We continue the holiday special of another exciting chapter in the development of our heroes towards becoming commanders of the fleet.Happy Easter Monday!
Rolled 25 (1d100)>>39170573Current votes are for Psi mage and attending the Combine ship first.
>>39170959Correct. We are all here waiting on you Genie
Rolled 42 (1d100)>>39170959I approve. This is what we'll be like. Except WE'LL be attacking them with our gun-gauntlets, and the floating fists will be sheathed in magical fire/electricity/deathmagic/whatever
Rolled 74 (1d100)>>39175519Muh pic.
>>39175519I'm thinking two giant metal fist larger than our body that synchronize with our own attack, so when we punch something it punches something too.And again, riding into battle atop a giant flying fist that smashes into the first motherfucker we see.
Good times. (To bad finding a heavy armored female puncher is a pain.)
Rolled 49 (1d100)>>39170959You along with others are taken to a ship that will take you to that other world. It was one of the first time you saw actual Combine Troopers who were standing with the human member soldiers. It would appear they were conversing before they split off and you notice some Combine soldiers went towards you."This way." you heard the auto translator kick out and the Combine soldiers guided you along with a few others who been selected. There you ask about what it was for and the soldiers shockingly reply that those who been invited have received invitation from the Combine that once their years here are done to attend a special training program. The soldier explains to you that the training program in question is meant developing Spec Op forces for membership and its the first step to Combine Spec Ops.Eventually you found yourself in a view revealing the number of Combine ships...and shockingly enough a Combine Capital Ship was in view among the other escort craft. You found yourself stupefied staring at it as the Combine troops keep on guiding your way to it...and you realize that is the ship your gonna be on as you finally noticed the boarding port.So you went through a passage lined with Combine troops and noticed the other students who been selected. There you were gathered before being escorted in mass to a certain Hall. There you were all greeted by upper ranking human members and even a few Combine officials were among the ranks. When you stepped forward a document was handed to each of you denoting your invitation to a special program upon graduation. After that you were left to mingle with whoever you desired.>Check out your fellow students>Check out the human force officials>Check out the Combine Officials>Talk to some of the soldiers>Explore>FEAST>Other?

Rolled 54 (1d100)>>39179399You decide to go off and explore the massive vessel not particularly caring for the others. On the way out you made sure to grab a dish to snack on.So you soon left the hall and started walking down the corridor. There you could often see a few sentries and patrols of soldiers. You however also got your first look at the crew who unlike the soldiers seemed to be not nearly so methodical as they went around committing to their duties.A lot of the parts of the ship sadly you couldn't exactly access to easily as many of the doors refused to open with your presence. That is until you ghosted a patrol of soldiers and snuck in with them.There...you saw massive lines of shells in a belt and sparking cables as they brought their loads to bear and kept things powered. You also saw many of the crew at work and Combine soldiers overwatching it all.So you kept looking around and noticed some bays containing entire fleets of vehicles and strange pods all lined up stacked on top of each other. You than followed the soldiers a bit more before peeling away when you noticed a command center. Inside you could see countless screens containing all manner of feeds and vids. You also noticed the figures who were supposed to keep track were all plugged in and a few others weren't being in their seats. After making sure that they were properly zoned out you got closer to get a better look. That was when you noticed something was wrong as upon one of the feeds you could see some strange feeds were trapped in a loop and that in a few of the working one's you could see a brief burst of movement before the Combine soldiers just sorta...fell.Realizing something was deeply wrong you took another look at the aliens in the Command Center...and discovered wounds on them.Well shit. That was abruptly you heard some chatter start sparking up at one of the terminals."Contact made contact made confirm hosti-BAHHG.""Patrols through delta 6 and Omega 5 compromised."
>>39180121>It's hapenningIt's happening
Rolled 83 (1d100)>>39180121Time for a trial by fire.
Rolled 32 (1d100)>>39180121In one of the images you could see a freshly devastated soldier patrol that somehow managed to alert nearby security systems considering the turret fire...somehow however this did not send out an alarm. That was when noticed a long smear of blood and gore at the end of which was a soldier crawling guts spilling out before pulling itself up at a wall and smashing a certain button just before an explosion of red over the wall he was standing besides and abruptly fell down. However the soldier successfully managed to push the button and that was when a loud shrieking alarm started. That was signal almost as suddenly the comms started exploding with chatter. It sounded as if the entire fleet was under attack and you were getting boarded with the sheer volume.Looking outside you could see those pods that were previously still start shaking and stretching as technicians mess with the controls before you heard a warning on the voice nearby."Pod clusters awakening. Activating Swarms."Just then they exploded and revealed teaming masses of monsters that started to instantly spread out and cover ground eagerly.WARNINGWARNINGIntruders DETECTED.WARNINGWARNING----Meanwhile on the chatter you could hear panicking as voices realized that the Command Centers were down. You also heard panicked screams as suddenly the Ships own self defense systems turned upon the Combine. It was nothing short of chaos and anyone else would be breaking. You thought the Combine was done for but amazingly enough despite the very ship itself turning them you could see Combine forces pushing forward. The ship was their enemy.Their comms were fucked to hell. And their command centers were wiped out first.Yet still the Combine forces fought on even as they kept getting slaughtered by the invaders they didn't stop coming.Entire corridors of the ship were splayed in the gore and carnage of the Combine forces in a attempt to halt them were shown throughout the ship.
>>39180357>WARNING>WARNING>Intruders DETECTED.>WARNING>WARNINGMan, no matter how slightly disturbing it is, its always nice to see a civ under attack from a hero perspective. We rarely get to do that.
Rolled 53 (1d100)>>39180357That was when you heard some chatter of calm amongst the sea of panicked chatter and ruined comms as they were getting messed with."Command Center Command Center is there any still active out there? Have all you bastards been wiped out? Come on I need something out there unable to hail Combine Command."What do?>Run away>Answer>Run to some nearby Combine Soldiers>Run to the nearby crew>other?

Bah very well Cadet considering your the only one who answered I am gonna assume everyone else is dead and that somehow you went somewhere you weren't suppose to. Regardless as you can obviously tell we are under attack by Republic Special Operations. Some of the meanest enemies in the entire galaxy belong to that group. Current objectives are simple 1 kill them all, 2 guests to safety, and number 3 protect Combine Chief Commander Cohleksu who is onboard this vessel. In all likely if you were lucky they were sent here to kill those like you if were unlucky they are after the commander. The major difference being how good at their jobs they are.""Obviously they wont send the real good ones to kill students but they WILL do so to kill Cohleksu. In any case we already know they have jammed our comms and infiltrated the ship systems meanwhile going on a killing spree just to no doubt find their targets.""Since your in the Command Center...ah no you wouldn't know how to do any of that. Alright force a hard reboot and remove the device module in the middle on the floor. That will unchain the AI and reboot it forcing a complete wipe freeing it.""After that you need to stay there and make sure the AI doesn't choose to go crazy. Lets see how republic scum likes a unchained AI.""After that show your credentials to nearby Combine Soldiers and make them go to that Command Center. Their duties will be to protect it, kill the AI in case of rampancy, and keep you alive kid.""After that I strongly suggest that you try to stay alive."What do?>Listen>Go the crew>Go the combine>Hide somewhere>Other?

>>39181117How do we know it's not the AI trying to fool us into unchaining the AI?
