandable action from any self-respecting spacer. Go on, I will meet you inside the station.” You nod, turning to walk out the bridge. But you yelp, jumping backward when you see the Sisters standing right there. They continue staring at you. “… okay, listen you two.” You point at them. “I know I’m handsome, but you could do a little more than stare at me creepily like that.”The one on the left turns to the other. “Sister, this scum believes we are attracted to him.” The one on the right nods. She says, “A very optimistic thought, Mister Cykgil.” They step past you, and stand at Admiral Reike’s stand. They clack their boots against the floor and stand straight. Those two are going to get annoying really quick.--“Alright…” Kuvasz rubs at his helmet, pacing the floor in the cargo bay. Misri sits down against a crate, wrapping her arms around her legs. Vikker meanwhile leans on the R-22, processing the situation you just explained to them. “So let’s get this straight. He’s offering the ingots at full market value, and he’s offering you a position as a test pilot, perhaps with even more benefit that are hidden behind that as well.”You nod. “Yep.”“It seems too good to be true,” says Kuvasz. “But I am no position to argue. Especially since that Dreadnaught is our best lead to even finding the Katana Fleet, unless we want to spend the next century scouring every system for the Fleet.” He crosses his arms, sighing. “While I am personally against delivering the Fleet to the Empire, I will not argue with your word, Rhys. I owe you too much for that.”[1/2]
>>44928471[2/2]“Unlike you, Kuvasz. I can actually speak my mind on this,” says Vikker. “We deliver the Fleet to the Empire they’ll just run us over like Lotte did with us!” He looks at you, and a single glare shuts him down immediately. “… no offense, but look, we can go about this a better way I think. Maybe we can sell all the parties ships from the Fleet if we find it. We could make back our profit ten times over selling ships individually rather than wholesale.”“That puts us at too great a risk,” says Kuvasz. “Once they realize we know where it is, they’ll just suck the information out of us, no matter how painful or drastic or invasive the method.” He looks to you. “This is dangerous business, and we must approach it with caution.”“I agree with that last part,” says Vikker. “It’s up to you, Rhys. You know where we lie though.”You look over at Misri. “What about you, Misri?” She looks up, shrugging. “Misri. I trust your word as much as I do Kuvasz and Vikker. You can tell me anything.”She shrugs again. “I-… I don’t know. Um. I guess we could do it.” You suppose that’s all you’ll get out of her.“So what’s the verdict?” says Kuvasz.> “We’ll take it up with the Empire.”> “I’d rather work with the Consortium, small time as they are.”> “Let’s wait and see if anyone makes us a better offer.”> Other

>>44928497>OtherLets just forget the whole thing. We'll have a look at what he's got. Tell him the conclusions we've drawn from that info, then look into a job that doesn't get us murdered by everybody.
hmmm as of right now empire is overnight us test pilot status While Zann is offering us 100000 creditsBoth are offering full market price
>>44928497>“Let’s wait and see if anyone makes us a better offer.”Use the information they'll provide us, we can figure out how we want to sell all these ships when we get ahold of them. As it stands the Empire is willing to cover our asses for a bit again and I say we milk that
>>44928546>>44928557>>44928613>>44928680You do realize we're on a Star Destroyer in Imperial space that's partly manned by Palpatine's own eyes and ears. To them, saying "I'll think about it" is the same thing as saying "no," and saying no to the Empire is grounds to get your block knocked off. Even if they let us walk away, they're going to monitor us and see if we do get a proposition from anyone else, whether the Zann Consortium or - Vader forbid - the Rebels. All that aside, it still doesn't change that the wrecked dreadnaught on Mustafar is the best lead anyone has on actually finding the fleet, even though it's not a guarantee.
>>44928701I doubt it as of right now they'll forget what happen on Lotte's ship and the ingots but nothing else if we declined
>>44928726Regardless of whether or not Katana Fleet is found, we still have to deal with Lotte and the Rebels.Rhys is quickly being painted as the number one target in all the galaxy, and everyone but Rhys wins at the end of the day.
>>44928726Alright so I think I am misreading this. Which option is the one for say that we're working for both of them, tell both of them we're lying to the other one and then figure out which side we're really on when we have our hands on the ships
>>44928764How do you expect Rhys to parley with the Empire and the Zann Consortium at the same time? Their only line they have to use is "give me the fleet, or I kill you."

>>44928895Newest episode of Star Wars Rebels. They're Hammerhead corvettes that I eventually want to write into the Quest. I had the inkling of fully naming them Thranta-whatevernumberD Hammerhead corvettes just for formality but I might just call them Hammerheads.
