You are Doctor Victor Von Doom, Ruler of Latveria, Rightful king of the world, Master wizard and genius scientist.

You have mail!

You have just been placed on the UN security council, replacing Rwanda. In addition, the Skrulls attacking your home have been subdued

Your armies stand at:
90,000 Servo-Guards
100 Doombots
100 Doomknights
1100 Silent stalkers
100 Time bots
1 Battle CDC
Please inquire as to any confusion with the different types

Finances stand at $18 billion dollars. Your new currency seems to be on the rise, being worth around $3.20 to one Latverian Victor
In addition, you own a controlling percentage in Porsche and Mercedes Benz
Funds from the UN security council to build ships will arrive shortly
The colonies on Mars are thriving. The atlantean habitats are complete, and the mutants homes are now completed. Magneto has moved his people there, and people are settling into a routine

Current allies are Molecule Man, Morgana le Fey, Deadpool and Magneto. Namor is also your friend, but does not respond well to orders, and X-23 may become a valuable asset if treated correctly

You have several goals, including:
Rescue mother from Mephisto
Defeat Reed Richards and friends
Take over the world
Establish other interplanetary mining colonies

Short term goals include:
Investigate source of attacks

Is there any more UN business?

wrong. We spend the money in governments that cooperate to buy up strategically placed (read, good) from the locals. We then educate those locals enough to run the automated farm infrastructure we will put in place, paying them at least twice as much money as they used to earn when they owned the land. We make bank, improve the local economies and start having Africa climb out of its vicious cycle.

I don't think we need to worry about that too much.
All he will see is a DOOM plot. He'll want nothing to do with it, he'll tell her to turn down the offer.

And when she points out the incredible career opportunity and what good she could do in this position, he'll dismiss her dreams and ambition order her to turn it down.

He'll probably be sleeping on the cough for a few weeks after this and we'll have a new head or SWORD.

Meanwhile, Lucia, set up a Latverian defense contractor to design and manufacture stun pistols and force-field armor.
The stun pistols to be based upon Doom's stun beams, in the shape of a Type 2 Federation Phaser Pistol, 2049-model, with energy cartridges good for 30 shots, and variable setting from stun to kill.
Forcefield armor to be a forcefield projector, capable of stopping up to 30 shots from a 5.56mm NATO assault rifle at 50 yards, and recharged via energy cells.

No. Make them so that they require special Latverian made batteries
>>
>>24939328
>>24939335
This doesn't address the problem of a non-existent infrastructure, marauding bands of guerrilla fighters, or Islamic extremist groups taking over.
Order is needed before economic prosperity can take root, and Latverian Peacekeepers are required to bring stability and safety.
Also, plants require time to grow. Food distribution must occur so that people have something to eat until any farm can begin to produce food.

Your plan is ignoring some of the fundamental requirements and per-requisites for sustained growth, and dooms the entire endeavor to failure.

>>
>>24939502
>A bomb in the kitchen.
Is that bomb still there? Have it disposed of at once.
>They seem to be expecting a vanguard in a month
In the last thread comicfags were talking about some sort of wormhole to our part of the galaxy. Without it, it would be horribly impractical for the Skrull to reach us.
We must get their navigation records, if there is any way to stop them getting here, Doom will find it.

>They also have a base on Europa
Have our ships equipped with the best cloaking tech possible. Use the captured Skrull ships to ensure our cloaking technology is effective on their sensors.

Once our coordinated strike against the infiltrators on Earth is complete, we will infiltrate the base with our stealth ships then Zerg-rush them with portal-troops.
>>
>>24939630
Get the layout of the base from the prisoners.
That'll be enough from the captured Skrulls.
They are to be considered Prisoners of War until further notice.

Begin reverse-engineering the cloaking technology of the Skrull battlecruiser, and see if the Skrull's own sensors can penetrate them or not.
If not, then all future Latverian space ships are to implement the cloaking device. If they can be penetrated, then we will improve them until they are undetectable.
>>
>>24939630
lets not attack this base Instead we should Moniter the base and track those that come and go as well as those they contact
>>
>>24939638
The bomb was to gain entrance. The walls to the kitchen are the weakest point, so it can be assumed they have a building scan

I still have a team working on the computers from the ship. Thankfully, they have recovered the schematics, and it should be possible to replicate the cruiser soon
One problem is that it uses a very rare element to power it. The smaller ships used the same, but it was possible to replace this with fusion batteries with no issue. Doing so for a ship of this size would require a reduction in firepower.