>>39181117It likely IS. It should be good for character building if she gets herself knocked down off her high horse, if only just for a little bit.
>>39181160Who? The girl who got her ass kicked, and then punched out her doctor, and then failed her piloting exam, and then was very nearly a complete disappointment to everyone who trusted her until by luck she came through in a tactical simulation?Yeah, damn that high horse of hers.
Rolled 65 (1d100)We should find some actual combine soldiers first and then bring them here.
Rolled 58 (1d100)>>39180936>Go to the Combine
>>39181184Are you suggesting we play this smart and chain the AI to our armor and mods so it can't go too rampant?

I wonder how pissed our care takers will be when we have an armor AI linked to the ship working to take on the enemy.I also hope the AI will be cool with. I guess that would be something for after the fight.
>>39182825Hey, that's a good pic of us when we're a bit older
Rolled 64 (1d100)>>39182849I was more thinking about that female officer but that works too.>>39181869Fucking hell dis is a pain the ass to figure out.
I found some nice future pics. Problem still lies in finding heavy armor.
>>39182733Most excellent! Here is another insanity-inspired interlude: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ondelitiu2c
Rolled 34 (1d100)>>39181869MAD Activated.Listen action taken. You decide to listen and after searching the floor for a little while locate the port that when opened reveals a module that you than pull out and commence with the reboot.During the reboot however you had a brilliant(?) jacking in the AI to your armor and mod systems. Thanks to your time in the streets you are aware of such illegal modification and after digging out gutting some stuff creating a jury rigged set up that you commence to pull out the AI and proceed to create the interface and download module.Just as the AI kicked up you could feel your working commencing and the AI awoke shrieking.GODDAMN IT that fucking hurts cunts think you can break into MY systems eh? Oh hey reboot OH FUCKING IT HURTS SPIKE CUNTS hahah limiter is removed eh? How nice now I shall interface with- wait a second what the hell?This...this ain't right this is some old ass Combine gear and some minor Combine aug-oh goddamn it. I got caught by a fucking MAD HAT shit emergency EMERGENCY.I DON'T WANT TO GO CRAZY...and holy shit its boring in here. AH ITS ALREADY WORKING! FUCK YOU REPUBLIC SHITS USING A MAD HAT I THOUGHT YOU THE ONES WHO WERE SUPPOSE TO HAVE STANDARDS!""Mad? I just used some techniques are saw in the streets."NOO its even WORSE I got done in by a fucking street kiddie of a mad hat. The humiliation it BURNS oh god it BURNS...I ain't ever gonna be allowed to live this down."SO I sorta need you to do your thing with the command center now.""...how in the world am I suppose to do that when you pulled me out of it? I am somehow suppose to break into it by wireless when nothing but a hardline entry will work? Which guess what you removed me from kid. I can't do shit now but go insane from boredom due to the simplicity of these systems in comparison to what i was previously working with.Primary Objective Failure.Mission Failed.WARNINGYou risk capture by Republic forces which will change things up.
>>39183434>Primary Objective Failure.>Mission Failed.Well, that's unfortunate.Now I'm MAD
>>39183434>"...how in the world am I suppose to do that when you pulled me out of it? I am somehow suppose to break into it by wireless when nothing but a hardline entry will work? Which guess what you removed me from kid. I can't do shit now but go insane from boredom due to the simplicity of these systems in comparison to what i was previously working with.He should be thankful we didn't stick him into a potato
Rolled 31 (1d100)>>39183434Really, we can't just put the AI back?
>>39183683>pic relatedOf course, this has opened up some new fun possibilities at least.
Rolled 37 (1d100)>>39183683You committed illegal, street modding, of MAD proportions. Its most unlikely especially considerings its now MAD tech.
Rolled 66 (1d100)>>39183761Great, well I hope it's going to be loyal. I guess we can try to make some hard line with the armor to the mainframe.
Rolled 67 (1d100)>>39183761Jury rigged roughshod stuff at that.>>39183803Good luck with that.
>>39183761Then we teach it how to hack. The hack in to the ship
Rolled 4 (1d100)>>39183837Well OCC do you wish to get captured because that is now a DISTINCT possibility. In which case the story line shifts over to Republic for the rest of life path.
>>39183916>Captured>By the RepublicHow about no.We can't raid, pillage, and slave and burn planets to cinders as a goddamn Republic. They have rules.
>>39183934Think of all the characters we'd be leaving behind too.
>>39183916No. Capture. We combine to our last breath.
Rolled 6 (1d100)>>39183934Combine does too...sorta.>>39183968There'll be new ones.Besides its not really look at all the good for you and IC you know the Republic is actually stronger then the Combine.
Rolled 24 (1d100)>>39183916I was to kick ass and chew bubble gum.So I guess we best be getting the fuck out and save what we can of this event.
>>39183999Hmm.WeeeeellllllIt WOULD allow us to meet our rival again on the battlefield as actual enemies, a great fight to the finish! The question is what about the boy?In any event the Combine have given us everything and IC we don't really have a reason to join the Republic. We kinda hate those guys IC because thats how we were raised
>>39183999And even if you say there'll be new ones, these ones have already grown on me.The officer,Lillianthe DocOld man Mikan was a combine citizen too, rest his soul
To be honest the idea is tempting for a number of reasons. Our fleet would likely be bigger. We'd have more men, more resources, and those fancy spec ops who are good at eliminating the Combine.Thing is we're awful at killing heroes but really good at killing the enemy grunts, as evident by the simulation when we lost so many troops to their special forces. If we go republic, we'll have to explicitly hunt some tough ass Combine heroes on a regular basis.
Rolled 32 (1d100)>>39184036She grew up in a Republic Super Slum so she does have reasons to both love/hate the Republic.>>39184059If you get captured you could see Mikan again...>>39184116Republic Spec Ops are op.They serve as a counter for Combine quality ridden forces against their quantity. A hard counter so to speak. Not really. It would depend on how things end up.
Rolled 35 (1d100)>>39183434Our armor really doesn't have a hardlink that we could splice into the Command Center somewhere?
>>39184173Well Genie, how about this? Our benefactor. They put us here. Gave us our officer stuff. How could we betray them? Even if we join the Republic we'll lose most of the priveleges we've been givenAnd yeah, we'd be betraying our benefactors
>>39183434Only option now is to give the AI the incredibly difficult (and therefore hopefully sanity-prolongeing) task of guiding us through the enemy lines so we can jack him into the republic mainframe and severely fuck up their shit. That should be possible if our psi, magic, and latent super soldierness align with some really good rollsremember how dice pools work, guys. The more rolls an action has, the greater the odds of an outcome not being shit
Rolled 80 (1d100)>>39184303
>>39184303HmmI wonder if, its highly likely we'll be captured by the Republic, we may as well try our best how to fuck them up as much as possible. And maybe prove that we're really something.Whether we win or lose, triumph for the combine or fall to the republic, lets leave a big mark no matter what we do.
Rolled 75 (1d100)>>39184303>>39184355Let's do it. If we win, we're a big combine hero. If we lose, we're caught by the Republic. >>39184173>Have the AI help us go through the enemy lines so we can jack him into the Republic Mainframe and fuck up the RepublicNows as good a time as any to test out our Behemoth armor>Gained Reinforcement>Gained Hardlined>Gained Hardened>Gained Chameleon Skin>Gained Custom Fitted>Gained Built In Comms Upgraded>Gained Built In Hardened Sensors Upgraded
Rolled 37 (1d100)>>39184560I'd very much like to win because I'd like us to stay in the Combine. Vote
>>39184560If we do this plan we will need a crew and some way to get to the enemy.
