The car horn blares again. Driver's testing it like he works at the factory, but at least he can keep a beat.
Yeah, yeah, asshole.
I hear you.
"Jerry, I can't hear ya, buddy. Not getting any reception out here - hang on a sec."
"Hey buddy, you got a phone inside?"I tell him it'll cost him a quarter and I charge steep interest. I figure a guy who drives a car like that can afford the tip.

Going to bed, looking forward to reading the archive tomorrow. Keep up the good work, legoquest, and remember: if you did a kickstarter for the publication of Sword and Burner with starter sets of lego pieces I would give you all my money. Jus sayin, look into how lego licensing works. <3
>>34547752I'm pretty sure Lego would not allow anyone to market and sell independently made Lego sets. Have you seen how expensive Legos are? For little bits of plastic. 50, 60, 100 dollars. They aren't going to let some guy get a piece of it.
Of course she knows me.

Somebody finally brought out the big ones.
I order everybody into the bathroom. Might be worse than outside - the fan's broken and Burt was the last one out. The Sheriff starts to argue but I cut him off with a jab of his pistol.
Once I tell them what I saw, Burt chimes in. Tells us somebody ought to go check the wind.
Yeah, somebody. "Looks like it's blowing toward the city," he reports.
Once he's done with the weather report, he gives us an op-ed piece."Somebody better take care of that fella on the ground, though."