>>24939688
From what has been recovered from the ship computers, the cloaking is detectable to skrull sensors. They are field testing this new device, and thus need to know it's status

It seems Ms Laura is attempting to clear out the skrull corpses, and was the drapes down. Shall I send a team to assist?
>>
>>24939630
Does the Modular armor project have an estimated completion date yet?
>>
>>24939531
>implementing body armor that will completely destabilize the US military
Why, when the US military would be our biggest customer after SHIELD and SWORD?

>building infrastructure while people starve
We can build infrastructure AFTER we take care of the Skrull infiltrators. For now we need to distribute food and medical supplies, and the constant shifting around of UN Peacekeepers will help to obfuscate our own movements in preparation for the global coordinated strike on all Skrull infiltrators.
>>
>>24939688
Should we perform autopsies on a few of the Skrulls to see what can be gleaned of their shapeshifting biology? That seems like something we could put to good use.
>>
>>24939754
If Laura got near them they're probably fucked

>>24939899
Personally, I prefer the space dreadnought approach. As an interm measure, create a new light cruiser class to provide a middle ground. Produce two versions, one for Latvian naval use and the other for Sword Use. The Latvian variant should have a 15% edge pound for pound.
>>
>>24939899
>>24939911
>modular armor
Have both production lines prepared. The "affordable" version we can make available to SWORD and SHIELD, as well as certain national militaries.
Premium we may make available to select individuals and groups.
With its modularity as one of its selling points, make forcefield projectors and stun projectors part of available upgrade packs.

>Mars Colonies
Have the Atlanteans made their homes in the colonies yet?
What about Xavier's mutants?
>>
>>24939863
It shouldn't be that hard to find people, one would think. And if it is, well, DOOM is a great scientific mind, so I'm sure we could just clone Lucia if we can't find somebody competent enough to make a risotto.
>>
>>24939737
Have the power requirements forwarded to Octavius. He has a new project goal.

Begin studying the weapons on the cruiser. See if they can be transplanted to smaller ships without loss of effectiveness. I'd rather have several hundred ships with moderate firepower than a single ship with extreme firepower.

Forward all info we have on Skrulls technology and infiltration methods to Black Bolt. If Earth, and it's super-human population, is a target then so is Attilan and the Inhumans. Offer them the force-field armor at-cost for their security personnel, and open up the modular-power-armor project to them as well. There's a staggering amount of diversity in the Inhuman genome. Good test-bed.
>>
>>24939899
>Shall I have more attack ships created?
Have our ship yards begin work on a fleet.

Also, once the paper-work is complete and we gain official oversight of SWORD, ask the UN to provide us with a full list of assets. We need to know what we have to work with. Presumably, they'll have their own ships.
>>
>>24939982

>>24939853

>>
>>24940035
DOOM must have the most powerful Ship in space! But yeah, in the meantime we can go with the light cruiser approach.
>>
>>24940035
We could probably not field a quantitatively strong fleet anyway, seeing as how the population of Latveria is only about half a million people. I guess we could put some SWORD people there, but then we won't be sure of how loyal they are to Doom. Also, we should probably consider making it the fleet standard of having at least one Doombot on every crew, just to guarantee loyalty, efficiency and survivability.

>>
>>24940168
I suppose we could produce more robots for the crew, but let not the automation of the fleet be its Achilles' heel. I think there should be at least a few biologicals on a ship's crew, even if their purpose is only to be a supplement.

Maybe we should incorporate some magical security systems into the ship designs; to throw enemies off and make the ships less reliant on digital systems that have a habit of becoming compromised in the event of attack.