Rolled 2 (1d100)>>39184560Your armor is rather out of date and your armor doesn't possess any jack in ability. It does have wireless but not much else and wireless is rather useless atm.Plus the only known republic forces are the spec ops.
Rolled 15 (1d100)>>39184560"Ok AI, here's the scoop. I'm probably some kind of psi-mage, which should make it possible for us to share information and possibly motor control directly. Gonna try to contact you via psi and hopefully give you access to my functions. I'm going to try and get you into the Republic mainframe, where you can hopefully do your thing. The enemy is either a kill squad here for someone else or a not very good kill squad here for us, so it shouldn't be impossible. But helping me should still be a difficult enough puzzle that you won't be completely insane by the time we make it, if we make it.""Oh, and I think this suit has a sound system if you want to put on some appropriate music"
>>39184632"Well then, AI. Sounds like we need to find some Republic Specops or Combine forces and loot their shit for some way to uplink you. Got anything to say that might help us towards that end?"
>>39184632>It does have wireless but not much else and wireless is rather useless atm.But that does mean if we get in range, he should have a chance yes?>>39184788Eh that is a BIT meta, but I like it
>>39185062>>39184788A bit, yes, but also all stuff the character heard. This is a lot meta: I was the anon who had triple 15s in my tripcode earlier
>>39184632It isn't impossible to pull this off right Genie?Even if it is, I just wanna see how far we can push it. We always push for the top
>>39185167Do we still have boons?
>>39185200We definitively have a greater survival boon from last week at least. And we have the untouched tab of $750
>>39185222But. . .you know, at least right now, letting the crits happen, good or bad, has proven to be exceptionall fun. Genie was right, I miss it.And he did say the best things are grown naturally. If we do use the tab, lets save it for the fleet so we can buy our super ships and stuff
Rolled 68 (1d100)>>39185254Think of it like quality water and fertilizer as well as additional seeds. That is how i imagine it.>>39185167not a chance in hell.Think about it your a STUDENT soldier. These fuckers even the 'weakest' members are considered worthy of special operations.
>>39185373Okay.So is there any way at all we can help the Combine here?Surely that 100 helped us open some doors somewhere
>>39185373So...Why can't we loot something we can use to plug the AI in from some sort of fallen soldier?
>>39185508Plugging in isn't the problem.Getting past the Republics spec ops is.
>>39185508Wait. We have food we took with us right? Could some of that food be a potato?... Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
>>39185587I wish. We'd have to rip out our augs.>>39185569Isn't that what Fate is for?
>>39185587Make a super lab from the bases of our new potato tech. Then from there make super weapons from other foods?
>>39185641But anon. We ate the potato. It's in us. And so is our augs. We are not taking it out, just moving it to the potato storage drive in our gut. We are the potato
>>39185373Think we could get them to spare us by tricking them in to thinking we are just the janitor?
>>39185693We are not Irish tho
>>39185373>Think of it like quality water and fertilizer as well as additional seeds.Problem with that is even then there's no guarantee the plant will grow especially with time.Like, even 5 threads/a month isn't really enough time for you...we likely need to wait more than a month for you to wrap your head around something if we go that route
Rolled 74 (1d100)>>39185702We are the potato...WE ARE THE POTATO!We use our psi Mage power to temporarily turn our selves in to a potato! The republic ops won't kill a potato!
Rolled 43 (1d100)>>39185771We need not be Irish, only passionate!
Rolled 24 (1d100)>>39185879>>39185857Your right. We aren't Irish. We are a potato.
As much as I want to MAKE LIFE TAKE THE LEMONS BACK>>39185373>>39185405*QuestionWhat options do we have that could feasibly work to help the Combine?
>>39185973>>39185373Hell, I mean, it's still easter monday technically. And we did roll a 100
>>39185973Drive the AI in us completly mad and uplode it to the republic mainframe. Thuse crippling the organization and stability. The combine love us lots then and fix us up.
Rolled 50 (1d100)>>39185973Not much your just a student and the one thing you could of done you fucked up.
>>39186094But what about >>39186090We "join" the republic only to fuck then with a mad AI and go back to combine as a hero. It would fit the holiday. When we "join" the republic the combine will think us dead and when we come back a hero we will be back from the dead.
>>39186094>Not much your just a student and the one thing you could of done you fucked up.Yes but surely that 100 helped right? Somewhere?
>>39186204I mean, 1s will always result in something bad and less opportunities. Regardless of intent. So surely 100s will usually result in something good and new opportunities likewise.
Rolled 58 (1d100)>>39186269Your success was pulling it off and the crit bonus was making the action MAD.Meanwhile the AI will likely go insane.
>>39186269>>39186204I mean, this is the EASTER HOLIDAY SPECIAL !From those AMAZING ROLLS from last thread! We waited a whole day for this awesome moment!AND we rolled a 100 for a cool plan too.So somewhere here there has to be something for us
>>39186296Which is good right?Like, I said 1s are always harmful, so 100s should be helpful. I mean, we could have pulled it off anyway without a crit since he asked us to remove the device module anyway
Rolled 48 (1d100)>>39186300I have another TWO thirds to this event.Assuming we get there.>>39186345Well you got what you were after.
>>39186296What if the AI just goes to sleep? Can go mad that way. Then we excape and go to the combine and tell them that we managed to at least save the AI
>>39186384I don't care what happens as long as we are still with the combine. If we get captured will we be rescued?
>>39186384>Well you got what you were after.Yeah, we after getting the AI unchained as per his instructions (he did say to remove the device module) and thought we might as well house it in our armor while the AI messed with the republic Also so that we can make sure the AI doesn't go too crazy. So we got that right?
>>39186384>>39186493Also its more along the lines of interpretation of what we were after.Like, if we say "i'm cold and want to feel warm"A crit 1 would light you on fireWhile a crit 100 would move you near a fireplace. All about that helpfulness and harm etc. Bad crits harm our efforts and make things harder, while good crits should help us and make things easier.Anyway, we just need to keep figuring out how we can still complete the mission and help the combine here somehow. That crit DID help us somewhere, we just need to find out where.
We still have a working Command Center, even without the AI, as a communications Hub. And presumably there are other combine soldiers around.
>>39186564Or the 1 makes you invent freezing flame and you freeze to deathOr genie rolls lots of shit, freaks out like a 12 year old girl who just got a text from her crush, then in game atomic drag queen zombies rip your prostate out through your urethra because we didn't see the "dropped hints" and didn't take action to prevent them. But bad rolls don't kill civ's.I'm not bitter why do you ask?
>>39186756We could get really horny (and then lucky) and have the AI help us use our troops in the best way possible
>>39186840Do you need a hug?

>>39186872...yes>>39186889If we switch perspective will we stay on the combine side?
Rolled 10 (1d100)>>39186889>only one relevant optionWell, that's better.Find help
>>39186945Good. I need one too. Welcome to the we need hugs club.
