At the bridge you can see for yourself the battle raging on in space all around you. From the looks of it, the Separatists sent three spaceships, one of them a flagship. You're certain that if the Sisters are part of this fight, then they will either be on that ship or heading for the space station. The ship rocks once more when it locks itself in battle with the flagship while the two other ships diverge on the station. Suddenly an alarm goes off on several nearby terminals operated by clones.

"There's a breach in hangar 7, Captain! Enemy squadrons have broken through our formations and has landed inside." One of the clones report.

"What are you doing up here, Sierra 1?!" You hear the Captain yelling at you from the far end of the bridge, but you ignore him. You've sent your message to the General and with that, you turn about with great haste and leave the bridge through the elevator. You know how many ships the Separatists have sent now and with the breach in hangar 7, your plan just became slightly less insane.

"Sierra Squad, status report." You check up on your men through your comm. Eights and Mute are down in hangar 7, repelling what enemy forces they can with other clone troopers. Ones reports that he's heading for hangar 7 right now. You get no response from Joker.

"Joker! Status report, commando." You repeat yourself, but there's only silence in his end.

>Make your way to Hangar 7. You need to support the men there.

Your concern for Joker overrules the need of your presence in hangar 7 for now. If something happened to Joker, you would never forgive yourself. After the elevator doors slid open, you launch into a jog, making your way through the general quarters to see if you can find Joker there. He must have felt how the ship rocked just moments ago, so why isn't he answering? Room by room, you're met with disappointment when you find each and every one empty.

"Where are you?!" You mutter to yourself.

"Where's who, sir?" A voice calls out to you from behind. It's Joker. He's holding his helmet underneath his arm and his rifle in the other. You're not sure whether you want to punch him or explain yourself right now, so you settle for something else.

"Just get your helmet on and link up with me, Commando." You order him before you jog past him, heading for the elevator again. It is in moments like these that you wish this ship had been outfitted with more stairs between the different levels. However, the trip down with the elevator goes surprisingly fast and it doesn't take long to jog the rest of the way over to hangar 7. The closer the two of you get, the louder the blaster sounds become. You even hear a grenade go off moments before you arrive to the scene. There's around 20 clone troopers along with Eights, Mute, and Ones. They're all in cover, taking potshots at the incoming droids that emerge from the two dropships that successfully landed in the hangar.

"You always find a way to start the fun without me!" Joker shouts over the blaster fire as he too ducks into the cover next to Ones.

"It's one of my more notable talents." Ones reply, laughing as he rise up from cover, dropping three droids with his rifle before he goes back down behind the durasteel protecting his back. Mute has his sniper attachment out and is firing rounds at the enemies leaving the dropship, but the ones that gets past him eventually engage in combat with the rest of the unit. As of right now there's around 50 droids marching towards your location. You're all taking cover on the upper ramp, accessible via a short stair at the edge of the hangar.

There's no need to pull out anything advanced for a battalion of battle droids. Without equipping your rifle with any of your available attachments, an Ion grenade leaves your hand with a throw before you pick up your rifle, firing into the Separatist ranks. Unfortunately, the grenade lands in the outskirts of the battalion. It still takes out a good couple of them, but there's still a bulk of them left marching towards your position out in the open while firing at you repeatedly. Your rounds take down about 6 of them before a blaster shot goes by inches away from your helmet.

"Finally I get some payback!" You hear Eights over the comm as he throws out an Ion grenade of his own and starts to focus his fire at the mass of battle droids heading your way. Joker and Ones agree with their new commando brother when they too rise up and return fire at the enemy. Mute remains silent as ever, still focusing on twiddling down the number of droids that get off the dropship intact. The other clone troopers also start to fire back at the Separatist ranks more frequently, but you soon notice that more and more of them also drop dead from the enemy fire.

There doesn't seem to be an end to how many battle droids there are. Given the 1 to 5 ratio or so between your forces and with the increase of soldiers dying, this situation is growing worse by the second. Looking about you notice that the ramp goes all around the hangar, which could prove useful for flanking. It's the best plan for this situation!

>Order your entire team to come with you. Leave the remaining 14 clone troopers to fend for themselves while you flank the enemies.
>Order only a part of your team (How many members and who?) to flank the enemy with you. The rest remains here with the troopers.
>Flank the enemy by yourself.
>Order one of your Commandos to flank the enemy with whomever they pull along with them. You need to stay here and lead these men.

"If we don't do anything soon, we'll be overrun!" Eights call out over the blaster fire after shooting down a battle droid that got awfully close to the stairs. "What are your orders, sir?!" And the majority of clones look to you. The plan has already formed itself in your mind. You strap your rifle onto your side and crouch down before addressing everyone who's paying attention.

"Me and Ones are going to go around the ramp and flank the droids. Keep suppressing fire up to mask our approach." You explain the plan in short notice before you gaze over at Ones. He has already strapped his rifle onto his side as well and nods at you, determined to do what must be done to clear out the hangar.

