It's not long before the smell of bacon is wafting throughout the Reizei house. You ladel a couple spoonfuls of pancake mix into a hot, buttered skillet and are rewarded with a gentle hiss of cooking flapjacks. "Saori, hand me a couple eggs?""Got it!" She says cheerfully. "This is... a lot of food." She says amazed. "Do Americans always eat like this?"You shrug, cracking the two eggs into the second skillet. "Only when the occasion calls for it- it's a lot of work to cook like this!" You flip the pancakes- perfect golden coloration. You've got the touch. "Mako up yet?" You say, looking towards the stairs to the second story. As if on cue, Mako appears, followed by Miho and Yukari. She rubs her eyes sleepily."Bacon!" Yukari says cheerfully, placing the skillet on the counter besides the stove.>"Alright, who's up first?">"First one's for Mako!">"Someone go get Hana."

>>25926636No one will, it's bait.Yukari will blush to hell and back, though. Especially after the talk with Rose, heh.

>>25926841I think Rose was ribbing her and subtly pushing Russel to Yukari. She was blushing when we walked in on the two of them talking.
>>25926873Which thread was that in, I missed it.
>>25926841Considering it's Yukari we're speaking about, you'd probably have to grab her and French kiss her before she'd notice! Saori she ain't...

>>25926892http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/archive/25647592/>Yukari blushes a bit, but nods enthusiastically. "Any time! I love having friends over!" See Rose? Just friends. "Sorry I fell asleep like that, though. Just sort of passed out from all the exertion!"
"Good timing!" You knew the smell of bacon was irresistable. "Someone go grab Hana." You say as you slide a freshly done pancake off the pan and onto a plate before sliding a fried egg on top of it. You complete the assembly by putting the second pancake down on top of it and drizzling warm syrup over it. "Mako: Your tired days are over. Now FEAST!" You call, laughing heartily from the depths of your Americanity.Mako stares at you. "It's 5AM- Just let me go back to-"You shove the plate into her arms. "FEAST!" You repeat in your booming voice, placing a piece of bacon on the plate with the Pancake Sandwich."What are you eve-" She starts again, looking down at the meal."FEEEEEEAAAAAAAST!" The smell of bacon and eggs often has this effect on you. You often find you have to shave more in the following days.Mako gives up and sits down at her table, dutifully taking the first few bites. But it doesn't take long before each bite is taken with more enjoyment than the other. A contented smile on your face, you begin the next batch.>Feast? Feast.>"Who's next?">"Saori. You look over at Saori as she reappears with Hana. "Hey, Saori. Pay attention: You cook this for Richard once or twice a week and I guarentee he'll never even think of another woman!" You say cheerfully. "Really?" She says, suddenly paying very close attention."Through his stomach, Saori." You say, flipping a pancake. "Through his stomach. That's his weak point!"It doesn't take much longer before the kitchen is one gigantic mess, full of breakfasting tankers and chatter. Even Mako seems wide awake, chowing down on syrup-drenched pancake sandwich. You'd made a double-sandwich for Hana- three pancakes with two sets of eggs, a meal even she was having trouble putting down.Saori was asking you questions on the ingredients you used between bites of Bacon and Yukari was commenting on how the only time she'd had American food were some MREs she'd ordered.Miho sits quietly, seemingly just enjoying the fact that her crew was enjoying themselves. You look over at her and smile. She smiles back and mouths "Thank you!" You just nod and take another bite of pancake and eggs.

A TRUE AMERICAN BREAKFAST HAS BEEN EATEN THIS DAY
>>25927585Nope, he was the founder of Gonzo journalism- a sort of counterculture, stream-of-consiousness writing style where objective truth is secondary at best.He was also the guy who originally wrote the article "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" was based one.
>>25927615Oddly enough, he was good friends with Pat Buchannon. I believe his quote was: "We disagree so violently on almost everything that it's a real pleasure to drink with him."