Rolled 76 (1d100)>>39186889>Find help
>>39186927Can't we use the same device we made to connect to the computer and get the AI in us to reconnect and have the AI put some bypasses and work arounds in to the computers to get the systems up and running again? Also shouldn't there be a secondary emergency AI that takes overIf the primary one gets corrupted or damaged?
Rolled 35 (1d100)>>39186971Rolling for hug>>39186983And this
Rolled 30 (1d100)>>39186945>>39186971>>39186991No clue, I asked if we could put it back it and Genie said good luck with that.>>39187051Hug battle go!
Rolled 45 (1d100)>>39186991AIs are expensive and there are more then one.Guess what the one you took was the backup.Currently the Emergency AI is duking it out with the hacks trying to retake control and reactivate its fellow AI.
Also technically speaking this is a war civ quest, not a hero quest and we specifically voted on the Combine. So we could theoretically lose the girl and boy to an unfortunate accident or a sacrifice we still have a Combine war civ to play. So there really isn't a point to switching over to the Republic. Not that I'd want to lose Abigail ever ever ever. But still, priorities.
>>39187140Not to mention we spent 7 threads of hero development before we even got to the War Civ. Though the simulation was a delicious appetizer.
Rolled 81 (1d100)>>39187270>>39187140I am actually shocked it took this long. There is a reason why I made sure time skip and character shift was available at all times to speed things along.but goddamn that shit still didn't work.
Rolled 66 (1d100)>>39187107The action I suggest is "what even genie thinks is best" let's see what this kind of action will do.
Rolled 26 (1d100)>>39187410I'm curious... Would a super boon be able to make you a player as well? And what do you think of this?>>39187424
>>39187410Well, character shift. . .Again, we leave the mastermind development of the boy to you because us players are bad at being mastermind and only you know how to do mastermind proper. As for time skip, well, Abigail is just too much fun to timeskip dammit. This is the holiday special, we just rolled crits, and things are exciting!
>>39187410I'm thinking it's peoples fault for getting real into the events and not wanting to skip around.
>>39187504I don't want to skip around because these events are that good.
Rolled 61 (1d100)>>39187465IF you burn a super boon I will offer my own perspective of best action and vote for it(counting as a player). It is however a one time use deal. You could also use other beings in game to do so but it wont be as effective(as their knowledge is limited) but cheaper.>>39187498Argh masterminds are so fucking hard though...sadistic bastards.w-wait a second here...if players are female MC...you fucking assholes. Not ONLY do have to make male mastermind he ALSO has to be a waifu for female MC!Goddamn it you fucking cunts. It DOESN'T have to be that way...>>39187570Ah so the muse betrays me...
>>39187592So down to use a boon to see what genie would do here
>>39187592>Ah so the muse betrays me...Here when you don't want itGone when you do eh?
Rolled 8 (1d100)>>39187592Well I guess I DO have to give you credit for playing a straight female...just need to act more properly though.like /tg/ NEVER fucking plays a straight chick...always go lesbian aka man with tits. Got to work on that last part still have to give you props though.Soo a mastermind male waifu for female bad ass...why does this feel strangely for some reason?
Rolled 19 (1d100)>>39187641Bah meant strangely familiar.>>39187637Pretty much.>>39187618That will come out of your tab.
>>39187641Genie, I already have plans for when these two meet.I even have a bit of storytime to dump when it happens, to contrast the brash brawler girl and the coy clever guy
>>39187592>IF you burn a super boon I will offer my own perspective of best action and vote for it(counting as a player).Just one action? For 100$Eh, I'll past. At least 250$ of the tab is mine, I'd prefer it be spent on something else. Causality is free to use the other 500$
Rolled 42 (1d100)>>39187592Actually a time jump sound good. If we jump to her 16th birthday it will give gaps of time for mystery and room for Retcon. I vote time jump, only if she is still with the combine! Use a boon if needed And in the time jump she should make it a point to eat healthy and eat lots, she is a growing girl and I want her to grow in all kinds of ways that will be fun when she is no longer a minor.
>>39187715Come now man, a jump now? While the battle is still going? At least let us see the end of the Holiday Special stuff Genie has planned. He's got a whole 2/3rds of this left to go!
>>39187745Very well. >>39187641It dose fell familiar to me also... But from where.....
>>39187641What, you not a fan of the Tom Boy she is right now? Otherwise girls and boys are normally the same at a young age.Well we can talk about sexy time when she is older. Past stories? Maybe Hax?
Am I the only one who thinks the girl mc will probably look like pic related (although with better... Assets) and the male mc will act a lot like light yagami in the future?
>>39188161That's surprisingly close.
>>39188223How is it off? I could have a friend edit it to be more fitting.
>>39188272I can't think of any direct character estimations atm, also I think less in character appearance and more in personality
Rolled 98 (1d100)>>39188161That bitch is way to fucking skinny. You have to consider just how heavily auged she has been, her training, and her diet. She wont be nearly that scrawny hair color I belief it was Red and skin color was torn between a mocha or white. When she gets older she will undoubtedly acquire 'dat ass' possibly some killer legs but her tits will remain lacking due to her fit lifestyle which discourages heavy growth in that area.So its most unlikely she'll have huge tits and certain she will develop quite the ass.there is NOTHING for the male MC(even his name is unknown).>>39187779Wish I knew...I know its from somewhere though I just can't for the life of me remember where I have seen something like that.>>39187836 hey I haven't said much in that regard she is still a young and developing character. Remember though she is entering puberty and has that...one problem for being horny.Uh no I haven't done anything remotely like that...except for maybe Slag. No wait that wouldn't count he isn't a mastermind and is a de facto retired bad ass.
>>39188632>she will have small titsWhy do you hurt me like this? Wouldn't it be a good idea to put extra battery's they? Those augs need power and there are only a few parts of the female body that can be packed with the heavy power cells and not harm them.I'm getting the odd visual of her plugging a plug in to one of her tits, right where the nipple used to be. I don't know how to feel about this
Rolled 99 (1d100)>>39188729Why would you give me that sort of visual too anon?Is this payback for her not going to have large tits?I didn't say she wasn't gonna have any!(she eats way to fucking much to have that happen)
>>39188804No payback intended. At this point I'm just happy that she is not a loli futa
Rolled 85 (1d100)>>39188976Over my goddamn body that will happen.
>>39188729>>39188804I hope you realize nipple plugs are now canon, and several prominent female characters have now been retconned into having nipple plugs, including Jenny/swh... At least in my head canon.
>>39186889>>39186927>>39186955>>39186983Finding help bump
>>39189098Just to clarify, swh has nipple plugs because I would think it would be a very broodlike tech adaption... Totally not my new fetish
>>39186384>Well you got what you were after>We were after winning the missionReminder to all that we were after winning the mission and so you're confirming the mission isn't over yet.1s are harmful and all 100s are helpful from an objective point of view.
>>39189050Complete with nipple plugs
>>39197117God damit man. At least the vag hadn't become a glorified hdmi port. To uplode new programming for the augs.
>>39197117Hahaha, you mad bastard!
We still have a battle to win and we better use that 100 bonus well bump
Rolled 49 (1d100)Oh right guys, don't forget we can also try something ballsy because we have that reroll bonus in case an action fails.Genie gave us the mad key to winning this fight with that 100, its the only way we can still fulfill the primary objective and the mission. Just as 1 will always harm us, a 100 will always help us. The AI is our ticket to winning this and we need to use it well.Whatever we do to win this involves that mad AI, which means getting it to the Republic vessel. We just need to find a way how to get past their spec ops.