>>24940435
>we need Names and places before we can execute an effective Coordinated Strike
....yes, and that's why we sent out nearly 1000 Silent Stalkers worldwide to the Skrull infiltration points and they've been tracking down all of the Skrull infiltrators so we know what identities they've stolen and where they are for when we launch our strike.
The original question was asking for a status update on how many Skrull infiltrators have been identified for the strike.
>>
>>24940377
What is our plan for this, though? Do we prioritize the destruction of their operation, or do we prioritize to dismantle it while leaving their infrastructure and equipment for us to claim as our own? Scalpel or sledgehammer? If the former, we should consider putting together a strike force for their headquarters on Europa and anywhere else the Skrulls are hiding.
>>
>>24940435
I have the names and locations of most of the government skrulls. There may be many more, but I made sure to aquire the most powerful ones

>>
>>24940555

We want to send our Skrullbots to infiltrate the skrull empire, once we have Lyja's information.

Being ready for war is nice, but we've been wanting to throw their dirty tricks RIGHT back at them in our society.

Lucia, do we have any means of actually communicating and recieving reports across stellar distances, if we were to enact such a plan? Would a mini-doom door as a comm nexus work?

>so boarding ships? with planetary entry and take off? cloaking technology and magic, fast, with a drill docking head to board ships, and portal generation ability, hell just make them portal stabilizers and port in any troops we need.
Seems to be the optimal option. Our troops have proven effective, as the Skrulls don't seem prepared for direct assaults via teleportation. I don't believe that existing stellar empires fight using such tactics. Surgical strikes seem to be to our advantage. We definitely need to start building with this in mind. Throw in some long-distance portal relays so we can reinforce from Earth if need be.

We should make the one-way, to limit the potential danger(return invasions, biological contaigons, informational-warfare attacks, etc) to earth itself. If we only use artificial troops, well, they can always wait to return to earth the slow way.

>so boarding ships? with planetary entry and take off? cloaking technology and magic, fast, with a drill docking head to board ships, and portal generation ability, hell just make them portal stabilizers and port in any troops we need.

Sounds about right. I'm not sure about Boarding, but ideally we want a ship we can land on one of their planets without them realizing it isn't one of theirs, and have our skrullbots walk off the plank into their society right under their noses.

But being able to sneak up on their ships and launch boarding actions is also worth designing around.

>>24940697
>Your current ships have a large carrying capacity due to their purpose as mining ships. Should I convert them to be more specific?
No, lucia. We're going to embark on what is, essentially, technological forgery - investigate the skrull ships we have in our possession for material composition, construction techniques, and aesthetic values. We must understand the basics before we attempt a fascimile. Such a delicate plan can wait a little for better information.

Do see if we have any shipbuilders or engineers among our defectors - in fact, why don't we survey the mall and figure out what their occupations and job talents are.

Did we ever find out why the skrull attack was launched, and what they were after?

Addendum to this - we should assess the feasability of including TWO cloaking devices upon our vessels.
One, based on skrulltech, that their own sensors can detect. They undoubtedly use it to maintain fleet coordination, and it would be expected to have it.
Another one they CANNOT detect, however - i believe this was mentioned in a previous discussion - would be a fantastic, unexpected trump card

"No killing. Bottling. Force field generators turned to mobile cages. Stun beams. I want every skrull infiltrator bagged, tagged, and in chains, unharmed. They are valuable sources of information. You should know by now that the most important lessons one learns in life are only taught by one's foes. We capture them, expose their nature publicly so nobody objects to their vanishing, then allow each country to choose a replacement as they see fit."

The vanguard is expected within 1 month.

Don't need to. That was in this thread.

Hey I'm done was only using that picture because I didn't have the Original

>Says black bolt
Welp.

We're all dead. New York is gone.

Quest over people, good while it lasted.
>>
>>24942478
>"Some of my people have gone missing as well. If this is because of the skrulls... Well. Back to the matter at hand. How long do we have to prepare this fleet?" Says black bolt

......HOW ARE WE NOT DEAD!

I'm guessing he doesn't actually 'say' it. More like a 'type in the words, and a computer program says it' kind of thing.
>>
>>24942538
Okay, I forgive you.