My reasoning is that Rhys is a little in guilt over the death of the imperial servicemen so he'll want to make some amends. And like Schteel said, its gonna take more than this to break the patriot in him.
>>44928987True he feel guilty and Rhys is only at fault for not giving a warning before firing but he honestly shouldn't. This is the same empire that constantly screwed him because of his patriotism
>>44928987He might but they also fucked us over for being honest about ties and fucked us out of pay.Bastards. If it's anyone's fault those people died it was Lottie's. She's the commander. Buck stops with her.
>>44929024Rhys found himself in this situation with Lotte and the Empire because ultimately, where anyone else would accept Imperial claim jumping and walk away, Rhys took it personally.
>>44929024>>44929057More like lotto screwed him over. Its like the only way i can reconcile how he risks his life to save many imperial servicemen but when lotto comes into the picture, he just goes ape and runs like the dark lord himself is after him.So then if an offer comes to work for imperials again from a somewhat reasonable authority figure, someone who is not lotto. I think he would go for it.
>>44929063It could've been any other Imperial who stole the aurodium haul, but of all people, it HAD to be his best friend from flight school. That's why Rhys didn't back down and why he's completely fucked up now.
>>44929063And how could he not he invested a lot in that venture and he was screwed over by his 'family' who thought it will be a great idea to send bounty hunters after him to have a 'talk'
>>44928497>“We’ll take it up with the Empire.”Just to screw over Lotte by advancing this admiral.
>>44928497>“Let’s wait and see if anyone makes us a better offer.”Extremely tired of imperials.
>>44929093I totally disagree. The Empire as a whole fucked him over. This man is a lot smoother than Lottie but in the long run I don't expect anything good from it. It's also bad business for Misri. These inquisitors are not going to take kindly to her. Also find it really amusing that we've suddenly got a lot of stupidly late "Empire!" votes.
>>44929168The Empire's success hinges entirely on how good the information is off the Mustafar wreck. If the info is bad, then they're stuck in the same boat as everyone else.
>>44929168But smoother is exactly the person we like. Again in hindsight he might be a bad guy but Rhys other then his gut doesn't know how bad this guy is
>>44929168Not completely.Rhys has been helped by alot of the rank and file troopers and soldiers when we've been on the adventures. Like the sewers and the other troopers waving off the bounty hunters.
>>44929226Both Misri and Rhys's gut are saying this guy stinks something foul. Watch, we're going to have to go to war with the Empire (again) to protect Misri from the inquisitors and end up crashing with a Force tradition group that teaches Misri the secrets of the Force.
>>44929262Then Misri becomes an arrogant and distant Jedi and Rhys is left alone with his Tarisian Ale and sadness.
>>44929292and all is right with the galaxy
>>44929292Nah, Misri is way too grounded to become an asshole Force Adept at the drop of a hat. Besides, all the Jedi are dead, stupid.
> “We’ll take it up with the Empire.”> “Let’s wait and see if anyone makes us a better offer.”> I don’t normally allow these kinds of combination votes but the Empire votes came in extremely late and I am willing to compromise for now.“We’ll work with the Empire on this. For now,” you declare. “I don’t imagine they’ll pay us in advance, we might need to work that out. But…” You cross your arms. “Let’s see how far we can take it with Admiral Reike.”“Thought you said you had a bad vibe about him,” says Kuvasz.“I do. But this is our best lead for the Katana Fleet.” You look at them all, then take a deep breath. “If Zann or anybody else asks, we’re still open for business. Got that?” They all nod, in agreement. “Good. I want you all to stay on the ship until I call for you. Misri, you especially.” She looks at you, surprised. “It’s not safe for you out there.”“Why?” She stands up, tilting her head. “What’s out there?”“Let’s just say that they might give a way worse feeling than Reike.” She looks at you, concerned. “I’ll take R5 and Lev with me for now, I’ll go talk with him.”--“So, not fully committed?” he says. You nod as the two of you head into one of the main hangars. “I understand. But do know this, if you are attempting to pull what they call a ‘fast one’ on me or the Empire, rest assured we will not take lightly to it.” You look back to see the Sisters following in your footsteps. They halt when they notice that you see them. “They are intimidating, they frighten me sometimes.” He pats your arm, making you flinch. “But, let’s just get to work.”[1/2]
>>44929262Needs more suffering and rage. That will send Rhys over the side and send all the dreads to the rebels.