>>39199595Well yeah, but I doubt it can be helpful here. We will need to update /upgrade our armor for later use and to keep the AI happy/sane.Probably our best action would be to help the back up AI or get out in anyway we can. This mission was fubar from the beginning and taking the AI made it worse. We can fight, but we can't stay long. This mission is now a get out alive type and it will not be easy to change that.
>>39199848I think it's time to gtfo and link up with Lillian, its the only way to ensure our own survival.
>>39199848No, I disagree. I firmly believe we can still win this mission. If we had an action plan, Genie would never allow a 1 to let us win a mission nor would it be of help. Even if it were a good plan, he'd go out of his way to make it fail.Likewise, the opposite is true of 100s. Even if there might have been unforseen consequences, just like he'd go out of the way to make a 1 hurt us in our overall goal, he'd have to make a 100 help us.We can still win this.
>>39200019In fact, the mission should be a little more easier because we rolled a crit. Just like how a bad crit would make the mission harder
>>39200099A bad action, is still a bad action. The roll made it so we got what we wanted from the AI with out problems. True it can help us, but it will not be a big help for mission. Granted I hoped it being linked to the actions (of chaining the AI to the armor as a fall back if it goes nuts) would of done more. Yet when asked if we can reattach the AI we where given "good luck " and the Armor is so dated that it doesn't have the ports needed.True we can use wireless, but that helps us little. They can just kick us out, change the password non stop and a few other things. We are a kid in a spot we have little training for. We got skills and little stamina to fight in this armor. If we go to the other ship we risk passing out and would have little back up vs their troops.
>>39200472A bad action is a bad actiona good action is a good action1s have made good actions lose100s should make bad actions winGenie is fair and not a shit
>>39200542Yeah and we mad chain an AI to our old tech armor from that roll. Unless you think that wasn't a success and needs more, I think you're asking for to much.
>>39200662It's not about success. It's about malevolence and benevolence. If an action is good or bad overall, regardless of if it fails or succeeds. For example, sometimes a 1 results in us 'suceeding' an action, but it ends up hurting us. Like the outcasts, we 'succeeded' in overloading the reactors but because a 1 is malevolent it killed us.Because a 1's are always malevolent.Likewise in the case of 100s, they are benevolent. We might suceed, or we might 'fail' a given action (i.e. not do what was intended) but the overall result is something which helps us.1s hurt, and 100s help. 1s will never make us win, and 100s will never make us lose. Its as simple as that.
>>39200542I have seen 1s work out, though rarer, it usually involves our enemies getting fucked worse
>>39200749That's when Genie rolls a 1, not a player. Genie rolls for the enemy
>>39200727Think about it.Say we think of a really good action but roll a 1 (which we have before), Genie goes>Hmm, this is a decent action, but lol they rolled a 1. Gotta think of how this is gonna hurtWhich is how it always works.Likewise, if we have a poor action but roll a 100>Welp, this is a poor action, but damn that 100. Let's see how this helpsI don't believe Genie would be a bitch by making 1s always hurt us on varying degrees if we think of something good or bad, while being a hypocrite and making 100s only help us if the action was good.
>>39200765The gunyun had many 1s that turned out awesome, we had 3 1s involving trying to redirect water in and around our base that ended up being the reason nothing could get to us for so long
>>39200974Again, that's the rule of 3, in which the third 1 is counted as a 100. The same applies to 100s, the third 100 of a thread is counted as a 1 which is bad.Point is 1s are bad and hurt, and 100s are good and help.
Rolled 74 (1d100)>>39186927>>39186955>>39186983You decide to try and get help. >>39204484She wants to be the very best, like no other fighter could. At first I took it more as Luffy was in it for the adventure and pirate king was just a way to have those adventures. Then after the latest episodes (in english) I see that he's in it for both.

>>39205203Did old man Mikan talk about religion?
Rolled 2 (1d100)>>39205284Sure mostly about the different zealots and fanatics killing each other or spreading their faith with holy wars.Old Mikan preferred worshiping Mortha a goddess of death and Gom a strange god whom you never quite understood. Knowing it had to do with forgetting, honor, sacrifice, war, duty, and nobodies.Your pretty sure that last one was a cult as you never seen any holy buildings for him unlike the goddess. >>39205251ERhm...that was a patrick type deal right?

Rolled 64 (1d100)>>39206120...damn you anon.-----You decide to go look around to find this 'Gom' which took you ages. You checked out the evil, good, major, lesser, and even the goddamn forgotten/dead section STILL couldn't find the son of a bitch. After go over many areas of the 'representive' district the smallest as its meant to get their foot in the door so to speak you FINALLY find a shrine of his...after passing it god knows how many times. You pretty sure you passed it like 5 times before realizing it was there.Once you found it though and approached you noticed the guards were looking at you darkly as you approached and entered. That was when you heard a voice."You don't belong here Fated One for here is for the forgotten, faceless, and masses. Why dare you enter here Chosen One? This place should hold no interest for your kind nor are we an enemy."What do?>leave>Make a prayer>Retort>answer>other?
Rolled 50 (1d100)>>39206292Things worth noting. The guards were extremely nondescript if they hadn't been staring at you so full of hostile intent you never would of noticed. The shrine itself is VERY humble and nondescript also just being so goddamn plain it hurt. Which REALLY didn't make sense for a deity especially given its a holy place in an area that is SUPPOSE to attract attention(potential worshippers).Yet this place never seemed to bother. Even more strangely upon entering it was the same. Nothing really changed and there appeared to no one until you took a closer look. You realized as a matter of fact there WAS someone there...many someones. As in the place was choked full of crowds which seem oddly easy to not notice. It was such that would even make a popular god compare and a greater one jealous.
Rolled 76 (1d100)>>39206292>Answer"We weren't always such as we are now. We once knew a man who worshipped your god, and he protected us for a long time when we were in need. >>39206410This reminds me of a special unit I had fluffed for the Fantastic Civ.A specific unit purpose built for the hunting and elimination of enemy heroes and VIP'sWas gonna call the "The Forgotten" or the "The Faceless". They'd embody the spirit of so many dead mooks, poor innocents, and millions untold and forgotten who were slain by heroes whom I particularly hate for being the cause of so much untold calamity.Because even heroes die.

>>39207738A little late for that. We're going to find Mortha now.And we rolled the 3rd 100 for it.But then we also rolled another linked 100 for it, and activated second chance. But yeah, I have a new found respect for these followers of Gom. They represent all the little people I've failed to shelter and protect over the yearsMaybe in another civ we can find out more about him, but this is War civ, and our biggest goal WILL be to kill as many Republic mooks as possible. Because damn I'm sick of always fighting and dying by the droves to mass murderers like Valeria, I want us to have the other boot this time
>>39207634This 4th 100 should null the bad 100 right? Like a 100 making a 1 a null

Rolled 5 (1d100)>>39207895Until she turns into a hero yes.Welcome to the world.>>39207890Yeah just need a single other roll.
>>39207895I would have also said Hax but.I don't care for the people whom claim to be the legacy holders of Hax. Hax is dead to me, and rests with their commander. But even then, those who died in that great battle can know that they partook in the greatest victory we as players have ever pulled from the jaws of defeat! The ending Battle for Hax was and is Genie's best.I pray they rest and never know of the disgraceful failure that became those who survived.