>>24942478
"There my still be hope for the mutants and supers. They take them to an as yet unknown location for study. Xavier, if I bring you the top ranking infiltrators, could you discern their possible location?"
>>
>>24942588
Otherwise there wouldn't really be much point in him going
>>
>>24942478
"The Skrull infiltrators had received a special order to collect Mutants and Inhumans.
"The vanguard will arrive in 1 month, the main invasion fleet in 3. Mining ships they may be, but as you saw they are a match for a Skrull battlecruiser. Latveria's shipyards in the asteroid belt will expand construction and have begun production of heavier ships.
"SWORD and SHIELD should be able to handle the construction of Planetary Defense Batteries and of a System Defense Grid. DOOM has Latveria's best scientists working on creating a power source immense enough to power the weapons we need."
>>
>>24942478
we need to ask if the SHIELD cleaned up america from Skrulls?
>>
>>24942615
>"SWORD and SHIELD should be able to handle the construction of Planetary Defense Batteries and of a System Defense Grid. DOOM has Latveria's best scientists working on creating a power source immense enough to power the weapons we need."

I like this. We need octavius to get his rear in gear, then.
Possibly let him see how skrull ships power themselves for inspiration.
>>
>>24942478
I am currently looking into expanding the Latvian Space Navy, and am working on a design for SWORD as well. However, if push comes to shove, I'll simply have to use the wormhole to put a ship with a doomportal and an antimatter bomb into their capitol system. And hold hostage the planet.
>>
>>24942615
"Well that is terrible news. Are you quite sure they're dead?" Xavier says
"One month?" Richards seems to perk up a little. "Very well. I shall look for this wormhole you mentioned. Tony, You can assist Doom with outfitting and armouring the ships. As much as it pains me to admit, he's in the best position to stop this." Charles can find any skrulls left after your attack. Namor, ensure the Atlantean military is ready for battle should they arrive on earth. You do the same with the inhumans. Is this acceptable?
Everyone seems to accept their roles

It seems you are stuck with Tony Stark for a while.
Looks like that'll have to be today. Sorry it got a bit protracted. I'll be back tomorrow if that's ok. Goodnight
>>
>>24942869
>Tony Stark for a while
I wonder if we are going to be able to convince him to drop some his tech to us.
Also what about if we may try to get some of the iron-man-knock-off villains to help and speed things up.
>>
>>24942869
"In that case, hold off on our liquor trolling plan for now, we need him sober. As a sign of our cooperation, share our pizza with him.
>>
Damn missed another thread
>>24943004

We should use this time to get buddy-buddy with Tony. We should also find a way to get him off the bottle for good. Sober Tony might be more cooperative in the long run.
>>
>>24943258

Maybe some kind of Spell which turns all alcohol he comes into contact with into flavored water or suitable non-alcoholic substitute?
>>
>>24942965
Force, Shocker, and The Tinkerer are on our list of villains to hire, IIRC. Who else has the robotics, power armor, energy weapon, or forcefield tech to be of use?
>>
>>24943312
Wasn't it revealed that the Tinkerer was on Doom's payroll?

Anyway, we need to interrogate the Skrulls more about where they've been taking mutants and inhumans.
>>
>>24942573
Xavier usually speaks for BB at these meetings. Telepathy.

>>24942869
"Gentlemen, in addition to the automated armies and fleet that I have under construction, I have also established a small laboratory in orbit around Mercury. It is currently dedicated to research into safe fusion power. I am considering expanding it into the research and construction of WMDs I would never consider building on Earth. If you have any weapon concepts that could be apocalyptic in nature, we could use them as a 'nuclear deterrent' against the Skrulls. I know Richards has been toying with research based on the Ultimate Nullifier he once threatened Galactus with. Stark, I know all about some of the darker weapons you haven't yet developed or deployed (total bluff, we don't know that he has any, but a believable bluff and he has large hunks of time missing from his years of alcohol abuse). Anything that can be deployed as a deterrent is welcomed. I won't judge."
>>
>>24942869
>"Well that is terrible news. Are you quite sure they're dead?" Xavier says
We know that the non-heros are dead, but we don't know about the powered ones. They may still be alive, but if so, they are likely being experimented upon.

>>24941999
yes TED is the proper venue for Dr. Octavius.
>>
>>24944186
I second his
>>
>>24946080