>>44929374[2/2]The hangar opens up to reveal the aged soot covered wreck of an old Dreadnaught-class cruiser. Multiple breaches in the hull are visible all over it, along with burns from lava as well. One of the thrusters is completely gone, while the weapons have been stripped bare, probably by the native Mustafarians. “This is the Aplomado, a Dreadnaught of the Katana Fleet. We tried to crack the navigation logs, but unfortunately they are heavily encoded, and somewhat corrupt as well. It seems we are simply too advanced to crack these old codes. > Start with the exterior. Perhaps there’s something they missed on the outside.--“We’ve mostly scoured the exterior hull of all useful information,” says one scientist. “So far, we have not found anything that would indicate a likely destination or even travel path. The crash on Mustafar would have also burned off most exterior markings as well, which means specifically identifying this ship’s position in the Fleet will be difficult.”You dust away some of the soot, a mask covering your face as you examine every nook and cranny on the outside of the hull. “I see that,” you say. “Listen, buddy. Have you done any more scans of the outside of the ship beyond detecting for unique astronomical features that would specifically identify any landmarks? Perhaps particles from a certain nebula like the Veil.”The scientist shakes his head. “Our scanners are top of the line, we would have found something by now if there were,” he says.Judging by how dirty the ship is, you’re not sure of that. You continue to manually dust the ship, then turn around.“Agh!” You jump back to see the Sisters standing right behind you. “Wh- stop doing that!” you yell.“No,” they both say.Wow. Now you know how annoying you are when you give responses like that. “Look. If you’re just going to stand there, be useful. Help me clean this like Lev and R5 over there.” The two droids are busy on a separate gurney scrubbing out the soot and looking for any unique astronomical markings or particles that would help narrow down any particular regions that the Katana Fleet may have passed through.[1/2]
>>44930340[2/2]Wait. You hold up a scanner and look at a speck of what appears to be some sort of dust on your end of the hull. Huh. You carefully scan it, then let the computer do the rest of the work identifying it.“It appears the scum has a breakthrough, sister,” says the one on the left. The one on the right says, “I fear for him, this must be his biggest achievement so far.” You roll your eyes.Particles, very faint particles yes. But thankfully the layer of ash and soot protected it from the lava. It appears to be ionized gas particles that appears to be deformed, stretched out even. You blink. No, it couldn’t be. The scientist looks over your shoulder. “What is it?”“Leftover ionized gas particles,” you say. “From the Maw nebula.” He tilts his head, in disbelief. “That doesn’t make sense though, Mustafar and the Maw are on separate sides of the galaxy. I-…” Wait, if it turns out to be as you suspect. “Do the slave circuits on the ship still work?” you ask.“They do,” says the scientist. “We’ve been trying to decode it for months but we made no progress.”“So…” You scratch your chin. “Then that means the Fleet is still alive. If the lead ship were deactivated or destroyed, the others logically following the leader would also shutdown. Like a big droid army at Naboo.” The scientist nods, following your hypothesis. “But why would the Fleet suddenly be at Mustafar then at the Maw, or…” Hm. Interesting.“Are you quite done?” asks the Sister on the left.> “Are you?”> “I am, I think I know where to go next.”> “Not yet, let’s see what else I can dig up.”> Other

>>44930288> Losing Alderaan will destroy her, even if they were Rebel sympathizers.Even out of universe there are people who think the Empire was totally justified in destroying Alderaan, and they can see all the fucked up shit the Empire does in the whole setting. Do you really think someone looking at it from the perspective of someone inside the Empire is going to think twice about it? Unless someone already knows about the atrocities the Empire commits, they're not going to doubt the Empire's justification about destroying Alderaan.