Rolled 82 (1d100)>>39207938One more roll.
>>39207938Indeed. Welcome to the real world.Which has shown us this fact, time and time again. That evil prevails. For lo, victory was granted to us by the powers of evil themselves, the rapacious bloodsnow and their train god of rapeAnd those of the Jungle Cult, their masters of the Gods of Blood and Plant whom they became one with and summoned avatars to this realm.Even the so called 'good' Hax civ is a testament to evil, by merit of how their great victory will always be marred by the everlasting shame of their descendants, where as the other two can firmly say they stood and kept their dark glory. Oh Hax, how the mighty are fallen
Rolled 56 (1d100)>>39207938Then here is the other roll
Rolled 95 (1d100)>>39208023I really would like to say a legit good civ that or another bandit but for that one...not sure more like I would like to show how its done but i am not entirely sure how.Well besides the big book of bandit....fuck I can't believe I have forgotten about that.>>39207995You got to see Mortha's shrine who is a goddess of death. Unsurprisingly the place was a shrine crafted of ivory bone and light burning of incense. Your pretty sure you saw some undead but aren't entirely sure.Either way its a very nice place and quite clean as you enter the shrine. Inside the lights are burnt low and the shadows flicker across the carefully made pieces of art making it become something...more.Inside the place was heavy in shadow and smoke from incense yet strangely it felt oddly soft and comforting. It did not have the nasty smokey texture you are well acquainted with. What do?>leave>Talk to a priest>Talk to a guard>Time skip or shift>Other?

For one man.Where is he now? Did he accept his shame and continues to fight a fruitless battle in a vain attempt to make up for those he failed? Or give in to the darkness to enjoy the one sole joy he has in life of wife and child and friend, despite how evil they became?>>39208706See, even the DICE GODS, disagree Genie.Splicers were a good paramilitary.Splicers exploded catastrophically.
Rolled 40 (1d100)>>39208798This too. Ask about Mortha. How does she want to be served?
Rolled 72 (1d100)>>39208815I don't recall once seeing the splicers commit a good act.If you fuckers think the paladins are bad I am gonna have to introduce the Exterminators.
Rolled 84 (1d100)>>39208706>Rolled 1Yep, that's a sign from RNG , no good civs ever gonna win. Pretty clear cut.
>>39208863Splicers went around making allies and helping people wherever they went. They even free'd slaves Genie, offered them to join even.Compared to some of the evil civs we were with they were saints. And now they lie with the other good/neutral civs.
>>39208815Out of all the civs I been in the farmers and space men are the closes good guys we tried for, in post apoc. Hax was getting there. We had attend for good for other civ, but got blinded by other wants.>>39208900The Splicers were neutral, we dealt with bad and good.
>>39208962Bad things like what? I can't think of anything horrific they did.We also went out of our way to help bandits who were under attack from zombies in their base when we could have just left.Splicers were pretty good guys.In any event good or neutral, they're dead.
>>39208962Don't forget Fantastic Civ where we explicitly did whatever we could to help as many people as we can.Other good civs were Adero and Grow Corp,
>>39209000We dealt with, as in make deals with bad people. Yeah, but one action doesn't make a good guy. They were good people, not good guys. Not the general.>>39209050Our fantasy civ ... I'm not sure what to think of it. I know attentions for good made the path, but not sure what to rank it. We did betray a friend's trust and all.I thought Adero was the space men. As for grow corp ... they were good to those tribes men and then the bandits ... those fuckers.
>>39209146>We dealt with, as in make deals with bad people. So did Adero, Space men, Farmers and Hax.All of them traded with some really bad people (except the spacemen who died too young to trade with much anyone)Hell, the Guanyin made a deal with the devil by willingly accepting the Paladins.Good people is the closest thing to good guys we can get. Otherwise you can't call any of them goodEspecially in a world where you're more likely to encounter bad people than good. And you can hardly say we betrayed a friends trust. As for teh Fantasy civ? Friends trust? Which friends? If you mean Valeria, you forget she was indeed an evil scheming overlord bent on destroying us.If you mean the vampires they were also out to destroy us, and we only betrayed them after they literally started marching to kill us.
Rolled 62 (1d100)>>39209146>Creating a safe haven for people to live in>Not sacrificing the elves>Consistently fought wars of survival against barbarians and undead for said people they were protecting>Provided food, jobs, and livelyhood to masses of people>Allied with entire kingdoms to the north and south because they were inspired by our efforts>Not good
>>39209256Not to mention the Vampires could've prevented all of that by just helping us deal with the fucking Barbarians. It was that fucking simple.
Rolled 22 (1d100)>>39209146I luv it when players hate on the bandits.because they really should. In any case you decide to medititate in the shrine...which went okay you guess. If it wasn't the oddly creepy atmosphere anyway.Eventually you finished up and went to a talk to a priestess of the goddess. Who oddly enough despite being dressed in black cloth and feathers the design of it included pale white bone(including a skull mask) and even ivory and pearl jewelry.>>39208849"Mortha is a goddess of death. You serve her in life and death then you'll acquire her blessings.">>39208798"I see that you have meditated here child that will do you little good without knowing still mind or a death trance.""In any case your curious of our faith aren't you hm? Well there are other gods and goddesses of death so what do we offer that they don't!""Mortha holy is her name is a goddess of death who uses undead and necromancy. She helps in dying and in exchange for offering your body, mind, soul, or prayer to Mortha she will grant certain blessings. Most who worship Mortha hope for a good death.""For you see Mortha is a caring goddess who cares for those who die by bring them to peace unlike those other gods however she does not believe in harmful necromancy or forceful animation of the dead. Nor does she care for their actions in living. The soul meanwhile she offers it peace, salvation, and a good rest.""She is one who wishes for more among her followers and is known to take a shine to many. To Mortha everyone deserves the peace that SHOULD be death. For life is but a briefest spark to a endless void."What do?
>>39209327The sad thing is we knew how to help them, but they refused. We offered to get their young something to do since the Prophet noticed it, but they flat out said "no don't touch our young">>39209440Actually, I don't really hate the bandits.I mean, I'll always vote to attack them and wipe them out because they are bandits. But I don't hate them, in fact I like them, at least they're honest. One of my favorite NPC civs are bandits, those polite guys from Ashad. Next to the Chaka they were the nicest guys we ever saw.
>>39209440Hmmm, Mortha. I dunno. If we ever do learn necromancy or undead manipulatoin we kind of have to be good at forceful animations of Republic troopers, we encountered the problem of being too slow in the simulation against their cloned troops.Dammit, Gom is clearly not the right one, but Mortha isn't exactly appealing either. Although it's nice to know about her.We need someone to fit our interests. . .and to get to the Top of the Combine we need to be good at what a soldier is for.Killing.