"You heard the Commander, troopers." Eights call out to the clones, rising up with his rifle. "Keep their attention on us!" And he starts to fire rounds rapidly at the encroaching battle droids. The Clone troopers follow his example and with determination burning inside of them, they begin to empty their mags into the enemies. You and Ones start to traverse across the ramp leading around the edge of the hangar. It doesn't take long until you pass by Mute, but he's too absorbed in his sniping to notice both of you. The two of you continue around the whole room until you're at the Separatists back. The dropships entrances are blocked from this point, but you can clearly see the back of the droid battalion from here.

"I'll plant explosives on the dropships, sir." Ones suggest, but you stop him from pulling out any big explosives.

"We'll need those dropships intact. Do you have anything that won't hit or affect the ships?" Ones start to look through his backpack, but in the end he only shakes his head in defeat.

"I got an Ion charge. It'll take out the majority of the clankers, but if it lands out of place, the blast radius could reach both dropships."

"If this fight goes on for any longer, there might not be a hospital station left to protect." You reply, grabbing the Ion charge from Ones. "Start to fire after the explosion." You order him right before you leap over the thick, but short durasteel counter. You land with a grunt escaping your mouth before you rush off towards the droids who are marching a few clicks away. You activate the explosive and swing the Ion Charge backwards when you stop abruptly and then, using your entire body, you send the charge flying. It lands amidst the enemy forces and explodes loudly. A blue pulse of Ion expands from the explosion that engulfs just about every single droid that were marching towards the other company of clones. The battle droids fall to the floor, their systems fried. After a few more shots, you, Ones, and Mute have cleared out the dropships as well and you're greeted by a cheer from the other clones.

You've cleared out Hangar 7!

"Sierra 1, status report." You hear a voice crackling over the comm. It's the Captain.

"Situation under control, Sir; hangar 7 has been secured."

"Good job, Sierra 1. I need to back on the bridge. General Malcov wants to speak with you. Over and out." And without letting you come up with any excuses, the Captain ends the conversation. This isn't good. You can't waste time going back to the bridge when you only have a short window of opportunity here.

"Your orders, Sir?" Joker asks the question on Sierra Squad's mind as the rest of the clone troopers leave the hangar to return to their initial posts on the ship.

"Sir, Sierra 1 reporting in."

"What is it, Sierra? Are you on your way?"

"No, sir."

"What? Explain yourself, Sierra 1."

"I intend to use the separatist dropships to carry me and my squad over to the enemy flagship and use it against the two other separatist spaceships and then sabotage it from the inside, sir." The plan sounds just as insane as you had imagined it when it first took root in your mind. Your team stares at you blankly as they continue to listen in on the conversation between you and the captain.

"How do you plan on taking control of the ship, Sierra 1?"

"By sneaking up to the bridge, taking control of it and then seal it off to prevent enemy reinforcements."

"And how will you get out of there then?"

"We'll improvise a new exit, sir." This reply is followed by a short silence from the captain. Either he's contemplating the idea or he's trying to figure out the best way to get this Commando and his squad to back the fuck down and listen to orders. In the end, he finally breaks the silence.

"That has to be the most reckless plans I've heard since Geonosis, Commando." He starts off, his voice still lingering in the comm, "Do it. Over and out." And just like that, your plan has been approved by the Captain. What the General doesn't know yet doesn't hurt him. You're certain that he'll overlook the fact that you didn't report back to him in favor of saving Hanka and destroying three Separatist ships.

"That's one helluva plan, sir." Ones fill in when you turn back to your squad.

"Are you up for the task, Joker? Once we've used the flagship, I need you to pinpoint the weaknesses in the flagship's system and sabotage them. Get some Intel too if you can." You face Joker and he nods proudly.

"Like I said, to hell and back, Chief." He replies.

The team nods at you in response and without any questions lingering, the squad scatters as they get into their ships. It was going to be a short flight over to the flagship, but the trip might get shorter if you're discovered. Hopefully the flagship is too busy fighting to check in on returning dropships. If you're lucky, they might just send a small squad of battle droids to the hangar to check it out, or maybe they'll ignore it completely. The two dropships navigate through the space battle between the ships and successfully get through the open hangars where more and more fighters pour out and in.

"Plan. Success rate?" Mute looks over at you once the dropship has touched down in the separatist hangar. Rising up, you put your hand on his shoulder while the other pulls off the rifle hanging from your hip.

"100% success rate. Believe it." And Mute nods as if he's abandoning all thoughts of failure. The Republic could certainly do with more Commandos like Mute. Not that they need it to win, but it would absolutely speed up the victory. The doors to the ship open up and you take a peek outside. There are some SBD's patrolling the hangar, but otherwise it's mostly just filled with unarmed CIS droid technicians and engineers. This mission is all about speed and stealth for now. You have to get to the bridge quietly, but quickly enough to not make the other team wait out in the open for you.

>Make a run for the nearby doors leading out from the Hangar after you've figured out the SBD's patrol patterns. A single, big moment of risking to get caught, but it'll get you out from the hangar quickly.
>Sneak around the crates lying about until you reach the doors leading out. Takes longer, but not as much of a risk to get caught.

can a clone develop the force?

No. Not unless the original sample was force compatible.

