    To work off of recorded examples here, Ragnyllian Scouts have had the tendency to evolve their own special talents on the field unrecorded by medical science but observed through combat experience.

    These known classifications have even earned them nicknames that will stay with them on or off their scout roles and those codes are:

    [Serpent] Have a talent to stealthily slip past enemies undetected allowing them to gain more in depth oppurtunity to sabotage them. Their proficiency for close combat also increases.

    [Fox] Can detect enemies even behind fog and cover, and have a greater talent for radio interception, at times even allowing them to "order" enemy units at the cost of compromising their radio presence. Foxes also have increased speed.

    [Hawk] Have keen vision and accuracy allowing them to shoot farther, sharper and faster. They can also see invisible units !

    You save up for it or purchase more upgrades. Aspects are a greater risk to attain when upgrades are easily available and stackable therefore they are more powerful.

    The reasoning is that they all either have to be Different; commonalized by another theme or all the same in another category; example all bugs or all different species that are stealthy etc.