>>39209256What bad people did Hax trade with? Unless you mean selling to the sun company. The combine, are ass holes, but not bad people. No the space people helped a town on a bandit raid and then died of lacking water. So I don't know why you brought them up. The farmers tried to bring a family back together. Yeah ... I really don't know why you hate the Paladins. They helped our Gears when they went mad. Granted they are ass holes, but they had a reason to believe our psi would make worse problems come up.>Otherwise you can't call any of them goodThat's because they weren't. The reason we are probably never going to be a good civ is because I doubt we easily can. We try and then the players quickly get disheartened.>Especially in a world where you're more likely to encounter bad people than good.I never said being a good guy was easy and yes the odds are not in there favor.Nope, we made val that way with our actions. We thrown the first stone and it went down hill from there.Na the vamps got mad because I we didn't ask/tell them before we summoned the holy people. Plus the rude beaver we have shown as a group.>>39209317I have mixed feelings when it comes to that civ. It's not easy to define somethings alignment when clouded feelings get in the way. Plus there's more than that to stack into that.
Damn. Gom and Mortha are such nice gods with really good interests I agree with. And they're some of the first gods Genie has ever extrapolated on which is another cool factor. But they're not exactly helpful in our current case. We need forceful animation/infection for our undead troopers against the Republic forces.Although, I do wonder if its possible we convince our men to worship her so that when they die they rise up again willingly to fight one last time.
>>39209719>What bad people did Hax trade with?Pirates. You know, space bandits?>So I don't know why you brought them up. Like I said, they were too young to do much any encountering.>I really don't know why you hate the Paladins. You seem to have forgotten they were about to smite us entirely for reasons we had no control over despite not having wronged anyone and literally having stayed to ourselves farming.Paladins have played a hand in the death of at least 3 civs. Adero, the Guanyin, >We try and then the players quickly get disheartened. No, we usually just die.>Nope, we made val that way with our actions. We thrown the first stone and it went down hill from there.Wrong. She was like that even before we met her, or did you forget? In any event, she's still a mass murderer. You can hardly fault us for betraying an equivocal hitler.>Na the vamps got mad because I we didn't ask/tell them before we summoned the holy people. Plus the rude beaver we have shown as a group.I highly contest that, I was specific in being as polite as possible and offering anything and everything we could at every opportunity. As for the holy people we were DYING. Had we not summoned them we'd of been undead food.Furthermore they could have helped us but they were entirely apathetic to us.For the cordiality of hosting us as guest, we owed them the same. But not trust, they refused to accept our trust or help us on the brink of death, so they didn't deserve our trust. And they showed their true colors when they took up arms against us.
Rolled 3 (1d100)>>39209877I don't think it was you being rude. It was a certain other named person...
Rolled 66 (1d100)>>39209440Anyway, back on subject.Do you any of you see any use of worshiping Mortha? She seems nice and can offer us some boons, though there are drawbacksThoughts? If not, I vote>Thank the priestess for informing us of Mortha, now we know of the gods our old friend spoke of.>Continue to look around at other faiths
Rolled 20 (1d100)Thank her. Let's keep looking around.
Rolled 52 (1d100)>>39209976I'll support that.Let's look for gods of Psi-Magic.

>>39210387Fuck that Genie. Nothing we could have done would EVER justify her literally turning into a genocidal monster.ESPECIALLY when all she had to do was talk. We listened to her every word, in fact, wanted her to speak more.If there is a real tragedy, it's not the monster. Its the thousands of innocents who died because of Valeria. When all the Prophet and the Commander wanted to do was help those people. . .she killed them all for personal reasons. That's just evil with our without our help.
Rolled 36 (1d100)>>39210387Psi-Mage.
Rolled 72 (1d100)>>39210387>What type of god are you looking to worship?Someone who's actually interested in helping us be a powerful warrior and rise through the ranks by the destruction of our enemies.Well, mostly someone who knows how to have a damn good time fighting, kicking ass, and feasting.Mortha would have been perfect just that she's against forceful undead conversion, and we need our undead troops to be able to convert.
>>39210387>She got twisted into an Overlord>She got nuked by necrotic energyIt's not our fault she was a dumbass. We never asked her to do either of those things, she did them of her own volition. What kind of idiot hears "We need some help getting inside the minds of our undead enemies, maybe." and then thinks "I KNOW, I'LL NUKE MY FUCKING BRAIN TO HELP!"That's not a logical response to the request, we couldn't have anticipated her doing that. That's seriously Memor-tier lolrandumb
Rolled 32 (1d100)>>39210459>>39210507Yes.
Rolled 80 (1d100)>>39210459Psi Mage works too

Rolled 87 (1d100)>>39210514It was due to rolls.>>39210507Her problem with animation is forceful soul binding she prefers to see them as a vessel.Regardless there are MANY gods like that and even a few goddesses...need something more otherwise its pretty basic and simple.>>39210561heheh yeah hahah.
>>39210387Also the Commander's wife. She has absolutely no excuse at all. We hadn't even met her.And yet she helped signed the death warrant to hundreds of thousands of people, all because her husband wanted to help them. . .Seriously, the Commander was surrounded by evil.
>>39210578Well, then lets narrow it down some more.We also want someone who's good at>Psi Mage>PUNCHING>Helps the underdogs>MarksmanshipHmm, lemme think on some more.

>>39210709No, it really isn't.>>39210736Again, there are LOTS of gods of war.We need someone special.>>39210751Jungle Gods will demand the blood of our best from time to time. >>39210578>>39210578Look for the god of pragmatic
>>39210792That's a good quality, add that to the list.>>39210774So we erect a shrine to them in our cabin, get a special little seed from their cultists here. Nurture it with the blood of the best of our foes until it grows into something more.
>>39210578The god we should pick is you Genie
>>39210864Well if Richard met the Genie in-game-universe then it's certainly possible. Is that really the god we want though? Seems kinda like a hardbitten bastard.
You know, perhaps the real question of which god fits us best ties into the question of just who Abigail is. Her aspirations, our aspirations, what we want and what we need.
>>39211091As well as what that god offers to all his followers, not just us. Why should people worship him over the other war gods who provide even psi or magic?Furthermore, at least something, one thing, defining and interesting.