>>44930933What was their justification for it anyway. To test the deathstar, rebel sympathizers
> “Not yet, let’s see what else I can dig up.”> “Are you?”“Are you?” you ask them in the most sarcastic way possible.“No,” they both say in response. Augh. Now you see why nobody likes Inquisitors. “Continue your investigation, vermin,” says the rightmost one. “It is much better entertainment for us than standing by the Admiral’s side all day.”You roll your eyes. “Well, we do have stuff in the inside we need to look at. R5!” you yell. He looks over at you. “Get me a hazard suit! We’re going in!”--The interior of the Dreadnaught has actually been cleaned very well. Not a spot or speck of dirt or grime anywhere. You guess that the Empire wants to make sure that the virus that killed the crew won’t spread to the station. An understandable fear but unfortunately it may adversely affect your ability to investigate the cause of the virus getting on board. Right now, you, several scientists, R5, and the Sisters were aboard the bridge. One scientist directs you to the Captain’s chair. “Here, the Captain’s console can interface directly with the rest of the Fleet. Apparently the ship can still interface with the rest of the Fleet, but there’s too much corrupted data for us to decipher the destination of the signals that this ship sends out in response.”“Fair enough,” you say. “What about the nav logs?”“Encrypted and partially corrupted. The encryption is decades old and unfortunately the process of deciphering it has been lost to time,” says the scientist. “We’re trying to relearn how to crack it.”“What about recordings? Anything of that nature?”“No,” he says. “Unfortunately we simply we have nothing to build reference upon inside of the ship.”Great. Well, at least you made some progress. “You know, it’s quite the thing that you guys are pursuing the Katana Fleet anyway. I thought the Empire dismissed it as a myth.”[1/2]
>>44931172[2/2]“We do,” says the scientist. “Unofficially, we follow up all leads. Unfortunately for us, there was a recent security leak. The information we had deciphered was uploaded to the holonet, which allowed other groups to find out that there is a chance that the Katana Fleet is out there.” He sighs, rubbing his head. “Admiral Reike has been in a fit about it, it means that everyone and their mothers is looking for that Fleet, which is going to be difficult on us.”“Right.” You shrug. “Well, don’t worry. With me onboard, you’ll find it.”He rolls his eyes. “I’m so confident.”Still, you have to wonder what the Katana Fleet was doing in the Maw Nebula. Hm. “R5.” He turns his head to you. “How old are you?”“Approximately ten years old,” he says. Darn. That would put him post Katana Fleet, his decryption skills would be useless then. “Sir, I believe we do actually have a way to decrypt the navigation logs.”“Oh?” you ask.“I recognize this encryption. Let me patch you through to Vikker,” he calls. In a few seconds, Vikker comes up on the holoprojector.“What do you need?” he asks.“Vikker, the encryption for the nav logs are apparently something that R5 recognizes,” he says. “And something that you may help with.” A flash of numbers and symbols appear on his end. “Do you recognize any of this?”He scratches his chin. “I do actually, it’s Old Republic security coding, high security stuff. Before the Clone Wars, the Republic used what was called an infinite probability encrypter, which would hide data behind walls and walls of useless data that would endlessly duplicate the further a slicer got in unless a specific decryption key was entered.” He tilts his head, looking at you intently. “… you think I know how to decrypt this, don’t you?”[2/3]
>>44931191[3/3]“Don’t you have experience?” you ask.“Not personally,” he says. “I do know however some… less than honest folk who may.” You look at the scientists. “Mind if they leave?” You nod, then motion all of them to leave. They grumble a bit, exiting the room. The Sisters stay however.“Yeah, you two have to leave as well,” you say.“Feh.” They both scoff as they leave you in the room by yourself.“Alright,” you say. “Who’s your man?”“He works for the Rebel Alliance,” he says. “Decodes and decrypts Imperial transmissions. But I haven’t contacted him in years. And considering your experience with the Rebels, I’m not sure we could make a working relationship work.” And there’s another big issue, if the Rebels aren’t already aware of the Katana fleet, asking one of their known men might leak it out to them. And that’s another issue entirely.> “No. We’ll make it work.”> “You’re right, I’ll pass on that.”> “Give him a call at least while I see if I can find anything more out.”> Other
>>44931212>“Give him a call at least while I see if I can find anything more out.”Keep all the options open, we can always kidnap him if worst comes to worst
>>44931212> “Give him a call at least while I see if I can find anything more out.”
>>44931212>> Other"If R5 could make some sense of the encryption, maybe a droid from before the clone wars could help. You got anybody who has old droids?"
>>44931212>“You’re right, I’ll pass on that.”> OtherWe can try to find older astromech and slicer droids, ones that pre-date the Clone Wars.Far better than trying to get a Rebel codebreaker to work for us.Also means less competition.
>>44931212thirding >>44931276it's easy, we'll be able to afford it if we pull this off, and what better way to solve old puzzles than an old brain?
>>44931212>> “Give him a call at least while I see if I can find anything more out.”also>>44931276
>>44931212>>44931276This or try r3
>>44931339>>44931246>>44931251Giving him a call is all sorts of bad.The Rebels know that Vikker is with us, and if he starts asking their codebreaker about old Republic security codes, they're going to start wondering. And we don't want them to suspect any more than they already do.