Yeah just pump a whole bunch of force energy through their body to open the cells that enable them to use the force

There were two force sensitive clones If I remember correctly. They were cloned by the Empire and were X1 and 2. the project failed though.

they have but as mentioned before the force doesn't like clones either the clone is greatly reduced in power or it's control is all over the place or the clone just doesn't plain work.

The fourth group of SBD's make their rounds again and the second they turn their back to you, the two of you leap out from cover, making a run for it towards the exit! You make it just in time for the next group of SBD's to turn your way. The door slides shut behind you and you find yourself in a long corridor that ends at an intersection. Several squads of battle droids pass by the intersection, but none of them look your way. You haven't been discovered yet. Close nearby you notice an elevator door and on the opposite side of it there's a smaller area that probably leads down to engineering or the cell blocks. That would be the safest option, but the elevator seems tempting too. However, you know full well that if you step into an elevator, the chances of encountering enemy forces on the next level is very high.

"Get through the hole." You order your Commando and by the time a team of droids come out from the hangar, the two of you have launched yourself down the hole leading towards engineering or the cell blocks. Upon landing on the hard floor and scanning your surroundings, it turns out to be the latter. There's a long winded corridor leading both east and west. You need to get up, but the question is, which way will take you there without attracting unwanted attention.

"Holy shit." You suddenly hear a voice behind you. Your blaster finds its way to your hand before anyone can blink and you aim it at the source of the voice. It's a female woman locked inside a nearby cell. She has bruises all over her body, her left eye is black and she has two cuts in her lower lip. She's barely wearing anything. "Are you here to save me?" She asks desperately with what sounds like a deep accent from Coruscant.

>No. You don't have the time for living baggage right now.

"Identity." Mute goes off the second he notice her. Her gaze darts between the two of you, still unsure whether or not you'll help her. She looks like she's been through hell and worse. In a situation like this, you're glad droids don't have sexual drives, or genitals for that matter, or she would be an even bigger mess than she already is. Mute has already walked off slightly, acting as the look-out while you deal with the captive human woman.

"Who are you? Are you injured?" You ask gently, not entirely sure how to deal with a situation like this. You were taught to deal with wounded soldiers, not civilians.

"I a-am Agent Maenii of the Republic. C-code number 00307. P-partner to Agent Itaka, or at least I used to be. God knows what has happened to her now..." Her saddened voice trails off into silence before she looks up at you again, "I'm f-fine. I can walk, if that's w-what you're asking." she stutters. Either out of fear or pain or a possible medical condition.

"Do you know the way to the bridge?"

"What?!" She almost shouts at your question in pure panic, "You can't be serious. Can't you just get me out of here?"

"That's where we're heading. Either it's going to be with you as our guide or you can wait here until we're done." You retort with a cold tone. You have to succeed with this mission and you're not going to give up just because a captured Republic agent wants to go home right away. It doesn't work like that. Not for clones. She has grown quiet and is obviously contemplating whether it's worth leaving this cell for something like that. Her eyes move back up to you and then trails down your armor and she scans your visible weapons.

"You're a Commando." She muse out loud.

"Born and bred, ma'am."

"Alright. I'll show you to the bridge if you promise you'll get me out of this mess alive. Deal?"

"I promise." You swear to her right after you've opened her cell. She leaps out from the cell and hugs you tightly, nuzzling into your armored arm.

"Thank you so much!" Her tone is a mix of relief and happiness. You pull your arm out from her grip and with a step back, you give her your hand blaster. She hesitates at first, gazing between the blaster and you before she claims it. Looks like she's still ready to fight for her life. Hopefully she's a good shot, otherwise she'll have to stay in cover a lot once you're escaping from the bridge.

"Point us in the right direction and stay behind me no matter what happens. We're going to sneak up to the bridge. I'll explain more then, but for now, keep quiet." The instructions are simple and she nods quickly at you. She really just want to get off this ship and if that means showing the clone commandos to the bridge, then it will have to do. Her plan was simple, but at least it worked out for the better when it came to your plan, so you didn't mind being used this one time.

The rest of the journey throughout the ship goes off without a hitch. There was a couple of close calls, but nothing you couldn't handle. While you tried to keep the kill count down, Mute left a couple of droid bodies hidden here and there on your climb up through the various levels of the ship. Agent Maenii was still following you obediently like a lost puppet, and she was often quick to panic whenever you encountered a group of battle droids that you had to hide from.

"Got yourself a girlfriend, Chief?" A familiar voice springs to life through the comm as you round a corner with your party. There stands Joker, Eights, and Ones over a pile of five battle droids. They have all been disabled without a single shot fired. "Where did you get her?" Joker press on with his joke. You're certain he's hiding a smirk underneath his helmet, but you ignore him for now. Joker can have his fun because you've finally reached the bridge where your plan will truly start.

"Link up on me and get your weapons ready. Agent Maenii, take cover the second we enter the bridge." Your voice is carried over everyone's comm and out through your helmet as well to Maenii. She nods at you carefully before the entire party of six enter the elevator leading up to the bridge. However, when the doors slide open and your squad rush in with their weapons at the ready, you're all greeted by a big surprise.

The bridge is empty. This doesn't feel right.

Why is Chief so based?
