    The midian's screams over the headset were deafening. One errant shot - one errant kill - and the Lieutenant knew just one thing:

    He was absolutely, completely fucked.

    One thing to lead men to their deaths at the hands of the enemy. Another entirely to accidentally kill (well for a second time) an ally due to sheer negligence. Worse still, the victim was one of Vilkas's favorites.

    He couldn't help but grip his revolver, even as the knights he'd groomed so well looked at him questioningly. Anyone below him would've suffered the final penalty for such a foolish mistake, and it would save him the Emperor's wrath....

    But no. He couldn't do it just yet. Not only was it cowardly, but from what the dreams had been saying, as well as his talks with Tao, his ship wouldn't let him die so easily. He'd have to get away from it first, and at that point he'd be in the Emperor's clutches anyways - no. He still had a job to do, and a mistake to own up to.

    I noticed a few people who were interested in playing earlier, so I'll post the regular info during this break.

    All you need to join Ironhearts is a Unit designation, a name, and a tripcode. Infantry choices are in the image, the large capital letter is the unit designation which goes in your [brackets] before the name. In the =equalsigns= you wear a hat, either =BB= Black Beret for +1 Movement or =IH= Iron Helm for +0.5 HP per squadmate.

    Finally, a note of success during this heinous operation. And yet, the von Claude couldn't help but be miserable - the Captain's ruthless execution of Soldat Coffee had made it more than apparent what was waiting for him at the end of this. And this whole mess just brought back painful memories, of each person dead due to his command...

    He discreetly took a sip from his flask, when the apprentices weren't watching. He had to set a good example for them after all. It was likely they were the only ones who still looked up to him after this mess.

    Is great success. On that note, I want to review the Herrblitz from OOC observation

    Its good, but it really really REALLY needs a failsafe function.

    Because lets be frank here what killed Soldat Coffee more then anything was the fact that it blew up in his face at least three times during the course of this battle, a failsafe worked into the gun itself to safely and quickly vent charge in a non destructive manner if it builds to a dangerous level would reduce these... Issues considerably I would reckon.