>>44931212> “No. We’ll make it work.”you know, so we get a full on Mexican standoff after we finally find the fleet
>>44931212>>44931276This or try R3
>>44930984If memory serves, they claimed that Alderaan was developing bioweapons for the rebellion, with which they intended to kill most sapient life in the galaxy, and that the Empire saved the galaxy by destroying them.
>>44931212>“You’re right, I’ll pass on that.”
> Other“I got a better idea. If R5 can make sense of the encryption, maybe a droid from before the Clone Wars can help us. What better way to solve an old puzzle than an old brain?”Vikker wags his finger, nodding. “See, there’s your problem. The droid would have to pre-date the Clone Wars by several years. At best, you’d need something that’d pre-date the Naboo crisis. Those droids would be over 30 years old. I don’t know anybody with droids that old. Even scavvers on Tatooine don’t have clankers that old. And even then, you’d have to find a droid that hasn’t been mindwiped, one they get mindwiped, they have to relearn basically everything anyway.”“Hm.” You’re not giving up on this though. It’s much more preferable than working with the Rebel Alliance. “Well… maybe there’s an old droid that got tossed away in some old junkyard like Raxus Prime. They’re still scrapping old Venators there, we might pick something up.”“Doubtful, you’d spend years trying to dig up a droid on there,” he says. “What about the Furies?” he asks. Apparently he’s now getting into it. At least he’s helping.“No, they’re Clone Wars tech, not pre-dating. What about R3?” you ask.Vikker shakes his head. “R3 series was introduced shortly before the Clone Wars, right after the Katana Fleet.” Damn it.“Well, we need something at least from the Naboo crisis then,” you say. “… remember the Naboo crisis?”“Yeah,” says Vikker. “Hell, the Naboo crisis was partially the reason for the construction of the Katana Fleet. A fast response force that could break illegal blockades.” He tilts his head, curiously. “What are you thinking?”You sigh. “… you know how I can’t go back to Naboo?”“You have to go back to Naboo,” he says.“I have to go back to Naboo.”
That's it for today's surprise thread of Star Wars: Fortune Hunter. Thank the Lord for class cancellations. Tomorrow we'll have another thread of this, so stay tuned for that. Hope you all enjoyed.Follow at: https://twitter.com/GermanSchteelAsk at: http://germanschteel.tumblr.com/See you next time.
>>44931875Thanks for the thread German, any new loot of things from this thread that might not have been mention or upgrades?
>>44931875Looking forward to it, thanks for running, Schteel.I'll have something to do tomorrow while I'm held up in my apartment by Fuck You Weather.
>>44931846>have to go back to Naboo>another chance to break Gungan faces and shove blasters down Gungan throats>stick a plasma grenade in a Gungan's mouth and put it on a deadman switch, then start throwing vibroknives at him while he spins on a giant wheel.I'm really not seeing a problem with this course of action.
>>44931898Honestly, not that I can remember. Which is a shame really.Though Misri will actually start fitting R3 with one of the spare DH-17 blasters. She'll saw off the barrels and remove all the unnecessary parts to make them fit.>>44931911Ah don't be a pussy, winter's great. It's the season that lets you stay in and be comfy and it's also right before baseball season too.>>44931939Hey, there's a reason Rhys isn't welcome on Naboo anymore.
>>44931945>there's a reason Rhys isn't welcome on Naboo anymore. And this is a chance to make him not welcome again.it's a chance to hurt Gungans; how can this be bad?If they have something, we'll just take it by force. We'll just keep breaking fingers and cutting open Gungans until they give up what we want.
>>44931945But what's the difference between the DH-17 and the unidentified blaster R# already has now.Or are you talking about R5? So is Lotte drinking into a coma yet? Also What is Jeannis been doing on Corusant. anyone contact her?
>>44931984Jesus Christ, Gungans aren't that bad, just one Gungan. and plus i want to loot their boom boom grenades, we are slowly going through our own explosives.
>>449319851. Actually I am talking about R5, my mistake.2. Trying, failing.3. Actually, no. She's still hanging out on Coruscant, awkwardly trying to blend in with the locals but failing due to Zygerrian upbringing.
>>44932034Oh come on, it's her own fault? What did she think Rhys was going to do?Besides wasn't it her own fault for not heeding his warning? Also that family thing must be bullshit right?
>>44931984Given what I saw in the new films, I'll take Jar Jar. At least I could take him somewhat seriously as a Senator.