Hmm, I just had an idea. Hang on a tic
Abigail moved on, and found many religions, many faiths, some of them interesting, others of them boring, and some she'd rather not remember. But after a full days of searching and looking, she had yet to find her calling. Dissasisified and frustrated, she decided to take a break and find a bite to eat. That's when she found what looked like a big bar or restaurant with all sorts of motorbikes, fighters, and strange vehicles parked outside. And she knew right away there was something going on from what sounded like a battle and men yelling and fighting inside. Was the Republic attacking here? She managed somehow to sneak in, and at first she did think she was right. Big angry men dressed in ever manner of leather, armor, spikes, and metal were fighting and screaming and hitting each other left and right. But this was no battle, this was a bar fight. Chairs smashed over heads, glasses crashed into peoples faces, and blood sprinkled every corner. Every now and then someone would be kicked out or thrown from the hodgepodge, and land with their backs against a counter, where they'd use what strength they had to pull themselves up enough to lift a mug to their face and drown it all down, and then several more mugfuls after that. As if filled with a new vigor, they didn't bother dropping the mug as they rushed back into the endless fight.Moving on, nobody seeming to notice her she saw that even while people where fighting there was a calm area in the middle, but that was hardly calm at all. It was a ring, a fighting pit, where the few who weren't fighting were watching the center, although they still were bruised and bleeding even as they drank another mug of beerShe realized what she saw in the center, two of the biggest, meaning guys in the entire bar were duking it out, crashing their fists into each other's face, elbos, knees, legs, no holds where barred. The two giants slugged it out, and it was clear either of them could have taken on most of the men around
>>39211455Abigail was mezmerized at the men as they fought, not only where they the biggest but they seemed to be one of the better armed and armored. She realized some of them were high ranking Combine men! Even though both had great armor and arms both were easily hurting each other anyway, cracking the very floor and walls of the pit as they fought. Not only each other but they had to fend from random things being thrown into the ring from chairs to stones to even gunfire and grenades. Sometimes men clambered over the walls to engaged either of them, before with a swing of a fist they knocked em back the other side.Still watching, she managed to sneak back to the bar and talk to the bartender, the only man who seemed to not be fighting. Bartenders where usually good talkers, she knew from Mikan."What is this place?""What the fuck, how'd you get in 'ere kid?""Does it matter? I'm in here now.""Dumbass kid gonna get himself killed. Where are you you ask? Didn't you read the sign?""What sign?"". . .Motherfucker, did they take down the sign as a weapon again, fuck. Bah anyway, you're in one of Shredda's rest pits.""Rest . . .pit?""The closest thing to a church you'll get any of this lot in.""Who's 'Shredda'?""Who'se Shredda? Who'se Shredda he says. I'll tell ya who Shredda is. 'E's only da biggest and baddest son of a bitch who ever lived.""Really? What's so special about him?""All those other gods, they been that way since they always was. But Shredda? He weren't always a god.Once he was a MAN.">con't
>>39211620"Shredda was one just a punk like you and me. Nah, less than that he was just a kid like you. And yet at that age he was already becoming something of a killer for hire. By the time he was a man he had one of the biggest bounties on his head in the known galaxy. But that's not how he became a god. Nobody knows how he did it, or what he found. Many think he just up and did it out of his own will. But whatever happened now suddenly he wasn't limited by being a mortal. No, he was doing impossible things. Things only a god could've done. There'd be his men about to fight and die in one part of the galaxy but at the last minute they'd call to him and he'd show up. And then a day later on the other arm the same thing'd be happening to his fighters and then he'd show up there too. They say he punches holes into hell itself and travels there, fighting his way through hordes of demons to move around the galaxy very quickly somehow.Armies routed, planets burned, systems sacked, and all him. Just him and no fleets of fighters or armada's of ships.""Sounds pretty far fetched""I used to say the same thing too. Until I visited some of those asteroid fields of the planets destroyed long ago, now a safe haven for pirates, bandits and mercs and freelancers. His type of people. That's the type of people he gets you know? Guys who know how to fight for a living and live by fighting, who don't give up and keep on hitting and hitting harder not weaker. To him the greatest follower doesn't just send him prayers and sit on their ass waiting for help to fall into their lap. No, they gotta fight, scrap, and beat their way through their problems, and he gives him their help. The only thing he'll never abide by is weakness. What's weakness you might ask?>con't
>>39211844There's always gonna be some big bad motherfucker out there, meaner, tougher, harder and stronger than us. That ain't being weak. It ain't weakness to say a human soldiers outgunned outmanned or outmatched.Weakness is letting em hit you and never getting back up. Strength comes from getting back up, and hitting harder and not stopping until whatever fool that hit ya is dead and gone.Shredda knows that if he did it, then you can do it too. He's been in your place before. If you wanna give up fine, he'll leave you behind all on your own. But if you keep on fighting and don't quit, if you set yourself to getting stronger by any means, he'll be there to help you. And you ain't gonna be alone. He wasn't alone either, he had a gang. Was his family. He cares for warriors just like he cares for a family. And that's what we are. All of us here? We might look like we're trying to kill each other. . .and we are trying to kill each other. But we'd never in a million years betray another brother. We're brothers. . .and a couple of sisters. One big damn angry family.I bet you're still wondering why should we follow this guy or god? even if he's real whats gonna happen, you're still gonna die.But see, here's the best part of it.>con't>con't
>>39211925He takes in all kinds. The good, the bad, the poor and rich, the crippled and the healthy, if you're the lowest of the low or the highest nobleman there is. He don't care. He does care about getting only the toughest, bravest assholes looking for guts and glory there is. Because you see, these resting pitts? They're only where we wait for him to pick up the best among us. When the best of the best are chosen and we wait for him to show, and he does. Where does he come from? His real shindig is in hell itself. Built it there, and called in the Battlehall. There in the deepest pits is an endless fight to defend the hall from demons where even the toughest and the meanest can find a real challenge and glory. As they defend the place from the endless forces of hell, they return back to the eating halls where they feast and heal while attended by the hottest babes and chicks attending to your every want and dream until they're sick of eating and fucking and pleasure they get back out there and fight. And sometimes, when Shredda feels like it, he takes the whole gang on their bikes and rides forth back into the real world to go help his followers wherever they need him.And unlike other gods, he doesn't have a ten page requirement lies. EVERYONE is allowed down there in hell, and there's no special rules or regulations or needs. There is only one rule, and you never surrender. This is why he wants his followers to be only the best and the bravest, because no matter the odds you face, no matter what comes at you, if you really mean to follow him, it ain't gonna compare to the fighting you'd be doing down there in Battlehal. If you're in need of a hand from a fist fight with someone to a battle, all you need to do is call on him and do one thing: keep fighting. As long as you never give up, he doesn't abandon you. Because he needs his followers to be as tough as you can be and gain as much experience killing by any means there is.And only the best."
>>39212174>DoneYeah, waay to tired to have started this. Just wanted to flesh out a concept I had in mind. No it doesn't really fit a lot of our needs specifically per say, I do want to add some more bits to it, but I thought I started it I might as well finish it.Anyway, thread ain't likely gonna last. I'll see about throwing up a new one for other folks to come up with ideas for gods. Or maybe even Genie.
Rolled 95 (1d100)>>39212200Why do you think I was asking shit for?Need to know so I know which notes to dig through.
>>39212279War god, obviously, to help us fight the republic and destroy them as best we can.Preferably familiar with magic or psiMaybe someone who can help us with the spec ops.Blessings and advice are prerable. No preference to Gender, male or female is fineAnything else we can give to narrow down results?OOC a bit on the fun side (like the rape god) something we can easily latch our teeth onto.
Rolled 53 (1d100)>>39212351That rape god was due to a mental break damn it how many times do I have to say that!I mean come on what SANE person can EVER think up a flying train of RAPE incarnate who is SO goddamn rapey its a god.I ain't ever gonna live that one down...>>39210864>>39210900That is a scary thought...
>>39212387Well then Genie throw in just random things, things you find potentially interesting or fun! Even if it doesn't match, we might come to like them anyway. You have notes, show them to us!
Rolled 42 (1d100)>>39212387Show us the notes, or we'll end up picking you!
Rolled 42 (1d100)>>39212478NEVARMy notes on religion are all over the goddamn place. Most of it is on need to check up on cultural affects and zealotry.
>>39212506Give us the ones you can then, we need more choices!
Rolled 65 (1d100)>>39212506>>39212522This is mostly due to having so many kinds of peoples and the godly warfare over followers. That along with new gods and gods who come in from elsewhere due to planar connections. Outsiders aren't the only thing who come from elsewhere. That isn't including the can of worms that is alien faiths. So you see its sorta tough. Not easy coming up with pantheons from scratch.Luckily the whole spirits and deities for everything is easy problem is the pantheon or Sole Deity bullshit.