>>44932034Did we recover any sims from that Admiral guy for Misri? Also wouldn't the sister sense Misri because the force?
>>44932075The family thing isn't entirely bullshit. Being disowned by her family on Alderaan means she has to make family somewhere else. With Pil dead, Jarik and Eudora being too far away to reasonably contact, and Russ being a total dickweed, Rhys is or was probably the last bit of family she had left.>>449321031. He'll give you some between threads as a favor.2. The Sisters are not very powerful with the Force. They can only reasonably sense other force sensitive beings at what would be near point blank range. Most of their Force ability goes into their nearly unshakable Force Bond and other more physical Force powers.
>>44932034Which DH-17? The one we gave to Vikker or the one we gave to our Mando friend? Also can we do anything to the portable Quod Cannon we took from the Bailoff? Like attach it to a ship or something.
>>44932034We should contact Jeannis, buy something for leaving her hanging in a place where the parking fees can be pretty high. Is the Admiral gloating to Lotte that he did what she couldn't, just by actually cutting Rhys in for a reasonable fee?Has he given her a good yelling at for completely and utterly fucking up a useful asset, letting Rebels board an Imperial Star Destroyer, getting men killed for nothing, and a hangar damaged enough to need time in a spacedock?
>>44932145What is your favorite starfighter?
>>44932162>portable Quod Cannon we took from the Bailoff? Like attach it to a ship or something.Shouldn't we just have Kuvasz use it? It's a man-portable weapon for a reason.
>>44932145Well then she probably shouldn't have tried to go full Halt, Criminal Scum on us, should she? The Sisters would basically have to feel up Misri to discover her hidden power. Hawt.
>>44932145Which she used Bounty Hunters to try and capture, stole his treasure and then ried to guilt him while using a tractor beam?So how did she justify her actions this time? Especially that last bit. Considering she 'knew' Rhys so well.
>>44932187The TIE Opressor, he keeps showing it to us like a stripper on a half deal day.>>44932199Yeah, but really on limited use though and has limited ammunition.
>>449321621. Kuvasz's.2. Misri would need to find a reasonable spot for it. Otherwise it might be useful for the sidecar on the swoop bike or something.>>449321693. The Admiral has allowed Lotte to return to service. Lotte requested that Rhys fall under her charge, but the Admiral denied it. He stated very simply, "you had your chance and you blew it." End transmission.>>44932187While I love the TIE Fighters, the X-Wings, the B-Wings, and the TIE Interceptor, I have a very soft spot for the N-1 Starfighter.>>44932210Figure it out for yourself, anon. I can't keep feeding you character motivations. Lotte just really wanted you to stop. She had you in her grasp and you basically slapped her to get out of it.
>>44932245Aw.I wish the Admiral had laid out every single way that Lotte had failed to cultivate Rhys as an Imperial Asset, and that she should leave the real work to competent professionals.
>>44932245What about the turret gunner for the E-Wing or is that weaker to the medium laser cannon? Oh my goodness, I do want a N1-Starfighter. I hope we get to take one from a Naboo junkyard!
>>449322911. I dunno, something about the Wook. There's nothing I know about an E-Wing.
>>44932322I'm sorry I mean the H-wing, got my letters confused. will the Portable Quod cannon be better then the Medium laser cannon on the turret?I'm a bit confused why did Lotte asked to have Rhys go to her charge after that spat with him not moments ago. Did she see us go into the other Star Destroyer and if so what is her reaction.
>>449323851. The medium laser cannon is a bit more powerful and accurate. The Cip-quad is more designed for laying down firepower than for precision.2. She asked specifically because she saw you go into the Admiral's Battlecruiser. She saw that maybe she could have a second chance which is why she asked.
>>44932430At saving Face or restoring a friendship after telling him about being a hero"Speaking of which how do her men think of us, sure we blew up their hanger but we helped them repel the B2 Battle droids. Also just to double check we won 40,000 credits from the race?
>>449324901. The latter.2. Their feelings are mixed. The TIE pilots think you're pretty cool. The Stormtroopers could care less. The Navy troopers think you're a dick. Commander Luyties thinks you're handsome though.3. Yep.
>>44932540She is aware that without Rys she still has a ship right? Also What type of rebel ships attacked her anyway?Huh, I would think the TIE Pilots would hate him due to the fact we blew up their hanger. I also assume the Technitions think we are a dick too.
>>44932245For some reason I find your taste in fighters odd. I like the Naboo, but I never really saw it as much more than ceremonial.I'm not sure if I prefer the Aethersprite or the Skipray. There's real advantages to both.
>>44932540I want to find a way to rub it in Lotte's face that the only reason Rhys was doing shit to Imperial forces was because she kept on backstabbing him, and he practically jumped at the first Imperial admiral that gave him a straight deal (granted, he has yet to deliver), and didn't try to screw him out of a big find. That everything she did only made Rhys angrier and more prone to reject the Empire when he would have just been happy to be a privateer if she just wasn't so stupid.
>>44932540Then why she told him off in the first place or did she realize what she did or more likely seeing she went to the other guy, thought that Rhys must have seen reason.
>>449325881. An MC30c frigate along with three CR90 Corvettes and a Bulk Cruiser filled with droids attempted to pounce the Star Destroyer with the hopes of catching it off guard when it came out of hyperspace in its blind spot in the rear.>>44932595My love for the N-1 mostly lies in its aesthetic. I love the chromium and how beautiful and shining it looks. It's pretty dope. I already planned on the Naboo resistance using old ones painted red and gray, and even using N1-T Advanced Starfighters broken out of mothballs.>>44932624no bully>>44932645The latter.
>>44932645Rhys didn't see the type to rub that into her face. More like point out that if she came to see him because he finally saw 'reason' to become great will only state the facts and her fuck ups.
>>44931945>Hey, there's a reason Rhys isn't welcome on Naboo anymore.Let me guess: he made a pass at the Queen? Or did he fuck one of the Queen's servant girls?
>>44932683and I assume all of them were destroyed? Why do the T.I.E. pilots think we are cool we blew up their shit, I thought it was the Opposite since we helped the Navy but fucked the Pilots and the Technicians or did they blame their commander for that fuck up.
I feel bad for Lottie, looking back, but she tried to play her "brother" and he lashed out.Life's hard enough without family tripping you in the hallway.Hope she redeems herself.
>>44932752>Hope she redeems herself.Redemption implies that she sees that she fucked up, and those mistakes were her fault, instead of blaming others for not acting like she wanted them to.That's unlikely to happen. So we may as well rub it in her face.
>>44932683Any changes to relations by the way? >>44932781I think it's less of rubbing it in her face and more like pointing out the facts of why we are pissed.
>>44932726It involves the Naboo resistance, gungans, and Rhys stealing something very sacred to the Gungans while also fucking the Naboo Resistance in the ass.>>44932747All ships were destroyed except for the Bulk Cruiser, which surrendered at the arrival of more Star Destroyers and the Redeemer's arrival.Captain Ulgo was very proud of you, cultivating your reputation amongst her TIE Pilot complement. You were already pretty well-known amongst the Flight Schools, mostly as the guy that invented the Beam Defence Position and for being good enough to go toe-to-toe with Vader. You might have destroyed their fighters, but you did it in the most fantastic way possible. Also, the Navy troopers don't like you because you stunned them and one of their officers in the prison block.>>44932811Empire is now neutral.
>>44932781Did you see how pissed he was? I don't think our dear smuggler/archaeologist/ace pilot would be any happier throwing it back in her face to laugh at her. Still, she will ABSOLUTELY get told the frak off.
>>44932781>>44932811There's plenty of things we could point and rub to make amends. Or make it worse. Either is okay.
>>44932837Lewd. I like it.
>>44932747I vaguely remember that TIE pilots are encouraged not to get attached to particular fighters. So they're probably not terribly torn up about that.
>>44932830>You might have destroyed their fighters, but you did it in the most fantastic way possible. That sounds like Naval jocks alright. Also are they all aware that Rhys's crew saved them. Also how pissed are the bounty hunters and who are they pissed at?
>>44932683>no bullyYes bully. Bully the Lotte until she cries delicious tears for us to drink. That is my fetish.
>>449328931. They are pretty much aware, thanks to Captain Ulgo singing more of your feats and having camera footage to prove it.2. Very pissed. Except for Kublai and MadClaw, they're too busy bro'ing it up and watching bad holomovies together. Black Swan and her cronies though are mostly just pissed at everybody.>>44932916anon pls
>>44932934I wonder if we could just give them a few strips of aurodium (reformed so that it doesn't look like it came from an ingot, of course) and just say we're square (enough that they won't go out of their way to mess with us).
>>44932934I don't get Lotte, she's mad at us yet praises us. Hell, we were made to kill her own men when she didn't let us go after warning her to.
>>44932934I like Madclaw and Kublai. Also any chance of us stealing a N1-fighter. Hell can R5 and R3 be able to pilot one by themselves?
>>44933000It's a bit of linger respect for what you did in Flight School and what you continue to do. Just because she's mad doesn't mean she won't acknowledge that you're a good pilot.>>44932999You'll need to figure out some way to at least make it square with Black Swan. Maybe a bit of the horizontal hula huehuehue>>44933050Probably, if you play your cards right. R5 and R3 could probably pilot them if they figure out the autopilot.
>>44933067Will we start with Buying stuff from Jennis? Or are we going straight to Naboo? Will we be able to buy from Kurt space yard now? Will we be able to fit a Naboo Fighter in the cargo bay ?
>>44933067>make it square with Black SwanCloned lungs and a dip in a bacta tank?
>>44932034Wait why is Lotte drinking, i thought she will be celebrating that Rhy is 'back in the fold?"I mean that was what she wanted right?
Can't we just put explosives in all the Dreadnaughts before we sell them?
>>44933067http://pastebin.com/tDp7LrNMHere is the updated Pastebin.
>>449331131. Going straight to Naboo.2. Nope.3. Maybe, I'll have to check later. There's still a good amount of space left I think.>>449331164. Maybe.>>449331275. Somewhat.
>>44933237Thank you, anon. I'll start putting these in the OP posts.
>>44933238>2. Nope.I knew we should have put in an order for a Raider Class Corvette when we could.>my space when no mini-destroyer
>>44933255Thanks, just let me know if there are any inaccuracies in the pastebin.
>>44933238Well we removed the ingots so if anything we might have to epand the hanger doorAlso how did the Admiral know about us so much, I thought Ulgo using us was a dirty little secret, since people in position using scum is bad for them politically.
>>44933127Maybe when asked why Rhys decided to go back to working for the Empire, he can tell the questioner it was because he met an Admiral that was willing to give him a fair deal and wouldn't backstab him at the drop of a hat, unlike Lotte who drove him away in the first place.Just proclaim it to any Imperial who asks that if it wasn't for Lotte, we'd have been a happy privateer working for the Empire, shooting up Rebels. That us staying with the Empire was no thanks to Lotte, and everything to do with the Admiral dealing fairly with us. Make it very public that all of our shooting at Imperials and blowing a hole in the Balmora wouldn't have ever happened, if Lotte hadn't done her level best to screw us over at every opportunity that came up.
>>44933357The Empire has eyes and ears everywhere, and the Admiral was able to learn quite a bit about you considering that Rhys doesn't really try to make his actions very secret. Lotte as well was very quick to boast about you when he asked her as well.
>>44933376Will Lotte get the hint if Rhys stops calling her by name, and instead refers to as "the screwup", "backstabber", "traitor", "incompetent washout", and other such descriptors?
>>44933363That would mean Rhys is the center of the universe. Even his ego isn't that big.>>44933376So his entire display was basically to butter him up espeically the new TIEs?Also will we contact Jennis while we travel to Naboo?
>>44933409i thought i said no bully.>>44933417Basically. Even Rhys has to admit that one doesn't just bring in experimental TIEs just for the sake of it. I had intended on a prototype TIE Defender appearing but we didn't get to it.
>>44933441With just how frothing angry Rhys got, to the point where he killed people he was so angry, I think it's within character to treat Lotte as worse than Rebel scum.
>>44933238Why somewhat? She got what she wanted so why try and fail drinking herself under the table
>>44933441But bully Rhys is best Rhys. And bullied Lotte is too cute an image to let go.
>>44933487She wanted him back in the fold beneath her.
>>44933409Oh, we could relegate Lotte to the same level that she treats Wookies. She's not a person, she's a 'thing', an 'it'.Rhys says "Why is 'that' here?", or "What's 'that' doing here?", or "Do we really need to bring it along?"
>>44933487>>44933514She wanted Rhys back in her folds, if you know what I mean.
>>44933543Honestly, the best way to ruin her is to ignore her.She wants to be important and shit. Just don't give her the time of day and it will devastate her. Then when you are forced to acknowledge her you just go ahead with the less than nothings speak.
>>44933441Will you add the Hammerhead to the Rebel fleet? Also why do all the Rebels we meet have some advance tech?
>>44934005>Also why do all the Rebels we meet have some advance tech? The most powerful rebel leaders are from some pretty rich worlds. The Organas, Mon Mothma. The core of their fleets were converted luxury cruise liners built by the Mon Calla.
